| 1 | Development and prospect of direct‐current circuit breaker in China显示文摘The direct‐current circuit breaker(DCCB)is the most ideal choice for DC fault isolation in DC grids.Despite a late start,China's research and development on the DCCB have made outstanding achievements.This article provides a brief glance of current China's DCCB development status.It begins by sorting out the technical route according to the topology of DCCB.Then it systematically summarises both mechanical and hybrid DCCBs with focussing on the aspects of topology structure and principle,key technology and characteristics,prototype development and application.It is apparent that Chinese scientists and engineers confronted the worldwide problem of large capacity DC breaking,and put forward a comprehensive solution which consists of an innovative topology structure based on coupled negative voltage circuit,breaking throughs on the key technologies such as highly controllable and reliable fault current commutation,millisecond‐level ultra‐fast and efficient electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,high tolerance and high stability power electronic switch,low residual voltage and fast response energy consumption device,etc.The article states that the world's first set of hybrid high‐voltage(HV)DCCB,and the first set of mechanical HV DCCB have been developed.These DCCBs will soon be deployed to the DC grids which have the highest voltage levels therefore require the strongest breaking capacity.These achievements are leading the world in the development and application of DCCB.The article also discusses the overall development trends of DCCB in the areas of new topologies,key techno-logical breakthroughs and application scenarios,etc.These discussions serve as references for DCCB's future technological advancement and its ever‐expanding applications. | Weijiang Chen Rong Zeng Junjia He Yi Wu Xiaoguang Wei Taixun Fang Zhanqing Yu Zhao Yuan Yifei Wu Wandi Zhou Bing Yang Lu Qu | 2021 | High Voltage2021,6,1: | 6 |
| 2 | Protective effects of Buyinqianzheng Formula on mitochondrial morphology by PINK1/Parkin pathway in SH-SY5Y cells induced by MPP^(+)显示文摘Objective:Buyinqianzheng Formula(BYQZF)is clinically employed in traditional Chinese medicine to treat Parkinson's disease(PD)by improving mitochondrial dysfunction.However,the underlying mechanisms by which BYQZF affects mitochondrial morphology remain unknown.Therefore,we observed the effects of BYQZF on mitochondria from the perspective of the PINK1/Parkin pathway.Methods:Cell survival rates were assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8 assay.Expression levels of PINK1 and Parkin mRNA were examined by qRT-PCR.Protein expression levels of PINK1,PINK1-Ser228,Parkin,Parkin-Ser65,Drp1,and Drp1-Ser637 were examined by western blotting.PINK1,Parkin,and MitoTracker?Red CMXRos(MTR)were stained by triple-labeled immunofluorescence,and observed under laser confocal microscopy.Results:Cell survival rate,mitochondrial form factor,mean length and number of mitochondrial network branches,mitochondrial activity,m RNA expression levels of PINK1 and Parkin,and protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and Drp1-Ser637 were reduced after 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP^(+))intervention.In contrast,Pearson's correlation coefficients between PINK1 and Parkin,and between Parkin and MTR,as well as protein expression levels of PINK1-Ser228,Parkin-Ser65,and Drp1 increased significantly after MPP^(+) intervention.Treatment with BYQZF increased cell survival rate,mitochondrial form factor,mean length and number of mitochondrial network branches,mitochondrial activity,m RNA expression levels of PINK1 and Parkin,and expression of PINK1,Parkin,and Drp1-Ser637 proteins.Pearson's correlation coefficients between PINK1 and Parkin,and between Parkin and MTR,as well as protein expression levels of PINK1-Ser228,Parkin-Ser65,and Drp1 decreased after BYQZF treatment.Conclusion:These results demonstrate that BYQZF has a protective effect on mitochondrial molecular mechanisms in the PD cell model,and the mechanism is related to the PINK1/Parkin pathway. | Haojie Ma Zhenyu Guo Cong Gai Cuicui Cheng Jinkun Zhang Yuxin Zhang Luping Yang Wandi Feng Yushan Gao Hongmei Sun | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3: | 3 |
| 3 | A fast,edge-preserving,distance-regularized model with bilateral filtering for oil spill segmentation of SAR images显示文摘Marine oil spills are among the most significant sources of marine pollution.Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)has been used to improve oil spill observations because of its advantages in oil spill detection and identification.However,speckle noise,weak boundaries,and intensity inhomogeneity often exist in the oil spill regions of SAR imagery,which will seriously aff ect the accurate identification of oil spills.To enhance marine oil spill segmentation of SAR images,a fast,edge-preserving framework based on the distance-regularized level set evolution(DRLSE)model was proposed.Specifically,a bilateral filter penalty term is designed and incorporated into the DRLSE energy function(BF-DRLSE)to preserve the edges of oil spills,and an adaptive initial box boundary was selected for the DRLSE model to reduce the operation time complexity.Two sets of RadarSat-2 SAR data were used to test the proposed method.The experimental results indicate that the bilateral filtering scheme incorporated into the energy function during level set evolution improved the stability of level set evolution.Compared with other methods,the proposed improved BF-DRLSE algorithm displayed a higher overall segmentation accuracy(97.83%).In addition,using an appropriate initial box boundary for the DRLSE method accelerated the global search process,improved the accuracy of oil spill segmentation,and reduced computational time.Therefore,the results suggest that the proposed framework is eff ective and applicable for marine oil spill segmentation. | Wandi WANG Hui SHENG Yanlong CHEN Shanwei LIU Jijun MAO Zhe ZENG Jianhua WAN | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,4: | 3 |
| 4 | Effects of investor sentiment on stock volatility:new evidences from multi-source data in China’s green stock markets显示文摘The effect of investor sentiment on stock volatility is a highly attractive research question in both the academic field and the real financial industry.With the proposal of China’s'dual carbon'target,green stocks have gradually become an essential branch of Chinese stock markets.Focusing on 106 stocks from the new energy,environmental protection,and carbon–neutral sectors,we construct two investor sentiment proxies using Internet text and stock trading data,respectively.The Internet sentiment is based on posts from Eastmoney Guba,and the trading sentiment comes from a variety of trading indicators.In addition,we divide the realized volatility into continuous and jump parts,and then investigate the effects of investor sentiment on different types of volatilities.Our empirical findings show that both sentiment indices impose significant positive impacts on realized,continuous,and jump volatilities,where trading sentiment is the main factor.We further explore the mediating effect of information asymmetry,measured by the volume-synchronized probability of informed trading(VPIN),on the path of investor sentiment affecting stock volatility.It is evidenced that investor sentiments are positively correlated with the VPIN,and they can affect volatilities through the VPIN.We then divide the total sample around the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.The empirical results reveal that the market volatility after the COVID-19 pandemic is more susceptible to investor sentiments,especially to Internet sentiment.Our study is of great significance for maintaining the stability of green stock markets and reducing market volatility. | Yang Gao Chengjie Zhao Bianxia Sun Wandi Zhao | 2022 | Financial Innovation2022,8,1: | 2 |
