| 2 | NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE THERMO-MECHANICAL PROCESS FOR BEAM BLANK CONTINUOUS CASTING显示文摘The aim of this study was to simulate the solidification process of beam blank continuous casting, and then find the reasons for the typical defects of the beam blank. A two-dimensional transient coupled finite element model has been developed to compute the temperature and stress profile in beam blank continuous casting. The enthalpy method was used in the heat conduction equation. The thermo-mechanical property in the mushy zone was taken into consideration in this calculation. It is shown that at the mold exit the thickness of the shell had its maximum value at the flange tip and its minimum value at the fillet. The temperature had a great fluctuation on the surface of the beam blank in the secondary cooling zone. At the unbending point, the surface temperature of the web was in the brittleness temperature range under the present condition. To ensure the quality, it is necessary to weaken the intensity of secondary cooling. At the mold exit the equivalent stress and strain have higher values at the flange tip and at the web. From the spray 1 to the unbending point, the maximum values of stress and strain gradually moved to the internal section of the flange tip and the web. However, whenever, there were bigger stress and strain values near the flange tip and the web than in the other parts, it must be very easy to generate cracks at those positions. Now, online verification of this simulation has been developed, which has proved to be very useful and efficient to instruct the practical production of beam blank continuous casting. | W. Chen Y.Z. | 3 | SIMULATION ON TEMPERATURE FIELD OF FRICTION STIR WELDED JOINTS OF 2024-T4 Al显示文摘The thermal model of FSW based on the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method, and the transient temperature distribution of FS welded joints of 2024-T4 Al was simulated by using this model, which provides useful information for the investigation of FSW process. Simulation results show that the temperature distribution of the weld gradually decreases toward periphery in a radiate format, whose center is the probe, and the highest temperature in the weld can reach about 400℃. The initial terminal of the weld is a zone, in which the temperature gradient is great, and defects of the welding are easily produced in this zone. | 10 | 从煤焦油软沥青和苯基硅烷制备硅取代聚芳烃中间相的研究(英文)显示文摘 过滤后的煤焦油沥青分别与一,二,三,四苯基硅烷在1MPa氩气气氛和420℃~460℃温度下共炭化,合成了硅取代聚芳烃中间相。在四种合成中间相中,元素硅的起始加入量均为2%。测定了裂解残留物和硅的收率、可溶性、玻璃转化温度以及裂解残留物的炭收率;并分别以偏光显微镜和电子探针微分析法考察了残留物的微结构和相应的硅分布,硅的收率取决于不同的苯取代硅烷的挥发性和反应性。裂解残留物显示出三种不同的共存相:(a)含有粗镶嵌织构和痕量硅的光学各向异性相;(b)硅含量较高的光学各向同性相;(c)含细镶嵌织构和中等硅含量的光学各向异性相。最后这种中间相主要来自二,三苯取代硅烷与煤沥青的共炭化,是由于硅取代聚芳烃中碳原子并破坏了其分子的平面结构而引起的。 | J. | 17 | 空卵泡内卵母细胞:一种存在争议的综合征显示文摘To assess the prevalence and etiology of the empty follicle syndrome (EFS). Design: Observational longitudinal study. Setting: Tertiary fertility centers. Patient(s): All patients beginning in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment from December 2002 to November 2004 were included. Couples undergoing IVF with donor oocytes or participating in an experimental IVF study were excluded from analysis. Intervention(s): Identification of EFS cycles. Comparing ovarian hyperstimulation strategy, follicle count, and timing of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) for final oocyte maturation of the EFS cycles with normal IVF cycles. Main Outcome Measure(s): Number of follicles punctured, number of oocytes recovered, previous and future IVF attempts, and serum hormone levels. Result(s): Twenty-five of a total of 1,849 patients were identified with an EFS cycle. Reasons for occurrence of EFS cycles were mistiming of hCG for final oocyte maturation, premature ovulation, and poor ovarian response. None of the affected patients had experienced EFS cycles in earlier IVF attempts nor were there any recurrence in subsequent treatments. Conclusion(s): Accurate timing of induction of final oocyte maturation, properly scheduled ovarian hyperstimulation, instruction of patients and doctors, and full workup for IVF are essential for the successful recovery of oocytes. Occurrence of EFS in IVF can normally be attributed to a failure of at least one of these factors and probably rarely or never occurs otherwise. | Aktas M Beckers N.G Van Inzen W.G. D.
