1人体动态稳定性理论及防跌倒扰动性训练进展显示文摘随着世界范围内老龄化社会问题的日益严重,以及一些有运动障碍的特殊群体的扩大,致使跌倒成为了一个严重的社会问题。人体动态稳定性理论是防跌倒研究的理论基础,目前已经取得了有价值的进展。人体动态稳定性理论不同于静态稳定性理论,后者给出的是人体质心位置与支撑面之间的相对位置关系,而前者增加了人体质心速度的因素,给出的是人体质心位置—速度状态与动态稳定区域之间的关系,可利用稳度来判定人体所处的稳定状态,甚至定量评价人体的动态稳定程度。影响跌倒的主要因素有二:稳度为负和支撑不力。在防跌倒的研究中进行适应性练习可显著地提高滑前稳度和滑后稳度,分别体现了前馈控制和反馈控制对人体动态稳定性的神经生理影响。李世明 Yi-Chung Pai Feng Yang Tanvi Bhatt 2011体育科学2011,31,4:30

3Modeling oblique load carrying capacity of batter pile groups using neural network,random forest regression and M5 model tree显示文摘M5 model tree,random forest regression(RF)and neural network(NN)based modelling approaches were used to predict oblique load carrying capacity of batter pile groups using 247 laboratory experiments with smooth and rough pile groups.Pile length(L),angle of oblique load(a),sand density(ρ),number of batter piles(B),and number of vertical piles(V)as input and oblique load(Q)as output was used.Results suggest improved performance by RF regression for both pile groups.M5 model tree provides simple linear relation which can be used for the prediction of oblique load for field data also.Model developed using RF regression approach with smooth pile group data was found to be in good agreement for rough piles data.NN based approach was found performing equally well with both smooth and rough piles.Sensitivity analysis using all three modelling approaches suggest angle of oblique load(a)and number of batter pile(B)affect the oblique load capacity for both smooth and rough pile groups.Tanvi SINGH Mahesh PAL V.K.ARORA 2019Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2019,13,3:3

18Imaging spectrum of abdominal manifestations of COVID-19显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has posed a serious threat to global public health with its rapid spread,high fatality,and severe burden on health care providers all over the world.Although COVID-19 has been established as a respiratory tract infection,it can manifest with gastrointestinal symptoms as a consequence of direct infection by the virus or due to inflammation-mediated cytotoxicity.It has been observed that COVID-19 patients presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms tend to progress to a severe form of disease with increased morbidity and mortality,thus indicating the need for timely management.COVID-19 manifests with a wide spectrum of radiologic findings on gastrointestinal tract imaging,encompassing bowel abnormalities,hepato-biliary and pancreatic involvement,vascular occlusion,and solid organ infarction.Early recognition of these imaging features can facilitate timely treatment of COVID-19 associated gastrointestinal tract complications and may prompt the diagnosis of COVID-19 in patients with atypical disease manifestations.The aim of this article is to provide an overview of the various gastrointestinal imaging manifestations that can be encountered in patients with COVID-19,with an emphasis on early diagnosis of the disease as well as treatment related complications.Tanvi Vaidya Avinash Nanivadekar Rajan Patel 2021World Journal of Radiology2021,13,6:1
