1Fermented soybean meal improves the growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and microbial flora in piglets显示文摘In order to increase nutritive values of soybean meal(SBM), 3 species of microbes were used to ferment SBM. Through a 3 x 3 orthogonal design and parameter measurements of soybean peptide and antinutritional factor contents in the fermented soybean meal(FSBM), it was estimated that the best microbial proportion of Bacillus subtilis, Hansenula anomala and Lactobacillus casei was 2:1:2 for SBM fermentation(P < 0.05). The further piglet feeding experiment showed that 10% FSBM substitute for SBM had no significant effect on growth performance of suckling piglets(d 7-28)(P> 0.05). However, newlyweaned piglets(d 28-38) fed 10% FSBM and different levels of plasma protein obtained higher average daily gain(ADG) and feed conversion ratio(FCR), compared with those without FSBM but with 6% plasma protein(P < 0.05). Piglets(d 38-68) fed diets supplemented with FSBM and soybean protein concentrate(SBPC) at 3.75% and 7.5% respectively increased nutrient digestibility,fecal enzyme activity and lactic acid bacteria counts, and decreased fecal Escherichia coli counts(P < 0.05), compared with the control. 3Decolorization on Indigo Dyeing Wastewater by Laccase from Coriolus versicolor显示文摘[Object]The study aimed to discuss the decolorization on indigo dyeing wastewater by laccase from Coriolus versicolor.[Method]Firstly,the effects of temperature,pH,indigo concentration,HBT concentration,laccase dosage on the decolorization of indigo dyeing wastewater by laccase /HBT,and then the synergism of laccase and acid cellulase was analyzed.[Result]Using ABTS as the substrate,the kinetic parameters,K m and V max,were 0.318 mmol/L and 0.035 5 mmol/(L·min) respectively.The decolorization rate of indigo reached 96.5% when the laccase acted on indigo for 40 min with HBT as an introducer at temperature 50 ℃,pH =4.5,indigo concentration 100 mg /L,HBT concentration 0.1% and laccase dosage 100 IU /L.Due to the synergism of laccase and acid cellulase during the bio-finishing of blue jeans,the backstaining degree of blue jeans reduced by 85% when the amount of laccase added was 15 000 IU /kg.Menawhile,the synergism of the laccase and acid cellulase decreased indigo concentration in wastewater by 83.8%.[Conclusion] The laccase from Coriolus versicolor had a good prospect in the bio-finishing of blue jeans and the decolorization of indigo dyeing wastewater.Enli Gao Weijia Zhong Xiaolan Fu Fushan Chen Zhigang Ye 2013Meteorological and Environmental Research2013,4,1:10
4Novel Co-free high performance TRIP and TWIP medium-entropy alloys at cryogenic temperatures显示文摘Recently,high-and medium-entropy alloys(HEAs and MEAs) have been found to exhibit excellent cryogenic mechanical properties,but most of them contain high-priced Co element.Therefore,developing HEAs or MEAs with high strength and ductility and relatively low cost is urgent.In this work,novel Cofree Fex Mn(75-x) Ni(10)Cr(15)(x=50 and 55 at.%) MEAs were developed,which exhibit a good combination of low cost,high strength and ductility at cryogenic temperature.It was found that the Fe(50)Mn(25)Ni(10)Cr(15)MEA exhibits a combination of cryogenic tensile strength of^0.98 GPa and ductility of^83 %.The excellent cryogenic mechanical properties were attributed to joint of twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP) and transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effects.The present study sheds light on developing low cost MEAs with high perfo rmance for cryogenic-tempe rature applications.Ran Wei Kaisheng Zhang Liangbin Chen Zhenhua Han Tan Wang Chen Chen Jianzhong Jiang Tingwei Hu Fushan Li 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,22:6
5Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Biomass Activated Carbon from Ginger Stems显示文摘Biomass activated carbon(BAC)was produced from ginger stems by carbonization and activation presented high specific surface areas and mesoporous structures.The carbonization temperature of the ginger stems were controlled within 500~900℃.The optimal carbonization condition is as follows:carbonization temperature of 700℃,carbonization time of 6 h.The determined optimum activation condition is:temperature of 800℃,activator of KOH and carbonized product/alkali ratio of 1:4(w/w).The carbonization yield,BAC yield and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area were measured and the adsorption performance of BAC to nitrogen was investigated.The results showed that the nitrogen adsorption isotherm curve was as type I isotherm.It was finally determined that the BET surface area was 660 m2/g under the abovementioned optimal conditions of carbonization and activation.The FESEM analysis indicates that the obtained BAC is of micropore structure.Jinling Liu Xiaoming Song Shanshan Gao Fushan Chen 2019Paper And Biomaterials2019,4,4:3
6Combustion and Sulfur-fixing Performance of Pulping Black Liquor Coal-water Slurry显示文摘The effects of adding pulping black liquor and other additives to coal-water slurry(CWS) on the sulfur-fixing performance of the resultant mixture(pulping black liquor coal-water slurry) were evaluated. The experimental results demonstrated that the ash content of the black liquor coalwater slurry decreased as the addition of pulping black liquor in the mixture increased. Nevertheless, the addition amount should be appropriately selected to ensure that the black liquor coal-water slurry had a moderate calorific value. Addition of black liquor improved the combustion performance of CWS by lowering the ignition point and stabilizing the combustion process; moreover, the sulfur-fixation ratio after combustion increased by 12 to 16 percentage points than that of CWS, and the content of high-melting-point salt in the ash from CWS after adding black liquor was low. The sulfur-fixing ratio of CWS after adding a sulfur-fixing agent was effectively increased by 25 to 30 percenatge points, but with compromise of the fluidity and stability of the CWS; thus, the addition amount of a sulfur-fixing agent should be optimized.BaoNong Tian LianQing Huang JunHong Zhang FuShan Chen 2017Paper And Biomaterials2017,2,2:2

8High performance inkjet-printed QLEDs with 18.3% EQE: improving interfacial contact by novel halogen-free binary solvent system显示文摘Poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-alt(4,4′-(N-(4-butylphenyl))](TFB),one of the most popular and widely used hole-transport layer(HTL)materials,has been successfully applied in high performance spin-coated quantum dots-based light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)due to its suitable energy level and high mobility.However,there are still many challenging issues in inkjet-printed QLED devices when using TFB as HTL.TFB normally suffers from the interlayer mixing and erosion,and low surface energy against the good film formation.Here,a novel environment-friendly binary solvent system was established for formulating quantum dot(QD)inks,which is based on mixing halogen-free alkane solvents of decalin and n-tridecane.The optimum volume ratio for the mixture of decalin and n-tridecane was found to be 7:3,at which a stable ink jetting flow and coffee-ring free QD films could be formed.To research the influence of substrate surface on the formation of inkjet-printed QD films,TFB was annealed at different temperatures,and the optimum annealing temperature was found to enable high quality inkjet-printed QD film.Inkjet-printed red QLED was ultimately manufactured.A maximum 18.3%of external quantum efficiency(EQE)was achieved,reaching 93%of the spin-coated QLED,which is the best reported high efficiency inkjet-printed red QLEDs to date.In addition,the inkjet-printed QLED achieved similar T75 operational lifetime(27 h)as compared to the spin-coated reference QLED(28 h)at 2,000 cd·m−2.This work demonstrated that the novel orthogonal halogen-free alkane co-solvents can improve the interfacial contact and facilitate high-performance inkjet printing QLEDs with high EQE and stability.Ming Chen Liming Xie Changting Wei Yuan-Qiu-Qiang Yi Xiaolian Chen Jian Yang Jinyong Zhuang Fushan Li Wenming Su Zheng Cui 2021Nano Research2021,14,11:2

13Effects of Bacterial Manure from Cassava Alcohol Fermentation Mash on Yield and Starch Content of Cassava显示文摘In order to provide a scientific basis for the utilization of cassava alcohol fermentation mash and the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of cassava,compound microbial inoculum was inoculated into the cassava alcohol fermentation mash to prepare bacterial manure,which was then applied to two cassava varieties,Nanzhi 199 and SC 205 to explore the optimum application amount,application method and application concentration. The results showed that when the inoculation amount of the compound microbial inoculum was 2‰ of the mass of the mash,the requirements of industrial production of liquid bacterial manure and agricultural application can be met,saving costs. After the emergence of cassava seedlings,if they were drenched with the bacterial manure of cassava alcohol fermentation mash through roots once according to the amount of 67. 5 t/ha and irrigated with the bacterial manure once every 15 d under drought conditions,both the yield and quality of cassava can be improved significantly. The yield and starch content of Nanzhi 199 reached 26 196. 23 kg/ha and 30. 32%,36. 57% and4. 75 percentage points higher than those of CK. The yield and starch content of SC 205 reached 41 126. 06 kg/ha and 23. 74%,99. 25% and3. 19 percentage points higher than those of CK. Under the application modes of foliar spray,root irrigation and foliar spray + root irrigation,the fertilization effect was more obvious. When undiluted bacterial manure of cassava alcohol fermentation mash was applied according to the amount of 52. 5 t/( ha·time),the fertilization effect of the application mode of foliar spray + root irrigation was the best.
