1缅甸铜鼓类型、源流族属与文化传承显示文摘缅甸铜鼓主要保存在博物馆、寺庙、教堂以及克伦族和克耶族人家中。传世铜鼓大多属黑格尔Ⅰ型、黑格尔Ⅲ型铜鼓,少数是异形铜鼓。其中黑格尔Ⅰ型铜鼓随着'滇越'与缅甸族群的交往,从云南流传到缅甸。缅甸使用黑格尔Ⅲ型铜鼓始于骠人。骠人制作和使用铜鼓或是受到滇越人及其后裔持续的文化浸染和影响所致。佛教文化对缅甸文化影响强劲时,处于边缘地位的骠人铜鼓文化在缅族中得不到延续,但铜鼓文化却在克伦族等少数民族中得到了传承。如今缅甸克伦族和克耶族依然使用铜鼓。欧江玲 王海玲 杜瓦底丁(DAW WADDY THWIN) 2020广西民族大学学报(哲学社会科学版)2020,42,5:4
2小麦CBL结合蛋白激酶基因TaCIPK16的克隆及特征分析显示文摘类钙调磷酸酶亚基B蛋白(calcineurin B-1ike protein,CBL)作为一类钙离子结合蛋白,通过与一类蛋白激酶(CBL-interacting protein kinase,ClPK)结合,从而在钙信号依赖的生理生化过程中发挥作用。该研究在条锈菌诱导的小麦叶片中克隆获得CIPK家族中1个基因TaCIPK16,并利用qRT-PCR技术、酵母双杂交技术及亚细胞定位技术分析了其功能特性。序列分析表明,TaCIPK16编码447个氨基酸,包含保守的激酶催化结构域及调控结构域,与水稻、拟南芥CIPK蛋白具有高度相似性。酵母双杂交分析验证显示,TaCIPK16与TaCBL4和TaCBL9存在强烈互作。定量分析表明,TaCIPK16受到条锈菌的诱导表达,在小麦与条锈菌互作过程中呈显著差异表达趋势。综上结果,TaCIPK16可能作为正调控因子参与了小麦对条锈菌的抗病防卫反应。MYO THWIN 刘芃 马微 薛庆贺 郭军 康振生 2016西北植物学报2016,36,6:2
