| 1 | 猪伪狂犬病活疫苗(Bartha K61株)对变异株的保护效力显示文摘本研究旨在检测仔猪免疫猪伪狂犬病活疫苗(Bartha K61株)后,抵抗伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)变异株攻击的保护效果。取4~6周龄PRV抗体阴性仔猪,接种猪伪狂犬病活疫苗,1周后用PRV变异株(AH02LA株)攻毒,检测攻毒后临床症状、直肠温度、鼻腔排毒和肺部病变。疫苗免疫组在免疫后7 d均可以检测到gB抗体。攻毒对照组攻毒后出现典型伪狂犬症状,发病率为100%,死亡率为60%,所有猪只鼻拭子均检出排毒,所有猪只肺部均有出血、淤血等病变。免疫组的猪只攻毒后,所有猪只均未出现明显临床症状,部分猪只鼻拭子检出排毒,排毒持续时间缩短,排毒量显著减少,所有免疫猪只肺部未见明显病变。结果表明:伪狂犬病活疫苗免疫猪后对PRV变异株的攻击具有良好的保护效果。 | 王继春 曾容愚 Daniel Torrents Carlos Martinez 乔永峰 顾一奇 柳畅 | 2015 | 畜牧与兽医2015,47,12: | 39 |
| 2 | 2008年中国11省市规模化猪场伪狂犬病野毒血清流行病学系统监测与分析显示文摘伪狂犬病仍是当前中国猪场的重要威胁性传染病,引起的损失包括种猪繁殖障碍、仔猪的神经症状和高死亡率以及生长肥育猪的呼吸道病综合征。本研究利用gE-ELISA方法对2008年11个省市119个使用伪狂犬病gE基因缺失疫苗的规模化猪场进行了野毒血清流行病学系统监测与全面分析,结果猪场阳性率为57.1%,总样品阳性率为11.7%(797/6785),显示伪狂犬病仍然在我国呈地方流行性,感染压力仍然偏高。种猪野毒阳性率为14.0%(542/3860),其中阳性场种猪的阳性率为22.9%,种猪带毒现象仍然非常普遍。与2006年和2007年的系统监测结果相比,阳性猪场的比例没有变化,但总样品阳性率、种猪阳性率和阳性场种猪阳性率呈明显的下降趋势。在伪狂犬病阳性场的种猪群中,母猪的胎次越低,野毒抗体阳性率越低,表明近几年,伪狂犬病控制在朝有利的方向发展。但公猪和后备母猪的阳性率偏高(25.9%、14.8%),仍是伪狂犬病控制与净化的主要障碍。在所有11个省市中,仔猪群的样品阳性率和伪狂犬病阳性场仔猪的野毒阳性率都低于对应的种猪群,伪狂犬病阳性场中,1~4周龄、5~8周龄、9~12周龄、13~16周龄这4个阶段阳性仔猪的比例逐渐降低,依次为29.3%、23.1%、12.9%、7.8%,17~24周龄为6.2%,野毒抗体通常持续到9~12周龄。由于仔猪伪狂犬病野毒抗体既可能来自感染,也可能来自母源抗体,因此在进行伪狂犬病野毒血清流行病学调查时应分群、分阶段检测,了解检测样品的来源信息和免疫信息,以减少流行病学调查和分析的偏差。生长育成阶段后期感染是伪狂犬病流行的重要特点,这与现阶段规模猪场忽视仔猪的免疫接种工作有关。在当前的疾病感染压力下,使用优质的gE基因缺失疫苗强化免疫是控制和净化伪狂犬病的重要手段,同时要加强生物安全措施、注重后备猪的选择、加强定期监测工作,采取综合防控才能使我国伪狂犬病的流行态势得到根本好转。 | 周绪斌 雷健良 周克钢 铁军 Daniel Torrents 叶阳 欧阳宽忠 鄢长瑞 王士祥 杨雄华 阮志勇 李聪 栗娟 秦云 | 2009 | 养猪2009,,4: | 20 |

| 5 | 规模化猪场肺炎支原体血清学动态监测与启示显示文摘猪肺炎支原体是呼吸系统疾病综合征(PRDC)的重要病原,由此引起的喘气病给猪场造成显著的经济损失。了解目前规模化猪场猪肺炎支原体的感染动态对于制定相应的科学防疫策略大有帮助。本研究采用阻断ELISA方法对我国部分地区规模化猪场猪肺炎支原体血清流行病学状况进行了系统监测与分析,6个未免疫喘气病疫苗的规模化猪场全部为血清学阳性场,其中种猪的阳性率为90.5%,仔猪的阳性率为31.1%。后备、1~2胎、3~4胎、5~6胎以及大于6胎种猪抗体阳性率分别为100%、100%、95.2%、85.7%以及71.4%。4、7、10、13、16、20、24周龄仔猪抗体阳性率分别为16.2%、0%、0%、16.7%、35.3%、71.4%、100%。这表明我国规模化猪场肺炎支原体感染非常普遍,种猪和后期育成猪是猪场的主要传染源,但部分猪场存在早期感染,由于喘气病发展进程缓慢,因此规模化猪场应根据猪场生产体系、管理水平、感染压力和感染动态制定合适的免疫方案,并采取综合措施控制由支原体肺炎造成的损失,提高猪场生产指标。 | 周绪斌 Daniel Torrents 李聪 栗娟 雷健良 欧阳宽忠 周克钢 张波 | 2008 | 猪业科学2008,25,8: | 7 |
| 6 | Chromium Adsorption in Different Mineralogical Fractions from Subtropical Soils显示文摘Safe application of chromium(Cr)-containing organic industrial wastes to soil requires considering the ability of the soil to adsorb Cr.In this study,the maximum Cr adsorption capacity was assessed for the bulk samples and their clay and iron-free clay fractions of four subtropical soils differing in mineralogy.To this end,the samples were supplied with Cr(III) nitrate solutions at pH 4.5 or5.5.The results of Cr(III) adsorption fitted to a Freundlich equation and the adsorption capacity was positively correlated with soil organic matter and iron oxide contents.The clay fractions adsorbed more Cr per unit mass than the bulk soils and the iron-free clay fractions.The Cr(III) adsorption capacity increased with increasing soil pH due to more charges on adsorbing surfaces.Our results suggest that the soils rich in organic matter and iron oxides and having a pH above 4.5 are suitable for application of Cr(III)-loaded industrial wastes. | Jovana BAVARESCO Jesse R. | 12 | Interaction of silver nanoparticles with mediterranean agricultural soils: Lab-controlled adsorption and desorption studies显示文摘The production of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) has increased tremendously during recent years due to their antibacterial and physicochemical properties. As a consequence, these particles are released inevitably into the environment, with soil being the main sink of disposal. Soil interactions have an effect on AgNP mobility, transport and bioavailability. To understand AgNP adsorption processes, lab-controlled kinetic studies were performed.Batch tests performed with five different Mediterranean agricultural soils showed that cation exchange capacity and electrical conductivity are the main parameters controlling the adsorption processes. The adsorption kinetics of different sized(40, 75, 100 and 200 nm)and coated(citrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyethyleneglycol(PEG)) AgNPs indicated that these nanoparticle properties have also an effect on the adsorption processes.To assess the mobility and bioavailability of AgNPs and to determine if their form is maintained during adsorption/desorption processes, loaded soils were submitted to leaching tests three weeks after batch adsorption studies. The DIN 38414-S4 extraction method indicated that AgNPs were strongly retained on soils, and single-particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry confirmed that silver particles maintained their nanoform, except for 100 nm PEG-AgNPs and 40 nm citrate-coated AgNPs.
