2Melatonin enhances radiofrequency-induced NK antitumor immunity,causing cancer metabolism reprogramming and inhibition of multiple pulmonary tumor development显示文摘Surgery is the comm on treatme nt for early lung cancer with multiple pulm onary no dules,but it is often accompanied by the problem of significant malignancy of other nodules in non-therapeutic areas.In this study,we found that a combined treatment of local rad iofreq ue ncy ablati on(RFA)and melatonin(MLT)greatly improved clinical outcomes for early lung cancer patie nts with multiple pulmonary nodules by minimizing lung function injury and reducing the probability of malignant transformation or enlargement of nodules in non-ablated areas.Mechanically,as demonstrated in an associated mouse lung tumor model,RFA not only effectively remove treated tumors but also stimulate antitumor immunity,which could inhibit tumor growth in non-ablated areas.MLT enhanced RFA-stimulated NK activity and exerted synergistic antitumor effects with RFA.Transcriptomics and proteomics analyses of residual tumor tissues revealed enhanced oxidative phosphorylation and reduced acidification as well as hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment,which suggests reprogrammed tumor metabolism after combined treatment with RFA and MLT.Analysis of residual tumor further revealed the depressed activity of MAPK,NF-kappa B,Wnt,and Hedgehog pathways and upregulated P53 pathway in tumors,which was in line with the inhibited tumor growth.Combined RFA and MLT treatment also reversed the Warburg effect and decreased tumor malignancy.These findings thus demonstrated that combined treatment of RFA and MLT effectively inhibited the malignancy of non-ablated nodules and provided an innovative non-invasive strategy for treating early lung tumors with multiple pulmonary nodules.Trial registration:www.chictr.org.cn,identifier ChiCTR2100042695,http://gffzz62a03ee25e6f4a77hkxfufcovfou06kbq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=120931.Ming Li Bingjie Hao Menghuan Zhang Russel J.Reiter Shumeng Lin Tiansheng Zheng Xiangyun Chen Yanbei Ren Liduo Yue Baigenzhin Abay Guojie Chen Xiao Xu Yufeng Shi Lihong Fan 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10:6
3Effect of preparation methods on the structure and catalytic performance of Fe–Zn/K catalysts for CO2 hydrogenation to light olefins显示文摘Potassium promoted iron–zinc catalysts prepared by co-precipitation method(C–Fe–Zn/K),solvothermal method(S–Fe–Zn/K)and hydrothermal method(H–Fe–Zn/K)could selectively convert CO_2to light olefins,respectively.The physicochemical properties of the obtained catalysts were determined by SEM,N_2physisorption,XRD,H_2-TPR,CO_2-TPD and XPS measurements.The results demonstrated that preparation methods had great influences on the morphology,phase structures,reduction and adsorption behavior,and hence the catalytic performance of the catalysts.The samples prepared by hydrothermal and co-precipitation method generated small uniform particles and led to lower specific surface area.In contrast,microspheres with larger specific surface area were formed by self-assembly of nanosheets using solvothermal method.ZnFe_2O_4was the only detectable phase in the fresh C–2Fe–1Zn/K,S–3Fe–1Zn/K and S–2Fe–1Zn/K samples.ZnFe_2O_4and ZnO co-existed with increasing Zncontent in S–1Fe–1Zn/K sample,while ZnO and Fe_2O_3could be observed over H–2Fe–1Zn/K sample.All the used samples contained Fe_3O_4,ZnO and Fe_5C_2.The peak intensity of ZnO was strong in the AR-H–2Fe–1Zn/K sample while it was the lowest in the AR-C–2Fe–1Zn/K sample after reaction.The formation of ZnFe_2O_4increased the interaction between iron and zinc for C–2Fe–1Zn/K and S–Fe–Zn/K samples,causing easier reduction of Fe_2O_3to Fe_3O_4.The surface basicity of the sample prepared by co-precipitation method was much more than that of the other two methods.During CO_2hydrogenation,all the catalysts showed good activity and olefin selectivity.The CO selectivity was increased with increasing Zncontent over S–Fe–Zn/K samples.H–2Fe–1Zn/K catalyst preferred to the production of C_5^+hydrocarbons.CO_2conversion of 54.76%and C_2~=–C_4~=contents of 57.38%were obtained on C–2Fe–1Zn/K sample,respectively.Xu Wang Jianli Zhang Jingyu Chen Qingxiang Ma Subing Fan Tiansheng Zhao 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,4:6

5Joint PP and PS AVO inversion based on Zoeppritz equations显示文摘Considering Zoeppritz equations,reflections of PP and PS are only the function of ratios of density and velocity.So the inversion results will be the same if the ratios are the same but values of density,velocities of P-wave and S-wave are different without strict constraint.This paper makes efforts to explore nonlinear simultaneous PP and PS inversion with expectation to reduce the ambiguity of AVO analysis by utilizing the redundancy of multi-component AVO measurements.Accurate estimation of ratio parameters depends on independence of input data.There are only two independent AVO attributes for PP reflectivity (i.e.intercept and gradient) and two for PS reflectivity (i.e.pseudo-intercept and pseudo-gradient or extreme amplitude),respectively.For individual PP and PS inversion,the values of least-squares objective function do not converge around a large neighborhood of chosen true model parameters.Fortunately for joint PP and PS inversion the values of the least-squares objective function show closed contours with single minima.Finally the power function fitting is used to provide a higher precision AVO attributes than traditional polynomial fitting.By using the four independent fitting attributes (two independent attributes for PP and PS respectively),the inversion of four ratio parameters (velocities and densities) would be estimated with less errors than that in traditional method.Xiucheng Wei Tiansheng Chen 2011Earthquake Science2011,24,4:2
6Regulating the nanoscale intimacy of metal and acidic sites in Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)for the selective conversions of lignin-derived phenols to jet fuels显示文摘Catalytic hydrodeoxygenation(HDO)of biomass-derived oxy-compounds to advanced hydrocarbon fuels usually requires bifunctional catalysts containing metals and acidic sites.The appropriate tuning of metal and/or acidic active sites at interfaces of bifunctional catalysts can significantly improve catalyst activity and product selectivity.Here,4-trifuoromethyl salicylic acid(TFMSA),as a hydrothermal stable organic acid,was employed to tailor the bifunctional interface of Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)to enhance the catalytic performance on converting lignin-derived phenols to jet fuel range cycloalkanes.More than 80%phenol was converted into cyclohexane at 230°C for 1 h over Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)modified by TFMSA,which was about three times higher than that over unmodified Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3).X-ray diffraction(XRD),Transmission electron microscope(TEM),H2 chemisorption,and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)elemental mapping results indicated that Ru nanoparticles and TFMSA were well distributed onγ-Al_(2)O_(3),and a nanoscale intimacy between Ru and TFMSA was reached.Meanwhile,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy after pyridine adsorption(Py-FT-IR)analysis proved that Brønsted acidic sites on the catalytic interfaces of TFMSA modified Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)had been improved.Moreover,the kinetic and density functional theory(DFT)results suggested that the synergistic effects of adjacent Ru nanoparticles and acidic sites were crutial for promoting the rate-limiting conversion step of phenol HDO to cyclohexane.Shanshuai Chen Weichen Wang Xue Li Puxiang Yan Wanying Han Tian Sheng Tiansheng Deng Wanbin Zhu Hongliang Wang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3:1
7Reservoir prediction using multi-wave seismic attributes显示文摘The main problems in seismic attribute technology are the redundancy of data and the uncertainty of attributes,and these problems become much more serious in multi-wave seismic exploration.Data redundancy will increase the burden on interpreters,occupy large computer memory,take much more computing time,conceal the effective information,and especially cause the 'curse of dimension'.Uncertainty of attributes will reduce the accuracy of rebuilding the relationship between attributes and geological significance.In order to solve these problems,we study methods of principal component analysis (PCA),independent component analysis (ICA) for attribute optimization and support vector machine (SVM) for reservoir prediction.We propose a flow chart of multi-wave seismic attribute process and further apply it to multi-wave seismic reservoir prediction.The processing results of real seismic data demonstrate that reservoir prediction based on combination of PP-and PS-wave attributes,compared with that based on traditional PP-wave attributes,can improve the prediction accuracy.Ye Yuan Yang Liu Jingyu Zhang Xiucheng Wei Tiansheng Chen 2011Earthquake Science2011,24,4:1

13Biomimetic hydroxyapatite coating on the 3D-printed bioactive porous composite ceramic scaffolds promoted osteogenic differentiation via PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways and facilitated bone regeneration in vivo显示文摘The architecture and surface modifications have been regarded as effective methods to enhance the bi-ological response of biomaterials in bone tissue engineering.The porous architecture of the implanta-tion was essential conditions for bone regeneration.Meanwhile,the design of biomimetic hydroxyap-atite(HAp)coating on porous scaffolds was demonstrated to strengthen the bioactivity and stimulate osteogenesis.However,bioactive bio-ceramics such asβ-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)and calcium sili-cate(CS)with superior apatite-forming ability were reported to present better osteogenic activity than that of HAp.Hence in this study,3D-printed interconnected porous bioactive ceramicsβ-TCP/CS scaf-fold was fabricated and the biomimetic HAp apatite coating were constructed in situ via hydrothermal reaction,and the effects of HAp apatite layer on the fate of mouse bone mesenchymal stem cells(mBM-SCs)and the potential mechanisms were explored.The results indicated that HAp apatite coating en-hanced cell proliferation,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,and osteogenic gene expression.Further-more,PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is proved to have an important impact on cellular functions.The present results demonstrated that the key molecules of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K),protein kinase B(AKT)and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)were activated after the biomimetic hydrox-yapatite coating were constructed on the 3D-printed ceramic scaffolds.Besides,the activated influence on the protein expression of Runx2 and BMP2 could be suppressed after the treatment of inhibitor HY-10358.In vivo studies showed that the constructed HAp coating promoted bone formation and strengthen the bone quality.These results suggest that biomimetic HAp coating constructed on the 3D-printed bioac-tive composite scaffolds could strengthen the bioactivity and the obtained biomimetic multi-structured scaffolds might be a potential alternative bone graft for bone regeneration.Bizhi Tan Naru Zhao Wei Guo Fangli Huang Hao Hu Yan Chen Jungang Li Zemin Ling Zhiyuan Zou Rongcheng Hu Chun Liu Tiansheng Zheng Gang Wang Xiao Liu Yingjun Wang Xuenong Zou 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,5:0
