2Catalytic dehydrogenation of propane to propylene over highly active PtSnNa/γ-Al2O3 catalyst显示文摘PtSnNa/γ-Al_2 O_3 catalyst is widely used in the dehydrogenation of light alkane. This paper reports a new fabrication method of the catalyst. In the work, γ-Al_2 O_3, SnCl_4 and NaCl were ball milled to upload Sn and Na^+ onto the support instead of the conventionally used immersion method. The subsequent baking procedures frimly fixed Sn onto the support, which could disperse Pt introduced by immersion. The effects of Sn and Na^+ additives on the catalytic performance of PtSnNa/γ-Al_2 O_3 catalyst were investigated. It was found that the appropriate molar ratio of Sn/Pt was 6:1 while the favorable weight percentage of Na^+was 0.90%. Compared with the reaction catalyzed by the industrially employed PtSnNa/γ-Al_2 O_3 catalyst, the conversion of propane and the selectivity of propylene had been greatly improved,which were 26.97% and 99.18% respectively after 12 h reaction.Shiyong Zhao Bolian Xu Lei YU Yining Fan 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,3:4
3Constructing a V2G-enabled Regional Energy Internet for Cost-efficient Carbon Trading显示文摘The increasing penetration of plug-in electric ve- hicles (PEVs) has highlighted the importance of coordinating ubiquitous distributed energy resources (DERs) via the internet of things (IoT).With the help of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, PEVs can be aggregated to behave as a storage system, yielding both economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, we propose an optimal bidding framework for a V2G-enabled re- gional energy internet (REI) to participate in day-ahead markets considering carbon trading. The REI operator aims to maximize the net profits from day-ahead markets while anticipating real- time adjustments. A detailed battery model is developed to depict the charging and discharging capability of V2G-enabled PEVs. A two-stage stochastic optimization model is formulated to schedule the operation of PEV fleets against various sources of uncertainties, e.g., the arrival and departure time of PEVs, solar power and real-time prices. 4Berberine mitigates hepatic insulin resistance by enhancing mitochondrial architecture via the SIRT1/Opa1 signalling pathway显示文摘The aberrant changes of fussion/fission-related proteins can trigger mitochondrial dynamics imbalance,which cause mitochondrial dysfunctions and result insulin resistance(IR).However,the relationship between the inner mitochondrial membrane fusion protein optic atrophy 1(Opa1)and hepatic IR as well as the specific molecular mechanisms of signal transduction has not been fully elucidated.In this study,we explore whether abnormalities in the Opa1 cause hepatic IR and whether berberine(BBR)can prevent hepatic IR through the SIRT1/Opa1 signalling pathway.High-fat diet(HFD)-fed mice and db/db mice are used as animal models to study hepatic IR in vivo.IR,morphological changes,and mitochondrial injury of the liver are examined to explore the effects of BBR.SIRT1/Opa1 protein expression is determined to confirm whether the signalling pathway is damaged in the model animals and is involved in BBR treatment-mediated mitigation of hepatic IR.A palmitate(PA)-induced hepatocyte IR model is established in HepG2 cells in vitro.Opa1 silencing and SIRT1 overexpression are induced to verify whether Opa1 deficiency causes hepatocyte IR and whether SIRT1 improves this dysfunction.BBR treatment and SIRT1 silencing are employed to confirm that BBR can prevent hepatic IR by activating the SIRT1/Opa1 signalling pathway.Western blot analysis and JC-1 fluorescent staining results show that Opa1 deficiency causes an imbalance in mitochondrial fusion/fission and impairs insulin signalling in HepG2 cells.SIRT1 and BBR overexpression ameliorates PA-induced IR,increases Opa1,and improves mitochondrial function.SIRT1 silencing partly reverses the effects of BBR on HepG2 cells.SIRT1 and Opa1 expressions are downregulated in the animal models.BBR attenuates hepatic IR and enhances SIRT1/Opa1 signalling in db/db mice.In summary,Opa1 silencing-mediated mitochondrial fusion/fission imbalance could lead to hepatocyte IR.BBR may improve hepatic IR by regulating the SIRT1/Opa1 signalling pathway,and thus,it may be used to treat type-2 diabetes.Jia Xu Yining Zhang Zhiyi Yu Yueqi Guan Yuqian Lv Meishuang Zhang Ming Zhang Li Chen Xiaoyan Lv Fengying Guan 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,10:3
5Honeycomb-shaped Pt Sn Na/y-Al2O3/cordierite monolithic catalyst with improved stability and selectivity for propane dehydrogenation显示文摘novel honeycomb-shaped Pt Sn Na/g-Al_2 O_3/cordierite monolithic catalyst(Pt 0.5%, Sn 0.9%, Na 1.0%,relative to Al2 O3 weight) was developed and its catalytic performances in propane dehydrogenation were tested and compared with the classical granule catalyst with same Pt, Sn and Na contents under the conditions of 0.1 MPa, 590C, C_3 H_8/H_2 at 3/1(molar ratio) and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) at155 h^(-1). 6Newly self-administered two-step tool for screening cognitive function in an ageing Chinese population:an exploratory cross-sectional study显示文摘Background Early screening of cognitive function is critical to dementia treatment and care.However,traditional tests require face-to-face administration and are often limited by implementation costs and biases.Aims This study aimed to assess whether the Thoven Cognitive Self-Assessment(TCSA),a novel,innovative two-step touchscreen-based cognition assessment tool,could identify early cognitive impairment due to dementia in older adults.Methods The TCSA was administered to 61 healthy controls(HCs),46 participants with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and 44 participants diagnosed with dementia recruited from Shanghai.Two outcome measures were generated from the TCSA test:the TCSA_(primary task)score and the TCSA_(secondary task)score.Results The total average scores in the control group for the TCSA_(primary task)and TCSA_(secondary task)were significantly higher than those in the MCI and dementia groups(TCSA_(primary task):HCs vs MCI group vs dementia group,8.58±1.76 vs 5.40±2.67 vs 2.74±2.11,F=75.40,p<0.001;TCSA_(secondary task):HCs vs MCI group vs dementia group,23.02±3.31 vs 17.95±4.93 vs 11.93±5.50,F=76.46,p<0.001).Moreover,receiver operating characteristic analysis showed that a score below 7.5 for the TCSA_(primary task)and a score below 22.5 for the TCSA_(secondary task)were indicators of MCI.Conclusions The TCSA appears to be efficacious for the detection of cognitive impairment in older adults.It demonstrates the potential for large-scale cognition screening in community service settings.Jing Nie Yang Yang Yining Gao Wenwen Jiang Aisikeer Aidina Fei Sun Lucas R Prieto Jie Yu Kang Ju Lisheng Song Xia Li 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,1:2
7Spatial and temporal evolution of landfast ice near Zhongshan Station, East Antarctica, over an annual cycle in 2011/2012显示文摘Annual observations of first-year ice(FYI) and second-year ice(SYI) near Zhongshan Station, East Antarctica,were conducted for the first time from December 2011 to December 2012. Melt ponds appeared from early December 2011. Landfast ice partly broke in late January, 2012 after a strong cyclone. Open water was refrozen to form new ice cover in mid-February, and then FYI and SYI co-existed in March with a growth rate of 0.8 cm/d for FYI and a melting rate of 2.7 cm/d for SYI. This difference was due to the oceanic heat flux and the thickness of ice,with weaker heat flux through thicker ice. From May onward, FYI and SYI showed a similar growth by 0.5 cm/d.Their maximum thickness reached 160.5 cm and 167.0 cm, respectively, in late October. Drillings showed variations of FYI thickness to be generally less than 1.0 cm, but variations were up to 33.0 cm for SYI in March,suggesting that the SYI bottom was particularly uneven. Snow distribution was strongly affected by wind and surface roughness, leading to large thickness differences in the different sites. Snow and ice thickness in Nella Fjord had a similar 'east thicker, west thinner' spatial distribution. Easterly prevailing wind and local topography led to this snow pattern. Superimposed ice induced by snow cover melting in summer thickened multi-year ice,causing it to be thicker than the snow-free SYI. The estimated monthly oceanic heat flux was ~30.0 W/m2 in March–May, reducing to ~10.0 W/m2 during July–October, and increasing to ~15.0 W/m2 in November. The seasonal change and mean value of 15.6 W/m2 was similar to the findings of previous research. 10Application of Auger electron spectroscopy in lithium-ion conducting oxide solid electrolytes显示文摘Garnet-type oxide solid electrolytes are the critical materials for all-solid-state lithium ion batteries.Nanoscale spectroscopic analysis on solid electrolytes plays a key role in bridging the gap between microstructure and properties.In this work,Auger electron spectroscopy(AES),which can directly detect lithium element and distinguish its valence state,was applied to characterize the garnet-type Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6O12)(LLZTO).Different spectroscopy parameters were evaluated and optimal acquisition conditions were provided.Electron induced precipitation of lithium metal from LLZTO was observed.By exploring the influence factors of precipitation and combining transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and focused ion beam(FIB)experiments,the underlying mechanism of the phenomenon was revealed and previous controversy was resolved.The analysis method was also extended to other types of solid electrolytes,and this work provides a reference for future in-depth research on the structure-property relationship of solid electrolytes using AES.Yue Zhang Wenbo Zhai Xiangchen Hu Yilan Jiang Shaojie Chen Yining Zhang Wei Liu Yi Yu 2023Nano Research2023,16,3:0

12NIR‑II‑Triggered Composite Nanofibers to Simultaneously Achieve Intracranial Hemostasis,Killing Superbug and Residual Cancer Cells in Brain Tumor Resection Surgery显示文摘Malignant glioblastoma(GBM)is prone to relapse due to the inevitable tumor cells residue by surgery.During the tumor resection surgery in brain,addressing bleeding and superbug infections is also full of challenges.Currently,no method or material in clinical craniotomy can simultaneously solve these three problems.Herein,Chitosan composite nanofibers embed-ded with CuSe nanoparticles were prepared by green electrospinning method,in which the CuSe nanoparticles have strong absorption in the second near-infrared(NIR-II)window.Immediately after removing the tumor in craniotomy,nanofibers were electrospun and deposited directly onto the resection site with high precision(>90%)to achieve rapid hemostasis(<8 s).Moreover,evidenced by the deeper penetration depth of NIR-II light(1064 nm)both in the scalp and skull than NIR-I light(808 nm),photothermal and photodynamic therapy induced by NIR-II exhibits efficient superbug-killing rate(>99%)and effectively induces cell apoptosis of residual tumor thereby to inhibit tumor recurrence.Only using the same material,a tril-ogy of intracranial hemostasis,killing superbug and residual cancer cells is simultaneously achieved.The short operation time reduces the risk of craniotomy.This electrospinning strategy could combine with craniotomy and minimally invasive surgery,which may provide novel perspectives in clinical operation besides craniotomy.Jun Yang Lei Xu Yining Ding Chang Liu Bingchang Wang Yanchao Yu Chao Hui Seeram Ramakrishna Jun Zhang Yunze Long 2023Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,1:0
13Wind tunnel test of gust load alleviation for a large-scale full aircraft model显示文摘Wind tunnel test is an important way to test the performance of Gust Load Alleviation(GLA).At present,some component-level wind tunnel tests have been carried out in big aviation countries,but there is a lack of full aircraft model GLA tests.In this study,a set of large-scale GLA test system in low-speed wind tunnel is developed,which includes a gust generator,a five-degree-of-freedom suspension system,a full elastic aircraft model with control system,and gust load measuring devices.Two control schemes based on closed-loop feedback control and open-loop feed forward control are respectively designed and verified by the full-model GLA tests in the wind tunnel.The experimental results show that the designed gust generator can generate a stable wideband,wide-area gust wind field;the suspension support system can sustain static and dynamic stability during wind tunnel test,and enables the model moving in the horizontal,vertical,pitching,rolling and yawing directions.The results show that the closed-loop feedback control can obtain good control performance of reducing the peak values of elastic vibration response induced by gust excitation,but has little effect on suppressing the rigid body motion excited by low-frequency gust,while the open-loop feed forward control presents superior performance in allevi-ating the high-frequency elastic vibration as well as the low-frequency rigid body motion with more than 40%overall reduction rate.Dongqiang ZHAO Zhichun YANG Xianang ZENG Jinge YU Yining GAO Guoning HUANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,4:0
14Photographic Analysis and Optical Diagnosis of Kilowatt Microwave Plasma Torch with Air Carrier Gas显示文摘The spatiotemporal motion characteristics of the kilowatt argon microwave plasma torch with the air carrier gas(kW-AC-ArMPT)and the behavior of the plasma filaments are investigated with a digital single-lens reflex(SLR)camera and a high-speed camera.Along with the introduction of the air,both the volume of the central channel and the rotational frequency of the plasma filament are increased.Besides,the excitation temperature(Texc),rotational temperature(Trot),and density of electron number(ne)of the kW-AC-ArMPT are measured with optical diagnosis.It is clearly shown that the introduction of air contributed to the rise of Trot and ne of the plasma,which is beneficial to improving the analytical performance of the plasma.Then the detection limits of some heavy metal elements are measured by kW-AC-ArMPT,which are in the ppb range.The experimental results show that the kW-ArMPT has a high tolerance to air injection at least 1.0 L/min,which allows the direct extraction of air from the environment for analysis and therefore has the potential for online and in-situ detection of ambient air quality and industrial exhaust gases.YU Dengjie YU Bingwen ZHANG Xuchen HUANG Shiluo YING Yangwei YAN Yuwei JIN Yining JIN Wei 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,6:0
15Sphingolipids Profiling of Plasma in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Associated with Atherosclerosis by a Novel Normal-Phase UPLC-QToF MS Method显示文摘A novel normal-phase UPLC-QToF MS method was developed for sphingolipids analysis,which was then applied to separate and identify seven classes of sphingolipids in plasma.The time-consuming of this novel method was much shorter than previous 2D LC–MS method,while the sensitivity,repeatability and resolution for sphingolipids analysis were better or comparable.Besides,the differences of lipids in human plasma among diabetes mellitus patients,diabetes mellitus associated with atherosclerosis patients and control subjects were also compared.Finally,12 sphingolipids species were identified as the amounts of which in diabetes mellitus associated with atherosclerosis patients were significantly higher than them in diabetes mellitus patients(VIP>1.0,p value<0.05,fold change>1.5).As the isomers of GalCs and GluCs were successfully separated,it was found that five GluCs,rather than GalCs,were included in these 12 potential biomarkers.These results suggest the need to separate GalCs from GluCs,and also indicated that there may be some extra activation pathways of diabetes mellitus associated with atherosclerosis,different from the atherosclerosis pathway and the diabetes mellitus pathway,causing cardiovascular disease.Min Li Li Yang Yining Huang Yu Bai Huwei Liu 2017Journal of Analysis and Testing2017,1,3:0
16A novel peptide-based probe^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 for the molecular imaging of tumor PD-L2 expression显示文摘Tumor-related PD-L2 expression is associated with the clinical efficacy of PD-1/PD-L1 blockade therapy.PD-L2-specific imaging can help selecting patients for appropriate immunotherapy.In this study,a PD-L2-targeting peptide(PDP2)was screened by the one-bead one-compound combinatorial library approach.Using the retro-inverso D-peptide of PDP2(RD-PDP2)and PEGylation strategies,we developed a novel Tc-99m-labeled PD-L2-targeting peptide as a SPECT tracer(^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2)for imaging of tumor PD-L2 expression.The radiolabeling yield of ^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 was greater than 95%by the standard HYNIC/tricine/TPPTS labeling procedure.^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 displayed high PD-L2-binding specificity both in vitro and in vivo.SPECT/CT imaging with^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 showed that the A549-PD-L2tumors were clearly visualized,whereas the signals in PD-L2-negative A549 tumors were much lower.In vivo blocking study suggested that the tumor uptake of^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 was PD-L2 specifically mediated.^(99m)Tc-PEG_(6)-RD-PDP2 is a promising SPECT probe for the non-invasive imaging of tumor PD-L2expression and has a great potential in guiding the anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy of cancer.Qi Luo Yunwei Zhang Zihua Wang Yining Sun Linqing Shi Yue Yu Jiyun Shi Zhiyuan Hu Fan Wang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7:0
17Segmentation of overlapping cervical nuclei based on the identification显示文摘Image segmentation directly determines the performance of automatic screening technique. However,there are overlapping nuclei in nuclei images. It raises a challenge to nuclei segmentation. To solve the problem,a segmentation method of overlapping cervical nuclei based on the identification is proposed. This method consists of three stages: classifier training,recognition and fine segmentation. In the classifier training,feature selection and classifier selection are used to obtain a classifier with high recognition rate. In the recognition,the outputs of the rough segmentation are classified and processed according to their labels. In the fine segmentation,the severely overlapping nuclei are further segmented based on the prior knowledge provided by the recognition. 18Vertical,capacitive microelectromechanical switches produced via direct writing of copper wires显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)direct writing based on the meniscus-confined electrodeposition of copper metal wires was used in this study to develop vertical capacitive microelectromechanical switches.Vertical microelectromechanical switches reduce the form factor and increase the area density of such devices in integrated circuits.We studied the electromechanical characteristics of such vertical switches by exploring the dependence of switching voltage on various device structures,particularly with regard to the length,wire diameter,and the distance between the two wires.A simple model was found to match the experimental measurements made in this study.We found that the electrodeposited copper microwires exhibit a good elastic modulus close to that of bulk copper.By optimizing the 3D structure of the electrodes,a volatile electromechanical switch with a sub-5 V switching voltage was demonstrated in a vertical microscale switch with a gap distance as small as 100 nm created with a pair of copper wires with diameters of~1μm and heights of 25μm.This study establishes an innovative approach to construct microelectromechanical systems with arbitrary 3D microwire structures for various applications,including the demonstrated volatile and nonvolatile microswitches.Zhiran Yi Jianjun Guo Yining Chen Haiqing Zhang Shuai Zhang Gaojie Xu Minfeng Yu Ping Cui 2016Microsystems & Nanoengineering2016,2,1:0
19Anomalous extensive landfast sea ice in the vicinity of Inexpressible Island, Antarctica显示文摘On 10 December 2017,a Chinese research vessel R/V Xuelong encountered an extensive area of landfast ice offshore Inexpressible Island(Antarctica)near the location where the fifth Chinese Antarctic research station is to be built.Using multi-source satellite images and weather data,we analyzed the ice conditions during the event season and reconstructed the development of landfast ice.Two stages in late September and early October were identified as contributing to the final ice extent.These two events are highly related to local-and large-scale weather conditions.Satellite images from 2003 to 2017 showed that four in fifteen years experienced severe landfast ice conditions,suggesting that it is not a rare phenomenon.ZHAI Mengxi ZHAO Tiancheng HUI Fengming CHENG Xiao LIUAobo YUAN Jiawei YU Yining DING Yifan 2019Advances in Polar Science2019,30,4:0
20Global asymptotic stability in a pseudorabies virus model with age structure显示文摘Pseudorabies is a highly contagious disease caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV)or suid herpesvirus 1(SuHV1),causing significant economic losses to the swine industry in countries where the disease exists.In this paper,we formulate an age structure model of pseudorabies virus that takes into account disease-related mortality and vertical trans-mission.We find a threshold to determine the stability and existence of the disease.We show that there is always a globally asymptotically stable boundary equilibrium if and only if R_(02)<1+q,which means that the disease always exists in piglets and will die out in adult pigs.When R_(02)>1+q,the boundary equilibrium is unstable and there exists a unique disease-endemic equilibrium,which is globally asymptotically stable.We give detailed proofs of our theoretical results and numerical examples.Brief concluding re-marks are also provided.Yining Chen Yuhua Long Jianshe Yu 2023Infectious Disease Modelling2023,8,3:0
