2Coupled dynamic model of state estimation for hypersonic glide vehicle显示文摘Aiming at handling complicated maneuvers or other unpredicted emergencies for hypersonic glide vehicle tracking,three coupled dynamic models of state estimation based on the priori information between guidance variables and aerodynamics are presented. Firstly, the aerodynamic acceleration acting on the target is analyzed to reveal the essence of the target's motion.Then three coupled structures for modeling aerodynamic parameters are developed by different ideas: the spiral model with a harmonic oscillator, the bank model with trigonometric functions of the bank angle and the guide model with the changing rule of guidance variables. Meanwhile, the comparison discussion is concluded to show the novelty and advantage of these models.Finally, a performance assessment in different simulation cases is presented and detailed analysis is revealed. The results show that the proposed models perform excellent properties. 3miR-21 promotes the differentiation of hair folliclederived neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells显示文摘Hair follicle-derived neural crest stem cells can be induced to differentiate into Schwann cells in vivo and in vitro. However, the underlying regulatory mechanism during cell differentiation remains poorly understood. This study isolated neural crest stem cells from human hair follicles and induced them to differentiate into Schwann cells. Quantitative RT-PCR showed that microRNA(miR)-21 expression was gradually increased during the differentiation of neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells. After transfection with the miR-21 agonist(agomir-21), the differentiation capacity of neural crest stem cells was enhanced. By contrast, after transfection with the miR-21 antagonist(antagomir-21), the differentiation capacity was attenuated. Further study results showed that SOX-2 was an effective target of miR-21. Without compromising SOX2 mRNA expression, miR-21 can down-regulate SOX protein expression by binding to the 3′-UTR of miR-21 mRNA. Knocking out the SOX2 gene from the neural crest stem cells significantly reversed the antagomir-21 inhibition of neural crest stem cells differentiating into Schwann cells. 4Curative effect of Dingqi analgesic patch on cancer pain:a single-blind randomized controlled trail显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of an acupoint application with a Dingqi analgesic patch on moderate to severe pain caused by liver cancer.METHODS:Forty patients with moderate to severe pain caused by liver cancer were randomly divided intoatreatmentgroup(TG)andacontrolgroup(CG).Patients with moderate pain were given 100 mg qd of a sustainably released tablet of tramadol hydrochloride;patientswithseverepainweregiven4.2mg q3d of the fentanyl transdermal system.The ashi points Ganshu(BL 18),Danshu(BL 19) and Qimen(LR 14) were chosen for the acupoint application intervention.CG patients were given a sham patch and TG patients were given a Dingqi analgesic patch.A visual analogue scale(VAS) was used before treatment and after 1,3,6,9 and 12 days of treatment.The Karnofsky score was measured before treatment and after 12 days of treatment.Any main adverse reactions(e.g.nausea,constipation,dizziness and headache) were recorded after 6 and 12 days of treatment.Any skin side effects(i.e.skin irritation and allergic reactions) were recorded.RESULTS:The VAS in TG was significantly lower than that in CG after 3,6,9 and 12 days of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Karnofsky score before treatment and after 12 days of treatment between CG and TG.There were also no significant differences in the main adverse reactions or skin side effects after 6 and 12 days of treatment between CG andTG(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The Dingqi analgesic patch can enhance the analgesic effect of tramadol and fentanyl.Changjun Wang Wei Tan Xuhui Huang Tingting Fu Juze Lin Junmin Bu Guojian Wei Yu Du 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:9

6Enhanced hydrogen evolution reaction over molybdenum carbide nanoparticles confined inside single-walled carbon nanotubes显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have shown as unique nanoreactors to tune the catalytic activity of confined nano-catalysts. Here we report that the catalytic performance of molybdenum carbide nanoparticles(MoC_x NPs) for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) process can be enhanced by encapsulation within single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) with a diameter of 1–2 nm. The catalyst with MoC_x NPs located on the interior surface of SWNTs(MoCx@SWNTs) exhibits a lower onset over-potential and a smaller Tafel slope than the one with MoC_x NPs attached on the exterior surface(MoCx/SWNTs). This is likely attributed to the much smaller particle size and the more reduced states of the confined MoC_x NPs, as well as the larger specific surface area of MoCx@SWNTs compared with Mo Cx/SWNTs. In addition, the electronic structure of the confined MoC_x NPs might be modified by the confinement effects of SWNTs, and hence the adsorption free energy of H atoms on the confined MoC_x NPs, which could also contribute to their higher performance. 7Sodium Danshensu promotes the healing of stage 2 pressure injury wounds in ischemia/reperfusion injury rat models:possible regulation of apoptosis and inflammatory response显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effect and possible mechanism of sodium Danshensu(SDSS)against pressure injury caused by ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups of eight rats each:control group,model group,10 mg/kg SDSS-treated group,20 mg/kg SDSS-treated group,and 40 mg/kg SDSS-treated group.We used two round ferrite magnetic plates of 15 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness to establish stage 2 pressure injury model rats.Each rat was subjected to five cycles of ischemia and reperfusion to induce pressure injury.One cycle consisted of 2 h of ischemia and 0.5 h of reperfusion,which meant that each cycle included2 h of pressure and 0.5 h of pressure relief.The outline of the wound was delineated by butter paper and marker pen,and histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.In addition,the number of apoptotic cells and the activity of caspase-3 were assessed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated nick end labeling and caspase-3 assay kits,respectively.The expression of apoptosis-regulatory proteins and inflammatory mediators was investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Results showed that treatment with SDSS for 7 d after establishing the pressure injury model remarkably improved the healing rate of the wound.SDSS also inhibited the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,myeloperoxidase,and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1;decreased the number of apoptotic cells;increased the ratio of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)/Bcl-2-associated X(Bax);and regulated the expression and activity of caspase-3.CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that SDSS exhibits a treatment efficacy for pressure injury caused by I/R injury possibly by inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory response.ZHANG Qiongzhi FU Tingting DAI Jianing ZHOU Zhinan SHEN Cuizhen 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:5

9Ecotoxicological effects of waterborne PFOS exposure on swimming performance and energy expenditure in juvenile goldfish (Carassius auratus)显示文摘The potential risks of perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) are of increasing ecological concern. Swimming performance is linked to the fitness and health of fish. However, the impacts of PFOS on swimming performance remain largely unknown. We investigated the ecotoxicological effects of acute exposure to PFOS on the swimming performance and energy expenditure of juvenile goldfish (Carassius auratus). The fish were exposed to a range of PFOS concentrations (0, 0.5, 2, 8 and 32 mg/L) for 48 hr. The spontaneous swimming activity, fast-start swimming performance, critical swimming speed (Ucrit) and active metabolic rate (AMR) of the goldfish were examined after exposure to PFOS. PFOS exposure resulted in remarkable effects on spontaneous activity. Motion distance was reduced, and the proportion of motionless time increased with increasing concentrations of PFOS. However, no significant alterations in the fast-start performance-related kinematic parameters, such as latency time, maximum linear velocity, maximum linear acceleration or escape distance during the first 120 msec after stimulus, were observed after PFOS exposure. Unexpectedly, although PFOS exposure had marked influences on the swimming oxygen consumption rates and AMR of goldfish, the U crit of the goldfish was not significantly affected by PFOS. This may result in a noteworthy increase in the energetic cost of transport. 11Comparative Skin Histology of Frogs Reveals High-elevation Adaptation of the Tibetan Nanorana parkeri显示文摘Adaptations to extreme environmental conditions are intriguing. Animal skin, which directly interacts with external environment, plays diverse and important roles in adaptive evolution. The thin and bare skin of amphibians is sensitive to external environmental conditions and, thus, it facilitates investigations into adaptations for living in extreme environments. Herein, we compare the structures of skin in four anuran species living at elevations ranging from 100 m to 4500 m to assess phenotypic innovations in the skin of Nanorana parkeri, which lives at extremely high elevations. Analyses reveal similar basic skin structures, but N. parkeri differs from the other species by having more epidermal capillaries and granular glands, which correlate highly with responses to hypoxia and/or ultraviolet(UV) radiation. Further intraspecific comparisons from frogs taken at ~4500 m and ~2900 m reveal that all of the changes are fixed. Changes occurring only in the higher elevation population, such as possessing more skin pigments, may represent local adaptations to coldness and/or UV radiation. 12Herbal formula of Bushen Jianpi(补肾健脾方)combined with sorafenib inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma growth by promoting cell apoptosis and blocking the cell cycle显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of an herbal formula of Bushen Jianpi(补肾健脾方,BSJP)combined with sorafenib on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in vitro and in vivo,and to study the underlying mechanisms of action.METHODS:BSJP,a mixture of 12 raw herbs,was extracted in 70%alcohol/30%water and freeze-dried into a powder.The in vitro effects of BSJP alone,sorafenib alone,and their combination on cell survival,apoptosis,and cell cycle distribution were evaluated in HCC cell lines HCCLM3,HepG2,and SMMC-7721.The expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),caspase-3,and caspase-9 in HCCLM3 cells was measured using Western blots after drug administration.The in vivo effects of BSJP and sorafenib were evaluated in a tumor surgical resection model using 4-week old male athymic BALB/c nude mice injected with HCCLM3 cells.Immunohistochemical analysis of tumor tissues was performed to evaluate the effects of BSJP alone,sorafenib alone,and their combination on the expression of caspase-3,caspase-9,and Bcl-2.RESULTS:BSJP decreased the survival rate of HCC cell lines,and the combination of BSJP and sorafenib further decreased the survival rate.BSJP significantly promoted cell apoptosis and blocked cell-cycle progression in HCCLM3,HepG2,and SMMC-7721 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore,the administration of BSJP and sorafenib inhibited the growth of HCCLM3 cell xenografts in nude mice,with no reduction in body weight.In vivo and in vitro experiments showed that BSJP combined with sorafenib could significantly decrease the expression of Bcl-2.CONCLUSION:Our findings suggest that the herbal formula of BSJP is a potential HCC antitumor agent.ZHOU Zhangjie LIU Xinhua WU Tingting QUE Zujue WU Zhonghua WU Weizhong FU Shujuan ZHANG Shiqiang YANG Yun JIANG Haiyan XIA Xiaoting LV Junqiang DU Boqian LI Yun LU Tao ZHANG Zhihui ZHONG Yi 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2:3
13Liuwei Dihuang formula(六味地黄方)protect endothelial cells from apoptosis by up-regulating expression of estrogen receptor-α显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang formula(六味地黄方,LWDHF)on endothelial cells,and to study the mechanism behind the action of modulating expression of estrogen receptors.METHODS:Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))was applied to induce the apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).The concentration of nitric oxide(NO),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and inducible NOS(iNOS)were measured by assay kits.Western blot and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to detect the expression of iNOS,eNOS,b-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax),estrogen receptor(ER)αand ERβ.Also,small interfering RNA(siRNA)was involved to confirm whether the protective effects of LWDHF was medicated by ERs.In vivo,the female rats were ovariectomized to establish postmenopausal vascular injury model.Then the model rats were divided into three groups and treated with saline,estradiol and LWDHF respectively.The concentration of NO and NOS in serum were measured by assay kits,and the expression of Bax,Bcl-2,ERαand ERβwere detected by western blot and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:In vitro study,LWDHF significantly protected HUVECs from H_(2)O_(2)-induced apoptosis,with the increase of Bcl-2 and the decrease of Bax.The treatment with LWDHF inhibited concentration of NO and iNOS,and upregulated the expression of eNOS,ERαand ERβ.In addition,ERαsiRNA could block the protective effects of LWDHF,while ERβsiRNA showed little influence.In vivo,the treatment with LWDHF suppressed the vascular injury and reduced the level of NO and NOS.LWDHF increased the expression of Bcl-2,ERαand ERβ,as well as inhibiting the Bax expression.CONCLUSION:LWDHF could improve endothelial function and protect HUVECs from apoptosis via increasing the expression of ERα.CHEN Qi QI Xu FU Yu JI Tingting CHAO Ying LI Jun MENG Qinghai BIAN Huimin LI Yu 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2:3
14Nobiletin downregulates the SKP2-p21/p27-CDK2 axis to inhibit tumor progression and shows synergistic effects with palbociclib on renal cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Natural extracts,including nobiletin,have been reported to enhance the efficacy and sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs.However,whether and how nobiletin affects tumor growth and progression in renal cell carcinoma(RCC)are still unclear.Methods:Cell proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis analyses,colony-formation assays,immunoblotting analysis,and q RT-PCR analysis were performed to investigate how nobiletin affected RCC cell proliferation in vitro.The nude mouse model was used to test the efficacy of nobiletin alone or in combination with palbociclib.Results:Nobiletin inhibited cell proliferation by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in RCC cells.Mechanistically,nobiletin decreased SKP2 protein expression by reducing its transcriptional level.The downregulated SKP2 caused accumulation of its substrates,p27 and p21,which further inhibited the activity of the G1 phase-related protein,CDK2,leading to inhibition of cell proliferation and tumor formation.A higher SKP2 protein level indicated less sensitivity to the CDK4/6 inhibitor,palbociclib.A combination of nobiletin and palbociclib showed a synergistic tumor inhibition in vitro and in an in vivo model.Conclusions:Nobiletin downregulated the SKP2-p21/p27-CDK2 axis to inhibit tumor progression and showed synergistic tumor inhibition effects with the CDK4/6 inhibitor,palbociclib,on RCC,which indicates a potential new therapeutic strategy.Tingting Chen Liu Liu Yonghong Zou Xiaoyan Hu Wenfeng Zhang Tao Zhou Xi Luo Weihua Fu Jie Xu 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1:3

16Surface sulfur vacancies enhanced electron transfer over Co-ZnS quantum dots for efficient degradation of plasticizer micropollutants by peroxymonosulfate activation显示文摘Peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation in heterogeneous processes is a promising water treatment technology.Nevertheless,the high energy consumption and low efficiency during the reaction are ineluctable,due to electron cycling rate limitation.Herein,a new strategy is proposed based on a quantum dots(QDs)/PMS system.Co-ZnS QDs are synthesized by a water phase coprecipitation method.The inequivalent lattice-doping of Co for Zn leads to the generation of surface sulfur vacancies(SVs),which modulates the surface of the catalyst to form an electronic nonequilibrium surface.Astonishingly,the plasticizer micropollutants can be completely degraded within only tens of seconds in the Co-Zn S QDs/PMS system due to this type of surface modulation.The interfacial reaction mechanism is revealed that pollutants tend to be adsorbed on the cobalt metal sites as the electron donors,where the internal electrons of pollutants are captured by the metal species and transferred to the surface SVs.Meanwhile,PMS adsorbed on the SVs is reduced to radicals by capturing electrons,achieving effective electron recovery.Dissolved oxygen(DO)molecules are also easily attracted to catalyst defects and are reduced to O_(2)^(·-),further promoting the degradation of pollutants.Yuting Gu Tingting Gao Fagen Zhang Chao Lu Wenrui Cao Ziwei Fu Chun Hu Lai Lyu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:2

18A potent PGK1 antagonist reveals PGK1 regulates the production of IL-1βand IL-6显示文摘Glycolytic metabolism enzymes have been implicated in the immunometabolism field through changes in metabolic status. PGK1 is a catalytic enzyme in the glycolytic pathway. Here, we set up a high-throughput screen platform to identify PGK1 inhibitors. DC-PGKI is an ATPcompetitive inhibitor of PGK1 with an affinity of Kd= 99.08 nmol/L. DC-PGKI stabilizes PGK1in vitro and in vivo, and suppresses both glycolytic activity and the kinase function of PGK1. In addition,DC-PGKI unveils that PGK1 regulates production of IL-1β and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated macrophages.Mechanistically, inhibition of PGK1 with DC-PGKI results in NRF2(nuclear factor-erythroid factor 2-related factor 2, NFE2L2) accumulation, then NRF2 translocates to the nucleus and binds to the proximity region of Il-1β and Il-6 genes, and inhibits LPS-induced expression of these genes. DC-PGKI ameliorates colitis in the dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis mouse model. 20Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach.However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy.Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain boundaries.This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film.This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics.Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:2
