1Hot deformation behavior of Mg-7.22Gd-4.84Y-1.26Nd-0.58Zr magnesium alloy显示文摘The behavior evolvement of Mg-7.22Gd-4.84Y-1.26Nd-0.58Zr(GWN751K) magnesium alloy during the hot deformation process was discussed.The flow stress behavior of the magnesium alloy over the strain rate range of 0.002 to 2.000 s-1 and in the temperature range of 623 to 773 K was studied on a Gleeble-1500D hot simulator under the maximum deformation degree of 60%.The experimental results showed that the relationship between stress and strain was obviously affected by strain rate and deformation temperature.The flow stress of GWN751K magnesium alloy during high temperature deformation could be represented by the Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic Arrhenius-type equation.The stress exponent n and deformation activation energy Q were evaluated by linear regression analysis.The stress exponent n was fitted to be 3.16.The hot deformation activation energy of the alloy during hot deformation was 230.03 kJ/mol.The microstructures of hot deformation were also influenced by strain rate and compression temperature strongly.It was found that the alloy could be extruded at 723 K with the mechanical properties of σ0.2 = 260 MPa,σb = 320 MPa,and δ = 18%.ZHANG Kui MA Minglong LI Xinggang LI Yongjun LIANG Lichao BING Mengfen 2011Rare Metals2011,30,1:13
2Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of Mg-5Y-5Gd-xNd-0.5Zr magnesium alloys at different states显示文摘The microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of Mg-5Y-5Gd-xNd-0.5Zr magnesium alloys at different states were studied.The results reveal that island compounds at the grain boundaries of the as-cast alloys mainly were Mg24Y5,Mg41Nd5,and Mg5Gd phases.After homogenization at 808 K for 24 h,the distribution of the island compounds became discrete and Mg5Gd phases mostly decomposed and dissolved.With hot extrusion,the grain size was refined to about 20 μm on average,and both the strength and elongation were greatly improved.After ageing at 523 K for 5 h,the strength of different extruded alloys largely increased but the elongation decreased.With the increase of neodymium content,the strength of the alloys at different states increased.The content of neodymium element had an obvious effect on the elongation of the designed alloys.In the designed alloys,the Mg-5Y-5Gd-2.2Nd-0.5Zr alloy exhibited the best combination properties and its ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation could reach 380 MPa,285 MPa,and 9.0%,respectively.LI Yongjun ZHANG Kui ZHANG Ya LI Xinggang MA Minglong 2010Rare Metals2010,29,3:11
3Constitutive modeling of flow behavior and processing maps of Mg-8.1 Gd-4.5Y-0.3Zr alloy显示文摘High temperature deformation behavior and workability of Mg-8.1 Gd-4.5Y-0.3Zr alloy were studied by compression tests.Arrhenius equation with strain compensation and processing maps were established.The results show that the activation energy Q,structure factor a,n and In A varies with the strain,its relationship fit well by fifth order polynomial.The flow stresses predicted by the extracted model are in good agreement with the experimental results.There are five typical domains in the processing map,and the deformation mechanisms in different domains were determined by microstructure analysis.The feasible processing window of the alloy is in the areas of 400-500℃/0.001-0.1 s^(-1).Xiangsheng Xia Kui Zhang Minglong Ma Ting Li 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3:9

5miR-23b promotes cutaneous wound healing through inhibition of the inflammatory responses by targeting ASK1显示文摘Wound healing is a complicated event that develops in three overlapping phases:inflammatory, proliferative,and remodeling.MicroRNAs (miRNAs)have been proved to play an important role in the healing process of skin trauma,and alteration of specific miRNA expression during different phases may be associated with abnormal wound healing.In this study,we determined the variation of miR-23b expression after trauma in normal mice and in cultured cells exposed to lipopolysaccharide.We further demonstrated that excessive miR-23b could significantly accelerate wound healing in vivo.Up-regulation of miR-23b decreases infiltration of inflammatory cells,as evidenced by pathologic staining.Meanwhile,miR-23b could significantly inhibit the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines,including TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and Ccl2,and significantly increase antiinflammatory factor IL-10.Furthermore,miR-23b could also promote α-SMA expression in a fiber pattern and increase the expression of Col1a1 and Col3a1.Importantly,we also showed that miR- 23b could inhibit inflammation to promote wound healing by targeting apoptotic signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1).Notably,knockdown of ASK1 could reduce inflammation factor expression in vitro.Together,our data reveal that miR-23b is a potent therapeutic agent for cutaneous wound healing that shortens the period of inflammatory responses and promotes keratinocyte migration for the re-epithelialization of wound sites.Hongzhi Li Xiao Han Kuiyang Zuo Li Li Jieting Liu Xiaohuan Yuan Yongchao Shen Minglong Shao Daxin Pang Yanhui Chu Binghai Zhao 2018Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,11:5
6Anisotropy of the crystallographic orientation and corrosion performance of high-strength AZ80 Mg alloy显示文摘A high-strength AZ80 Mg alloy was prepared through multi-direction forging,thermal extrusion,and peak-aged heat treatment.The microstructure,crystallographic orientation and corrosion performance of extrusion-direction,transverse-direction,and normal-direction specimens were investigated using scanning electron microscopy,electron backscatter diffraction,and atomic force microscopy,respectively.Experimental results showed that crystallographic orientation significantly influenced the corrosion performance of AZ80 Mg alloy.Corrosion rates largely increased with decreased(0001)crystallographic plane intensity,whereas the(10−10)and(2−1−10)crystallographic plane intensities increased.This study showed that the corrosion rates of alloy can be modified to some extent by controlling texture,thereby promoting the applications of high-strength AZ80 Mg alloys in the aerospace and national-defense fields.Quantong Jiang Xiumin Ma Kui Zhang Yantao Li Xinggang Li Yongjun Li Minglong Ma Baorong Hou 2015Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2015,3,4:5

8Effect of burden and origin sites of premature ventricular contractions on left ventricular function by 7-day Holter monitor显示文摘Recent studies have shown that premature ventricular contractions(PVCs) could enlarge the heart,but its risk factors are incompletely understood as a single 24-hour recording cannot reflect the true PVC burden due to day-to-day variability.Our purpose was to investigate the effect of burden and origin sites on left ventricular(LV) function in patients with PVCs by 7-day Holter electrocardiography(ECG).From May 2012 to August2013,112 consecutive patients with PVCs were recruited from the authors' affiliated hospital.All patients received2-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography,12-lead routing ECG and 7-days Holter ECG.Serum N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels were measured.A total of 102 participants with PVCs were included in the final analysis.Origin of PVCs from the tricuspid annulus had the highest burden and NT-proBNP level.LV papillary muscle had a higher LV ejection fraction(EF) level and a lower LV end-systolic dimension(ESD) than other PVC foci(P<0.05).The high burden group had a higher LV end-diastolic dimension(EDD) and LVESD but lower LVEF than the other two groups(P<0.05).Female,older age,physical work,and history of PVCs had a significantly positive correlation with symptoms.Male,older age,physical work,and high burden were positive predictors of enlarged LVEDD,LVESD and higher serum NT-proBNP level,but lower LVEF.Seven-day dynamic ECG Holter monitor showed the true PVC burden on patients with PVCs.PVCs with a lower burden or origin from the LV papillary muscle and the fascicle were relatively benign,while PVCs with a higher burden or origin from the tricuspid annulus may lead to cardiac dysfunction.Wenhua Xu Mingfang Li Minglong Chen Bing Yang Daowu Wang Xiangqing Kong Hongwu Chen Weizhu Ju Kai Gu Kejiang Cao Hailei Liu Qi Jiang Jiaojiao Shi Yan Cui Hong Wang 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,6:4
9Methylesterification of cell-wall pectin controls the diurnal flower-opening times in rice显示文摘Flowers are the core reproductive organ of plants, and flowering is essential for cross-pollination. Diurnal flower-opening time is thus a key trait influencing reproductive isolation, hybrid breeding, and thermostability in plants. However, the molecular mechanisms controlling this trait remain unknown. Here, we report that rice Diurnal Flower Opening Time 1 (DFOT1) modulates pectin methylesterase (PME) activity to regulate pectin methylesterification levels of the lodicule cell walls, which affect lodicule swelling to control diurnal flower-opening time. DFOT1 is specifically expressed in the lodicules, and its expression gradually increases with the approach to flowering but decreases with flowering. Importantly, a knockout of DFOT1 showed earlier diurnal flower opening. We demonstrate that DFOT1 interacts directly with multiple PMEs to promote their activity. Knockout of PME40 also resulted in early diurnal flower opening, whereas overexpression of PME42 delayed diurnal flower opening. Lower PME activity was observed to be associated with higher levels of pectin methylesterification and the softening of cell walls in lodicules, which contribute to the absorption of water by lodicules and cause them to swell, thus promoting early diurnal flower opening. Higher PME activity had the opposite effect. 10ALLIANCE-ROS:A Software Framework on ROS for Fault-Tolerant and Cooperative Mobile Robots显示文摘Programming control systems for mobile robots is complicated and time-consuming, due to three aspects, i.e., the robot behavior coordination, the distributed multi-robot cooperation and the robot software reusability. Subsumption model is a robust control architecture for mobile robots. ALLIANCE model extends it to multirobot systems, which is a fully distributed, fault-tolerant model. Robot operating system(ROS) provides a lot of reusable robot modules. By combining the above three, we propose a software framework named ALLIANCE-ROS for developing fault-tolerant cooperative multi-robot systems with abundant software resources available. We encapsulate the ROS facilities to build the framework prototype.We also use some high-performance plugin-based mechanism to optimize the bottom of the framework. One may use the framework-provided API conveniently to construct single-robot and multi-robot applications with all ROS resources available. This work is demonstrated by three application cases including an autonomous roving robot, a security patrol robot and multiple patrol robots. They are constructed and tested in both the simulated and the real environment. 11The corrosion behaviors of Mg-7Gd-5Y-1Nd-0.5Zr alloy under(NH4)_(2)SO_(4),NaCl and Ca(NO_(3))_(2)salts spray condition显示文摘The corrosion behaviors of Mg–7Gd–5Y–1Nd–0.5Zr alloys after T5 treatment under(NH4)_(2)SO_(4),NaCl and Ca(NO_(3))_(2)salt spray condition were investigated by weight loss rates,residual mechanical properties,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and potentiodynamic polarization tests.The corrosion degree of Mg–7Gd–5Y–1Nd–0.5Zr alloys in Ca(NO_(3))_(2)salt spray was very shallow by corrosion morphology and the corrosion route was extended along the surface in texture-like shape,while the alloy in NaCl and(NH4)_(2)SO_(4)salt spray were major local corrosion and there were serious corrosion pits on the surface.The weight loss rates in(NH4)_(2)SO_(4),NaCl and Ca(NO_(3))_(2)salt spray was respectively 0.4147,0.1618 and 0.0725 mg/(cm2 d−1).The results of residual mechanical properties indicated that the corrosion order in salts spray of Mg–7Gd–5Y–1Nd–0.5Zr alloys is NH4SO4>NaCl>Ca(NO_(3))_(2),which was consistent with the results of potentiodynamic polarization tests.The type of the salts will play a vital role in the initiation of the corrosion of EW75 alloy when they are used in the atmosphere environments.Inorganic salts with the smaller PH value after dissolution will have a stronger impact on the corrosion of EW75 magnesium alloys.Quantong Jiang Kui Zhang Xinggang Li Yongjun Li Minglong Ma Guoliang Shi Jiawei Yuan 2013Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2013,1,3:2
12Microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and creep mechanisms of Mg-12Gd-1MM-0.6Zr(wt%)magnesium alloy显示文摘In this research,the microstructure evolution,mechanical properties,and creep mechanisms of Mg-12 Gd-1 MM-0.6 Zr(wt%)alloy under different conditions were systematically studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and tensile creep tests.Regarding the microstructure of the as-cast sample,the average grain size is about 42μm,and the eutectic compounds were determined to be Mg_(5)(Gd_(0.8)MM_(0.2)).During homogenization,these eutectic compounds gradually dissolve,and Mg_(12)MM particles are precipitated.During hot extrusion,complete dynamic recrystallization(DRX)occurs,resulting in equiaxial grains with an average grain size of about 12μm and the formation of streamlines consisting of Mg_(12)MM particles along the extrusion direction(ED).After T5 treatment(225℃for 7 h),a large number ofβ'(Mg_(7)Gd)phases are precipitated on the{11-20}αhabit plane and are interconnected,forming an interlaced network structure.The ultimate tensile strength(R_(m)=405 MPa)and yield strength(R_(P0.2)=288 MPa)of the T5 sample are significantly higher than those of the as-extruded sample(R_(m)=289 MPa,R_(P0.2)=185 MPa),but the elongation(A=4%)was remarkably lower than that of the as-extruded sample(A=18%).When crept at225℃under 100 MPa,the steady-state creep rates of the as-cast,as-extruded,and T5 samples are1.59×10^(-8),1.08×10^(-8),and 1.40×10^(-8)s^(-1),respectively,and their total strains within 100 h are respectively breaking,0.81%,and 0.92%,indicating that the as-extruded alloy exhibits the best creep resistance.TEM analysis reveals that,during the creep process of the T5 sample,theβ'particles coarsen and the precipitate-free zones(PFZs)widen,which increase the steady-state creep rate and the total strain within 100 h as compared with the as-extruded sample.Bibo Li Kui Zhang Guoliang Shi Kaikun Wang Yongjun Li Xinggang Li Minglong Ma Jiawei Yuan 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:2

15Dynamic precipitation during multi-axial forging of an Mg-7Gd-5Y-1Nd-0.5Zr alloy显示文摘The dynamic precipitation behavior during multi-axial forging in an Mg-7Gd-5Y-1Nd-0.5Zr alloy has been investigated and compared with that in static precipitation treatment. The results indicated that dynamic precipitation does occur during multi-axial forging. The dynamic precipitate can be deduced as β phase with face-centered cubic crystal structure (a = 2.22 nm). Most of the β precipitates locate at the dynamic recrystallization grain boundaries. The morphology and orientation relationship is different from that of the β phase formed in the static precipitation treated alloys, although the crystal structure is the same. 20The reservoir characteristics research of Devonian Jinbaoshi Formation,Northwest Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘A great breakthrough was achieved on the Middle Devonian's oil-gas exploration in the Longmenshan area in northwestern Sichuan.However,only the Guanwushan Formation was researched in detail.The underlying formation-Jinbaoshi Formation as a set of the potential well reservoir and its reservoir characteristics have not been discussed.Based on the section's fine description,thin section analysis,and core borehole logging,combined with petrophysical analysis,the reservoir characteristics,controlling factors,and evolution process of the Jinbaoshi Formation reservoir in the Longmenshan area are deeply studied in this paper.The results showed that the Jinbaoshi Formation has developed a set of sand-shale interbedding deposit of terrigenous clastic and carbonate rocks.The reservoir lithology is mainly quartz sandstone and calcareous quartz sandstone.The quartz sandstone reservoir has good physical properties,but the calcareous quartz sandstone has the characteristics of strong heterogeneity,low porosity,and permeability.Residual intergranular pores are mainly developed in the reservoir space.And the development of intercrystalline pores and intergranular dissolved pores can also be seen,but the development frequency is low,and the scale is small.Among them,the Devonian Jinbaoshi Formation quartz sandstone's average porosity is about 8%,and the highest is 18.43%.The main diagenesis types of the Jinbaoshi Formation are compaction,recrystalization,and dissolution.Compaction is the main reason for the destruction of original pores,and dissolution is the main driving force for later porosity and permeability improvement.Rock fragments,calcareous silty clasts,and bioclastic grains are the main dissolution objects.The formation of intergranular dissolved pores significantly improves the physical properties of the reservoir.Therefore,the reservoir development of the Jinbaoshi Formation is mainly controlled both by favourable sedimentary facies and diagenesis.Quartz sandstone and calcareous sandstone of the Jinbaoshi Formation were controlled by early sedimentary facies in the syngenetic rock stage and developed more early intergranular pores;in the early diagenesis stage,compaction-pressure solution and cementation resulted in residual intergranular pores.In the middle-late diagenesis stage,the calcareous cement is dissolved,and more pores were formed.Shixuan Zhang Xiucheng Tan Hao Tang Cheng Huang Zhimin Jin Minglong Li Yuwei Shen 2022Petroleum2022,8,3:1
