| 1 | A novel battery scheme:Coupling nanostructured phosphorus anodes with lithium sulfide cathodes显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries are approaching their theoretical limit and can no longer keep up with the increasing demands of human society.Lithium-sulfur batteries,with a high theoretical specific energy,are promising candidates for next generation energy storage.However,the use of Li metal in Li-S batteries compromises both safety and performance,enabling dendrite formation and causing fast capacity degradation.Previous studies have probed alternative battery systems to replace the metallic Li in Li-S system,such as a Si/Li2S couple,with limited success in performance.Recently,there is a focus on red P as a favorable anode material to host Li.Here,we establish a novel battery scheme by utilizing a P/C nanocomposite anode and pairing it with a Li2S coated carbon nanofiber cathode.We find that red P anode can be compatible in ether-based electrolyte systems and can be successfully coupled to a Li2S cathode.Our proof of concept full-cell displays remarkable specific capacity,rate and cycling performances.We expect our work will provide a useful alternative system and valuable insight in the quest for next generation energy storage devices. | David Sichen Wu Guangmin Zhou Eryang Mao Yongming Sun Bofei Liu Li Wang Jiangyan Wang Feifei Shi Yi Cui | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,5: | 4 |

| 3 | Recent Advances in Two-Dimensional Magnets:Physics and Devices towards Spintronic Applications显示文摘The emergence of low-dimensional nanomaterials has brought revolutionized development of magnetism,as the size effect can significantly influence the spin arrangement.Since the first demonstration of truly two-dimensional magnetic materials(2DMMs)in 2017,a wide variety of magnetic phases and associated properties have been exhibited in these 2DMMs,which offer a new opportunity to manipulate the spin-based devices efficiently in the future.Herein,we focus on the recent progress of 2DMMs and heterostructures in the aspects of their structural characteristics,physical properties,and spintronic applications.Firstly,the microscopy characterization of the spatial arrangement of spins in 2D lattices is reviewed.Afterwards,the optical probes in the light-matter-spin interactions at the 2D scale are discussed.Then,particularly,we systematically summarize the recent work on the electronic and spintronic devices of 2DMMs.In the section of electronic properties,we raise several exciting phenomena in 2DMMs,i.e.,long-distance magnon transport,field-effect transistors,varying magnetoresistance behavior,and(quantum)anomalous Hall effect.In the section of spintronic applications,we highlight spintronic devices based on 2DMMs,e.g.,spin valves,spin-orbit torque,spin field-effect transistors,spin tunneling field-effect transistors,and spin-filter magnetic tunnel junctions.At last,we also provide our perspectives on the current challenges and future expectations in this field,which may be a helpful guide for theorists and experimentalists who are exploring the optical,electronic,and spintronic properties of 2DMMs. | Vertikasari PNingrum Bowen Liu Wei Wang Yao Yin Yi Cao Chenyang Zha Hongguang Xie Xiaohong Jiang Yan Sun Sichen Qin Xiaolong Chen Tianshi Qin Chao Zhu Lin Wang Wei Huang | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Surface energy-mediated fibronectin adsorption and osteoblast responses on nanostructured diamond显示文摘Nanostructured diamond have potential applications in many biomedical related fields and demonstrated extraordinary capacity to influence cellular responses. Studying the surface property of nanodiamond and its influence to protein adsorption and subsequent cellular responses along with the mechanism behind such capacity becomes more important. Here the role of surface energy associated with nanostructured diamond in modulating fibronectin and osteoblast(OB, bone forming cells) responses was investigated. Nanocrystalline diamond(NCD) and submicron crystalline diamond(SMCD) films with controllable surface energy were prepared by microwave-enhanced plasma chemical vapor deposition(MPCVD) techniques. Fibronectin adsorption on the diamond films with varied surface energy values was measured via the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the relationship between the surface energy and fibronectin adsorption was studied. The result indicated that fibronectin adsorption on nanostructured surfaces was closely related to both surface energy and material microstructures. The spreading and migration of OB aggregates(each containing 30–50 cells) on the NCD with varied surface energy values were also studied. | 8 | Insulation Properties and Degradation Mechanism for XLPE Subjected to Different Aging Periods显示文摘Due to its excellent insulation and mechanical properties,cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)is widely used as the insulation candidate of power cables in power transmission and distribution systems.However,its performance can be affected due to various stresses,which endangers safe operation of the power system in service.In this paper,dielectric and insulation properties of XLPE materials of 110 kV cables with the service lives of 0,15,and 30 years were tested and evaluated.Results show that with increase of service life,dielectric loss caused by the polarization process increases significantly,and dielectric strength decreases as well.Power frequency breakdown field strength and crystallinity decrease significantly,and carbonyl index increases.The degradation process of XLPE can be divided into two stages:the structure of the crystalline region of the original sample is relatively complete,and loss can be almost ignored.After long-term service,the crystallization region is destroyed,and thermal oxygen reaction occurs.Intermolecular force is weakened,which makes breakdown easier to occur.However,there is no direct relation between the carbonyl index and macroscopic characteristics.This paper reveals the deterioration law of the XLPE cable insulation,which provides a theoretical basis for evaluating cable aging condition and is of great significance to improve cable operation safety and maintenance quality. | Qian Wang Rui Liu Sichen Qin Xi Chen Zicai Shen Zhe Hou Zeli Ju | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,5: | 0 |

Compared to CK,the yield increase effect of 1 500 g/hm^2 was the best,and the yield increase rate was 54. 31%; followed by 1 125 g/hm^2. Generally,1 500 g/hm^2 was the best dosage of MCPA-Na in foxtail millet production. | 14 | Anomalous Thermopower and High ZT in GeMnTe2 Driven by Spin’s Thermodynamic Entropy显示文摘NaxCoO_(2)was known 20 years ago as a unique example in which spin entropy dominates the thermoelectric behavior.Hitherto,however,little has been learned about how to manipulate the spin degree of freedom in thermoelectrics.Here,we report the enhanced thermoelectric performance of GeMnTe_(2)by controlling the spin’s thermodynamic entropy.The anomalously large thermopower of GeMnTe_(2)is demonstrated to originate from the disordering of spin orientation under finite temperature.Based on the careful analysis of Heisenberg model,it is indicated that the spin-system entropy can be tuned by modifying the hybridization between Te-p and Mn-d orbitals.As a consequent strategy,Se doping enlarges the thermopower effectively,while neither carrier concentration nor band gap is affected.The measurement of magnetic susceptibility provides a solid evidence for the inherent relationship between the spin’s thermodynamic entropy and thermopower.By further introducing Bi doing,the maximum ZT in Ge_(0.94)Bi_(0.06)MnTe_(1.94)Se_(0.06)reaches 1.4 at 840 K,which is 45%higher than the previous report of Bi-doped GeMnTe_(2).This work reveals the high thermoelectric performance of GeMnTe_(2)and also provides an insightful understanding of the spin degree of freedom in thermoelectrics. | Sichen Duan Yinong Yin Guo-Qiang Liu Na Man Jianfeng Cai Xiaojian Tan Kai Guo Xinxin Yang Jun Jiang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 0 |
