Relationship between the later strong gas-charging and the improvement of the reservoir capacity in deep Ordovician carbonate reservoir in Tazhong area, Tarim Basin显示文摘Some large-scale oil-gas fields have recently been discovered in marine carbonate in China, especially the significant discoveries in deep reservoir that reveals a favorable exploration prospect. Tazhong area is the first-order tectonic unit in Tarim Basin, where there are nearly trillion cubic meters of natural gas resources in the Ordovician limestone reef flat complex in Lianglitage Formation. The reservoir is shelf edge reef flat complex, characterized by ultra-low porosity, low permeability and strong heterogeneous, with a current burial depth of 4500―6500 m. Studies find that the formation and distribution of deep reservoir of the Lianglitage Formation were controlled not only by the early high-energy sedimentary facies and corrosion, but the fracture network formed by the strong gas-charging process since the Himalayan epoch, which played an important role in optimizing and improving reservoir properties. This paper discusses the relationship between the strong later gas-charging and the improvement of the reservoir capacity in deep Ordovician carbonate reservoir, and also builts the corresponding mechanisms and modes, which is favorable for the prediction and evaluation of the advantageous exploration targets. | ZHAO WenZhi ZHU GuangYou ZHANG ShuiChang ZHAO XueFeng SUN YuShan WANG HongJun YANG HaiJun HAN JianFa | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,17: | 31

Protective effects of Yindanxinnaotong capsule in a rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Yindanxinnaotong capsule(YDXNTC) and main components compatibility and ratios on myocardium against ischemia/reperfusion injury and the effect's underlying mechanism.METHODS: Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI) was induced by ischemia for 30 min and reperfusion for 30 min. Electrocardiogram data and coronary flow were recorded, and superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase-MB, cardiac troponin T and I(cT nT, cT n I) and interleukin-1β, interleukin-8,interleukin-18(IL-1β, IL-8, IL-18) in myocardium were measured. Hypoxia/reoxygenation and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) injury were induced by hypoxia for 3 h/reoxygenation for 2 h, and 100 μM H2O2 for 1 h, respectively, in vitro rat myocardial cells(H9c2). Cell viability, SOD, MDA, cT nT and inflamma-tory factors(IL-1β, IL-8 and IL-18) were determined, and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4) expression was measured by western blotting.RESULTS: In the isolated heart experiment, elevated heart function, coronary flow and SOD levels, and decreased MDA levels and inflammatory factors were noted in the YDXNTC, main components and main components compatibility groups. Ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation occurrence decreased in the ginkgo biloba extract(GBE),and GBE and salvia miltiorrhiza ethanol extract compatibility(SM-E, GSEC) groups. Lactic dehydrogenase levels decreased in the YDXNTC and aqueous extract of salvia miltiorrhiza(SM-H) groups. Creatine kinase-MB decreased with GBE, SM-E, SM-H and GSEC treatment, and cT n I and cT nT levels decreased with GSEC. In the in vitro cell study,YDXNTC and main components ratios improved cell viability and SOD levels, and suppressed MDA,cT nT and inflammatory factors. TLR-4 expression was down-regulated.CONCLUSION: YDXNTC and main components compatibility showed protective effects on MIRI in this rat model and in vitro study. | 4 | An Adaptive RBF Neural Network Control Method for a Class of Nonlinear Systems显示文摘This paper focuses on designing an adaptive radial basis function neural network(RBFNN) control method for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown parameters and bounded disturbances. The problems raised by the unknown functions and external disturbances in the nonlinear system are overcome by RBFNN, combined with the single parameter direct adaptive control method. The novel adaptive control method is designed to reduce the amount of computations effectively. The uniform ultimate boundedness of the closed-loop system is guaranteed by the proposed controller. A coupled motor drives(CMD) system, which satisfies the structure of nonlinear system,is taken for simulation to confirm the effectiveness of the method.Simulations show that the developed adaptive controller has favorable performance on tracking desired signal and verify the stability of the closed-loop system. | Hongjun Yang Jinkun Liu | 2018 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2018,5,2: | 23
A comprehensive review of integrative pharmacology-based investigation:A paradigm shift in traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Over the past decade, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has widely embraced systems biology and its various data integration approaches to promote its modernization. Thus, integrative pharmacology-based traditional Chinese medicine(TCMIP) was proposed as a paradigm shift in TCM.This review focuses on the presentation of this novel concept and the main research contents, methodologies and applications of TCMIP.First,TCMIP is an interdisciplinary science that can establish qualitative and quantitative pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics(PK-PD) correlations through the integration of knowledge from multiple disciplines and techniques and from different PK-PD processes in vivo. Then, the main research contents of TCMIP are introduced as follows:chemical and ADME/PK profiles of TCM formulas;confirming the three forms of active substances and the three action modes;establishing the qualitative PK-PD correlation;and building the quantitative PK-PD correlations, etc. After that,we summarize the existing data resources, computational models and experimental methods of TCMIP and highlight the urgent establishment of mathematical modeling and experimental methods. Finally,we further discuss the applications of TCMIP for the improvement of TCM quality control, clarification of the molecular mechanisms underlying the actions of TCMs and discovery of potential new drugs, especially TCM-related combination drug disco very. | Haiyu Xu Yanqiong Zhang Ping Wang Junhong Zhang Hong Chen Luoqi Zhang Xia Du Chunhui Zhao Dan Wu Feng Liu Hongjun Yang Changxiao Liu | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6: | 18
Analysis of the cracks formation on surface of extruded magnesium rod based on numerical modeling and experimental verification显示文摘To reduce the surface cracks of extrusion rod for AZ31 magnesium caused by nonho-mogeneous metal flow in extrusion process, 3D computer finite element (FE) simulations of extruding a wrought magnesium alloy AZ31 into rods have been performed and the results have been verified in extrusion experiments under identical conditions. The tendency to generate the dead zone is decreased by employing the die angle 60° at the cone-shaped die comparing with the die angle 180°. The surface additional tensile stresses of the rod at the die exit are decreased greatly so that the surface cracks caused are avoided by using the die angle 60°. The extrusion die with die angle 180° would increase the higher temperature rise and possibility of crack forma- tion on the rod surface that caused by die angle 60° and temperature rise decrease tensile strength of the AZ31 rod. The experimental results show that die angle 180° could cause continuous cracks on the surface of the extruded rod. The extrusion force required is reduced approximately 15 ton by employing the die angle 60°. Theoretical results obtained by the DeformTM-3D simulation agreed well with the experiments. The obtained results provide the fundamental and also practical guidelines for the design and correction of dies to produce magnesium rod with good surface quality. | Hongjun HU Dingfei ZHANG Fusheng PAN Mingbo YANG | 2009 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2009,22,5: | 9
Heavy Oil and Oil Sands:Global Distribution and Resource Assessment显示文摘Global recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands have been assessed by CNPC using a geology-based assessment method combined with the traditional volumetric method, spatial interpolation method, parametric-probability method etc. The most favourable areas for exploration have been selected in accordance with a comprehensive scoring system. The results show:(1) For geological resources, CNPC estimate 991.18 billion tonnes of heavy oil and 501.26 billion tonnes of oil sands globally, of which technically recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands comprise 126.74 billion tonnes and 64.13 billion tonnes respectively. More than 80% of the resources occur within Tertiary and Cretaceous reservoirs distributed across 69 heavy oil basins and 32 oil sands basins. 99% of recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands occur within foreland basins, passive continental-margin basins and cratonic basins.(2) Since residual hydrocarbon resources remain following large-scale hydrocarbon migration and destruction, heavy oil and oil sands are characterized most commonly by late hydrocarbon accumulation, the same basin types and source-reservoir conditions as for conventional hydrocarbon resources, shallow burial depth and stratabound reservoirs.(3) Three accumulation models are recognised, depending on basin type: degradation along slope; destruction by uplift; and migration along faults.(4) In addition to mature exploration regions such as Canada and Venezuela, the Volga-Ural Basin and the Pre-Caspian Basin are less well-explored and have good potential for oil-sand discoveries, and it is predicted that the Middle East will be an important region for heavy oil development. | LIU Zuodong WANG Hongjun Graham BLACKBOURN MA Feng HE Zhengjun WEN Zhixing WANG Zhaoming YANG Zi LUAN Tiansi WU Zhenzhen | 2019 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,1: | 9
Effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract on cerebral cortex amino acid levels in cerebral ischemia model rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract on amino acid levels in the cerebral cortex of cerebral ischemia model rats induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).METHODS: A rat model of cerebral ischemia was established by MCAO. Male rats were divided into a negative control group(Control), a sham-operated group(Sham), an ischemic group(MCAO), and an ischemic group treated with Ginkgo biloba leaf extract(MCAO_D). All groups were divided into two subgroups with occlusion times of 12 and 24 h, respectively. The levels of 18 endogenous amino acids in the cerebral cortex were quantified by triple quadrupole-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.RESULTS: Compared with the MCAO group, behavioral performance, neurological deficit score, and cerebral infarct volume were significantly improved in the MCAO_D group(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the sham group, the levels of 17 amino acids in the cerebral cortex were markedly changed in the MCAO group. The levels of Alanine(Ala), Isoleucine(Ile), Glutamic acid(Glu), Serine(Ser), Valine(Val), Phenylalanine(Phe), Proline(Pro),Threonine(Thr), Lysine(Lys), Tyrosine(Tyr), Hydroxyproline(Hyp), Arginine(Arg), Leucine(Leu),Tryptophan(Trp), and Glycine(Gly) were increased(P < 0.001, P < 0.05), while levels of Gln and Tau were decreased(P < 0.001, P < 0.05). Compared with the MCAO group, Ginkgo biloba extract treatment in the MCAO_D group significantly down-regulated the levels of 11 amino acids, especially those of Arg, Thr, and Ser in 12 or 24 h.CONCLUSION: Injection of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract has a therapeutic effect on model rats with MCAO-induced cerebral ischemia by acting on amino acids in the cerebral cortex. This effect might be associated with the regulation of amino acid metabolism in the cerebral cortex. | Cui Yiran Wu Hongwei Liu Mengting Qin Haijiao Liu Xin Yang Hongjun | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,5: | 8
Distribution Characteristics and Metallogenic Regularity of Graphite Deposits in Qinling Orogen,China显示文摘Qinling orogen is one of the five main repository distribution provinces of large scale graphite resources. Graphite occurrence strata are multitudinous including Neo Archaean group to Neopaleozoic. Mineral deposit types are complete consisting of crystal flaky graphite deposit and aphanitic graphite deposit, ore types of the former are main graphite gneiss, graphite schist and graphitized marble, and ore types of the latter are main graphite layer metamorphosised from coal bed and graphitic carbargilite. At present, most graphite deposits with low research degree only implement preliminary investigations of the graphite resource, which has a good prospect. Based on the basic material of dozens of graphite deposits, spots and plays discovered in the Qinling orogen, this paper applied geologic multidisciplinary analysis method to disclose the graphite deposit types of the Qinling orogen, mainly through outdoors geologic survey and specimen examination with analysis of some typical deposits: regional metamorphism crystal graphite deposits and thermo-contact metamorphic aphanitic graphite deposits, with the control of latitudinally trending regional tectonic, graphite deposits of the Qinling orogen distribute sublatitudinally trending three large ore belts: I the Neoarchean–Proterozoic basement crystal graphite enrichment deposits zone along the south margin of North China plate; II the Carboniferous intermountain basin group aphanitic graphite enrichment deposits zone near the Shangdan suture of the West Qinling; III Paleozoic crystal graphite enrichment deposits zone in the Qinling paleomicroplate of the west part of the East Qinling. Conclusions are reached from multiple inquiries: Qinling multi-cycle complex continental collision orogen zone has experienced multiple tectonic framework transformation and polyphase tectonic thermal event from Neo Archean Erathem adjointing multiple graphite tectonic mineralization cycle. In the light of chief control of mineralization and ore types, each of the three large graphite deposits belts of the Qinling orogen has its own genesis: I graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that regional tectogenetic movement from Neo Archaean caused polyphase metapepsis, which superimposed up and reconstructed Neo Archean Erathem to Proterozoic basement, forming regional metamorphic big flake crystal graphite deposits; II graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that polyphase regional tectogenetic movement associated with multiple heating caused by multiphase igneous intrusion, which resulted in original coal layers emerging multiple thermo-contact metamorphisms and formed thermo-contact metamorphic aphanitic graphite deposits. III graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that Palaeozoic cap–rock experienced polyphase metapepsis, forming regional metamorphic finely flake crystal graphite deposits. Comprehensive research of metallogenetic mechanism in graphite deposits and its associated profitable deposits of the Qinling orogen is importance for future exploration. | FENG Yangwei QU Hongjun YANG Chenyi LV Lushi | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,4: | 7
Economic Comparison of Three Gas Separation Technologies for CO2 Capture from Power Plant Flue Gas显示文摘Three gas separation technologies, chemical absorption, membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption, are usually applied for CO2 capture from flue gas in coal-fired power plants. In this work, the costs of the three technologies are analyzed and compared. The cost for chemical absorption is mainly from $30 to $60 per ton(based on CO2 avoided),while the minimum value is $10 per ton(based on CO2 avoided). As for membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption, the costs are $50 to $78 and $40 to $63 per ton(based on CO2 avoided),respectively.Measures are proposed to reduce the cost of the three technologies. For CO2 capture and storage process, the CO2 recovery and purity should be greater than 90%.Based on the cost, recovery, and purity,it seems that chemical absorption is currently the most cost-effective technology for CO2 capture from flue gas from power plants. However, membrane gas separation is the most promising alternative approach in the future, provided that membrane performance is further improved. | YANG Hongjun FAN Shuanshi LANG Xuemei WANG Yanhong NIE Jianghua | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4: | 7
In vivo evaluation of urokinase-loaded hollow nanogels for sonothrombolysis on suture embolization-induced acute ischemic stroke rat model显示文摘The urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)loaded hollow nanogels(nUK)were synthesized by a one-step reaction of glycol chitosan and aldehyde capped poly(ethylene oxide). The resultant formulation is sensitive to diagnostic ultrasound(US)of 2 MHz.Herein,we evaluated the in vivo sonothrombolysis performance of the nUK on acute ischemic stroke rat model which was established by suture embolization of middle cerebral artery(MCA).Via intravenous(i.v.)administration,the experimental data prove a controlled release of the therapeutic protein around the clots under ultrasound stimulation, leading to enhanced thrombolysis efficiency of the nUK,evidenced from smaller infarct volume and better clinical scores when compared to the i.v.dose of free uPA no matter with or without US intervention.Meanwhile, the preservation ability of the nanogels not only prolonged the circulation duration of the protein, but also resulted in the better blood-brain barrier protection of the nUK formulation, showing no increased risk on the hemorrhagic transformation than the controls. This work suggests that the nUK is a safe sonothrombolytic formulation for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. | Yuming Teng Haiqiang Jin Ding Nan Mengnan Li Chenghe Fan Yuanyuan Liu Pu Lv Wei Cui Yongan Sun Hongjun Hao Xiaozhong Qu Zhenzhong Yang Yining Huang | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,1: | 7
Risk assessment of malaria transmission at the border area of China and Myanmar显示文摘Background:In order to achieve the goal of malaria elimination, the Chinese government launched the National Malaria Elimination Programme in 2010.However,as a result of increasing cross-border population movements, the risk of imported malaria cases still exists at the border areas of China, resulting in a potential threat of local transmission. The focus of this paper is to assess the Plasmodium vivax incidences in Tengchong,Yunnan Province,at the border areas of China and Myanmar. Methods:Time series of P.vivax incidences in Tengchong from 2006 to 2010 are collected from the web-based China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention, which are further separated into time series of imported and local cases.First, the seasonal and trend decomposition are performed on time series of imported cases using Loess method. Then, the impact of climatic factors on the local transmission of P.vivax is assessed using both linear regression models(LRM)and generalized additive models(GAM).Specifically, the notion of vectorial capacity(VCAP)is used to estimate the transmission potential of P.vivax at different locations, which is calculated based on temperature and rainfall collected from China Meteorological Administration. Results:Comparing with Ruili County, the seasonal pattern of imported cases in Tengchong is different:Tengchong has only one peak, while Ruili has two peaks during each year. This may be due to the different cross-border behaviors of peoples in two locations. The vectorial capacity together with the imported cases and the average humidity, can well explain the local incidences of P.vivax through both LRM and GAM methods. Moreover, the maximum daily temperature is verified to be more suitable to calculate VCAP than the minimal and average temperature in Tengchong County. Conclusion:To achieve malaria elimination in China, the assessment results in this paper will provide further guidance in active surveillance and control of malaria at the border areas of China and Myanmar. | Benyun Shi Jinxin Zheng Hongjun Qiu Guo-Jing Yang Shang Xia Xiao-Nong Zhou | 2017 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1: | 6
Dual-band simultaneous lasing in MOFs single crystals with Fabry-Perot microcavities显示文摘Multi-band microlasers based on single microcrystalline materials with Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavities are critically and technologically essential. Here, we demonstrate simultaneous dual-band lasing output(615 and 685 nm) in metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) and organic dyes hybrid single crystals, which support F-P resonances. Through a two-step assembly strategy, two different types of cationic pyridinium hemicyanine dye molecules can be encapsulated into the channel pores of anionic bioMOF-1-2 Me successfully. In addition, the employment of the host-guest system significantly increases the dye loading, enhances luminescent efficiency, and diminishes the aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ) effect in the resultant MOFs/dye composites. This finding not only combines the characteristic of MOFs materials with excellent luminescent properties of organic dyes, but also points out a simple and promising strategy to design multi-band microlasers based on F-P mechanism, opening a low-cost avenue for the rational design of miniaturized lasers in the future. | Hongjun Li Huajun He Jiancan Yu Yuanjing Cui Yu Yang Guodong Qian | 2019 | Science China Chemistry2019,62,8: | 6
Petroleum Geology in Deepwater Settings in a Passive Continental Margin of a Marginal Sea:A Case Study from the South China Sea显示文摘Deepwater oil and gas exploration has become a global hotspot in recent years and the study of the deep waters of marginal seas is an important frontier research area. The South China Sea(SCS)is a typical marginal sea that includes Paleo SCS and New SCS tectonic cycles. The latter includes continental marginal rifting, intercontinental oceanic expansion and oceanic shrinking, which controlled the evolution of basins, and the generation, migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons in the deepwater basins on the continental margin of the northern SCS.In the Paleogene, the basins rifted along the margin of the continent and were filled mainly with sediments in marine-continental transitional environments. In the Neogene–Quaternary, due to thermal subsidence,neritic-abyssal facies sediments from the passive continental margin of the SCS mainly filled the basins. The source rocks include mainly Oligocene coal-bearing deltaic and marine mudstones, which were heated by multiple events with high geothermal temperature and terrestrial heat flow, resulting in the generation of gas and oil.The faults, diapirs and sandstones controlled the migration of hydrocarbons that accumulated principally in a large canyon channel,a continental deepwater fan,and a shelf-margin delta. | ZHANG Gongcheng FENG Congjun YAO Xingzong JI Mo YANG Haizhang QU Hongjun ZENG Qingbo ZHAO Zhao SUN Rui | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1: | 6

Effects of the Fhb1 gene on Fusarium head blight resistance and agronomic traits of winter wheat显示文摘The gene Fhb1 has been used in many countries to improve wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistance. To make better use of this gene in the Yellow-Huai River Valleys Winter Wheat Zone(YHWZ), the most important wheat-producing region of China, it is desirable to elucidate its effects on FHB resistance and agronomic traits in different genetic backgrounds. Based on a diagnostic marker for Fhb1, six BC2 populations were developed by crossing dwarf-male-sterile(DMS)-Zhoumai 16 to three Fhb1 donors(Ningmai 9, Ningmai 13, and Jianyang 84) and backcrossing to Zhoumai 16 and Zhoumai16’s derivative cultivars(Lunxuan 136 and Lunxuan 13) using marker-assisted backcross breeding. The progenies were assessed for FHB resistance and major agronomic traits. The Fhb1 alleles were identified using the gene-specific molecular marker. The plants with the Fhb1-resistant genotype(Fhb1-R) in these populations showed significantly fewer infected spikelets than those with the Fhb1-susceptible genotype(Fhb1-S). When Lunxuan 136 was used as the recurrent parent, Fhb1-R plants showed significantly fewer infected spikelets per spike than Fhb1-R plants produced using Lunxuan 13 as the recurrent parent, indicating that the genetic backgrounds of Fhb1 influence the expression of FHB resistance. Fhb1-R plants from the DMS-Zhoumai 16/Ningmai 9//Zhoumai 16/3/Lunxuan 136 population showed the highest FHB resistance among the six populations and a significantly higher level of FHB resistance than the moderately susceptible control Huaimai 20. No significant phenotypic differences between Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S plants were observed for the eight agronomic traits investigated. These results suggest that it is feasible to improve FHB resistance of winter wheat withoutreducing yield potential by introgressing Fhb1 resistance allele into FHB-susceptible cultivars in the YHWZ. | Teng Li Hongjun Zhang Yiwen Huang Zhenqi Su Yun Deng Hongwei Liu Chunyan Mai Guangjun Yu Huili Li Liqiang Yu Tongquan Zhu Li Yang Hongjie Li Yang Zhou | 2019 | The Crop Journal2019,7,6: | 6
Effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA84 magnesium alloy显示文摘The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA84 (Mg-8Zn-4Al-0.25Mn) alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy is mainly composed of α-Mg matrix and two different morphologies of precipitates (continuous and quasi-continuous Mg32(Al,Zn)49 phases and isolated Mg5Al2Zn2 phases). After solid solution treatment at 345°C, the Mg32(Al,Zn)49 phases change from continuous and quasi-continuous net to disconnected acute angle shape, and parts of second phases sphericize. The optimum heat treatment condition for the alloy is solution treatment at 345°C for 48 h and water quenching, then aging treatment at 200°C for 12 h and atmosphere cooling. Under the optimum condition, the ulti-mate tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy can be improved, but the elongation is not effected much by heat treatment. | Mingbo Yang Liang Bai Fusheng Pan Hongjun Hu | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,6: | 5
Experimental research on rotating detonation with liquid hypergolic propellants显示文摘This paper describes experimental research into the initiation and propagation of rotating detonation for liquid Nitrogen TetrOxide(NTO) and liquid MonoMethylHydrazine(MMH).An annular rocket-type combustor without nozzle was designed to investigate detonation combustion. The propellants were injected through unlike impingement injectors. The combustion flame fronts and pressure waves were detected using optical diagnostics and dynamic pressure sensors, respectively. The propagation of rotating detonation was established spontaneously by increasing the mass flow rate of propellants. The velocity of propagation of the flame fronts and pressure waves was nearly equal and reaches supersonic speed. Two different detonation combustion patterns are present, single wave mode and double waves mode. And in double waves mode, the two detonation waves are always counter-rotating. The possibility of rotating detonation initiation in a combustor with nozzle was also checked. Stable rotating detonation can be initialized and sustained at similar operating conditions. | Shuaijie XUE Hongjun LIU Lixin ZHOU Weidong YANG Hongbo HU Yu YAN | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,12: | 5
Methylation of RAR-β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A Genes Induced by Nickel Subsulfide and Nickel-carcinogenesis in Rats显示文摘Objective To investigate the expression variation of RAR‐β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A gene in the process of nickel‐induced carcinogenesis. Methods Nickel subsulfide (Ni 3 S 2 ) at dose of 10 mg was given to Wistar rats by intramuscular injection. The mRNA expression of the three genes in induced tumors and their lung metastasis were examined by Real‐time PCR. The methylation status of the 5' region of these genes were detected by Quantitative Real‐time methylation specific PCR. Results The mRNA expressions of the three genes both in muscle and lung tumor were decreased distinctly in comparison with normal tissue. But hypermethylation was found only in muscle tumor. Conclusion These findings suggest that loss of function or decrease of RAR‐β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A, as well as the hypermethylation of 5' region of these genes, are related with nickel exposure. | ZHANG Jun ZHANG Jing LI MengJie Wu YouJun FAN YingYing ZHOU Yang TAN LiLi SHAO ZhiHua SHI HongJun | 2011 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,2: | 4
Distributed disturbance-observer-based vibration control for a flexible-link manipulator with output constraints显示文摘The issue of output constraints is studied for a flexible-link manipulator in the presence of unknown spatially distributed disturbances. The manipulator can be taken as an Euler-Bernoulli beam and its dynamic is expressed by partial differential equations. On account of the uncertainty of disturbances, we present a disturbance observer to estimate infinite dimensional disturbances on the beam. The observer is proven exponentially stable. Considering the problem of output constraints in the practical engineering, we propose a novel distributed vibration controller based on the disturbance observer to fulfill the position regulation of the joint angle and suppress elastic deflections on the flexible link, while confining the regulating errors of output in a suitable scope that we can assign. The closed-loop system is demonstrated exponentially stable based on an integral-barrier Lyapunov function. Simulations validate the effectiveness of the design scheme. | YANG HongJun LIU JinKun HE Wei | 2018 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,10: | 4
