| 1 | 混合重金属(Cd,Cu,Pb,Zn,Hg)在厦门海洋围隔生态系中的迁移和归宿显示文摘1985年在厦门港海边水池内采用10m^3围隔式生态实验装置研究了两组低浓度的混合重金属的迁移和归宿,溶解态金属浓度最初随袋内颗粒沉降呈指数形式下降,其去除速率Pb>Hg>Zn>Cu>Cd,其后由生物活动转为颗粒态,Zn在水华期明显地发生了生物转移,27天后Cd和Cu仍主要以溶解态形式存在,Pb和Hg大部分转移到沉降物中,Zn几乎各占一半,袋壁吸附不超过袋内金属的2%,浮游动物与重金属的结合很不稳定,有机质在重金属的迁移转化过程中起重要作用。 | 李锦霞 杜荣归 张功勋 黄志成 R.W.麦克唐纳 W.K.约翰逊 | 1989 | 海洋学报1989，11，2： | 9 |
| 2 | The motion analysis of fire video images based on moment features and flicker frequency显示文摘In this paper, motion analysis methods based on the moment features and flicker frequency features for early fire flame from ordinary CCD video camera were proposed, and in order to describe the changing of flame and disturbance of non-flame phenomena further more, the average changing pixel number of the first-order moments of consecutive flames has been defined in the moment analysis as well. The first-order moments of all kinds of flames used in our experiments present irregularly flickering, and their average changing pixel numbers of first-order moments are greater than fire-like disturbances. For the analysis of flicker frequency of flame, which is extracted and calculated in spatial domain, and therefore it is computational simple and fast. The method of extracting flicker frequency from video images is not affected by the catalogues of combustion material and distance. In experiments, we adopted two kinds of flames, i. e. , fixed flame and movable flame. | 4 | Thermodynamic description of the ternary compounds in the Cu-In-Se system显示文摘A set of thermodynamic descriptions of the ternary compounds (mainly α-CuInSe2, δ-CuInSe2, CuIn3Se5 and CuIn5Se8) in the Cu-In-Se system was established by adopting sub-lattice model. The model parameters are carefully evalu- ated by integrating the experimental data of thermodynamic properties, phase equilibrium and theoretical calculation of formation energies of different point defects. The evaluated Gibbs energies of the compounds reasonably agree with that es- timated from EMF experiment and ab initio calculation. The calculated phase relationships in the Cu-In-Se system are in accord with the experimental phase diagrams. | 5 | Overexpression of the promyelocytic leukemia gene suppresses growth of human bladder cancer cells by inducing Gl cell cycle arrest and apoptosis显示文摘Objectives To examine the anti-oncogenic effects of promyelocytic leukemia (PML) on bladder cancer and to explore its molecular mechanisms of growth suppression.Methods Wild-type PML was transfected into bladder cancer cells (5637 cell) and expressed in a replication-deficient adenovirus-mediated gene delivery system and introduced into human bladder cancer cells (5637 cell ) in vitro and in vivo. The effect and mechanisms of the PML gene in cell growth, clonogenicity, and tumorigenicity of bladder cancer cells were studied using in vitro and in vivo growth assays, soft agar colony-forming assay, cell cycle analysis, apoptosis assay and in vivo tumorigenicity assay.Results Overexpression of PML in 5637 cells significantly reduced their growth rate and clonogenicity on soft agar. PML suppressed bladder cancer cell growth by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Adenovirus-mediated PML (Ad-PML) significantly suppressed the tumorigenicity and growth of bladder cancer cells. Intratumoral injection of Ad-PML into tumors induced by 5637 cells dramatically suppressed their growth.Conclusions The results indicated that overexpression of PML protein may promote efficient growth inhibition of human bladder cancer cells by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, and adenovirus-mediated PML (Ad-PML) expression efficiently suppresses human bladder cancer growth. | 贺大林 南勋义 Chang Kun-Song 王亚峰 Chung Leland W.K. | 2003 | Chinese Medical Journal2003，，9： | 4 |
| 6 | CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND ELECTROCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF Zr(Mn_(1-x)Ni_x)_2(0.40≤x≤0.75) HYDROGEN STORAGE ALLOYS显示文摘The crystal structure, phase abundance and the electrochemical properties of Zr(Mn1-x Nix)2 (0.40 ≤x≤0.75) alloys were investigated by means of XRD, Rietveld refinement method and electrochemical measurements. The alloys are multiphase. C15 Laves phase occurs as a main phase accompanying with C14 phase and other minor phases, indicating that Ni element is C15-stabilized element for ZrMn2 alloy. The phase abundance and lattice parameters of Laves phase are influenced significantly by Ni substitution. The Zr(Mn0.45 Ni0.55)2 alloy with the highest amount of C15 phase exhibits the maximum electrochemical capacity of 242m Ah/g.
