1FY-3 satellite Ultraviolet Total Ozone Unit显示文摘FY-3 satellites are Chinese second-generation polar orbit meteorological satellite series. Ultraviolet Total Ozone Unit (TOU) is one of the main payloads on FY-3 satellite and the first instrument for daily global coverage of total ozone monitoring in China. The main purpose of TOU is to measure the Earth backscatter ultraviolet radiation for retrieving daily global map of atmospheric ozone. TOU will provide the important parameters for environmental monitoring, climate forecasting and global climate changing research. At present, the in-orbit testing of TOU has accomplished and won a consummation, and it will be delivered to National Satellite Meteorological Center for the operational phase of the project. In this paper we introduce the instrument of TOU and its measuring principle, in general. We also analyze the recent working status of the instrument, including the sensitivity, measuring precision of solar irradiance, diffuser degradation and wavelength drift. The inversion results show that TOU can provide good global ozone maps, and a comparison with the OMI total ozone product shows that their RMS deviation is about 5%. 3Dynamic Task Offloading for Mobile Edge Computing with Hybrid Energy Supply显示文摘Mobile edge computing(MEC),as a new distributed computing model,satisfies the low energy consumption and low latency requirements of computation-intensive services.The task offloading of MEC has become an important research hotspot,as it solves the problems of insufficient computing capability and battery capacity of Internet of things(IoT)devices.This study investigates task offloading scheduling in a dynamic MEC system.By integrating energy harvesting technology into IoT devices,we propose a hybrid energy supply model.We jointly optimize local computing,offloading duration,and edge computing decisions to minimize system cost.On the basis of stochastic optimization theory,we design an online dynamic task offloading algorithm for MEC with a hybrid energy supply called DTOME.DTOME can make task offloading decisions by weighing system cost and queue stability.We quote dynamic programming theory to obtain the optimal task offloading strategy.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of DTOME,and show that DTOME entails lower system cost than two baseline task offloading strategies.Ying Chen Fengjun Zhao Yangguang Lu Xin Chen 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,3:1

5Changing Features of Sunshine Duration and Effects on Greenhouse Production in Shouguang City显示文摘Based on data of monthly sunshine duration in Shouguang City during 1961-2013,changing features of sunshine duration and effects on greenhouse production in Shouguang City were analyzed by using linear tendency method,M-K mutation test and Molet wavelet analysis. The results show that in Shouguang City,sunshine duration in a year and each season reduced obviously from 1961 to 2013,and sunshine duration in a year and autumn changed suddenly in the 1990s,while sunshine duration in winter and spring changed suddenly in the 1980s. There existed obvious periodic variations of sunshine duration in a year and various seasons from 1961 to 2013. 7Activated carbon fiber mediates efficient activation of peroxymonosulfate systems:Modulation of manganese oxides and cycling of manganese species显示文摘Manganese oxides show a strong catalytic activity in the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)advanced oxidation process but have poor chemical stability and a propensity to cause the aggregation of nanoparticles.Here,a novel composite material(abbreviated as MnO_(x)@ACF)was synthesized,characterized,and applied.Activated carbon fiber(ACF)was selected as a carrier,which modulated the composition of manganese oxides.The results showed that MnO_(x)@ACF had a strong adsorption ability and successfully activated PMS to degrade tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH),with a removal eficiency of 89.0%in 30 min.Influencing factors such as pH and coexisting ion species were investigated,and a five-cycle test was conducted.Singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))was predominated in the MnO_(x)@ACF/PMS system.A possible explanatory pathway of TCH was proposed based on the results of the high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.It was concluded that this study provides a novel insight into the activation of PMS for the degradation of organic matter by carbon-loaded multivalent manganese oxides.Lixi Xiao Yuwei Deng Huo Zhou Fengjun Lu Chong Ke Yuxuan Ye Xuanyuan Pei Dongsheng Xia Fei Pan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12:0
8The influence of the corporate social responsibility disclosures on consumer brand attitudes under the impact of CO VID-19显示文摘This study focuses on the use of we-media by small-and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to disclose internal corporate social responsibility(ICSR)under the impact of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19).Study 1 interprets the catalyst effect of COVID-19 on the externalization of SMEs'ICSR.The fuzzy grading evaluation method is initially verified.Under the impact of COVID-19,SMEs fulfilling their ICSR can enhance consumer brand attitudes.Study 2 uses a structural equation model and empirical analysis of 946 effective samples and finds that consumers perceive the self-sacrifice of corporations during the coronavirus disease period.SMEs can fulfill their ICSR to enhance the internal explanation mechanism of consumer brand attitudes and the moderating role of enterprise losses.Fengjun Liu Lu Meng Yijun Zhao Shen Duan 2020Frontiers of Business Research in China2020,14,4:0
9Preliminary study of 0.14 THz water surface clutter reflectivity at near vertical incidence angle显示文摘As the development of radar systems developed for the terahertz and higher millimeter region continues to grow, the interest in the water surface and land clutter at terahertz and higher millimeter frequencies continues to increase. An empirical model of sea clutter reflectivity is described firstly, which is valid at near vertical incidence and has small average absolute deviation compared to other empirical models. Simulated results of 0.14 THz sea clutter at near vertical incidence with thismodel are shown. An indoor test-bed is constructed in order to measure 0.14 THz water surface clutter reflectivity and an experiment is carried out. 11Roles of Multisourced Fluids in the Formation of Sandstone-Hosted Uranium Deposits in the SW Songliao Basin, NE China显示文摘The sandstone-hosted uranium deposits in the SW Songliao Basin differ from typical sandstone-hosted uranium deposits in terms of the geological features of the ore-deposits,including the geometry of the orebodies,mineral assemblage and petrography.Detailed drill core and microscopic observations,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron microprobe analysis(EMPA),heavy mineral concentrates,and fluid inclusion studies of the Upper Cretaceous Yaojia Formation,i.e.,the uranium-bearing layer,were integrated to investigate the roles of hydrothermal fluids in the formation of these uranium deposits.We found that the kaolinite alteration is developed in the mineralized zones,but it is less common in the peripheral areas.The fluid inclusions are hydrothermal fluids with a medium-low temperature(67 to 179 ℃) and a high salinity(5.9 wt.% to 20.1 wt.%).According to the analyses,three kinds of hydrothermal fluids,i.e.,the acid fluid,the groundwater heated by the mafic magma,and the alkaline fluid rich in Ca^(2+) and CO_(3)^(2-),were identified.The fluids might have low U content,but they have participated in the formation of the uranium deposits successively.Kaolinite formed by the acid-hydrothermal fluid absorbed large amounts of uranium.Subsequently,the thermal energy from the hydrothermal fluids changed the intrastratal redox environment and increased the solubility of the uranium minerals in the fluid.The alkaline-hydrothermal fluid rich in Ca^(2+) and C0_(3)^(2-) facilitated the formation of stable Ca-U(Ⅵ)-CO_(3) complex,which led to the enrichment of soluble uranium in solution,and final precipitation as pitchblende,brannerite and Ti-bearing uranium minerals in the uranium ores.Zhibing Feng Fengjun Nie Li Jiang Fei Xia Jianfang Cai Bocheng Zhang Yayun Lu Liangliang Zhang 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,1:0
12Newcastle disease virus suppresses antigen presentation via inhibiting IL-12 expression in dendritic cells显示文摘As a potential vectored vaccine,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)has been subject to various studies for vaccine development,while relatively little research has outlined the immunomodulatory effect of the virus in antigen presentation.To elucidate the key inhibitory factor in regulating the interaction of infected dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells,DCs were pretreated with the NDV vaccine strain LaSota as an inhibitor and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for further detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),flow cytometry,immunoblotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The results revealed that NDV infection resulted in the inhibition of interleukin(IL)-12p40 in DCs through a p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)-dependent manner,thus inhibiting the synthesis of IL-12p70,leading to the reduction in T cell proliferation and the secretion of interferon-(IFN-),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-6 induced by DCs.Consequently,downregulated cytokines accelerated the infection and viral transmission from DCs to T cells.Furthermore,several other strains of NDV also exhibited inhibitory activity.The current study reveals that NDV can modulate the intensity of the innate-adaptive immune cell crosstalk critically toward viral invasion improvement,highlighting a novel mechanism of virus-induced immunosuppression and providing new perspectives on the improvement of NDV-vectored vaccine.Fulong NAN Wenlong NAN Xin YAN Hui WANG Shasha JIANG Shuyun ZHANG Zhongjie YU Xianjuan ZHANG Fengjun LIU Jun LI Xiaoqiong ZHOU Delei NIU Yiquan LI Wei WANG Ning SHI Ningyi JIN Changzhan XIE Xiaoni CUI He ZHANG Bin WANG Huijun LU 2024Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2024,25,3:0
13System Variable Analysis on Development Stages of Urban Agriculture in Large Cities显示文摘China's urban agricultural development takes on stage evolution,and functional structure,customer structure,industrial organization,innovation activity,spatial form and industrial value of each stage has significant difference. Using the system variable analysis method,this paper established the urban agricultural development system including six types of functional variables. On the basis of summarizing stage characteristics,it analyzed reasons for stage characteristics focusing on four key variables,i. e. cost,efficiency,connection,and risk.
