1Hybrid QoS-aware semantic web service composition strategies显示文摘Hybrid QoS model which consists of certain and uncertain expressions has strong power of semantic QoS description. For solving the hybrid QoS-aware semantic web service composition problem,this paper presents an Uncertain Multi-attribute decision making based Composition algorithm(UMC) . The UMC includes two parts. First,UMC-Core can be used to synthetically evaluate the hybrid service quality information. Second,UMC-DH(Distributed and Heuristic framework for UMC) aims at enhancing the run-time performance of UMC when the problem space increases. 2CRISPR/Cas9-mediated PINK1 deletion leads to neurodegeneration in rhesus monkeys显示文摘Dear Editor,PINK1 mutations cause autosomal recessive and early-onset Parkinson’s disease(PD)with selective neurodegeneration.Unfortunately,current PINK1 knockout(KO)mouse1,2 and pig models3,4 are unable to recapitulate the selective and overt neurodegeneration seen in PD patients.Furthermore,endogenous Pink1 in the mouse brain is expressed at very low levels and can only be detected via immunoprecipitation,5 meaning that PINK1’s function in the mammalian brain needs to be assessed using larger animals that are closer to humans.We previously used CRISPR/Cas9 to target the monkey gene in one-cell stage embryos.6 Using the same approach,we designed two gRNAs to target exon 2(T1)and exon 4(T2),which encode a kinase domain in the PINK1 gene of rhesus monkeys(Fig.1a).CRISPR/Cas9 and PINK1 gRNAs were injected into one-cell stage rhesus monkey embryos.A T7E1 assay and sequencing of PCR products from the injected embryos showed high efficiency(61.5%)in targeting PINK1(Fig.1b and Supplementary information,Fig.S1).Transfer of 87 embryos to 28 surrogate rhesus monkeys resulted in 11 pregnancies(39.2%)(Fig.1b).Eleven fetuses developed to term and were born naturally.Of these live monkeys,eight carried PINK1 mutations(M),and three were wild type(WT).However,three mutant monkeys(M1,M3 and M4)were newborn triplets that struggled to survive and died 3-4 days after birth.One WT newborn monkey also died after a difficult labor.Another mutant monkey(M2)died 7 days after birth without noticeable warning signs or symptoms.The other three mutant monkeys(M6,M7 and M8)have lived for three years;M5,however,reduced its food intake and showed weakness at the age of 1.5 years,and died 30 days after anesthesia for MRI examination.Weili Yang Yunbo Liu Zhuchi Tu Chong Xiao Sen Yan Xishan Ma Xiangyu Guo Xiusheng Chen Peng Yin Zhengyi Yang Su Yang Tianzi Jiang Shihua Li Chuan Qin Xiao-Jiang Li 2019Cell Research2019,29,4:12
3Iterative selection algorithm for service composition in distributed environments显示文摘In service oriented architecture(SOA) ,service composition is a promising way to create new services. However,some technical challenges are hindering the application of service composition. One of the greatest challenges for composite service provider is to select a set of services to instantiate composite service with endto-end quality of service(QoS) assurance across different autonomous networks and business regions. This paper presents an iterative service selection algorithm for quality driven service composition. The algorithm runs on a peer-to-peer(P2P) service execution environment―distributed intelligent service execution(DISE) ,which provides scalable QoS registry,dynamic service selection and service execution services. The most significant feature of our iterative service selection algorithm is that it can work on a centralized QoS registry as well as cross decentralized ones. Network status is an optional factor in our QoS model and selection algorithm. The algorithm iteratively selects services following service execution order,so it can be applied either before service execution or at service run-time without any modification. We test our algorithm with a series of experiments on DISE. 4Long Campaign of BF with Overheating-Free Cooling Stave显示文摘A basic idea of permanent lining in designing long campaign of BF was put forward. BF designer should follow a chain of thinking procedure: Cooling water-Cooling system-Refractory lining. The temperature field of BF wall and cooling stave was calculated using heat transfer model and the results were proved by a 1 000-1 200 ℃ test rig. 5Heat Transfer and Central Segregation of Continuously Cast High Carbon Steel Billet显示文摘A numerical model of heat transfer was developed to investigate the heat transfer of continuously cast billet with the aid of surface temperature tests by ThermaCAMTMresearcher and nail shooting experiments.The effects of secondary cooling practice and casting speed on the solidification process and central segregation of carbon were investigated as well with the actual central segregation tests.The results show that the surface center and billet center temperatures exhibit a different pattern during solidification,and the solidified shell thickness is presented as an'S'type.With the increase of secondary cooling intensity and the decrease of casting speed,the end points of the solidus line and the liquidus line move forward,and the central segregation level of carbon decreases.The optimal casting condition is suggested for continuously cast high carbon billet with F-EMS(final electromagnetic stirring).Wang SU Wei-ling WANG Sen LUO Dong-bin JIANG Miao-yong ZHU 2014Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2014,21,6:6

8Scalable and fast fabrication of graphene integrated micro-supercapacitors with remarkable volumetric capacitance and flexibility through continuous centrifugal coating显示文摘Microscale electrochemical energy storage devices,e.g., micro-supercapacitors(MSCs),possessing tailored performance and diversified form factors of lightweight,miniaturization,flexibility and exceptional integration are highly necessary for the smart power sources-unitized electronics.Despite the great progress,the fabrication of MSCs combining high integration with high volumetric performance remains largely unsolved.Herein,we develop a simple,fast and scalable strategy to fabricate graphene based highly integrated MSCs by a new effective continuous centrifugal coating technique.Notably,the resulting highly conductive graphene films can act as not only patterned microelectrodes but also metal-free current collectors and interconnects,endowing modular MSCs with high integrity,remarkable flexibility,tailored voltage and capacitance output,and outstanding performance uniformity.More importantly,the strong centrifugal force and shear force generated in continuous centrifugal coating process lead to graphene films with high alignment,compactness and packing density,contributing to excellent volumetric capacitance of ~31.8 F cm^(-3) and volumetric energy density of ~2.8 mWh cm^(-3),exceeding most reported integrated MSCs.Therefore,our work paves a novel way for simple and scalable fabrication of integrated MSCs and offers promising opportunities as standalone microscale power sources for new-generation electronics.Xiaoyu Shi Lijun Tian Sen Wang Pengchao Wen Ming Su Han Xiao Pratteek Das Feng Zhou Zhaoping Liu Chenglin Sun Zhong-Shuai Wu Xinhe Bao 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3
9GPSA:A Greedy Pull-based Scheduling Approach for P2P Live Streaming under Heterogeneous Environments显示文摘Pull-based P2P live streaming is a promising solution for the large scale streaming systems, like PPStream, PPlive, due to its high scalability, low cost and high resilience. However, they usually suffer from bad delay performance. In this paper, we seek to improve the delay performance under ensuring video display quality stemming from chunk scheduling. And so we model Pull-based chunk scheduling problem as a multi-objective optimization problem to minimize the video delay and maximize video display quality in the environment of heterogeneous upload bandwidths, heterogeneous and dynamic propagation delays. Finally we put up with a greedy Pull-based scheduling approach(GPSA) to solve the optimization problem. 19ComRank: Joint Weight Technique for the Identification of Influential Communities显示文摘Recently, the community analysis has seen enormous research advancements in the field of social networks. A large amount of the current studies put forward different models and algorithms about most influential people. However, there is little work to shed light on how to rank communities while considering their levels that are determined by the quality of their published contents. In this paper, we propose solution for measuring the influence of communities and ranking them by considering joint weight composed of internal and external influence of communities. To address this issue, we design a novel algorithm called Com Rank: a modification of Page Rank, which considers the joint weight in order to identify impact of each community and ranking them. We use real-world data trace in citation network and perform extensive experiments to evaluate our proposed algorithm. 20Cost-Aware Multi-Domain Virtual Data Center Embedding显示文摘Virtual data center is a new form of cloud computing concept applied to data center. As one of the most important challenges, virtual data center embedding problem has attracted much attention from researchers. In data centers, energy issue is very important for the reality that data center energy consumption has increased by dozens of times in the last decade. In this paper, we are concerned about the cost-aware multi-domain virtual data center embedding problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper first addresses the energy consumption model. The model includes the energy consumption model of the virtual machine node and the virtual switch node, to quantify the energy consumption in the virtual data center embedding process. Based on the energy consumption model above, this paper presents a heuristic algorithm for cost-aware multi-domain virtual data center embedding. The algorithm consists of two steps: inter-domain embedding and intra-domain embedding. Inter-domain virtual data center embedding refers to dividing virtual data center requests into several slices to select the appropriate single data center. Intra-domain virtual data center refers to embedding virtual data center requests in each data center. We first propose an inter-domain virtual data center embedding algorithm based on label propagation to select the appropriate single data center. We then propose a cost-aware virtual data center embedding algorithm to perform the intra-domain data center embedding.
