| 1 | Effects of binder strength and aggregate size on the compressive strength and void ratio of porous concrete显示文摘To test the influence of binder strength, porous concretes with 4 binder strengths between 30.0-135.0 MPa and 5 void ratios between 15%-35% were tested. The results indicated that for the same aggregate, the rates of strength reduction due to the increases in void ratio were the same for binders with different strengths. To study the influence of aggregate size, 3 single size aggregates with nominal sizes of 5.0, 13.0 and 20.0 mm (Nos. 7, 6 and 5 according to JIS A 5001) were used to make porous concrete. The strengths of porous concrete are found to be dependent on aggregate size. The rate of strength reduction of porous concrete with small aggregate size is found to be higher than that with larger aggregate size. At the same void ratio, the strength of porous concrete with large aggregate is larger than that with small aggregate. | 8 | Twenty four-week peginterferon plus ribavirin after interferon-β induction for genotype 1b chronic hepatitis C显示文摘AIM:To investigate the possibility of shortening the duration of peginterferon(Peg-IFN)plus ribavirin(RBV) combination therapy by incorporating interferon-β (IFN-β)induction therapy. METHODS:A one treatment arm,cohort prospective study was conducted on seventy one patients.The patients were Japanese adults with genotype 1b chronic hepatitis C,HCV-RNA levels of≥5.0 Log IU/mL or 100 KIU/mL,and platelet counts of≥90 000/μL.The treatment regimen consisted of a 2 wk course of twicedaily administration of IFN-βfollowed by 24 wk PegIFN plus RBV combination therapy.We prolonged the duration of the Peg-IFN plus RBV therapy to 48 wk if the patient requested it. RESULTS:The patients,including 44%males,were characterized by an median age of 63 years(range: 32-78 years),an median platelet count of 13.9(range: 9.1-30.6)×10 4 /μL,62%IFN-na?ve,and median HCV- RNA of 6.1(range:5.1-7.2)Log IU/mL.The sustained virologic response(SVR)rates were 34%(Peg-IFN:1-24 wk,n=61,95%confidence interval(CI): 24%-47%)and 55%(Peg-IFN:20-24 wk,n=31,95% CI:38%-71%,P<0.001;vs Peg-IFN:1-19 wk).TheSVR rate when the administration was discontinued early was 13%(Peg-IFN:1-19 wk,n=30,95%CI: 5%-30%),and that when the administration was prolonged was 50%(Peg-IFN:25-48 wk,n=10,95% CI:24%-76%,P<0.05;vs Peg-IFN:1-19 wk).In the patients who received 20-24 wk of Peg-IFN plus RBV,only the higher platelet count(≥130 000/μL) was significantly correlated with the SVR(odds ratio: 11.680,95%CI:2.3064-79.474,P=0.0024).In 45% (14/31)of the patients with a higher platelet count (≥130000/μL)before therapy,the HCV-RNA level decreased to below 3.3 Log IU/mL at the completion of IFN-β,and their SVR rate was 93%(13/14)after 20-24 wk administration of Peg-IFN plus RBV. | 9 | 湖泊沉积物对17β-雌二醇的降解效能显示文摘沿湖泊沉积物垂直高度取表层(SL,0~2cm)、中层(ML,14~16cm)、底层(BL,28~30cm)3层底泥微生物为对象,研究了湖泊沉积物对17β-雌二醇(17β-estradiol,E2)的生物降解效能。结果表明:无论在好氧还是厌氧条件下,E2及其副产物雌激素酮(estrone,E1)的降解行为与沉积物沉积深度和环境温度有密切关系:底泥沉积深度愈深,E2降解速率愈低;在微生物活性温度范围内,环境温度愈高,E2降解速率愈高。好氧条件下,湖泊沉积物中E2降解反应的k值为0.002~0.120h-1·g-1·L;厌氧条件下,k值为0.002~0.057h-1·g-1·L。由于诱导驯化及有机物竞争关系减小等原因,向反应体系中再次添加E2后,其k值增大约34%。湖泊沉积物中硝化细菌的存在对E2降解具有促进作用。 | 何芳 李富生 Akira Yuasa 王立国 | 2012 | 土木建筑与环境工程2012，34，4： | 2 |
| 10 | Overexpression of NK2 inhibits liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy in mice显示文摘AIM: To investigate the in vivo effects of NK2 on liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy (PH). METHODS: Survival after PH was observed with 21 NK2 transgenic mice and 23 wild-type (WT) mice over 10 d. Liver regeneration was analyzed using histology and immunohistochemistry. Expressions of genes were analyzed using Northern blot analysis, immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting, and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assay. KaplanMeier method and the log-rank test were used for ahalyzing the survival after PH. Differences in the resultsof immunohistochemistry and percentage of liver regeneration was determined by the Student's t-test. RESULTS: More than half of NK2 transgenic mice died within 48 h after PH. After PH, increased deposition of small lipid droplets in hepatocytes was evident and hepatic proliferation was inhibited in NK2 transgenic mice. The hepatic expression and kinase activity of HGF receptor, c-Met, were unchanged among WT mice and NK2 transgenic mice after PH. | 11 | Short-term intravenous interferon therapy for chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of short- term, multiple daily dosing of intravenous interferon (IFN) in patients with hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B. METHODS:IFN-β was intravenously administered at a total dose of 102 million international units (MIU) over a period of 28 d in 26 patients positive for HBeAg and HBV-DNA. IFN-beta was administered at doses of 2 MIU and 1 MIU on d 1, 3 MIU twice daily from d 2 to d 7, and 1 MIU thrice daily from d 8 to d 28. Patients were followed up for 24 wk after the end of treatment. RESULTS:Six months after the end of the treatment, loss of HBV-DNA occurred in 13 (50.0%) of the 26 patients, loss of HBeAg in 9 (34.6%), development of anti-HBe in 10 (38.5%), HBeAg seroconversion in 8 (30.8%), and normalization of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels in 11 (42.0%). CONCLUSION:This 4-wk long IFN-β therapy, which was much shorter than conventional therapy lasting 12 wk or even more than 1 year, produced therapeutic effects similar to those achieved by IFN-α or pegylated- IFN-α (peg-IFN). Fewer adverse effects, greater efficacy, and a shorter treatment period led to an improvement in patients’ quality of life. IFN-β is administered intravenously, whereas IFN-α is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
