| 1 | 利用时空相关性的多位置多步风速预测模型显示文摘兼顾时、空相关性的风速预测意义重大也极具挑战。围绕多位置、多步风速预测问题展开研究,从风速时空序列的本质出发,提出了一种'先提取空间特征,后捕捉时间依赖'的两阶段建模思路。构造了一个利用时空相关性的风速预测模型——深层时空网络(deep spatio-temporal network,DSTN)。该模型由卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)和双向门控循环单元(bidirectional gated recurrent unit,BGRU)共同构成,并通过'端对端'的方式进行训练,具备'序列到序列'的预测能力。首先,DSTN利用底层的CNN从空间风速矩阵中提取空间特征。然后,利用BGRU捕捉来自连续时间断面的空间特征之间的时间依赖关系,进而实现对时空序列的预测。此外,还定义了针对多位置风速预测的误差指标,用以描述预测模型的总体平均性能和个体误差控制能力。以美国加利福尼亚州某风电场实测数据为算例进行分析,结果表明,DSTN能够有效利用时空相关性进行风速预测,其预测性能优于多种现有预测模型。 | 陈金富 朱乔木 石东源 李银红 ZHU Lin 段献忠 LIU Yilu | 2019 | 中国电机工程学报2019,39,7: | 28 |
| 2 | Study on the migration of nerve stem cell in vitro Induced by glioma cells显示文摘Objective: Previous studies have shown that glioma cells induced the migration of nerve stem cells (NSCs) in vivo. This study was exploring whether this situation could happen in vitro. Methods: Supernatant from C6 glioma cell lines or astrocytes cultured in serum-free medium growing in logarithmic phase were separately placed in lower chambers and NSCs were placed in the upper chambers of Trans-well culture system. After 36 h co-incubation, these NSCs spheres occurred on the middle membrane were counted. Results: Results demonstrated that the supernatant from C6 glioma cell culture, not from the astrocytes, enhanced the migration of NSCs (P<0.01). | 9 | Controlled Islanding Strategy Considering Uncertainty of Renewable Energy Sources Based on Chance-constrained Model显示文摘Controlled islanding plays an essential role in preventing the blackout of power systems.Although there are several studies on this topic in the past,no enough attention is paid to the uncertainty brought by renewable energy sources(RESs)that may cause unpredictable unbalanced power and the observabilit>T of power systems after islanding that is essential for back-up black-start measures.Therefore,a novel controlled islanding model based on mixed-integer second-order cone and chance-constrained programming(MISOCCP)is proposed to address these issues.First,the uncertainty of RESs is characterized by their possibility distribution models with chance constraints,and the requirements,e.g.,system observability,for rapid back-up black-start measures are also considered.Then,a law of large numbers(LLN)based method is em-ployed for converting the chance constraints into deterministic ones and reformulating the non-convex model into convex one.Finally,case studies on the revised IEEE 39-bus and 118-bus power systems as well as the comparisons among different models are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.The results show that the proposed model can result in less unbalanced power and better observability after islanding compared with other models. | Shengyuan Liu Tianhan Zhang Zhenzhi Lin Yilu Liu Yi Ding Li Yang | 2022 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,2: | 1 |

| 11 | Combination losartan with hyaluronic acid modified diethyldithiocarbamate loaded hollow copper sulfide nanoparticles for the treatment of breast cancer and metastasis显示文摘The application of photothermal therapy(PTT)is greatly limited by the low accumulation of photothermal agents,uneven photothermal distribution,and heat endurance of cancer cells.Worse still,despite PTT enhances immunogenicity,the anti-tumor immune efficacy is still unsatisfactory due to the inefficient immunogenic cell death(ICD)induction and poor infiltration of immune cells.To solve the above problems of PTT,we developed hyaluronic acid(HA)modified hollow copper sulfide nanoparticles encapsulating diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC)to construct a breast tumor targeting and near infrared(NIR)photo-responsive drug delivery system(D-HCuS@HA),which further combined with losartan to improve the accumulation and penetration in the tumor site.Upon irradiation,D-HCuS@HA realized enhanced PTT and released cytotoxic Cu(DDTC)_(2)to eliminate heat endurance tumor cells,thereby enhancing antitumor effect and inducing effective ICD.Moreover,the combination with losartan could remodel the tumor microenvironment,allowing more T cells to infiltrate into the tumor,and significantly inhibiting the occurrence and development of metastatic tumors.In vitro/vivo results revealed the great potential of D-HCuS@HA combined with losartan,which provides a new paradigm for anti-tumor and anti-metastases. | Haili Hu Weiwei Zhang Lei Lei Fan Tong Huilin Zhang Yiwei Zhang Wenqin Yang Yilu Tang Ruyi Lin Xue Xia Jiamei Li Shiyong Song Huile Gao | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3: | 0 |
