1A structure-supporting,self-healing,and high permeating hydrogel bioink for establishment of diverse homogeneous tissue-like constructs显示文摘The ready-to-use,structure-supporting hydrogel bioink can shorten the time for ink preparation,ensure cell dispersion,and maintain the preset shape/microstructure without additional assistance during printing.Meanwhile,ink with high permeability might facilitate uniform cell growth in biological constructs,which is beneficial to homogeneous tissue repair.Unfortunately,current bioinks are hard to meet these requirements simultaneously in a simple way.Here,based on the fast dynamic crosslinking of aldehyde hyaluronic acid(AHA)/N-carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC)and the slow stable crosslinking of gelatin(GEL)/4-arm poly(ethylene glycol)succinimidyl glutarate(PEG-SG),we present a time-sharing structure-supporting(TSHSP)hydrogel bioink with high permeability,containing 1%AHA,0.75%CMC,1%GEL and 0.5%PEG-SG.The TSHSP hydrogel can facilitate printing with proper viscoelastic property and self-healing behavior.By crosslinking with 4%PEG-SG for only 3 min,the integrity of the cell-laden construct can last for 21 days due to the stable internal and external GEL/PEG-SG networks,and cells manifested long-term viability and spreading morphology.Nerve-like,muscle-like,and cartilage-like in vitro constructs exhibited homogeneous cell growth and remarkable biological specificities.This work provides not only a convenient and practical bioink for tissue engineering,targeted cell therapy,but also a new direction for hydrogel bioink development.Hongqing Chen Fei Fei Xinda Li Zhenguo Nie Dezhi Zhou Libiao Liu Jing Zhang Haitao Zhang Zhou Fei Tao Xu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:2

8Fast In-Situ Triaxial Remanent Magnetic Field Measurement for Single-Beam SERF Atomic Magnetometer Based on Trisection Algorithm显示文摘We demonstrate a method for quickly and automatically detecting all three components of a remanent magnetic field around a shielded spin-exchange relaxation-free(SERF)atomic magnetometer(AM)using the trisection algorithm(TSA)for zero-field resonance(ZFR).To satisfy the measurement of AMs,a resonance light of the ^(87)Rb D1 line with a spectral width of less than 1 MHz is converted to circular polarization by a linear polarizer and a quarter-wave plate.After the light beam has passed through the alkali metal vapor cell,the residual magnetic field can be measured by searching for triaxial ZFR optical peaks.The TSA stably reduces the measurement time to 2.41 s on average and improves the measurement accuracy,significantly outpacing existing methods.The weighted averages of all measurements with corresponding uncertainties are(–15.437±0.022)nT,(6.062±0.021)nT,and(–14.158±0.052)nT on the x-,y-,and z-axes,respectively.These improvements could facilitate more extremely weak magnetic studies in real time,such as magnetoencephalography(MEG)and magnetocardiography(MCG)measurements.Tengyue LONG Bangcheng HAN Xinda SONG Yuchen SUO Le JIA 2023Photonic Sensors2023,13,3:0
9An Efficient Steganalysis Model Based on Multi-Scale LTP and Derivative Filters显示文摘Local binary pattern(LBP)is one of the most advanced image classification recognition operators and is commonly used in texture detection area.Research indicates that LBP also has a good application prospect in steganalysis.However,the existing LBP-based steganalysis algorithms are only capable to detect the least significant bit(LSB)and the least significant bit matching(LSBM)algorithms.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a steganalysis model called msdeLTP,which is based on multi-scale local ternary patterns(LTP)and derivative filters.The main characteristics of the msdeLTP are as follows:First,to reduce the interference of image content on features,the msdeLTP uses derivative filters to acquire residual images on which subsequent operations are based.Second,instead of LBP features,LTP features are extracted considering that the LTP feature can exhibit multiple variations in the relationship of adjacent pixels.Third,LTP features with multiple scales and modes are combined to show the relationship of neighbor pixels within different radius and along different directions.Analysis and simulation show that the msdeLTP uses only 2592-dimensional features and has similar detection accuracy as the spatial rich model(SRM)at the same time,showing the high steganalysis efficiency of the method.Yuwei Chen Yuling Chen Yu Yang Xinda Hao Ning Wang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,3:0
10The diversity and ecological significance of microbial traits potentially involved in B_(12) biosynthesis in the global ocean显示文摘Cobalamin(B_(12)),an essential nutrient and growth cofactor for many living organisms on Earth,can be fully synthesized only by selected prokaryotes in nature.Therefore,microbial communities related to B_(12) biosynthesis could serve as an example subsystem to disentangle the underlying ecological mechanisms balancing the function and taxonomic make-up of complex functional assemblages.By anchoring microbial traits potentially involved in B_(12) biosynthesis,we depict the biogeographic patterns of B_(12) biosynthesis genes and the taxa harboring them in the global ocean,despite the limitations of detecting de novo B_(12) synthesizers via metagenomes alone.Both the taxonomic and functional composition of B_(12) biosynthesis genes were strongly shaped by depth,differentiating the epipelagic zones from the mesopelagic layers.Functional genes related to B_(12) biosynthesis were relatively stably distributed across different oceans,but the taxa harboring them varied considerably,showing clear functional redundancy among microbial systems.Microbial taxa carrying B_(12) biosynthesis genes in the surface water were influenced by environmental factors such as temperature,oxygen,and nitrate.However,the composition of functional genes was only weakly associated with these environmental factors.Null model analyses demonstrated that determinism governed the variations in B_(12) biosynthesis genes,whereas a higher degree of stochasticity was associated with taxonomic variations.Significant associations were observed between the chlorophyll a concentration and B_(12) biosynthesis,confirming its importance in primary production in the global ocean.The results of this study reveal an essential ecological mechanism governing the assembly of microbes in nature:the environment selects for function rather than taxonomy;functional redundancy underlies stochastic community assembly.Jiayin Zhou Wei Qin Xinda Lu Yunfeng Yang David Stahl Nianzhi Jiao Jizhong Zhou Jihua Liu Qichao Tu 2023mLife2023,2,4:0

12Dissipative Kerr single soliton generation with extremely high probability via spectral mode depletion显示文摘Optical Kerr solitons generation based on microresonators is essential in nonlinear optics.Among various soliton generation processes,the single soliton generation plays a pivotal role since it ensures rigorous mode-locking on each comb line whose interval equals the free spectral range(FSR)of the microresonator.Current studies show that single soliton generation is challenging due to cavity instability.Here,we propose a new method to greatly improve single soliton generation probalility in the anomalous group velocity dispersion(GVD)regime in a micro-ring resonator based on silicon nitride.The improvement is realized by introducing mode depletion through an integrated coupled flter.It is convenient to introduce controllable single mode depletion in a micro-ring resonator by adjusting the response function of a coupled flter.We show that spectral mode depletion(SMD)can signifcantly boost the single soliton generation probability.The efect of SMD on the dynamics of optical Kerr solitons generation are also discussed.The proposed method ofers a straightforward and simple way to facilitate robust single soliton generation,and will have an impact on the research development in optical Kerr soliton generation and on-chip optical frequency mode manipulation.Boqing Zhang Nuo Chen Xinda Lu Yuntian Chen Xinliang Zhang Jing Xu 2022Frontiers of Optoelectronics2022,15,4:0
13A facile,versatile hydrogel bioink for 3D bioprinting benefits long-term subaqueous fidelity,cell viability and proliferation显示文摘Both of the long-term fidelity and cell viability of three-dimensional(3D)-bioprinted constructs are essential to precise soft tissue repair.However,the shrinking/swelling behavior of hydrogels brings about inadequate long-term fidelity of constructs,and bioinks containing excessive polymer are detrimental to cell viability.Here,we obtained a facile hydrogel by introducing 1%aldehyde hyaluronic acid(AHA)and 0.375%N-carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC),two polysaccharides with strong water absorption and water retention capacity,into classic gelatin(GEL,5%)–alginate(ALG,1%)ink.This GEL–ALG/CMC/AHA bioink possesses weak temperature dependence due to the Schiff base linkage of CMC/AHA and electrostatic interaction of CMC/ALG.We fabricated integrated constructs through traditional printing at room temperature and in vivo simulation printing at 37C.The printed cell-laden constructs can maintain subaqueous fidelity for 30 days after being reinforced by 3%calcium chloride for only 20 s.Flow cytometry results showed that the cell viability was 91.3861.55%on day 29,and the cells in the proliferation plateau at this time still maintained their dynamic renewal with a DNA replication rate of 6.0661.24%.This work provides a convenient and practical bioink option for 3D bioprinting in precise soft tissue repair.Hongqing Chen Fei Fei Xinda Li Zhenguo Nie Dezhi Zhou Libiao Liu Jing Zhang Haitao Zhang Zhou Fei Tao Xu 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,3:0
14The realistic choice to replace business tax with VAT in China’s financial industry显示文摘It has become a global problem to levy the standard value-added tax(VAT)on financial services.Due to the infeasibility of credit input VATs by invoice,it is infeasible to build a standard VAT system in this field.If the government has to levy VAT on financial services,a practical choice is to adopt an account book method,which is to levy the special tax base through the account book using a single-rate.Meanwhile,it is not allowed to credit input VATs in this method.This kind of VAT is in effect a business tax.Due to the government’s authorized monopoly,there is no so-called over-taxation in China’s financial sector.As a result,the reform of“Replacing Business Tax with VAT”in finance should proceed without changing the original tax burden.After having conducted abundant research and statistical analyses,as for the VAT rate,9%is advised.The original way of levying taxes on the full amount of value is suggested to supplant with a new means of levying taxes on added value,with a slightly raised tax ratio,to reduce the tax base.Yang Bin Lin Xinda Hu Wenjun 2015China Finance and Economic Review2015,4,4:0
15A scheduling strategy for finite element analysis on the computational grid显示文摘The computational grid provides a promising platform for the deployment of various high-performance computing applications. A grid system consists of heterogeneous resource domains, while the computational tasks of finite element analysis may differ in demand of computing power. The cost-effective utilization of resources in the grid can be obtained through scheduling tasks to optimal resource domains. Firstly, a cost-effective scheduling strategy is presented for finite element applications. Secondly, aiming at the conjugate gradient solver stemming from finite element analysis, a performance evaluation formula is presented for determining optimal resource domains, which is derived from phase parallel model and takes the heterogeneous characteristic of resource domains into account. 16Search by shortcuts in P2P scientific collaboration system显示文摘A P2P scientific collaboration is a P2P network whose members can share documents, co-compile papers and codes, and communicate with each other instantly. From the simulation experiment we found that P2P collaboration system is a power-law network with a tail between -2 and -3.We utilized the algorithm that searches by high-degree shortcuts to improve the scalability of p2p collaboration system. 17Expression of FAMeT and JHE Influenced by Kruppel homolog-1 Gene from Brown Planthopper显示文摘The characteristics of zinc finger of Kruppel homolog-1(Nlkr-h1) gene from brown planthopper and its effect on expression of FAMET and JHE were studied in the paper,in order to understand the regulation role of Nlkr-h1. The evolutionary tree of each zinc finger in functional area of Nlkr-h1 was analyzed via MEGA5.0 software,and expression status of FAMeT and JHE after interference of Nlkr-h1 was determined using qPCR technology. The results showed that the functional area of Nlkr-h1 mainly included eight zinc fingers,and the conservativeness of Zn1 and Zn8 was relatively lower. In the brown planthopper with Nlkr-h1gene knockout,the expression levels of FAMeT and JHE increased. 20Efficient Data-parallel Computations on Distributed Systems显示文摘Task scheduling determines the performance of NOW computing to a large extent. However, the computer system architecture, computing capability and system load are rarely proposed together. In this paper, a biggest heterogeneous scheduling algorithm is presented. It fully considers the system characteristics (from application view), structure and state. So it always can utilize all processing resource under a reasonable premise.
