| 1 | Physiological, transcriptome and gene functional analysis provide novel sights into cadmium accumulation and tolerance mechanisms in kenaf显示文摘Kenaf is considered to have great potential for remediation of heavy metals in ecosystems. However, studies on molecular mechanisms of root Cd accumulation and tolerance are still inadequate. In this study, two differently tolerant kenaf cultivars were selected as materials and the physiological and transcriptomic effects were evaluated under Cd stress. This study showed that 200μmol/L CdCl_(2) treatment triggered the reactive oxygen species(ROS)explosion and membrane lipid peroxidation.Compared with the Cd-sensitive cultivar‘Z',the Cd-tolerant cultivar‘F'was able to resist oxidative stress in cells by producing higher antioxidant enzyme activities and increasing the contents of ascorbic acid(AsA)and glutathione(GSH).The root cell wall of‘F'exhibited higher polysaccharide contents under Cd treatment, providing more Cd-binding sites. There were 3,439 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)that were co-regulated by Cd treatment in two cultivars.Phenylpropanoid biosynthesis and plant hormone signal transduction pathways were significantly enriched by functional annotation analysis.DEGs associated with pectin, cellulose, and hemi-cellulose metabolism were involved in Cd chelation of root cell wall;V-ATPases,ABCC3 and Narmp3 could participated in vacuolar compartmentalization of Cd;PDR1 was responsible for Cd effux;the organic acid transporters contributed to the absorption of Cd in soil. These genes might have played key roles in kenaf Cd tolerance and Cd accumulation.Moreover,HcZIP2 was identified to be involved in Cd uptake and transport in kenaf. Our findings provide a deeper understanding of the molecular pathways underlying Cd accumulation and detoxification mechanisms in kenaf. | Shan Cao Meng Wang Jiao Pan Dengjie Luo Samavia Mubeen Caijin Wang Jiao Yue Xia Wu Qijing Wu Hui Zhang Canni Chen Muzammal Rehman Sichen Xie Ru Li Peng Chen | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,3: | 0 |
| 2 | Active Anomaly Detection Technology Based on Ensemble Learning显示文摘Anomaly detection is an important problem in various research and application fields.Researchers design reliable schemes to provide solutions for effectively detecting anomaly points. Most of the existing anomaly detection schemes are unsupervised methods, such as anomaly detection methods based on density, distance and clustering. In total, unsupervised anomaly detection methods have many limitations. For example, they cannot be well combined with prior knowledge in some anomaly detection tasks. For some nonlinear anomaly detection tasks, the modeling is complex and faces dimensional disasters, which are greatly affected by noise.Sometimes it is difficult to find abnormal events that users are interested in,and users need to customize model parameters before detection. With the wide application of deep learning technology,it has a good modeling ability to solve linear and nonlinear data relationships, but the application of deep learning technology in the field of anomaly detection has many challenges. If we regard exceptions as a supervised problem, exceptions are a few,and we usually face the problem of too few labels. To obtain a model that performs well in the anomaly detection task,it requires a high initial training set. Therefore,to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a supervised learning method with manual participation. We introduce the integrated learning model and train a supervised anomaly detection model with strong stability and high accuracy through active learning technology. In addition, this paper adopts certain strategies to maximize the accuracy of anomaly detection and minimize the cost of manual labeling. In the experimental link,we will show that our method is better than some traditional anomaly detection algorithms. | Weiwei Liu Shuya Lei Liangying Peng Jun Feng Sichen Pan Meng Gao | 2022 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,1: | 0 |
| 3 | Anomaly Detection of Multivariate Time Series Based on Metric Learning显示文摘Most of the current methods for anomaly detection in time series are unsupervised. However, unsupervised learning assumes the distribution of the data and cannot obtain satisfactory results in some scenarios. In this paper,we design a semisupervised time series anomaly detection algorithm based on metric learning. The algorithm model mines the features in the time series from the perspectives of the time domain and frequency domain.Furthermore,we design a loss function for anomaly detection.Different from the two-class loss function,in the scenario of the loss function we designed, the normal data will be clustered and distributed in the embedding space, and the abnormal data will be far from the normal data distribution.Furthermore,we extend our designed metric learning model to a semisupervised learning model, extending the labeled dataset with the unlabeled dataset by setting different confidence levels. We conduct experiments on different public datasets and compare them with commonly used time series anomaly detection algorithms. The results show that our model has a good effect. At the same time the semisupervised setting does improve the accuracy of model detection. | Hongkai Wang Jun Feng Liangying Peng Sichen Pan Shuai Zhao Helin Jin | 2022 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Molecular mechanism of SurA’s chaperoning function to outer membrane proteins revealed by purification-after-crosslinking single-molecule FRET显示文摘SurA is the major chaperone of outer membrane proteins(OMPs)in the periplasm. The molecular mechanism when SurA performs its chaperoning function is still unclear. Here,a purification-after-crosslinking(PAC)procedure was combined with single-molecule fluorescence resonance energy transfer(smFRET)to probe the conformations of SurA and OmpC in their complex. We found that SurA in the free state rearranges itself based on the crystal structure, except that the P2 domain moves towards the core domain with two major positions, forming a clamp-like conformation to accommodate OmpC.The obvious rearrangement of the P2 domain of SurA helps SurA to hold OmpC.OmpC attaches to SurA randomly and has the propensity to be near the middle part of the crevice. The noncollapsed and disordered conformations of OMPs provided by the OMPs?SurA complex are important to the subsequent delivery and folding process. | Chenhui He Sichen Pan Geng Li Xin Sheng Zhao | 2020 | Science China Chemistry2020,63,8: | 0 |
