| 1 | ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY BY FLOODING WITH HYDROPHILIC NANOPARTICLES显示文摘In this paper, the mechanism of enhanced oil recovery using lipophobic and hydrophilic polysilicon (LHP) nanoparticles ranging in size from 10 to 500 nm for changing the wettability of porous media was analysed theoretically. A one-dimensional two-phase mathematical model considering the migration and adsorption of LHP and wettability change in reservoir rock was proposed, and a simulator was developed to quantitatively predict the changes in relative and ef- fective permeability of the oil and water phases and the oil recovery in sandstone after water driving. Numerical simula- tions were conducted to study the distribution of the particle concentration, the reduction in porosity and absolute per- meability, the LHP volume retention on pore walls and in pore throats along a dimensionless distance, and oil production performance. In conclusion, oil recovery can obviously be improved by flooding with hydrophilic nanometer powders though permeability declines for the retention of nanoparticles in porous media. | 3 | Extensional tectonics and sedimentary response of the Early—Middle Cambrian passive continental margin,Tarim Basin,Northwest China显示文摘The fact that several half-grabens and normal faults developed in the Lower—Middle Cambrian of Tazhong(central Tarim Basin) and Bachu areas in Tarim Basin,northwest China,indicates that Tarim Basin was under extensional tectonic setting at this time.The half-grabens occur within a linear zone and the normal faults are arranged in en echelon patterns with gradually increasing displacement eastward.Extensional tectonics resulted in the formation of a passive continental margin in the southwest and a cratonic margin depression in the east,and most importantly,influenced the development of a three-pronged rift in the northeast margin of the Tarim Basin.The fault system controlled the development of platform-slope-bathyal facies sedimentation of mainly limestone-dolomite-gypsum rock-saline rock-red beds in the half-grabens.The NW-SE trending half-grabens reflect the distribution of buried basement faults. | Zhiqian Gao Tailiang Fan | 2012 | Geoscience Frontiers2012,3,5: | 6 |
| 4 | Modeling CO_2 miscible flooding for enhanced oil recovery显示文摘The injection of fuel-generated CO2 into oil reservoirs will lead to two benefits in both enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and the reduction in atmospheric emission of CO2. To get an insight into CO2 miscible flooding performance in oil reservoirs, a multi-compositional non-isothermal CO2 miscible flooding mathematical model is developed. The convection and diffusion of CO2-hydrocarbon mixtures in multiphase fluids in reservoirs, mass transfer between CO2 and crude, and formation damages caused by asphaltene precipitation are fully considered in the model. The governing equations are discretized in space using the integral finite difference method. The Newton-Raphson iterative technique was used to solve the nonlinear equation systems of mass and energy conservation. A numerical simulator, in which regular grids and irregular grids are optional, was developed for predicting CO2 miscible flooding processes. Two examples of one-dimensional (1D) regular and three-dimensional (3D) rectangle and polygonal grids are designed to demonstrate the functions of the simulator. Experimental data validate the developed simulator by comparison with 1D simulation results. | 5 | Water-driven photoluminescence reversibility in CsPbBr_(3)/PDMSPUa composite显示文摘Strong ionic character endows all-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)with particular optoelectronic features when interacting with common polar solvents,such as water.However,the interaction mechanism of water affecting perovskite NCs is still lack of in-depth understanding.This study systematically explores the roles of water on CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals(CNCs)by finely controlling the polymer coating degree of polydimethylsiloxane-based polyurea(PDMS-PUa).Through this coating,the effect of water on CNCs is found to experience from“fluorescence quenching”owing to irreversible crystal decomposition towards“forward fluorescence reversibility”by crystal destruction and recrystallization.With gradually enhanced coating,a phenomenon of“reverse fluorescence reversibility”is further observed in that water begins to passivate the CNCs’defect states.Finally,“fluorescent balance”can be achieved with a thick enough coating,where water can hardly contact with the CNCs.Inspired by the fluorescence reversible mechanism discovered,a new wearable intelligent sensing skin is demonstrated by using the CsPbBr_(3)/PDMS-PUa composite as raw material.Both water contact and humidity change can be perceived through photoluminescence(PL)intensity,corresponding to stimuli-responsive sensory nerves of human skin.It is expected that these findings will shed some new lights on perovskite NCs. | Junhu Cai Chenhui Wang Xinpei Hu Yuanyuan Ye Lijuan Zhong Enguo Chen Yun Ye Sheng Xu Jie Sun Qun Yan Tailiang Guo | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 4 |
| 6 | Principles of Trap Development and Characteristics of Hydrocarbon Accumulation in a Simple Slope Area of a Lacustrine Basin Margin:An Example from the Northern Section of the Western Slope of the Songliao Basin,China显示文摘The western slope of the Songliao Basin is a gently dipping monoclinal slope featured by stratum overlap, gradual change of stratum inclination and limited fault development, which formed during basin depression interrupted by a tectonic inversion stage. Structure, sedimentation and reservoir characteristics show that the development of the slope and its sand bodies' depositional genesis determined the types, distribution and evolution of traps. Up-dip wedge-out traps in distributary channels, lenticular traps in distal sand bars and sand sheets in the delta front are the main lithologic trap types and usually have thin reservoir beds, small areas, and are distributed in clusters and belts. The episode of tectonic inversion led to the formation of structural traps and combination traps. The combination traps are characterized by large numbers of thin oil-bearing beds occurring along fold belts. | 20 | Flexible multi-level quasi-volatile memory based on organic vertical transistor显示文摘Driven by important megatrends such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,as a device used to store programs and data in computing systems,memory is struggling to catch up with the explosive growth of data and bandwidth requirements in the system.However,the storage wair between non-volatile memory and volatile memory retards the further improvement of modern memory computing systems.Herein,a quasi-volatile transistor memory based on organic polymer/perovskite quantum dot blend was fabricated using the vertical transistor configuration.Contributing to vertical structure and appropriate doping ratio of blend film,the quasi-volatile memory device displayed 1,560 times longer data retention time(>100 s)with respect to the dynamic random access memory and fast data programming speed(20 ps)in which was far more quickly than that of other organic non-volatile memories to fill the gap between volatile and non-volatile memories.Moreover,the device retention characteristics could be further promoted under the photoelectric synergistic stimulation,which also provided the possibility to reduce electric writing condition.Furthermore,the quasi-volatile memory device showed good electrical performance under bending conditions.This work provides a simple solution to fabricate multi-level quasi-volatile memory,which opens up a whole new avenue of'universal memory'and lays a solid foundation for low power and flexible random access memory devices. | Huihuang Yang Qian Yang Lihua He Xiaomin Wu Changsong Gao Xianghong Zhang Liuting Shan Huipeng Chen Tailiang Guo | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 0 |
