1Reaction decoupling in thermochemical fuel conversion and technical progress based on decoupling using fluidized bed显示文摘Thermochemical conversion of fuels via pyrolysis/carbonization,cracking,gasification and combustion has to involve a number of individual reactions called attribution reactions to form an intercorrelated reaction network for any conversion process.By separating one or some attribution reactions from the others to decouple their interactions existing in the reaction network,the so-called reaction decoupling enables a better understanding of the complex thermal conversion process and further the optimization of the conditions for attribution reactions as well as the entire conversion process to realize advanced performances.The dual bed conversion and two-stage conversion are the two representative types of fuel conversion technologies developed in recent years based on reaction decoupling.Many technical advantages have been proven for such decoupling fuel conversion technologies,such as poly-generation of products,low-cost production of high-grade products,elimination of undesirable products or pollutants,easy operation and control,and so on.The treated fuels with decoupling conversion technologies mainly include solid biomass and coal,as well as liquid petroleum oil.This paper is devoted to reiteration of the reaction decoupling concept and further to reviewing the research,developments and successful applications of several decoupling fuel conversion technologies of two such types by using fluidized bed as their major reactors.Zhennan Han Sulong Geng Xi Zeng Shipei Xu a Ping An Jiguang Cheng Jun Yang Feng Li Suyi Zhang Miao Liu Guoqing Guan Guangwen Xu 2018Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,2:8
2Modulation of expression of P16 and Her2 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model by external use of Rupifang Extract显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Rupifang Extract in external use on expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and tumor suppression genes p16 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model.To explore the mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external use for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia.METHODS:Thirty virginal female Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups,6 in each,A:blank control group;B:model group;C:the low dose group of Rupifang;D:the middle dose group of Rupifang;and E:The high dose group of Rupifang.The mammary hyperplasia rat models were produced by injecting estradiol benzoate and progesterone and irritating by tail nipping.Drug intervention was also launched during the model formation.After 30 days,the expression of her2 and p16 in breast tissues of rats in each group were detected by the SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:Compared with Blank control group,the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Model group was higher,and the expression of p16 was lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After intervention with Rupifang Extract,compared with Model group,the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Rupifang groups was lower,and the expression of p16 higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external application for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia may be reducing the expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and increasing the expression of tumor suppression genes p16.Guijuan Zhang Dehui Li Hui Guo Rui Liao Bizhu Tan Suyi Zhang Yubin Liu Min Ma Xiaoting Zeng Zhuolong Peng Si Huang Yinghui Zheng Yi Ma 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:6

4Addition of rituximab is not associated with survival benefit compared with CHOP alone for patients with stage I diffuse large B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Background:The role of rituximab in combination with CHOP regimen in patients with stage I diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) remains to be defined.We aimed to compare CHOP plus rituximab(R-CHOP) with CHOP alone and determine the value of radiotherapy in these patients.Methods:Between 2003 and 2009,140 untreated patients with stage I DLBCL were retrospectively analyzed in this study.Results:Seventy-eight patients were treated in R-CHOP group and 62 in CHOP group.Ninety-one patients received additional radiotherapy at the end of chemotherapy.The different treatment groups were well-balanced with respect to baseline characteristics.Complete response(CR) rate was 77% both in R-CHOP and CHOP groups(P=0.945).After a median follow-up period of 56 months,patients received R-CHOP regimen had similar 5-year progression-free survival(PFS)(76%vs.85%;log-rank P=0.215)and 5-year overall survival(OS)(90%vs.96%;log-rank P=0.175) compared with those with CHOP alone.Patients with radiotherapy had significantly increased 5-year PFS compared with those who had chemotherapy alone(86%vs.71%;log-rank P=0.005).At multivariate analysis,patients who had CR(P=0.008) and received radiotherapy(P=0.003) were significantly associated with superior PFS.Conclusions:CHOP alone could be as effective as R-CHOP regimen and additional radiotherapy would be necessary for stage I or stage I non-bulky DLBCL patients.Bo Jia Yuankai Shi Suyi Kang Sheng Yang Shaoxuan Hu Yexiong Li Mei Dong Weihu Wang Jianliang Yang Liqiang Zhou Peng Liu Shengyu Zhou Yan Qin Lin Gui Changgong Zhang Hua Lin Shanshan Chen Lin Wang Xiaohui He 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,5:2

6The application of Tau protein testing to gastric cancer patients treated with paclitaxel显示文摘Paclitaxel is one of the main drugs used to treat gastric cancer,but many tumors develop drug resistance,resulting in treatment failure.The levels of expression of Tau protein in breast tumors have been found to be related to paclitaxel resistance,suggesting that Tau protein expression may predict breast cancer sensitivity to paclitaxel treatment.To determine whether Tau protein expression can predict gastric cancer sensitivity to paclitaxel,we assayed Tau protein expression levels in gastric cancer specimens from 70 patients.We observed Tau protein expression in 54 of 70(77.1%)specimens.Assays in gastric cancer cell lines showed that Tau protein expression was significantly lower in BGC823 than in MKN45 cells(P=0.0147).MTT assays showed that different concentrations of paclitaxel inhibited the growth of MKN45 and BGC823 cells,but inhibition and apoptosis were more obvious in cells expressing low levels of Tau protein.Paclitaxel chemotherapy was effective in 34 of the 70 patients(48.6%)and was significantly correlated with low expression of Tau protein(P<0.01).These findings indicate that Tau protein is expressed in a high percentage of gastric cancers,with paclitaxel being more effective in tumors with low Tau expression.WANG Qiong WANG NanYao SHAO GuoYi QIAN JianZhong YUAN Ming LI SuYi 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,36:2

10Experimental study on effect of recombinant human growth hormone combined with chemotherapy on stomach neoplasms implanted in nude mice显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of different doses of recombined growth hormone (rhGH) on stomach neo- plasms implanted in nude mice, and its efficacy in combining with chemotherapy (flurouracil, 5-FU). Methods: Human stom- ach neoplasms model was established in nude mice. The nude mice were divided into control group, moderate-dose of rhGH group, low-dose rhGH group, 5-FU group, moderate-dose rhGH/5-FU group, and low-dose rhGH/5-FU group. The results of each group were observed after ten days. Results: After therapy, the body mass of rhGH groups was significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05), the body mass of rhGH/5-FU groups was significantly increased compared with 5-FU group (P<0.05), but it was no significant difference between rhGH/5-FU groups and control group (P>0.05). The average tumor mass and volume of rhGH groups were not significantly increased compared with control group (P>0.05), but they were significantly reduced in 5-FU group and rhGH/5-FU groups (P<0.05). They were no significant difference between rhGH/5- FU groups and 5-FU group (P>0.05). After treatment, the percentages of S, G0/G1 and G2/M phases and proliferation index (PI) were not significantly changed in rhGH groups compared with control group (P>0.05), and the same with rhGH/5-FU groups compared with 5-FU group (P>0.05). The difference caused by dose of rhGH was not significant. Conclusion: rhGH enhances body mass, does not stimulate tumor growth, and has no adverse effects on tumor bearing nude mice. 12Second harmonic generation of laser beams in transverse mode locking states显示文摘Nonlinear frequency conversion of structured beams has been of great interest recently.We present an intracavity second harmonic generation(SHG)of laser beams in transverse mode locking(TML)states with a specially designed sandwich such as a microchip laser.The intracavity nonlinear frequency conversion process of a laser beam in a TML state to its second harmonic is theoretically and experimentally investigated,considering different relative phase and weight parameters between the basic modes in the TML beam.Comparison between the far-field SHG beam patterns of fundamental frequency transverse modes in coherently locked and incoherently superposed states demonstrates that the SHG of TML beams can carry more information.Various rarely observed far-field SHG beam patterns are obtained,and they are consistent with the theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.With the obtained SHG beams,the characteristics of the structured fundamental frequency beams can also be conversely investigated or predicted.This work may have important applications in optical 3D printing,optical trapping of particles,and free-space optical communication areas.Zilong Zhang Yuan Gao Xiangjia Li Xin Wang Suyi Zhao Qiang Liu Changming Zhao 2022Advanced Photonics2022,4,2:0
13Combustion Characteristic and Mechanism of a Mixture Working Fluid C_(3)H_(8)/CO_(2)显示文摘In the CO_(2)transcritical power cycle,conventional cooling water can hardly condense subcritical CO_(2)because its critical temperature is as low as 30.98°C.In order to avoid this condensing problem,CO_(2)-based mixtures have been proposed as working fluids for transcritical power cycle.They can raise the critical temperature by mixing a little C_(3)H_(8)as the secondary component to CO_(2).However,the flammability of the mixture may limit its application.This article investigated laminar flame speed of C_(3)H_(8)/CO_(2)which represents the mixture’s combustion characteristic by a so-called heat flux method and studied the inhibition mechanism of CO_(2)on the combustion based on the Premixed Laminar Flame-Speed Calculation reactor of Chemkin-Pro.The experimental results showed that the laminar flame speed shows a peak value with changing the equivalence ratio and accelerates with raising the mole fraction of the organic gas.Additionally,a slight upwards trend was observed for the corresponding equivalence ratio of the peaks.The flammable range for the equivalence ratio extended with the mole fraction of C_(3)H_(8)increasing.With the mole fraction of C_(3)H_(8)of 0.15,the maximum laminar flame speed was 12.8 cm/s,31.7%of that of the pure C_(3)H_(8).The flammable range was from 0.41 to 1.33,decreasing by 23.3%compared with that of C_(3)H_(8).A flammable critical mixing ratio was also found as 0.08/0.92 for C_(3)H_(8)/CO_(2)at the normal condition.By simulating,it was found that the most key free radical and elementary reaction which determine the inhibition of CO_(2)on the combustion are OH and H+O_(2)=O+OH,respectively.SHI Weixiu PAN Lisheng JIN Suyi DONG Yuehua LI Teng ZHAO Jing WEI Xiaolin 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,5:0
14Oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin regimen for patients with advanced colorectal cancer显示文摘Objective: To observe the efficacy and tolerability of continuously infusing 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) / folic acid com- bined with oxaliplatin (L-OHP/5-FU/LV regimen) as first line treatment in advanced colorectal cancer. Methods: 23 patients of advanced colorectal cancer were treated with 5-FU 500 mg/d, civ, d1–d5, d8–d12, leucovorin 100 mg/d, iv gtt, d1, d8, folic acid tablet 60 mg/d, po, d2–d5, d9–d12, and oxaliplatin 65 mg/(m2?d), iv gtt, d1, d8, repeated every 21 days (one cycle).The effect was evaluated after two cycles. Results: Complete response in 2 cases and partial response in 10 cases were observed with an overall response rate of 47.18%. Adverse effects were mainly grade 1–2, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dental ulcer, peripheral neuritis and myelosuppression. 15Superresolution structured illumination microscopy reconstruction algorithms:a review显示文摘Structured illumination microscopy(SIM)has become the standard for next-generation wide-field microscopy,offering ultrahigh imaging speed,superresolution,a large fiield-of-view,and long-term imaging.Over the past decade,SIM hardware and software have flourished,leading to successful applications in various biological questions.However,unlocking the full potential of SIM system hardware requires the development of advanced reconstruction algorithms.Here,we introduce the basic theory of two SIM algorithms,namely,optical sectioning SIM(OS-SIM)and superresolution SIM(SR-SIM),and summarize their implementation modalities.We then provide a brief overview of existing OS-SIM processing algorithms and review the development of SR-SIM reconstruction algorithms,focusing primarily on 2D-SIM,3D-SIM,and blind-SIM.To showcase the state-of-the-art development of SIM systems and assist users in selecting a commercial SIM system for a specific application,we compare the features of representative off-the-shelf SIM systems.Finally,we provide perspectives on the potential future developments of SIM.Xin Chen Suyi Zhong Yiwei Hou Ruijie Cao Wenyi Wang Dong Li Qionghai Dai Donghyun Kim Peng Xi 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,8:0
