1Physical quantity synergy in the field of turbulent heat transfer and its analysis for heat transfer enhancement显示文摘Based on the principle of physical quantity synergy in the field of laminar heat transfer,and according to the models of zero equation and k-ε two equations for the turbulent flow,the synergy equations for both energy and momentum conservation in the turbulent heat transfer are established.The synergy regulation among heat flux,mass flow and fluid driving force,and the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement it reflects are revealed.The synergy principle of physical quantity in the thermal flow field is extended from laminar flow to turbulent flow.The principle is verified to be universal by the calculation of heat transfer enhancement in a tube with an insert of helical twisted tape.Thus,corresponding to the synergy relation among physical quantities in the turbulent flow field,the performance of convective heat transfer and flow resistance for the tubes with different heat transfer components and surface can be compared through theoretical and computational analysis,which thereby provides a guidance for designing heat transfer units and heat exchangers.LIU Wei LIU ZhiChun HUANG SuYi 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,23:20
2Flow mechanism and heat transfer enhancement in longitudinal-flow tube bundle of shell-and-tube heat exchanger显示文摘The flow disturbance and heat transfer mechanism in the tube bundle of rod baffle shell-and-tube heat exchanger were analyzed, on the basis of which and combined with the concept of heat transfer enhancement in the core flow, a new type of shell-and-tube heat exchanger with combination of rod and van type spoiler was designed. Corresponding mathematical and physical models on the shell side about the new type heat exchanger were established, and fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics were numerically analyzed. The simulation results showed that heat transfer coefficient of the new type of heat exchanger approximated to that of rod baffle heat exchanger, but flow pressure drop was much less than the latter, indicating that comprehensive performance of the former is superior to that of the latter. 3Design of Robot Welding Seam Tracking System with Structured Light Vision显示文摘Robot welding is an important developing direction of welding automation and intelligentization, and automatic seam tracking technology is one of principal research domains. Nowadays, seam tracking system with structured light vision becomes a hot research. Structured light vision seam tracking products abroad are generally very expensive and can only be applied on special occasions. In China, the research of structured light vision seam tracking system is still just on the stage of experiments. A robot real-time seam tracking system with line structured light vision is designed. The hardware system is set up, a filtering method for line structure seam image is improved, and compared with common filtering, it has better effect and characteristic of real time. Two methods, fast template matching and fast Hough transform, to recognize the image coordinates of seam center are improved. Two new image recognition methods, structure element matching and corner detecting, are proposed. The comparison of seam image recognition shows that fast template matching and corner detecting are more precise and stable than the other two methods, and corner detecting is the best in real time. A simultaneous calibration for camera parameters and robot hand-eye is also proposed, and calculation shows that the calibration is effective and feasible. The robot seam tracking tests for linear and folded lap-joint are performed, which are based on the above four image recognition methods, and the results indicate that four image recognition methods are all applicable to real-time seam tracking, and the whole system sufficed for the requirements of real-time seam tracking. 4Reaction decoupling in thermochemical fuel conversion and technical progress based on decoupling using fluidized bed显示文摘Thermochemical conversion of fuels via pyrolysis/carbonization,cracking,gasification and combustion has to involve a number of individual reactions called attribution reactions to form an intercorrelated reaction network for any conversion process.By separating one or some attribution reactions from the others to decouple their interactions existing in the reaction network,the so-called reaction decoupling enables a better understanding of the complex thermal conversion process and further the optimization of the conditions for attribution reactions as well as the entire conversion process to realize advanced performances.The dual bed conversion and two-stage conversion are the two representative types of fuel conversion technologies developed in recent years based on reaction decoupling.Many technical advantages have been proven for such decoupling fuel conversion technologies,such as poly-generation of products,low-cost production of high-grade products,elimination of undesirable products or pollutants,easy operation and control,and so on.The treated fuels with decoupling conversion technologies mainly include solid biomass and coal,as well as liquid petroleum oil.This paper is devoted to reiteration of the reaction decoupling concept and further to reviewing the research,developments and successful applications of several decoupling fuel conversion technologies of two such types by using fluidized bed as their major reactors.Zhennan Han Sulong Geng Xi Zeng Shipei Xu a Ping An Jiguang Cheng Jun Yang Feng Li Suyi Zhang Miao Liu Guoqing Guan Guangwen Xu 2018Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,2:8
5Modulation of expression of P16 and Her2 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model by external use of Rupifang Extract显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Rupifang Extract in external use on expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and tumor suppression genes p16 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model.To explore the mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external use for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia.METHODS:Thirty virginal female Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups,6 in each,A:blank control group;B:model group;C:the low dose group of Rupifang;D:the middle dose group of Rupifang;and E:The high dose group of Rupifang.The mammary hyperplasia rat models were produced by injecting estradiol benzoate and progesterone and irritating by tail nipping.Drug intervention was also launched during the model formation.After 30 days,the expression of her2 and p16 in breast tissues of rats in each group were detected by the SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:Compared with Blank control group,the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Model group was higher,and the expression of p16 was lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After intervention with Rupifang Extract,compared with Model group,the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Rupifang groups was lower,and the expression of p16 higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external application for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia may be reducing the expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and increasing the expression of tumor suppression genes p16.Guijuan Zhang Dehui Li Hui Guo Rui Liao Bizhu Tan Suyi Zhang Yubin Liu Min Ma Xiaoting Zeng Zhuolong Peng Si Huang Yinghui Zheng Yi Ma 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:6

7Addition of rituximab is not associated with survival benefit compared with CHOP alone for patients with stage I diffuse large B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Background:The role of rituximab in combination with CHOP regimen in patients with stage I diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) remains to be defined.We aimed to compare CHOP plus rituximab(R-CHOP) with CHOP alone and determine the value of radiotherapy in these patients.Methods:Between 2003 and 2009,140 untreated patients with stage I DLBCL were retrospectively analyzed in this study.Results:Seventy-eight patients were treated in R-CHOP group and 62 in CHOP group.Ninety-one patients received additional radiotherapy at the end of chemotherapy.The different treatment groups were well-balanced with respect to baseline characteristics.Complete response(CR) rate was 77% both in R-CHOP and CHOP groups(P=0.945).After a median follow-up period of 56 months,patients received R-CHOP regimen had similar 5-year progression-free survival(PFS)(76%vs.85%;log-rank P=0.215)and 5-year overall survival(OS)(90%vs.96%;log-rank P=0.175) compared with those with CHOP alone.Patients with radiotherapy had significantly increased 5-year PFS compared with those who had chemotherapy alone(86%vs.71%;log-rank P=0.005).At multivariate analysis,patients who had CR(P=0.008) and received radiotherapy(P=0.003) were significantly associated with superior PFS.Conclusions:CHOP alone could be as effective as R-CHOP regimen and additional radiotherapy would be necessary for stage I or stage I non-bulky DLBCL patients.Bo Jia Yuankai Shi Suyi Kang Sheng Yang Shaoxuan Hu Yexiong Li Mei Dong Weihu Wang Jianliang Yang Liqiang Zhou Peng Liu Shengyu Zhou Yan Qin Lin Gui Changgong Zhang Hua Lin Shanshan Chen Lin Wang Xiaohui He 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,5:2

10Application of wavelet transform in runoff sequence analysis显示文摘A wavelet transform is applied to runoff analysis to obtain the composition of the runoff sequence and to forecast future runoff. An observed runoff sequence is firstly decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet transform and its expanding tendency is derived. Then, the runoff sequence is forecasted by the back propagation artificial neural networks (BPANN) and by a wavelet transform combined with BPANN. The earlier researches seldom involve the problem of how to choose wavelet function, which is important and cannot be ignored when the wavelet transform is used. 11The application of Tau protein testing to gastric cancer patients treated with paclitaxel显示文摘Paclitaxel is one of the main drugs used to treat gastric cancer,but many tumors develop drug resistance,resulting in treatment failure.The levels of expression of Tau protein in breast tumors have been found to be related to paclitaxel resistance,suggesting that Tau protein expression may predict breast cancer sensitivity to paclitaxel treatment.To determine whether Tau protein expression can predict gastric cancer sensitivity to paclitaxel,we assayed Tau protein expression levels in gastric cancer specimens from 70 patients.We observed Tau protein expression in 54 of 70(77.1%)specimens.Assays in gastric cancer cell lines showed that Tau protein expression was significantly lower in BGC823 than in MKN45 cells(P=0.0147).MTT assays showed that different concentrations of paclitaxel inhibited the growth of MKN45 and BGC823 cells,but inhibition and apoptosis were more obvious in cells expressing low levels of Tau protein.Paclitaxel chemotherapy was effective in 34 of the 70 patients(48.6%)and was significantly correlated with low expression of Tau protein(P<0.01).These findings indicate that Tau protein is expressed in a high percentage of gastric cancers,with paclitaxel being more effective in tumors with low Tau expression.WANG Qiong WANG NanYao SHAO GuoYi QIAN JianZhong YUAN Ming LI SuYi 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,36:2

20SURVEILLANCE OF MOVING TARGET BEHIND PARTITIONS USING A UWB-TWDR显示文摘This paper firstly analyzes the property of the low frequency electromagnetic wave, which can penetrate many types of non-metallic materials, and the ability of Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) impulse signal which has high range resolution. Then the methods are discussed for conducting surveillance through walls, detecting and locating the moving persons behind the partitions. The schematic diagram of Through-Wall Detecting Radar (TWDR) and the models of moving target are shown and the principle of detecting the moving target is also provided with coherent superimposing technique on a range gate. Finally an algorithm for estimating the location of targets is given.
