2Synthesis of cation exchange resin-supported iron and magnesium oxides/hydroxides composite for nitrate removal in water显示文摘In this study,we reported on the concept and practical use of cation exchange resin(CER)for removing anions in water via pretreating the CER with metal salts.The cation exchange resinsupported iron and magnesium oxides/hydroxides composite(FeMg/CER)was synthesized and introduced as a new and potential adsorbent for selective removal of nitrate ion in the water environment.Characteristics of FeMg/CER were determined by techniques such as Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and Xray diffraction.The results showed that FeMg/CER material had a high nitrate adsorption capacity of 200 mg NO_(3)^()·g^(1)with a fast equilibrium adsorption time of 30 min at pH 5.In addition,it had good durability of at least 10 times of regeneration,which could be applied to practical water and wastewater treatment.Trung Thanh Nguyen Vu Anh Khoa Tran Le Ba Tran Phuoc Toan Phan Minh Tan Nguyen Long Giang Bach Surapol Padungthon Cong Khiem Ta Nhat Huy Nguyen 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:2

9BRM释介素体外抑瘤作用与诱导癌细胞凋亡显示文摘背景与目的:BRM释介素在临床上对一些肿瘤有一定疗效,但其机理仍不清楚。本研究旨在探讨中药复方胶囊BRM释介素诱导人神经胶质瘤细胞株SHG-44,人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7的凋亡作用,及其抗肿瘤作用的机理。方法:运用MTT法检测BRM释介素体外对人癌细胞株的抑制作用;应用电镜、AnnexinV-FITC/PI双染流式细胞仪分析、琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察BRM释介素诱导SHG-44,MCF-7细胞发生凋亡的作用。结果:BRM释介素体外对SHG-44,MCF-7,PANC1细胞具有明显的抑制作用,IC50值分别为0.299mg/ml,1.853mg/ml和9.416mg/ml。SHG-44和MCF-7在BRM水提液(2.5mg)作用下发生细胞凋亡,表现为细胞固缩、核染色质靠边,出现马蹄形,半月形。AnnexinV-FITC/PI流式细胞仪分析,BRM(0.625~2.5mg)作用14~48h,凋亡细胞明显增多。BRM水提液(1.25~5mg)作用24或48h,细胞DNA裂解片段呈典型的梯带。结论:BRM释介素的抗肿瘤活性与诱导细胞凋亡有关。刘朝阳 王泽光 刘兴京 田海梅 Surapol 娜迪娅 张一飞 张伟 2004癌症2004,23,z1:1

13Chemical components of ambient particulate air pollution affecting suicides in Thailand显示文摘This research studied correlation between suicide risks and chemical components of particulate matter in Thailand.It employed satellite data on atmospheric particulate matter.Analysis for correlation between data on chemical components of particulate matterda type of accumulated pollution in Thailand from 2010 to 2017dand suicidal incidents in 2018.The methodologies consisted of Bayesian hierarchical spatiotemporal model and the Poisson log-linear model,which referred to the NASA database;aerosol diagnostics model,Modern-Era Retrospective Analysis for Research and Applications,Version 2(MERRA-2);and database from the Bureau of Policy and Strategy Ministry of Public Health,Thailand.A total of 4,756 patients selected for this study accounted for annual suicide rate of 7.16 per 100,000 population.Suicides in Thailand are related to chemical components of particulate matter.This research thus found that every 1 mg/m^(3)increase of dust-PM2.5,only PM2.5 was related to the risks of suicide(which increased for approximately 63.5%).Black carbon,Organic carbon,and sulfate,however,had no statistically significant effects.Volume of atmospheric accumulated dust-PM2.5 correlated to increase in suicide risks,with statistical significance.Kriangsak Jenwitheesuk Surapol Virasiri Kamonwan Jenwitheesuk Udomlack Peansukwech Suwanna Arunpongpaisal Nuttakorn Nampathong 2022Emerging Contaminants2022,8,1:0
14BRM-SJS INDUCES PROGRAMMED CELL DEATH IN BcaP-37 HUMAN BREAST CANCER CELLS显示文摘Objective: To investigate the antitumor activity and the mechanism of BRM-SJS on breast cancer cells. Methods: Flow cytometry, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and other techniques were used to study the in vitro and in vivo inhibitory effect on BcaP-37 cells by BRM-SJS. Results: BRM-SJS showed an inhibitory rate of 33.8% on in vivo transplanted tumor (P<0.05, compared with control). The flow cytometry analysis of BRM-SJS treated BcaP-37 (2.5 靘ol/L, 5 mol/L, 10 靘ol/L for 48 h and 72 h) revealed typical sub-G1 peak. The specific DNA Ladders were exhibited with BRM-SJS BcaP-37 cells treated.
