1Preparation of nano-sized Al_2O_3-2SiO_2 powder by sol-gel plus azeotropic distillation method显示文摘Nano-sized amorphous Al 2 O 3 -2SiO 2 powder was prepared by a sol-gel method coupled with azeotropic distillation. The structure of the powder was investigated by DTS, BET, TEM, FT-IR, TG-DTA and XRD, showing that n-butanol azeotropic distillation could effectively remove water from the aluminosilicate gels and prevent the formation of hard agglomerates in the drying process. The average particle diameter of the powder was about 70 nm. The largest BET specific surface area of the powder was 669 m 2 /g. To examine the alkali-activation reactivity of the powder, alkali-activation tests were performed with the powder reacting with sodium silicate solution. 2Parallel divide and conquer bio-sequence comparison based on Smith-Waterman algorithm显示文摘Tools for pair-wise bio-sequence alignment have for long played a central role in computation biology. Several algorithms for bio-sequence alignment have been developed. The Smith-Waterman algorithm, based on dynamic programming, is considered the most fundamental alignment algorithm in bioinformatics. However the existing parallel Smith-Waterman algorithm needs large memory space, and this disadvantage limits the size of a sequence to be handled. As the data of biological sequences expand rapidly, the memory requirement of the existing parallel Smith- Waterman algorithm has become a critical problem. For solving this problem, we develop a new parallel bio-sequence alignment algorithm, using the strategy of divide and conquer, named PSW-DC algorithm. In our algorithm, first, we partition the query sequence into several subsequences and distribute them to every processor respectively, then compare each subsequence with the whole subject sequence in parallel, using the Smith-Waterman algorithm, and get an interim result, finally obtain the optimal alignment between the query sequence and subject sequence, through the special combination and extension method. Memory space required in our algorithm is reduced significantly in comparison with existing ones. We also develop a key technique of combination and extension, named the C&E method, to manipulate the interim results and obtain the final sequences alignment. 3Alkali-activation reactivity of chemosynthetic Al_2O_3-2SiO_2 powders and their ^(27)Al and ^(29)Si magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectra显示文摘Pure Al_2O_3-2SiO_2 powders were prepared by sol-gel and coprecipitation methods,and their alkaliactivation reactivities were compared.The alkali-activation reactivity of the powder prepared by the sol-gel method was higher than that of the powder prepared by the coprecipitation method.The powders were investigated by ^(27)AI and ^(29)Si magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MAS NMR) to understand the relationship between their structure and alkali-activation reactivity.The ^(27)Al MAS NMR data showed that the five-coordinate AI content of the powder prepared by the sol-gel method was higher than that of the powder prepared by coprecipitation.The higher content of five-coordinate Al corresponded to higher alkali-activation reactivity.The ^(29)Si MAS NMR data showed that for the powder prepared by the sol-gel method,silicon was replaced by aluminum at secondary coordination sites of the central Si atoms during calcination.However,for the powder prepared by single-batch coprecipitation,the main change was from a low degree of polycondensation to a high degree of polycondensation.Guangjian Zheng Xuemin Cui Dong Huang Jinying Pang Guowei Mo Shujuan Yu Zhangfa Tong 2015Particuology2015,13,5:3

20Effects of Sustained-Release Calcium Hydroxide and Sustained-Release Hydrochloric Acid on Nutrient Di-gestion and Absorption of Rabbits显示文摘Rabbits with the body weight of(2. 0 ± 0. 5) kg were chosen,to study the effects of sustained-release calcium hydroxide and sustained-release hydrochloric acid on nutrient digestion and absorption of rabbits. The results showed that sustained-release calcium hydroxide promoted digestion and absorption of nutrients,especially calcium and crude protein. The digestibility of calcium and crude protein was increased from 89. 8% and 93. 8% to 41. 0% and 65. 2%,respectively. Sustained-release hydrochloric acid was adverse to digestion and absorption of nutrients,especially calcium and crude protein. The digestibility of calcium and crude protein were decreased from 55. 5% and 84. 9% to 28. 4% and 68. 7%,respectively. The promotion effects of sustained-release hydrochloride on digestion lasted for 3-4 d. Therefore,sustained-release calcium hydroxide promoted digestion and absorption of calcium and protein,while digestion and absorption of fat remained at a high level no matter what the condition was. Consequently,increasing the intake of fat would cause over nutrition.
