4MiR-494-3p regulates cell proliferation and apoptosis via KLF7 in Schwann cells显示文摘Peripheral nerve injury is a common neurodegenerative disease,which causes disability and a huge economic burden for patients.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)have been acknowledged as major regulators and therapeutic targets of neurological disease.Thus,the functional studies of miRNAs in neurological disease will contribute to discover new therapeutic targets for peripheral nerve injury.Sprague Dawley rats treated sciatic nerve surgical injury were regarded as peripheral nerve injury model in vivo.The expression of miR-494-3p and Kruppel like factor7(KLF7)were measured by Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)assay.In addition,western blot analysis was conducted to measure the protein levels of KLF7,Bax,Bcl-2,and C-caspase 3.Cell viability and apoptosis were detected in Schwann cells by EdU stain and flow cytometry,respectively.The interaction between miR-494-3p and KLF7 was investigated by dual-luciferase reporter assay.The expression of miR-494-3p was reduced at the beginning,but KLF7 was enhanced in Sprague Dawley rats with peripheral nerve injury.Knockdown of miR-494-3p promoted cell proliferation and suppressed apoptosis,while overexpression of miR-494-3p or silencing KLF7 led to opposite results.Moreover,the upregulation of KLF7 attenuated miR-494-3p overexpression-induced suppressive effects on viability and promotion of apoptosis in Schwann cells.MiR-494-3p negatively regulates KLF7 in Schwann cells to mediate proliferation and apoptosis.YANGUO PENG WEI LI SHUIYU CHEN WANGCHUN WU ZHANFANG SHANG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,1:1

12Determination of Diphenylamine in Gunshot Residue by HPLC‑MS/MS显示文摘A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)protocol was developed for the determination of diphenylamine(DPA).Four productions of DPA were selected for qualitative assay and the peak area of the main product ion for quantitation.By means of separation using an Agilent Extend-C18 column(CA,USA)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with methanol‑water(90:10)as the mobile phase,DPA was detected by electrospray ionization(ESI)tandem mass spectrometry in positive mode.The linearity of the peak area versus concentration ranged 5‑500 ng/mL,r^(2)=0.9978.The limit of detection(S/N=3)of this method was 0.3 ng/mL.This method is applicable for the determination of DPA in gunshot residue.Hongcheng Mei Yangke Quan Wenhao Wang Hong Zhou Zhanfang Liu Huixia Shi Peng Wang 2016Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2016,2,1:1

17Understanding Miocene Climate Evolution in Northeastern Tibet: Stable Carbon and Oxygen Isotope Records from the Western Tianshui Basin, China显示文摘To investigate climate evolution during the Miocene, especially during the Middle Miocene climate transition on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau, stable oxygen and carbon isotopes of carbonates from a 288-m-thick lacustrine-fluvial sediment sequence covering the period from 17.1 to 6.1 Ma from Tianshui Basin, China, were analyzed. The relatively low stable oxygen isotope values indicate the prevalence of wet climate conditions during the period of 17.1–13.6 Ma, an interval corresponding to the well-known Middle Miocene Climate Optimum. The interval between 13.6 and 11.0 Ma(i.e., the late Middle Miocene) is marked by a progressive increase in the δ18O values, indicative of a decrease in precipitation, probably linked to the expansion of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet and global cooling since about 14 Ma. The climate in the study area continued to get drier as shown by the enrichment of the heavy oxygen isotope from 11 Ma. We attribute these stepwise climatic changes as revealed by our carbonate δ18O record from the northeastern Tibetan Plateau to the sustained global cooling that may have reduced moist transport to Central Asia, which in turn led to a permanent aridification.Zhanfang Hou Jijun Li Chunhui Song Jun Zhang Zhengchuang Hui Shiyue Chen Feng Xian 2014Journal of Earth Science2014,25,2:1
