4Micronuclei in Nasal Mucosa, Oral Mucosa and Lymphocytes in Students Exposed to Formaldehyde Vapor in Anatomy Class显示文摘The frequency of micronuclei (MN) in cells of the nasal mucosa, oral mucosa and in lym-phocytes was evaluated for 25 students in anatomy classes exposed to formaldehyde (FA) overan 8-week period. Each student served as his or her own control. The time-weighted averageconcentration (TWA) of fOrmaldehyde in anatomical laboratories and in students’ dormitorieswas 0. 508 ± 0. 299 mg/m3 and 0. 012 ± 0. 0025mg/m3, respectively. A higher frequency ofmicronuclei was observed in nasal and oral exfoliative cells after formaldehyde exposure (3. 85± 1. 48 vs 1 .20± 0. 676 and 0. 857 ± 0. 558 vs 0. 568 ± 0. 317, paired-t test: P< 0. 001and P < 0. 01, respectively). No significant increase in the frequency of lymphocyte micronu-clei was found after formaldehyde exposure (P >0. 05 ). 6Color 3D Reverse Engineering显示文摘This paper presents a principle and a method of col or 3D laser scanning measurement. Based on the fundamental monochrome 3D measureme nt study, color information capture, color texture mapping, coordinate computati on and other techniques are performed to achieve color 3D measurement. The syste m is designed and composed of a line laser light emitter, one color CCD camera, a motor-driven rotary filter, a circuit card and a computer. Two steps in captu ring object’s images in the measurement process: First, the color CCD camera ta kes the color picture of the object to be used for texture mapping in post proce ssing. Secondly, the monochrome data of the object is taken. The laser light emi tter is started; the light plane and the surface of the object intersect to form an undulate line, which forms an image on the CCD sensor. After the optic- electronics transformation, the electronic signals are captured and send to the computer. A new color 3D measurement model was derived, and a rapid calibra ting method to measure the system parameters was proposed--optical plane equat ion calibrating method. A calibrating drone was designed and built. 3D color sca nning system not only provides an object’s individual point information in the 3D coordinate, in the mean time, it provides the color information of each indiv idual point. This paper also advances a multi-frame auto-merging method, i.e. several frames of color 3D digital images measured are merged quickly according to their curvature characteristics and RGB information. Initial matching and fin e tune of the registration are completely performed by the computer; initial mat ching is via user interface in helping computer to find the transformation matri x. The transformation matrix is found according to the geometric characteristics chosen by hand. After the initial transformation matrix is found, fine tune of the registration is preformed to do the optimum adjustment to achieve a complete color textured 3D model. 7Noncontrast-enhanced MRI-based Noninvasive Score for Portal Hypertension(CHESS1802):An International Multicenter Study显示文摘Background and Aims:This study aimed to determine the performance of the non-invasive score using noncontrastenhanced MRI(CHESS-DIS score)for detecting portal hy-pertension in cirrhosis.Methods:In this international multicenter,diagnostic study(ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT03766880),patients with cirrhosis who had hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)measurement and noncontrast-enhanced MRI were prospectively recruited from four university hospitals in China(n=4)and Turkey(n=1)between December 2018 and April 2019.A cohort of patients was retrospectively recruited from a university hospital in Italy between March 2015 and November 2017.After segmentation of the liver on fat-suppressed T1-weighted MRI maps,CHESS-DIS score was calculated automatically by an in-house developed code based on the quantification of liver surface nodularity.Results:A total of 149 patients were included,of which 124 were from four Chinese hospitals(training cohort)and 25 were from two international hospitals(validation cohort).A positive correlation between CHESS-DIS score and HVPG was found with the correlation coefficients of 0.36(p<0.0001)and 0.55(p<0.01)for the training and validation cohorts,respectively.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of CHESS-DIS score in detection of clinically significant portal hypertension(CSPH)was 0.81 and 0.9 in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.The intra-class correlation coefficients for assessing the inter-and intra-observer agreement were 0.846 and 0.841,respectively.Conclusions:A non-invasive score using noncontrast-enhanced MRI was developed and proved to be significantly correlated with invasive HVPG.Besides,this score could be used to detect CSPH in patients with cirrhosis.Yanna Liu Tianyu Tang NecatiÖrmeci Yifei Huang Jitao Wang Xiaoguo Li Zhiwei Li Weimin An Dengxiang Liu Chunqing Zhang Changchun Liu Jinqiang Liu Chuan Liu Guangchuan Wang Cristina Mosconi Alberta Cappelli Antonio Bruno Seray Akçalar EmrecanÇelebioğlu EvrenÜstüner Sadık Bilgiç Zeynep Ellik ÖzgünÖmer Asiller Lei Li Haijun Zhang Ning Kang Dan Xu Ruiling He Yan Wang Yang Bu Ye Gu Shenghong Ju Rita Golfieri Xiaolong Qi 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,6:3
