1Microstructure of premixed propane/air flame in the transition from laminar to turbulent combustion显示文摘In order to explore the flame structure and propagation behavior of premixed propane/air in the transi-tion from laminar to turbulent combustion, the high speed camera and Schlieren images methods were used to record the photograph of flame propagation process in a semi-vented pipe. Meanwhile, the super-thin thermocouple and ionization current probe methods were applied to detect the temperature distribution and reaction intensity of combustion reaction. The characteristics of propane/air flame propagation and microstructure were analyzed in detail by the experimental results coupled with chemical reaction thermodynamics. In the test, the particular tulip flame behavior and the formation process in the laminar-turbulent transition were disclosed clearly. 2Development and utilization of a new chemically-induced soybean library with a high mutation density显示文摘Mutagenized populations have provided important materials for introducing variation and identifying gene function in plants. In this study, an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-induced soybean(Glycine max) population,consisting of 21,600 independent M_2 lines, was developed.Over 1,000 M_(4(5))families, with diverse abnormal phenotypes for seed composition, seed shape, plant morphology and maturity that are stably expressed across different environments and generations were identified. Phenotypic analysis of the population led to the identification of a yellow pigmentation mutant, gyl, that displayed significantly decreased chlorophyll(Chl) content and abnormal chloroplast development. Sequence analysis showed that gyl is allelic to Minn Gold, where a different single nucleotide polymorphism variation in the Mg-chelatase subunit gene(ChlI1a) results in golden yellow leaves. A cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker was developed and may be applied to marker-assisted selection for the golden yellow phenotype in soybean breeding. 3Effects of Different Drying Methods on the Functional and Structural Properties of Dietary Fiber from Peanut Shell显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the drying methods,functional and structure properties of dietary fiber( DF) from peanut shells.[Methods]Peanut shells were used as a raw material to prepare peanut shell dietary fiber( DF) by hot air drying( HA) and vacuum freeze drying( VF),respectively,and their functional and structural characteristics were compared in detail. [Results]The solubility,water holding capacity,oil holding capacity and swelling capacity of HA-DF and VF-DF were 2. 15 %,7. 63 g/g,7. 73 g/g,10. 35 ml/g and 3. 85 %,14. 98 g/g,15. 25 g/g,15. 85 ml/g,respectively. The total phenol contents were 2. 623 and 5. 173 mg GAE/g,respectively. The IC(50) values of ·OH,O2^-· and DPPH free radicals were 4. 16 and 4. 09 mg/ml,7. 90 and 3. 32 mg/ml,and 3. 19 and 3. 09 mg/ml,respectively. The molecular weight of VF-DF was smaller,and it had narrow molecular weight distribution and denser particles. Electron microscopy showed that VF-DF had a porous network like honeycomb and swelled structure. 5Detection and Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Chinese Chives and Risk Assessment of Dietary Intake显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the status of pesticide residues and dietary intake risk of Chinese chives in Tangshan area. [Methods] Sixty eight kinds of pesticide residues in 415 Chinese chive samples collected from Tangshan area were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography(GC) in 2020. [Results] The results showed that 41 kinds of pesticide residues were detected in the 415 Chinese chive samples, and the detection rate was 69.4%(288/415), and there was a combination of pesticides in many samples. According to the National Food Safety Standard―Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food(GB 2763-2019), the residues of 12 pesticides exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRLs), and the unqualified rate was 38.07%(158/415). The highest detection rate of clothianidin was 41.20%(171/415), but there was no MRL in GB 2763-2019. The next was procymidone, the detection rate of which was 35.42%(147/415), and the over-standard rate was 30.12%(125/415). Forbidden and restricted pesticides were detected in some samples. According to the dietary exposure risk assessment, the NEDI/ADI values were all less than 1 and the intake risk was within acceptable range. In Tangshan area, the types of pesticides used in Chinese chive production are complex, and there are risks of multi-residue pollution and use of banned and restricted pesticides and unregistered pesticides. It is suggested that routine monitoring of pesticide residues and management of pesticide use should be strengthened to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. 93个小型高原湖泊水陆交错带中植物叶片pH值变异及其潜在影响因素显示文摘陆生植物叶片pH值是与植物生理功能和养分利用状况息息相关的重要植物属性,并随植物功能型和环境的变化而变化。然而,水生植物叶片pH值的变异特征及其与陆生植物间的差异性仍不清楚。在3个自然形成的小型高原湖泊的湖滨植物群落中,我们采集植物、土壤和湖水样品,检测了植物叶片pH值与碳、氮含量以及环境条件(水或土壤pH值、土壤水位状况)。从植物功能型和群落两个水平分析了湖滨植物叶pH值沿水分梯度的变化及其潜在影响因素。研究结果表明,不同类型的水生植物,以及水生、沼生和陆生环境中生长的植物的叶pH存在较大差异;浮叶植物叶片pH值(4.21±0.05)显著低于挺水植物(5.71±0.07)和沉水植物(5.82±0.06);水生草本植物叶片pH值(5.43±0.10)显著低于沼生草本植物(6.12±0.07)和陆生草本植物(5.74±0.05);陆生草本植物叶片pH值显著高于木本植物。植物功能群间叶片pH值的变异可能与叶片的结构、光利用特性和养分特性有关。群落水平的结果与植物功能型水平相一致:水生群落叶片pH值显著低于陆生群落。群落水平叶片pH值可能主要受物种组成、水分条件和环境pH值的影响。本研究首次探索了水生植物的pH值,并且在景观尺度上对比了不同功能型植物的叶片pH值,为深入探索植物pH值变异机制以及其在水生和湿地生态系统中的生态意义提供参考。Sining Liu Shenqun An Zhengbing Yan Junpeng Ren Xiaoqian Lu Feiyang Ge Wenxuan Han 2021Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,3:1
10Immediate and legacy effects of snow exclusion on soil fungal diversity and community composition显示文摘Background:Soil fungi play crucial roles in ecosystem functions.However,how snow cover change associated with winter warming affects soil fungal communities remains unclear in the Tibetan forest.Methods:We conducted a snow manipulation experiment to explore immediate and legacy effects of snow exclusion on soil fungal community diversity and composition in a spruce forest on the eastern Tibetan Plateau.Soil fungal communities were performed by the high throughput sequencing of gene-fragments.Results:Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the two dominant fungal phyla and Archaeorhizomyces,Aspergillus and Amanita were the three most common genera across seasons and snow manipulations.Snow exclusion did not affect the diversity and structure of soil fungal community in both snow-covered and snow-free seasons.However,the relative abundance of some fungal communities was different among seasons.Soil fungal groups were correlated with environmental factors(i.e.,temperature and moisture)and soil biochemical variables(i.e.,ammonium and enzyme).Conclusions:These results suggest that the season-driven variations had stronger impacts on soil fungal community than short-term snow cover change.Such findings may have important implications for soil microbial processes in Tibetan forests experiencing significant decreases in snowfall.Li Zhang Yuzhi Ren Kaijun Yang Zhijie Li Bo Tan Yang Liu Han Li Chengming You Sining Liu Lixia Wang Rui Yin Jian Zhang Zhenfeng Xu 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,2:1

12Nitrogen addition mediates the response of foliar stoichiometry to phosphorus addition: a meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Changes in foliar nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)stoichiometry play important roles in predicting the efects of global change on ecosystem structure and function.However,there is substantial debate on the efects of P addition on foliar N and P stoichiometry,particularly under diferent levels of N addition.Thus,we conducted a global meta-analysis to investigate how N addition alters the efects of P addition on foliar N and P stoichiometry across different rates and durations of P addition and plant growth types based on more than 1150 observations.Results:We found that P addition without N addition increased foliar N concentrations,whereas P addition with N addition had no efect.The positive efects of P addition on foliar P concentrations were greater without N addition than with N addition.Additionally,the efects of P addition on foliar N,P and N:P ratios varied with the rate and duration of P addition.In particular,short-term or low-dose P addition with and without N addition increased foliar N concentration,and the positive efects of short-term or low-dose P addition on foliar P concentrations were greater without N addition than with N addition.The responses of foliar N and P stoichiometry of evergreen plants to P addition were greater without N addition than with N addition.Moreover,regardless of N addition,soil P availability was more efective than P resorption efciency in predicting the changes in foliar N and P stoichiometry in response to P addition.Conclusions:Our results highlight that increasing N deposition might alter the response of foliar N and P stoichiometry to P addition and demonstrate the important efect of the experimental environment on the results.These results advance our understanding of the response of plant nutrient use efciency to P addition with increasing N deposition.Chengming You Changhui Peng Zhenfeng Xu Yang Liu Li Zhang Rui Yin Lin Liu Han Li Lixia Wang Sining Liu Bo Tan Paul Kardol 2021Ecological Processes2021,10,1:0
13Do root modules still exist after they die?显示文摘Background:The terminal branch orders of plant root systems are increasingly known as an ephemeral module.This concept is crucial to recognize belowground processes.However,it is unknown if root modules still exist after they die?Methods:The decomposition patterns of the first five root orders were observed for 3 years using a branch-order classification,a litter-bag method and sequential sampling in a common subalpine tree species(Picea asperata)of southwestern China.Results:Two root modules were observed during the 3-year incubation.Among the first five branch orders,the first three order roots exhibited temporal patterns of mass loss,nutrients and stoichiometry distinct from their woody mother roots throughout the experimental period.This study,for the first time,reported the decomposition pattern of each individual root order and found a similar decomposition dynamic among ephemeral root branches in a forest tree species.Conclusions:Results from this study suggest that root modules may also exist after death,while more data are needed for confirmation.The findings may further advance our understanding of architecture-associated functional heterogeneity in the fine-root system and also improve our ability to predict belowground processes.Jihong Li Chengming You Li Zhang Han Li Bo Tan Yang Liu Lixia Wang Sining Liu Zhenfeng Xu 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,2:0

15A Novel Synchronization Method in Terahertz Large-Scale Antenna Array System显示文摘We focus on the problems of the accurate time delay estimation,the design of training pilots,and hybrid matrix optimization within the large-scale antenna array Terahertz(THz)broadband communication system.In contrast to the existing researches based on narrow-band arrays,we hereby shed light on the time delay estimation of broadband arrays.In THz broadband communication systems,the data symbol duration is relatively short when comparing with the dimension of the antenna array.In large-scale antenna systems,signals received in each antenna are no longer different phase-shifted copies of the same symbol,but completely different symbols in which occasion traditional narrowband structure is no longer suitable.Based on the above conclusion,firstly,we put forward a system model based on large-scale antenna arrays and Time delay line(TDL)structure.Secondly,we deduce the Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB)of the time delay estimation,and present a time delay estimation algorithm that could reach the CRLB.Thirdly,by minimizing the CRLB,we address the design of the training pilot and optimized TDL structure under the condition of constant envelope training pilot and modulus TDL structure.Finally,we disclose the numerical simulation results.According to the simulation results,the aforementioned method is workable in reaching the CRLB,the TDL structure can significantly surpass that of the traditional model,and the optimal pilot design method outperforms the pseudo-random pilot structure.ZHENG Chen DING Xuhui LIU Dekang BU Xiangyuan AN Sining 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5:0

17Determination of Ten Kinds of Alpha-2 Agonists Residues in Animal Derived Food by UHPLC-Triple Quadrupole/Composite Linear Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to establish an ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/linear ion trap complex mass spectrometry for the determination of 10 kinds ofα2-receptor agonists in animal derived food.[Methods]The samples were extracted with sodium carbonate buffer solution and ethyl acetate,and analyzed by mass spectrometry after solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography separation.[Results]Ten kinds ofα2-receptor agonists showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1-100μg/mL,with the average recovery of over 69%and the relative standard deviation less than 8.32%.The detection limit of 10 kinds of α_(2)-receptor agonists was up to 1μg/kg.[Conclusions]The method has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability,and can meet the requirements of 10 kinds ofα2-receptor agonists residues in animal derived food.Fang LI Xuemei LI Xiangang LI Sining LIU Sha LIU Ying WANG 2024Plant Diseases and Pests2024,15,1:0
18Waste-Derived Catalysts for Water Electrolysis:Circular Economy-Driven Sustainable Green Hydrogen Energy显示文摘The sustainable production of green hydrogen via water electrolysis necessitates cost-effective electrocatalysts.By following the circular economy principle,the utilization of waste-derived catalysts significantly promotes the sustainable development of green hydrogen energy.Currently,diverse waste-derived catalysts have exhibited excellent catalytic performance toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and overall water electrolysis(OWE).Herein,we systematically examine recent achievements in waste-derived electrocatalysts for water electrolysis.The general principles of water electrolysis and design principles of efficient electrocatalysts are discussed,followed by the illustration of current strategies for transforming wastes into electrocatalysts.Then,applications of waste-derived catalysts(i.e.,carbon-based catalysts,transitional metal-based catalysts,and carbon-based heterostructure catalysts)in HER,OER,and OWE are reviewed successively.An emphasis is put on correlating the catalysts’structure-performance relationship.Also,challenges and research directions in this booming field are finally highlighted.This review would provide useful insights into the design,synthesis,and applications of waste-derived electrocatalysts,and thus accelerate the development of the circular economy-driven green hydrogen energy scheme.Zhijie Chen Sining Yun Lan Wu Jiaqi Zhang Xingdong Shi Wei Wei Yiwen Liu Renji Zheng Ning Han Bing-Jie Ni 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,1:0
19Rapid Screening of Pesticide Residues in Strawberry Based on HPLC-QTOF/MS SWATH Acquisition Mode显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to establish a rapid screening method of pesticide residues in strawberry based on HPLC-QTOF/MS SWATH acquisition mode.[Methods]The strawberry sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified with anhydrous magnesium sulfate,sodium chloride and primary secondary amine(PSA)powder,and then loaded on the machine.The full information spectrum was collected by positive ion mode and screened by comparing with the spectrum library,and 20 kinds of pesticide residues were quantitatively analyzed.[Results]The detection limits of 20 pesticide residues were 0.0002-0.0100 mg/kg,and they showed good linearity in the range of 0.0005-0.1000μg/mL(R 2≥0.995).The recoveries ranged from 62.8%to 106.3%.[Conclusions]This method is rapid,simple,sensitive and non-targeted,and can be used for rapid screening of multiple pesticide residues in strawberry.Fang LI Yu ZOU Xiangang LI Xuemei LI Sining LIU Ying WANG 2023Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,3:0
20JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance via the MAPK signaling pathway in gastric cancer by chromatin accessibility and transcriptomic analysis显示文摘tients,and chemotherapy resistance is one of the main reasons for treatment failure.Thus,it is important to reveal the mechanism of oxaliplatin resistance and to seek effective intervention strategies to improve chemotherapy sensitivity,thereby improving the survival and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.To understand the molecular mechanisms of oxaliplatin resistance,we generate an oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cell line and conduct assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing(ATAC-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)for both parental and oxaliplatin-resistant AGS cells.A total of 3232 genomic regions are identified to have higher accessibility in ox-aliplatin-resistant cells,and DNA-binding motif analysis identifies JUNB as the core transcription factor in the regulatory network.JUNB is overexpressed in oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cells,and its upregulation is associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients,which is validated by our tissue microarray data.Moreover,chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)analysis reveals that JUNB binds to the tran-scriptional start site of key genes involved in the MAPK signaling pathway.Knockdown of JUNB inhibits the MAPK signaling pathway and restores sensitivity to oxaliplatin.Combined treatment with the ERK inhibitor piperlongu-mine or MEK inhibitor trametinib effectively overcomes oxaliplatin resistance.This study provides evidence that JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance in gastric cancer by activating the MAPK pathway.The combination of MAPK inhibitors with oxaliplatin overcomes resistance to oxaliplatin,providing a promising treatment opportunity for oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer patients.Suyao Li Yichou Wei Xun Sun Mengling Liu Mengxuan Zhu Yitao Yuan Jiayu Zhang Yu Dong Keshu Hu Sining Ma Xiuping Zhang Bei Xu Hesheng Jiang Lu Gan Tianshu Liu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
