A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. This rapid advice guideline is suitable for the first frontline doctors and nurses, managers of hospitals and healthcare sections, community residents, public health persons, relevant researchers, and all person who are interested in the 2019-nCoV. | Ying-Hui Jin Lin Cai Zhen-Shun Cheng Hong Cheng Tong Deng Yi-Pin Fan Cheng Fang Di Huang Lu-Qi Huang Qiao Huang Yong Han Bo Hu Fen Hu Bing-Hui Li Yi-Rong Li Ke Liang Li-Kai Lin Li-Sha Luo Jing Ma Lin-Lu Ma Zhi-Yong Peng Yun-Bao Pan Zhen-Yu Pan Xue-Qun Ren Hui-Min Sun Ying Wang Yun-Yun Wang Hong Weng Chao-Jie Wei Dong-Fang Wu Jian Xia Yong Xiong Hai-Bo Xu Xiao-Mei Yao Yu-Feng Yuan Tai-Sheng Ye Xiao-Chun Zhang Ying-Wen Zhang Yin-Gao Zhang Hua-Min Zhang Yan Zhao Ming-Juan Zhao Hao Zi Xian-Tao Zeng Yong-Yan Wang Xing-Huan Wang 无 | 2020 | Military Medical Research2020,7,1: | 161

Environmental connections of novel avian-origin H7N9 influenza virus infection and virus adaptation to the human显示文摘A novel H7N9 influenza A virus has been discovered as the causative identity of the emerging acute respiratory infection cases in Shanghai,China. This virus has also been identified in cases of infection in the neighboring area Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province. In this study, epidemiologic, clinical, and virological data from three patients in Hangzhou who were confirmed to be infected by the novel H7N9 influenza A virus were collected and analyzed.Human respiratory specimens and chicken feces from a contacted free market were tested for influenza virus by real-time reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR) and sequencing. The clinical features of the three cases were similar featured with high fever and severe respiratory symptoms;however, only one of the patients died.A certain degree of diversity was observed among the three Hangzhou viruses sequenced from human samples compared with other reported H7N9 influenza A viruses. The sequences of the novel avian-origin H7N9 influenza viruses from Hangzhou City contained important amino acid substitutions related to human adaptation. One of the Hangzhou viruses had gained a novel amino acid substitution(Q226I) in the receptor binding region of hemagglutinin.More importantly, the virus sequenced from the chicken feces had a 627E substitution in the PB2 protein instead of the mammalian-adapted 627K substitution that was found in the PB2 proteins from the Hangzhou viruses from the three patients. Therefore, the newly-emerging H7N9 virus might be under adaptation pressure that will help it 'jump' from avian to human hosts. The significance of these substitutions needs further exploration, with both laboratory experiments and extensive field surveillance. | LI Jun YU XinFen PU XiaoYing XIE Li SUN YongXiang XIAO HaiXia WANG FenJuan DIN Hua WU Ying LIU Di ZHAO GuoQiu LIU Jun PAN JingCao | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,6: | 32

Blockade of Tim-3 Pathway Ameliorates Interferon-γ Production from Hepatic CD8^+ T Cells in a Mouse Model of Hepatitis B Virus Infection显示文摘T cell immunoglobulin-and mucin-domain-containing molecule-3(Tim-3) has been reported to participate in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. However, whether Tim-3 is involved in hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection remains unknown. Here,we studied the expression and function of Tim-3 in a hydrodynamics-based mouse model of HBV infection. A significant increase of Tim-3 expression on hepatic T lymphocytes, especially on CD8+ T cells, was demonstrated in HBV model mice from day 7 to day 18. After Tim-3 knockdown by specific shRNAs,significantly increased IFN-γ production from hepatic CD8+ T cells in HBV model mice was observed. Very interestingly,we found Tim-3 expression on CD8+ T cells was higher in HBV model mice with higher serum anti-HBs production. Moreover,Tim-3 knockdown influenced anti-HBs production in vivo. Collectively, our data suggested that Tim-3 might act as a potent regulator of antiviral T-cell responses in HBV infection. | Ying Ju Nan Hou Xiaoning Zhang Di Zhao Ying Liu Jinjin Wang Fang Luan Wei Shi Faliang Zhu Wensheng Sun Lining Zhang Chengjiang Gao Lifen Gao Xiaohong Liang Chunhong Ma | 2009 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2009,6,1: | 19
Effect of Ultra-Fast Cooling on Microstructure of Large Section Bars of Bearing Steel显示文摘The ultra-fast cooling technology of large section bars and the microstructure for different cooling patterns were studied by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and energy spectrometer. The results indicated that the large section bars were passed through the zone of secondary carbide precipitation quickly by ultra-fast cooling technology(UFC)at instantaneous cooling rate of about 200 ℃/s and the finishing cooling temperature was higher than Ms.The lamellar spacing of pearlite decreased and the microhardness increased with decreasing the re-reddening temperature. The precipitation of network carbide was restrained when re-reddening temperature was 690 ℃.And fine laminated pearlite was obtained through transformation of pseudopearlition that induced the reduction of the diameter of pearlite grain and refinement of the lamellar spacing of pearlite,so ideal microstructures of promoting spheroidizing annealing were obtained. | SUN Yan-kun WU Di | 2009 | Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2009,16,5: | 18
Stability of QTL Across Environments and QTL-by-Environment Interactions for Plant and Ear Height in Maize显示文摘Better understanding of genotype-by-environment interaction(GEI)is expected to provide a solid foundation for genetic improvement of crop productivity especially under drought-prone environments. To elucidate the genetic basis of the plant and ear height,2 F2:3 populations were derived from the crosses of Qi 319 × Huangzaosi(Q/H)and Ye 478 × Huangzaosi(Y/H)with 230 and 235 families, respectively, and their parents were evaluated under 3 diverse environments in Henan,Beijing, and Xinjiang,China during the year of 2007 and 2008,and all the lines were also evaluated under water stress environment. The mapping results showed that a total of 21 and 12 QTLs were identified for plant height in the Q/H and Y/H population, respectively, and 24 and 13 QTLs for ear height, respectively.About 56 and 73% of the QTLs for 2 traits did not present significant QTL-by-environment interaction(QEI)in the normal joint analyses for Q/H and Y/H population, respectively, and about 73% of the QTLs detected did not show significant QEI according to joint analyses for stress condition in Q/H.Most of the detected major QTLs exhibited high stability across different environments.Besides, several major QTLs were detected with large and consistent effect under normal condition(Chr.6 and 7 in Q/H;Chr.1,3 and 9 in Y/H),or across 2 water regimes(Chr.1,8 and 10 for in Q/H).There were several constitutive QTLs(3 for Q/H and 1 for Y/H)with no or minor QTL-by-environment for the 2 populations. Finally,we found several genomic regions(Chr.1,10,etc.)to be co-located across the populations, which could provide useful reference for genetic improvement of these traits in maize breeding programs.Comparative genomic analysis revealed that 3 genes/genetic segments associated with plant height in rice were orthologous to these 3 identified genomic regions carrying the major QTLs for plant and ear height on Chr.1,6,and 8,respectively. | ZHANG Yan LI Yong-xiang WANG Wang LIU Zhi-zhai LIU Cheng PENG Bo TAN Wei-wei WANG Di SHI Yun-su SUN Bao-cheng SONG Yan-chun WANG Tian-yu LI Yu | 2010 | Agricultural Sciences in China2010,9,10: | 16
Paleogene Tectonic Evolution Controls on Sequence Stratigraphic Patterns in the Central Part of Deepwater Area of Qiongdongnan Basin, Northern South China Sea显示文摘In active rift basins, tectonism is extremely important for sequence stratigraphic patterns, affecting both the sequence architecture and internal makeup. Sequence stratigraphic framework of a Paleogene rift succession in Qiongdongnan Basin, northern South China Sea, was built using seismic profiles, complemented by well logs and cores. One first-order and three second-order sequences were identified on the basis of basin-scale unconformities, and seven third-order sequences are defined by unconformities along the basin margins and correlative conformities within the central basin. Through unconformity analysis and backstripping procedure, the Paleogene synrift tectonic evolution of deepwater area of Qiongdongnan Basin was proved to be episodic, which can be divided into rifting stage-I, rifting stage-II and rifting stage-III. Episodic rifting resulted in the formation of various types of structural slope break belts, which controlled different architectures and internal makeup of sequences. This study enhances the understanding of the control of tectonic evolution on sequence stratigraphic patterns and establishes relevant patterns in a typical rift basin, and further proposes the favorable sandstone reservoirs developing in different sequence stratigraphic patterns, which will be pretty helpful for subtle pool exploration in deepwater area of petroliferous basins. | Guangzeng Song Hua Wang Huajun Gan Zhipeng Sun Xiaolong Liu Meng Xu Jinfeng Ren Ming Sun Di Sun | 2014 | Journal of Earth Science2014,25,2: | 16
Characteristics of pulsed plasma synthetic jet and its control effect on supersonic flow显示文摘The plasma synthetic jet is a novel flow control approach which is currently being studied. In this paper its characteristic and control effect on supersonic flow is investigated both experimentally and numerically. In the experiment, the formation of plasma synthetic jet and its propagation velocity in quiescent air are recorded and calculated with time resolved schlieren method. The jet velocity is up to 100 m/s and no remarkable difference has been found after changing discharge parameters. When applied in Mach 2 supersonic flow, an obvious shockwave can be observed. In the modeling of electrical heating, the arc domain is not defined as an initial condition with fixed temperature or pressure, but a source term with time-varying input power density, which is expected to better describe the influence of heating process. Velocity variation with different heating efficiencies is presented and discussed and a peak velocity of 850 m/s is achieved in still air with heating power density of 5.0 · 1012W/m3. For more details on the interaction between plasma synthetic jet and supersonic flow, the plasma synthetic jet induced shockwave and the disturbances in the boundary layer are numerically researched. All the results have demonstrated the control authority of plasma synthetic jet onto supersonic flow. | Jin Di Cui Wei Li Yinghong Li Fanyu Jia Min Sun Quan Zhang Bailing | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,1: | 16
Stretching characteristics and its dynamic significance of the northern continental margin of South China Sea显示文摘To investigate the thinning of the whole crust, and the contribution of the upper versus lower crust to the stretching since Cenozoic, we calculated the stretching factor of the northern margin of South China Sea with data such as whole crustal thickness, depth of Cenozoic sedimentary basement and the horizontal displacement of faults. An isometric line drawing on whole crustal stretching factor is then obtained. Along the seismic Line 1530 in Baiyun sag, we also calculated the stretching factors of the upper and lower crust. The results suggest that the whole crustal thickness decreases seaward while the whole crustal stretching factor increases from shelf to slope. The Moho upwells highest beneath where the crust is thinned most. The value of the whole crustal stretching factor ranges from 1.5 to 6. Two areas were thinned intensely: the center of Yinggehai Basin, and the Baiyun sag in the Pearl River Mouth Basin. The calculation of the upper and lower crustal stretching factors from DSP1530 in Baiyun sag shows that the original crust of Baiyun sag should be thinned before deformation. Its pre-Cenozoic evolution as well as tectonic position during Cenozoic might be responsible for that. | ZHANG YunFan SUN Zhen ZHOU Di GUO XingWei SHI XiaoBin WU XiangJie PANG Xiong | 2008 | Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,3: | 15
Mathematical Simulation of Burden Distribution in COREX Melter Gasifier by Discrete Element Method显示文摘COREX process is one of the earliest industrialized smelting reduction ironmaking technology.A numerical simulation model based on discrete element method ( DEM ) has been developed to analyze the burden distribution in the melter gasifier of COREX process. The DEM considering the collisions between particles can directly reproduce the charging process. The burden trajectory , the location and the burden surface profile are analyzed in melter gasifier with a mixing charging of coal and direct reduction iron ( DRI ) at the same time.Considering the porosity of packed bed has an important effect on the gas flow distribution of melter gasifier , a method to calculate porosity has been proposed. The distribution of DRI and coal and the porosity in the radial direction are given under different charging patterns , which is necessary to judge the gas flow distribution and provide base data for further researching the melter gasifier for the next work in the future. The research results can be used to guide the operation of adjusting charging and provide important basis for optimizing the charging patterns in order to obtain the reasonable gas distribution. | LI Hai-feng , LUO Zhi-guo , ZOU Zong-shu , SUN Jun-jie , HAN Li-hao , DI Zhan-xia ( Northeastern University , Shenyang 110004 , Liaoning , China ) | 2012 | Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2012,19,9: | 15
Fengyun Meteorological Satellite Products for Earth System Science Applications显示文摘Following the progress of satellite data assimilation in the 1990s, the combination of meteorological satellites and numerical models has changed the way scientists understand the earth. With the evolution of numerical weather prediction models and earth system models, meteorological satellites will play a more important role in earth sciences in the future. As part of the space-based infrastructure, the Fengyun (FY) meteorological satellites have contributed to earth science sustainability studies through an open data policy and stable data quality since the first launch of the FY-1A satellite in 1988. The capability of earth system monitoring was greatly enhanced after the second-generation polar orbiting FY-3 satellites and geostationary orbiting FY-4 satellites were developed. Meanwhile, the quality of the products generated from the FY-3 and FY-4 satellites is comparable to the well-known MODIS products. FY satellite data has been utilized broadly in weather forecasting, climate and climate change investigations, environmental disaster monitoring, etc. This article reviews the instruments mounted on the FY satellites. Sensor-dependent level 1 products (radiance data) and inversion algorithm-dependent level 2 products (geophysical parameters) are introduced. As an example, some typical geophysical parameters, such as wildfires, lightning, vegetation indices, aerosol products, soil moisture, and precipitation estimation have been demonstrated and validated by in-situ observations and other well-known satellite products. To help users access the FY products, a set of data sharing systems has been developed and operated. The newly developed data sharing system based on cloud technology has been illustrated to improve the efficiency of data delivery. | Di XIAN Peng ZHANG Ling GAO Ruijing SUN Haizhen ZHANG Xu JIA | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,8: | 14

Statistical scenarios forecasting method for wind power ramp events using modified neural networks显示文摘Wind power ramp events increasingly affect the integration of wind power and cause more and more problems to the safety of power grid operation in recent years.Several forecasting techniques for wind power ramp events have been reported. In this paper, the statistical scenarios forecasting method is proposed for wind power ramp event probabilistic forecasting based on the probability generating model.Multi-objective fitness functions are established considering cumulative density functions and higher order moment autocorrelation functions with respect to the consistency of distribution and timing characteristics, respectively.Parameters of probability generating model are calculated by the iterative optimization using the modified genetic algorithm with multi-objective fitness functions.A number of statistical scenarios captured bands are generated accordingly.Eventually, ramp event probability characteristics are detected from scenarios captured bands to evaluate the ramp event forecasting method.A wind plant of Bonneville Power Administration with actual wind power data is selected for calculation and statistical analysis. It is shown that statistical results with multi-objective functions are more accurate than the results with single objective functions. Moreover, the statistical scenarios forecasting method can accurately estimate the characteristics of wind power ramp events. The results verify that the proposed method can guide the generation method of statistical scenarios and forecasting models for ramp events. | Mingjian CUI Deping KE Di GAN Yuanzhang SUN | 2015 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,3: | 13
Extracting mineral alteration information using WorldView-3 data显示文摘The multispectral commercial satellite-WorldView-3(WV-3) has the highest spatial, spectral and radiation resolutions among the satellites currently and can generate good data in the shortwave infrared(SWIR). The study area is located in the Pobei area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is rich in mineral resources. The spectral analyses of some typical altered hydroxy-bearing, iron-bearing, and carbonate-bearing minerals could establish several Principal Component Analysis(PCA) models and mineral indices, using the visible and near infrared(VNIR) and the shortwave infrared(SWIR) subsystems of WV-3 data. In addition, the Spectral Angle Method and the spectrum index tool of ENVI software were used to extract the relevant alteration information. The WV-3 data is well suited for identifying hydroxy-bearing alteration with rich SWIR bands which distinguish Al-OH-bearing from MgOH-bearing alteration. Hence, this study provides a basis for the prediction of mineral resources in the Pobei area and sets the foundation for WV-3 data to be used as an important tool in extracting alteration information and prospecting practices. | Yaqin Sun Shufang Tian Baogang Di | 2017 | Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,5: | 13
Ultrasensitive skin‐like wearable optical sensors based on glass micro/nanofibers显示文摘Electronic skin,a class of wearable electronic sensors that mimic the functionalities of human skin, has made remarkable success in applications including health monitoring,human-machine interaction and electronic-biological interfaces. While electronic skin continues to achieve higher sensitivity and faster response, its ultimate performance is fundamentally limited by the nature of low-frequency AC currents.Herein, highly sensitive skin-like wearable optical sensors are demonstrated by embedding glass micro/nanofibers(MNFs)in thin layers of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).Enabled by the transition from guided modes into radiation modes of the waveguiding MNFs upon external stimuli, the skin-like optical sensors show ultrahigh sensitivity(1870 k·Pa^-1),low detection limit(7 mPa)and fast response(10μs)for pressure sensing, significantly exceeding the performance metrics of state-of-the-art electronic skins.Electromagnetic interference(EMI)-free detection of high-frequency vibrations, wrist pulse and human voice are realized. Moreover,a five-sensor optical data glove and a 2×2-MNF tactile sensor are demonstrated. These initial results pave the way toward a new category of optical devices ranging from ultrasensitive wearable sensors to optical skins. | Lei Zhang Jing Pan Zhang Zhang Hao Wu Ni Yao Dawei Cai Yingxin Xu Jin Zhang Guofei Sun Liqiang Wang Weidong Geng Wenguang Jin Wei Fang Dawei Di Limin Tong | 2020 | Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,3: | 12
A new understanding of the effect of Cr on the corrosion resistance evolution of weathering steel based on big data technology显示文摘In this work,we studied the effect of Cr element on the corrosion resistance evolution of weathering steel based on corrosion big data technology. It suggested that corrosion big data technology is suitable for evaluation of the effect of microalloying Cr element on the corrosion evolution behavior of weathering steel.New understandings prove that the effect of Cr on the corrosion process is dynamic rather than static, the processes is affected by both of the environmental factors and the electrochemical or chemical reactions in the rust layer.Besides,Cr element has both beneficial effect and detrimental effect on the corrosion resistance of weathering steel. The beneficial effect is that the general corrosion resistance of Cr-additional steel is better than that of Cr-free steel, while the detrimental effect is that localized corrosion is intensified as the increase of Cr content in the Cr-additional steel. | Xiaojia Yang Ying Yang Meihui Sun Jinghuan Jia Xuequn Cheng Zibo Pei Qing Li Di Xu Kui Xiao Xiaogang Li | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,9: | 12
The levels, sources and reactivity of volatile organic compounds in a typical urban area of Northeast China显示文摘Air concentrations of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) were continually measured at a monitoring site in Shenyang from 20 August to 16 September 2017. The average concentrations of alkanes, alkenes, aromatics and carbonyls were 28.54, 6.30, 5.59 and9.78 ppbv, respectively. Seven sources were identified by the Positive Matrix Factorization model based on the measurement data of VOCs and CO. Vehicle exhaust contributed the most(36.15%) to the total propene-equivalent concentration of the measured VOCs,followed by combustion emission(16.92%), vegetation emission and secondary formation(14.33%), solvent usage(10.59%), petrochemical industry emission(9.89%), petrol evaporation(6.28%), and liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) usage(5.84%). Vehicle exhaust, solvent usage and combustion emission were found to be the top three VOC sources for O_3 formation potential, accounting for 34.52%, 16.55% and 11.94%, respectively. The diurnal variation of the total VOCs from each source could be well explained by their emission characteristics,e.g., the two peaks of VOC concentrations from LPG usage were in line with the cooking times for breakfast and lunch. Wind rose plots of the VOCs from each source could reveal the possible distribution of the sources around the monitoring site. The O_3 pollution episodes during the measurement period were found to be coincident with the elevation of VOCs, which was mainly due to the air parcel from the southeast direction where petrochemical industry emission was found to be dominant, suggesting that the petrochemical industry emission from the southeast was probably a significant cause of O_3 pollution in Shenyang. | Zhuobiao Ma Chengtang Liu Chenglong Zhang Pengfei Liu Can Ye Chaoyang Xue Di Zhao Jichen Sun Yiming Du Fahe Chai Yujing Mu | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,5: | 12
