2Ventilation Structure Optimization and Performance Analyses of Permanent Magnet Wind Generators显示文摘为了提高永磁风力发电机的通风冷却效果,以一台2.5 MW永磁风力发电机为例,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)以及传热传质学基本理论,根据流–热协同机理,建立了包括外部通风系统的三维流体流动与传热的求解模型。应用有限体积元法,对电机通风冷却性能进行了数值研究,并与实验数据进行对比分析,实验结果验证了计算结果的准确性以及求解方法的合理性。通过改变电机内径向通风沟结构尺寸,提出4种优化方案,通过对不同结构方案条件下通风冷却性能进行对比研究,给出了发电机最佳的结构方案。所得结论可以为永磁风力发电机通风结构的设计提供参考。DING Shuye GUO Baocheng SUN Zhaoqiong 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:8
3The combination of chidamide with the CHOEP regimen in previously untreated patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma: a prospective, multicenter, single arm, phase 1b/2 study显示文摘Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of the novel histone deacetylase inhibitor,chidamide,in combination with cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,etoposide,and prednisone(Chi-CHOEP)for untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL).Methods:A prospective,multicenter,single arm,phase 1 b/2 study was conducted.A total of 128 patients with untreated PTCL(18–70 years of age)were enrolled between March 2016 and November 2019,and treated with up to 6 cycles with the Chi-CHOEP regimen.In the phase 1 b study,3 dose levels of chidamide were evaluated and the primary endpoint was determination of the maximumtolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose(RP2 D).The primary endpoint of the phase 2 study was 2-year progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Fifteen patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study and the RP2 D for chidamide was determined to be 20 mg,twice a week.A total of 113 patients were treated at the RP2 D in the phase 2 study,and the overall response rate was 60.2%,with a complete response rate of 40.7%.At a median follow-up of 36 months,the median PFS was 10.7 months,with 1-,2-,and 3-year PFS rates of 49.9%,38.0%,and 32.8%,respectively.The Chi-CHOEP regimen was well-tolerated,with grade 3/4 neutropenia occurring in approximately two-thirds of the patients.No unexpected adverse events(AEs)were reported and the observed AEs were manageable.Conclusions:This large cohort phase 1 b/2 study showed that Chi-CHOEP was well-tolerated with modest efficacy in previously untreated PTCL patients.Wei Zhang Liping Su Lihong Liu Yuhuan Gao Quanshun Wang Hang Su Yuhuan Song Huilai Zhang Jing Shen Hongmei Jing Shuye Wang Xinan Cen Hui Liu Aichun Liu Zengjun Li Jianmin Luo Jianxia He Jingwen Wang O.A.O’Connor Daobin Zhou 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:4
4Identifying and mapping cDNA fragments related to rice photoperiod sensitive genic male sterility显示文摘The differentially expressed cDNA fragments have been obtained by differential screening with cDNA-RAPD technique in photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) rice. Some of them have been reassessed with Northern blot hybridization, from which a PGMS-related positive fragment, RPG43, has been identified. Further analysis on RPG43 with Southern blot and RAPD indicates that the fragment is a single-copy sequence and its mRNA has been processed after transcription. Sequence analysis reveals that RPG43 is 744 bp in length and contains a 60 bp region (from 126th to 185th bp) showing 72% homology to a human DNA sequence, pac pDJ-356d6, on chromosome 11. So it is a new sequence found in plant and its GenBank access number is AF126027. 6Identification of differentially expressed genes in photo-period sensitive genic male sterile rice by randomly amplified cDNAs using RAPD primers显示文摘The fertile and sterile young panicle representational populations were constructed by bulked sampling method using young panicles in the photo-period sensitive stage of fertility transformation.Two populations were analyzed using cDNA-RAPD. The results showed that: ( ⅰ ) bulked sampling method can be employed to analyze differentially expressed genes using cDNA-RAPD, taking an advantage in avoiding false positive caused by conventional sampling method. (ⅱ) Among 150 random primers used, 83 primers amplified the same banding patterns, and 34 primers amplified the same banding pattern but different staining of intensity on gel. ( ⅲ ) 33 primers amplified differential cDNA bands between fertile and sterile cDNA populations, and the ratio of polymorphism was 22%. 17Multiomics:unraveling the panoramic landscapes of SARS-CoV2 infection显示文摘In response to emerging infectious diseases,such as the recent pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),it is critical to quickly identify and understand responsible pathogens,risk factors,host immune responses,and pathogenic mechanisms at both the molecular and cellular levels.The recent development of multiomic technologies,including genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and single-cell transcriptomics,has enabled a fast and panoramic grasp of the pathogen and the disease.Here,we systematically reviewed the major advances in the virology,immunology,and pathogenic mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2 infection that have been achieved via multiomic technologies.Based on well-established cohorts,omics-based methods can greatly enhance the mechanistic understanding of diseases,contributing to the development of new diagnostics,drugs,and vaccines for emerging infectious diseases,such as COVID-19.Xin Wang Gang Xu Xiaoju Liu Yang Liu Shuye Zhang Zheng Zhang 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,10:1
