1First Imported Case of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron Subvariant BA.5—Shanghai Municipality,China,May 13,2022显示文摘On April 27,2022,an international flight KL857 from Amsterdam,the Netherlands arrived at Pudong International Airport,Shanghai Municipality.Passengers were transferred to the quarantine hotel for a routine 14-day medical observation in Songjiang District and regularly tested for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).One of the passengers(a 37-year-old Chinese male)was reported positive and diagnosed as a mild case on April 29.The case set out from Uganda(flight KL535)on April 25 and transferred at Amsterdam,the Netherlands on April 26 and Seoul,the Republic of Korea(KL857)on April 27.The patient has been vaccinated in four doses against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)(Beijing Institute of Biological Products Co.,Ltd)in China and Uganda.After diagnosis,he was transferred to Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center for treatment.He recovered after treatment and was discharged on May 12.Hui Jiang Changcheng Wu Wenbo Xu Hongyou Chen Fanghao Fang Min Chen Chaonan Wang Lingyue Yuan Huanyu Wu Zheng Teng Jinyuan Guo Yaxu Zheng Xihong Lyu Xuefei Qiao Guizhen Wu Wenjie Tan Xi Zhang 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,30:10
2Genomic surveillance of coxsackievirus A10 reveals genetic features and recent appearance of genogroup D in Shanghai,China,2016–2020显示文摘Coxsackievirus A10(CVA10)is one of the major causative agents of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).To investigate the epidemiological characteristics as well as genetic features of CVA10 currently circulating in Shanghai,China,we collected a total of 9,952 sporadic HFMD cases from January 2016 to December 2020.In the past five years,CVA10 was the fourth prevalent causatives associated with HFMD in Shanghai and the overall positive rate was 2.78%.The annual distribution experienced significant fluctuations over the past five years.In addition to entire VP1 sequencing,complete genome sequencing and recombination analysis of CVA10 isolates in Shanghai were further performed.A total of 64 near complete genomes and 11 entire VP1 sequences in this study combined with reference sequences publicly available were integrated into phylogenetic analysis.The CVA10sequences in this study mainly belonged to genogroup C and presented 91%-100%nucleotide identity with other Chinese isolates based on VP1 region.For the first time,our study reported the appearance of CVA10 genogroup D in Chinese mainland,which had led to large-scale outbreaks in Europe previously.The recombination analysis showed the recombination break point located between 5,100 nt and 6,700 nt,which suggesting intertypic recombination with CVA16 genogroup D.To conclusion,CVA10 genogroup C was the predominant genogroup in Shanghai during 2016-2020.CVA10 recombinant genogroup D was firstly reported in circulating in Chinese mainland.Continuous surveillance is needed to better understand the evolution relationships and transmission pathways of CVA10 to help to guide disease control and prevention.Jiayu Wang Jiajing Liu Fanghao Fang Jiajin Wu Tianjiao Ji Yuying Yang Ling Liu Chongshan Li Wanju Zhang Xi Zhang Zheng Teng 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,2:5
3Metal 2-Hydroxy-1-Naphthaldehyde Thiosemicarbazone (Me-HNT) Complexes-A New Kind of Biomimic Enzyme Catalyst显示文摘Metal (Me=Fe(III), Mo(VI), Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II) and Cu(II)) 2-hydroxy-1 naphthaldehyde thiosemicarbazone complexes (MeHNT) were synthesized and used as mimic-enzyme catalysts to mimic the active group of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The results showed that FeHNT. Mo-HNT are effective catalysts, which have similar catalytic activity as HRP. The sequence of catalytic activities of tested biomimic peroxidas is Mo-HNT> Fe-HNT > Zn-HNT > Ni-HNT > MnHNT. Among them. 6Optimal Scheduling for Combined District Heating and Power Systems Using Subsidy Strategies显示文摘The ongoing development of cogeneration technology has promoted public awareness on the integration of different types of energy systems.Integration of power and heating systems is the most common approach for energy transmission.The heat and power coupling of combined heat and power(CHP)units constrains the improvement of flexibility to accommodate more wind power,especially in winter.To address this problem,electrical boilers(EBs)are utilized as independent heat sources in one heat station to enhance their flexibility.This paper proposes a subsidy based bi-level optimal model.The objective of the upper problem is to minimize the operating cost,while the lower problem is to maximize the benefits of CHP and EBs based on the subsidy signals sent by the power system operator(PSO).The bi-level model is reformulated as a single-level linear problem by Karush Kuhn Turck(KKT)conditions and recast to a mix integer quadratic program using strong duality theory.Numerical results performed on an IEEE six-bus system with a eight-node district heating system validate the proposed model.The results demonstrate that the subsidy strategies can make the EB and CHP units operate according to the system operators’preferences to accommodate more wind power.Bofu Deng Jiakun Fang Qian Hui Tieyan Zhang Zhe Chen Yun Teng Xiao Xi 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:3

8Experimental investigation on continuous N_(2) injection to improve light oil recovery in multi-wells fractured-cavity unit显示文摘The purpose of this experimental study is to evaluate the feasibility and oil recovery efficiency of continuous N_(2) injection in a multi-well fractured-cavity reservoir.In this study,the similar criterion of physical simulation was firstly discussed.In order to reveal the mechanism of remaining oil startup and production performance characteristic by continuous N_(2) injection,a visualized twodimensional fractured-cavity model and a three-dimensional pressure resistant model were designed and fabricated respectively based on the similar theory.And the 2D visualized physical experiments and 3D physical experiments were performed with the simulated oil and brine reservoir samples in Tahe oilfield.Four groups of experiments in 2D and 3D model were performed,each of which included bottom water depletion driving,water injection and N_(2) injection.The 2D visualized experiments indicated the main mechanism of N_(2) developing remaining oil was to occupy the high position and replace the attic oil due to gravitational differentiation.Furthermore,both the 2D and 3D experiments demonstrated that higher oil recovery factor could be achieved if N_(2) was injected through high positional wells.The 3D physical model is closer to the real reservoir condition,so the production performance can reflect the real field production process.This paper confirmed the efficiency of continuous N2 flooding in the light oil saturated fractured-cavity reservoir.Wei Su Jirui Hou Teng Zhao Yuanyuan Xi Can Cui 2017Petroleum2017,3,3:3

10Cypovirus capsid protein VP5 has nucleoside triphosphatase activity显示文摘As a major protein of cypovirus capsid shell, VP5 per-forms as the clamp protein to stabilize the capsid shellstructure (Yu et al., 2008). And as a part of viral RNA(vRNA) replication machinery, VP5 has been found topossess an ATP-independent RNA chaperoning activity(Yang et al., 2014). Here, we report that VP5 also has thenucleoside triphosphatase (NTPase) activity, which canhydrolyze all kinds of NTPs and dNTPs. 11Susceptibility of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to heart rate difference associated with the short-term exposure to metals in ambient fine particles:A panel study in Beijing,China显示文摘Susceptibility of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)to cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction asso-ciated with exposure to metals in ambient fine particles(PM2.5,particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter≤2.5µm)remains poorly evidenced.Based on the COPDB(COPD in Beijing)panel study,we aimed to compare the associations of heart rate(HR,an indicator of cardiovascular autonomic function)and exposure to metals in PM2.5 between 53 patients with COPD and 82 healthy controls by using linear mixed-effects models.In all participants,the HR levels were significantly associated with interquartile range increases in the average concentrations of Cr,Zn,and Pb,but the strength of the associations differed by exposure time(from 1.4%for an average 9 days(d)Cr exposure to 3.5%for an average 9 d Zn exposure).HR was positively associated with the average concentrations of PM2.5 and certain metals only in patients with COPD.Associations between HR and exposure to PM2.5,K,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,and Se in patients with COPD significantly differed from those in health controls.Furthermore,association between HR and Cr exposure was robust in COPD patients.In conclusion,our findings indicate that COPD could exacerbate difference in HR following exposure to metals in PM2.5.Ke Gao Xi Chen Xiaoying Li Hanxiyue Zhang Mengxiao Luan Yuan Yao Yifan Xu Teng Wang Yiqun Han Tao Xue Junxia Wang Mei Zheng Xinghua Qiu Tong Zhu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,2:2

15Crustal wide-angle reflection imaging along Lianxian-Gangkou profile in Guangdong province,China显示文摘A 400 km-long wide-angle seismic experiment along Lianxian-Gangkou profile in South China was carried out to study contact relationship between southeast continental margin of Yangtze block and northwest continental margin of Cathaysia block. We reconstructed crustal wide-angle reflection structure by the depth-domain pre-stack migration and the crustal velocity model constructed from the traveltime fitting. The wide-angle reflection section shows different reflection (from crystalline basement and Moho) pattern beneath the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks,and suggests the Wuchuan-Sihui fault is the boundary between them. 17Density structure of the crust in the Emeishan large igneous province revealed by the Lijiang-Guiyang gravity profile显示文摘The Emeishan large igneous province(hereafter named by its acronym ELIP) is the first accepted large igneous region in China.The current study tries to reconstruct the density structure of the crust in this region. For this purpose, we conducted the gravity survey along an 800-km-long profile, which stretched laterally along the latitude 27°N from Lijiang(Yunnan province) to Guiyang(Guizhou province). The fieldwork included 338 gravity measurements distributed from the inner zone to the outer zone of the mantle plume head.After a series of gravity reductions, we calculated the Bouguer gravity anomaly and then constructed the density model for ELIP by iterative forward modeling from an initial density model tightly constrained by wide-angle seismic reflection data. The topography of the Moho, here physically interpreted as a density discontinuity of ~0.4 g·cm^(–3), gradually rises from the inner zone(~50 km deep) to the outer zone(~40 km), describes a thicker crust in the inner zone than in any other segment of the profile and largely reproduces the shape of the Bouguer gravity anomaly curve. Both the Bouguer gravity and the density structure show significant differences with respect to the inner zone and the other two zones of ELIP according to the commonly accepted partition of the Emeishan area.
