| 1 | A Dormant Multi-Controller Model for Software Defined Networking显示文摘In order to improve the scalability and reliability of Software Defined Networking(SDN),many studies use multiple controllers to constitute logically centralized control plane to provide load balancing and fail over.In this paper,we develop a flexible dormant multi-controller model based on the centralized multi-controller architecture.The dormant multi-controller model allows part of controllers to enter the dormant state under light traffic condition for saving system cost.Meanwhile,through queueing analysis,various performance measures of the system can be obtained.Moreover,we analyze the real traffic of China Education Network and use the results as the parameters of computer simulation and verify the effects of parameters on the system characteristics.Finally,a total expected cost function is established,and genetic algorithm is employed to find the optimal values of various parameters to minimize system cost for the deployment decision making. | FU Yonghong BI Jun WU Jianping CHEN Ze WANG Ke LUO Min | 2014 | China Communications2014，11，3： | 11 |
| 2 | Hydrogen-rich saline protects against ultraviolet B radiation injury in rats显示文摘Exposure of skin to solar ultraviolet(UV) radiation induces photo-damage.Ultraviolet B(UVB) is the major component of UV radiation which induces the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and plays an impor-tant role in photo-damage.Hydrogen gas reduces ROS and alleviates inflammation.In this study,we sought to demonstrate that hydrogen-rich saline has the effect on skin injuries caused by UVB radiation.UVB radiation was irradiated on female C57BL/6 rats to induce skin injury.Hydrogen-rich saline and nitrogen-rich saline were ad-ministered to rats by intraperitoneal injection.Skin damage was detected by microscope after injury.UVB radia-tion had a significant affection in tumor necrosis factor alpha,interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-6 levels,tissue superox-ide dismutase,malondialdehyde and nitric oxide activity.Hydrogen-rich saline had a protective effect by altering the levels of these markers and relieved morphological skin injury.Hydrogen-rich saline protected against UVB radiation injury,possibly by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress. | Ze Guo Bingrong Zhou Wei Li Xuejun Sun Dan Luo | 2012 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2012，26，5： | 6 |

| 5 | Molecular detection of Anaplasma infections in ixodid ticks from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘Anaplasma species are tick-transmitted obligate intracellular bacteria that infect many wild and domestic animals and humans.The prevalence ofAnaplasma spp.in ixodid ticks of Qinghai Province is poorly understood.In this study,a total of 1104 questing adult ticks were investigated for the infection ofAnaplasma species.As a result,we demonstrated the total infection rates of 3.1,11.1,5.6,and 4.5%forA.phagocytophilum,A.bovis,A.ovis andA.capra,respectively.All of the tick samples were negative forA.marginale.The positive rates ofA.phagocytophilum,A.ovis andA.capra in different tick species were significantly different.The positive rates ofA.capra andA.bovis in the male ticks were significantly higher than that in the female ticks.Sequence analysis ofA.ovis showed 99.5-100%identity to the previous reported isolates.The sequences ofA.phagocytophilum had 100%identity to strains Ap-SHX21,JC3-3 and ZAM dog-181 from sheep,Mongolian gazelles,and dogs.Two genotypes ofA.capra were found based on 16S rRNA,citrate synthase(gltA)gene and heat shock protein(groEL)gene analysis.In conclusion,A.bovis,A.ovis,A.phagocytophilum,andA.capra were present in the ticks in Qinghai Province.Anaplasma infection is associated with tick species,gender and distribution.These data will be helpful for understanding prevalence status ofAnaplasma infections in ticks in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. | Rong Han Ji-Fei Yang Muhammad Uzair Mukhtar Ze Chen Qing-Li Niu Yuan-Qing Lin Guang-Yuan Liu Jian-Xun Luo Hong Yin Zhi-Jie Liu | 2019 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019，8，1： | 2 |
| 6 | UVB suppresses PTEN expression by upregulating miR-141 in HaCaT cells显示文摘MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are 21 to 24 nucleotide,non-coding RNA molecules that post-transcriptionally regulate the expression of target genes.Ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation has been shown to inhibit phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) expression in HaCaT cells through an unknown mechanism.In this study,we investigated whether miR-141 can regulate UVB exposure-mediated inhibition of PTEN expression.Real-time RT-PCR,annexin V/fluorescein isothiocyanate staining,Western blotting and anti-miRNA oligonucleotide transfection were employed in this study.We found that upregulation of miR-141 expression after UVB irradiation was inversely correlated with PTEN expression levels in HaCaT cells.Furthermore,miR-141 expression increased apoptosis,while anti-miR-141 partly restored PTEN expression and reversed the pro-apoptosis effect of UVB.UVB suppresses the expression of PTEN by upregulating miR-141 in HaCaT cells.Therefore,miR-141 is a potential gene therapy target for UVB-induced photodamage. | Wei Li Wu Di Lijuan Hua Bingrong Zhou ze Guo Dan Luo | 2011 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2011，25，2： | 2 |

| 8 | An Investigation on the Molecular Characteristics and Intracellular Growth Ability among Environmental and Clinical Isolates of Legionella pneumophila in Sichuan Province, China显示文摘Objective To investigate the molecular characteristics and intracellular growth ability of Legionella pneumophila(L. pneumophila) strains from 1989 to 2016 in Sichuan Province, China. Methods Seventy-nine isolates of L. pneumophila were collected from environmental and clinical sources, including cooling towers, hot springs, bath water, fountains, and patients, and identified with 16 S rRNA gene analysis and serum agglutination assay. The isolates were then typed by Sequence-Based Typing(SBT), and Genotyping of forty-two LP1 strains were analyzed by means of multiple-locus VNTR analysis with 8 loci(MLVA-8). All strains were further analyzed for two virulence genes: Legionella vir homologue(lvh) and repeats in structural toxin(rtx A). The intracellular growth ability of 33 selected isolates was determined by examining their interaction with J774 cells. Results All isolates were identified to L. pneumophila including 11 serogroups, among which the main serogroup were LP1, accounting for 54.43%. Thirty-three different sequence types(STs) from five main clonal groups and five singletons were identified, along with 8 different MLVA patterns. Both the lvh and rtx A loci were found in all 79 strains. Thirty isolates showed high intracellular growth ability in J774 cells.
