1Application of next-generation sequencing technology to precision medicine in cancer: joint consensus of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. 2New Method to Improve Dynamic Stiffness of Electro-hydraulic Servo Systems显示文摘Most current researches working on improving stiffness focus on the application of control theories.But controller in closed-loop hydraulic control system takes effect only after the controlled position is deviated,so the control action is lagged.Thus dynamic performance against force disturbance and dynamic load stiffness can't be improved evidently by advanced control algorithms.In this paper,the elementary principle of maintaining piston position unchanged under sudden external force load change by charging additional oil is analyzed.On this basis,the conception of raising dynamic stiffness of electro hydraulic position servo system by flow feedforward compensation is put forward.And a scheme using double servo valves to realize flow feedforward compensation is presented,in which another fast response servo valve is added to the regular electro hydraulic servo system and specially utilized to compensate the compressed oil volume caused by load impact in time.The two valves are arranged in parallel to control the cylinder jointly.Furthermore,the model of flow compensation is derived,by which the product of the amplitude and width of the valve's pulse command signal can be calculated.And determination rules of the amplitude and width of pulse signal are concluded by analysis and simulations.Using the proposed scheme,simulations and experiments at different positions with different force changes are conducted.The simulation and experimental results show that the system dynamic performance against load force impact is largely improved with decreased maximal dynamic position deviation and shortened settling time.That is,system dynamic load stiffness is evidently raised.This paper proposes a new method which can effectively improve the dynamic stiffness of electro-hydraulic servo systems.BAI Yanhong QUAN Long 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,5:9

4Spatial distribution of IL4 controls iNKT cell-DC crosstalk in tumors显示文摘The spatiotemporal distribution of cytokines orchestrates immune responses in vivo,yet the underlying mechanisms remain to be explored.We showed here that the spatial distribution of interleukin-4(IL4)in invariant natural killer T(iNKT)cells regulated crosstalk between iNKT cells and dendritic cells(DCs)and controlled iNKT cell-mediated T-helper type 1(Th1)responses.The persistent polarization of IL4 induced by strong lipid antigens,that is,α-galactosylceramide(αGC),caused IL4 accumulation at the immunological synapse(IS),which promoted the activation of the IL4R-STAT6(signal transducer and activator of transcription 6)pathway and production of IL12 in DCs,which enhanced interferon-γ(IFNγ)production in iNKT cells.Conversely,the nonpolarized secretion of IL4 induced by Th2 lipid antigens with a short or unsaturated chain was incapable of enhancing this iNKT cell-DC crosstalk and thus shifted the immune response to a Th2-type response.The nonpolarized secretion of IL4 in response to Th2 lipid antigens was caused by the degradation of Cdc42 in iNKT cells.Moreover,reduced Cdc42 expression was observed in tumorinfiltrating iNKT cells,which impaired IL4 polarization and disturbed iNKT cell-DC crosstalk in tumors.Lu Wang Zhilan Liu Lili Wang Qielan Wu Xiang Li Di Xie Huimin Zhang Yongdeng Zhang Lusheng Gu Yanhong Xue Ting Yue Gang Liu Wei Ji Haiming Wei Tao Xu Li Bai 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5:4
5Distributed Formation Control of UAVs for Circumnavigating a Moving Target in Three-Dimensional Space显示文摘In this paper,a novel formation control strategy is proposed to address the target tracking and circumnavigating problem of multi-UAV formation.First,two sets of definitions,space angle definition and space vector definition,are presented in order to describe the flight state and construct the desired relative velocity.Then,the relative kinematic model between the UAV and the moving target is established.The distributed control law is constructed by using dynamic feedback linearization so as to realize the tracking and circumnavigating control with the desired velocity,circing radius and relative angular spacing.Next,the exponential stability of the closed-loop system is further guaranteed by properly choosing some corresponding parameters based on the Lyapunov method.Finally,the numerical simulation is caried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.Yanhong Luo Ao Bai Huaguang Zhang 2021Guidance, Navigation and Control2021,1,3:3

12Advance in 3D self-supported amorphous nanomaterials for energy storage and conversion显示文摘The advancement of next-generation energy technologies calls for rationally designed and fabricated electrode materials that have desirable structures and satisfactory performance.Three-dimensional(3D)self-supported amorphous nanomaterials have attracted great enthusiasm as the cornerstone for building high-performance nanodevices.In particular,tremendous efforts have been devoted to the design,fabrication,and evaluation of self-supported amorphous nanomaterials as electrodes for energy storage and conversion devices in the past decade.However,the electrochemical performance of devices assembled with 3D self-supported amorphous nanomaterials still remains to be dramatically promoted to satisfy the demands for more practical applications.In this review,we aim to outline the achievements made in recent years in the development of 3D self-supported amorphous nanomaterials for a broad range of energy storage and conversion processes.We firstly summarize different synthetic strategies employed to synthesize 3D nanomaterials and to tailor their composition,morphology,and structure.Then,the performance of these 3D self-supported amorphous nanomaterials in their corresponding energy-related reactions is highlighted.Finally,we draw out our comprehensive understanding towards both challenges and prospects of this promising field,where valuable guidance and inspiration will surely facilitate further development of 3D self-supported amorphous nanomaterials,thus enabling more highly efficient energy storage and conversion devices that play a key role in embracing a sustainable energy future.Baohong Zhang Yanhong Li Haoze Bai Binbin Jia Di Liu Lidong Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:1

14Real-time Fluorescence Reverse-transcription Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification for Detection of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus显示文摘Porcine epidemic diarrhea,a highly contagious enteric infectious disease caused by the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus( PEDV) with symptoms of vomit,diarrhea,loss of appetite of suckling pig,has led to serious economic loss to the global swine industry. In this study,a real-time fluorescence reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification( RT-LAMP) assay was developed to detect PEDV RNA. The real-time fluorescence RT-LAMP assay was performed at62 ℃ for 60 min,using a simple and portable device,the ESE-Quant Tube Scanner. The detection limit of RNA was 2. 9 × 10~6 copies/μl,10 times as sensitive as RT-PCR,and the detection was specific only to PEDV. Application of this method to clinical samples yielded a positivity rate of 93%,which was higher than that of RT-PCR. 15Mild and efficient recovery of lithium-ion battery cathode material by deep eutectic solvents with natural and cheap components显示文摘Dissolution of lithium cobalt oxide(LCO)is the key step for the recovery of valuable metals(e.g.,Co and Li)from spent LCO-based lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the dissolution process of LCO either needs toxic solvents,and high temperature,or shows low efficiency.Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)are potential green solvents to dissolve LCO.Here,DESs with polyethylene glycol(PEG)as hydrogen bond acceptor and ascorbic acid(AA)as hydrogen bond donor are found to dissolve LCO with 84.2%Co leaching efficiency at 80℃ and 72 h,which is higher than that from the reported references by common DESs.Furthermore,both DESs components(i.e.,PEG and AA)are cheap,biodegradable,and biocompatible.AA could be easily and abundantly extracted from natural fruits or vegetables.It provides a new guide for the green,mild,and efficient dissolution of LCO aiming at sustainable recovery of spent LIBs.Yu Chen Yanlong Wang Yue Bai Minghui Feng Fengyi Zhou Yanhong Lu Yuting Guo Yixuan Zhang Tiancheng Mu 2023Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3:0

17Inhibition of Wnt activity improves peri-implantation development of somatic cell nuclear transfer embryos显示文摘Somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) can reprogram differentiated somatic cells into totipotency.Although pre-implantation development of SCNT embryos has greatly improved,most SCNT blastocysts are still arrested at the peri-implantation stage,and the underlying mechanism remains elusive.Here,we develop a 3D in vitro culture system for SCNT peri-implantation embryos and discover that persistent Wnt signals block the naive-to-primed pluripotency transition of epiblasts with aberrant H3K27me3 occupancy,which in turn leads to defects in epiblast transformation events and subsequent implantation failure.Strikingly,manipulating Wnt signals can attenuate the pluripotency transition and H3K27me3 deposition defects in epiblasts and achieve up to a 9-fold increase in cloning efficiency.Finally,single-cell RNA-seq analysis reveals that Wnt inhibition marke dly enhances the lineage developmental trajectories of SCNT blastocysts during peri-implantation development.Overall,these findings reveal diminished potentials of SCNT blastocysts for lineage specification and validate a critical peri-implantation barrier for SCNT embryos.Yanhe Li Caihong Zheng Yingdong Liu Jincan He Qiang Zhang Yalin Zhang Xiaochen Kou Yanhong Zhao Kuisheng Liu Dandan Bai Yanping Jia Xiaoxiao Han Yifan Sheng Jiqing Yin Hong Wang Shuai Gao Wenqiang Liu Shaorong Gao 2023National Science Review2023,10,9:0

19Genetic architecture of quantitative trait loci(QTL)for FHB resistance and agronomic traits in a hard winter wheat population显示文摘Wheat resistance to Fusarium head blight(FHB)has often been associated with some undesirable agronomic traits.To study the relationship between wheat FHB resistance and agronomic traits,we constructed a linkage map of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)using an F6:8 population from G97252WG97380A.The two hard winter wheat parents showed contrasts in FHB resistance,plant height(HT),heading date(HD),spike length(SL),spike compactness(SC),kernel number per spike(KNS),spikelet number per spike(SNS),thousand-grain weight(TGW)and grain size(length and width).Quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping identified one major QTL(QFhb.hwwg-2DS)on chromosome arm 2DS for the percentage of symptomatic spikelets(PSS)in the spike,deoxynivalenol(DON)content and Fusarium damaged kernel(FDK).This QTL explained up to 71.8%of the phenotypic variation for the three FHB-related traits and overlapped with the major QTL for HT,HD,SL,KNS,SNS,TGW,and grain size.QTL on chromosome arms 2AL,2DS,3AL and 4BS were significant for the spike and grain traits measured.G97252W contributed FHB resistance and high SNS alleles at QFhb.hwwg-2DS,high KNS alleles at the QTL on 2AL and 2DS,and high TGW and grain size alleles at QTL on 3AL;whereas G97380A contributed high TGW and grain size alleles at the QTL on 2AL and 2DS,respectively,and the high KNS allele at the 4BS QTL.Combining QFhb.hwwg-2DS with positive alleles for spike and grain traits from other chromosomes may simultaneously improve FHB resistance and grain yield in new cultivars.Yuzhou Xu Yaoguang Li Ruolin Bian Guorong Zhang Allan K.Fritz Yanhong Dong Lanfei Zhao Yunfeng Xu Nida Ghori Amy Bernardo Paul StAmand Jessica L.Shoup Rupp Myron Bruce Wei Wang Eduard Akhunov Brett Carver Guihua Bai 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,6:0
20Superconvergence and recovery type a posteriori error estimation for hybrid stress finite element method显示文摘Superconvergence and recovery type a posteriori error estimators are analyzed for Pian and Sumihara's 4-node hybrid stress quadrilateral finite element method for linear elasticity problems. Superconvergence of order O(h^(1+min){α,1}) is established for both the displacement approximation in H^1-norm and the stress approximation in L^2-norm under a mesh assumption, where α > 0 is a parameter characterizing the distortion of meshes from parallelograms to quadrilaterals. Recovery type approximations for the displacement gradients and the stress tensor are constructed, and a posteriori error estimators based on the recovered quantities are shown to be asymptotically exact.
