| 1 | Distributed Finite-Time Integral Sliding-Mode Control for Multi-Agent Systems with Multiple Disturbances Based on Nonlinear Disturbance Observers显示文摘This paper proposes a finite-time consensus control algorithm based on nonlinear integral sliding-mode control for second-order multi-agent systems(MASs)with mismatched and matched disturbances.Firstly,a nonlinear finite-time disturbance observer is established to estimate the states and mismatched disturbances of the agent.Secondly,a dynamic integral sliding-mode(ISM)surface is designed by employing the estimates of mismatched disturbances.Then,based on the designed ISM and disturbance observer,the discontinuous or continuous campsite control protocols are respectively developed to guarantee the consensus for MASs in finite time with active anti-disturbance control.Finally,numerical simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed consensus control algorithm. | YANG Yize LIU Fan YANG Hongyong LI Yuling LIU Yuanshan | 2021 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,3: | 4 |

| 3 | An efficient route towards R-2-phenoxypropionic acid synthesis for biotransformative production of R-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid显示文摘R2(4hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid(RHPPA)is a key intermediate for the synthesis of classic herbicides with high selectivity against grassy weed.The main route for RHPPA biosynthesis is to hydroxylate the substrate R2phenoxypropionic acid(RPPA)at C4 position with microbes.In order to provide sufficient RPPA for the industrial production of RHPPA,an effective RPPA synthesis method was established and optimized in this work.The synthesis process mainly consisted of two steps:(1)synthesis of S2chloropropionic acid from Lalanine via diazotization and chlorination reactions;and(2)synthesis of RPPA from S2chloropropionic acid and phenol via etherification reaction.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:HCl:NaNO_(2):KI:LAla=2.0:1.2:0.7:1.0(in molar),125℃reflux for 1.5 h,with KI as catalyst,and KI:S2chloropropionic acid:phenol=0.075:1.2:1.0(in molar).Under these conditions,an improved molar conversion rate(74.9%,calculated in phenol)was achieved.After extraction using anionic exchange resin Amberlite IRA400(CI),RPPA product with a purity of 95.08%was obtained.The purified RPPA was identified and evaluated in the application of the biotransformative production of RHPPA.The results indicated that the synthesized RPPA supported the RHPPA biosynthesis with a comparable yield as that of the standard RPPA.The RPPA synthesis method provided herein exhibited the advantages of low price and easy availability of raw materials,less toxicity of reagents,simple manipulations,and low equipment/instrument requirements. | Haiyan Zhou Yizuo Li Rui Jiang Xianlin Wang Yuanshan Wang Yaping Xue Yuguo Zheng | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4: | 2 |

| 15 | Expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid 2A-B and 2B receptors in anterior thalamic nucleus and subiculum complex of rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Glutamate acid ionotropic receptor N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) takes part in long-term potentiation, thereby influencing the process of learning and memory. OBJECTIVE: To verify expression of NMDA 2A/B and 2B receptors in the anterior thalamic nucleus and subiculum complex of rats. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A single-sample observation was performed at Department of Anatomy in Dalian Medical University (Dalian, Liaoning, China) from April to September in 2007. MATERIALS: Ten adult Wistar rats were used for this study, as well as rabbit anti-NMDA 2A/B and 2B antibodies. METHODS: The rats were anesthetized and perfused, followed by brain resection and coronal sectioning of the brain tissue. A 1:3 series was selected for immunohistochemistry, using antibodies specific to NMDA 2A/B and 2B receptors. Photos were taken using the Nikon image analysis system. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Expression and distribution of immunohistochemistry staining of NMDA 2A/B and 2B receptor subunits. RESULTS: There were a large number of NMDA 2A/B and 2B receptor-positive neurons distributed throughout the anterior dorsal thalamic nucleus. In the anterior ventral thalamic nucleus, distribution of positive neurons was rare, staining intensity was lighter, and cell bodies were smaller compared with the anterior dorsal thalamic nucleus. In the subiculum complex, staining intensity of NMDA 2A/B and 2B-positive neurons was weakest in the molecular layer and stronger in the pyramidal layer, in particular the region with large cell bodies adjacent to the molecular layer. In the multiform layer, more positive neurons of various sizes were detected. CONCLUSION: NMDA 2A/B and 2B receptor subunits were richly distributed in the anterior thalamic nucleus, with a small difference existing between the anterior dorsal nucleus and anterior ventral nucleus.
