| 4 | Influence of staff number and internal constellation on surgical site infection in an operating room显示文摘Prediction of bacteria-carrying particle(BCP) dispersion and particle distribution released from staff members in an operating room(OR) is very important for creating and sustaining a safe indoor environment.Postoperative wound infections cause significant morbidity and mortality, and contribute to increased hospitalization time. Increasing the number of personnel within the OR disrupts the ventilation airflow pattern and causes enhanced contamination risk in the area of an open wound. Whether the amount of staff within the OR influences the BCP distribution in the surgical zone has rarely been investigated. This study was conducted to explore the influence of the number of personnel in the OR on the airflow field and the BCP distribution. This was performed by applying a numerical calculation to map the airflow field and Lagrangian particle tracking(LPT) for the BCP phase. The results are reported both for active sampling and passive monitoring approaches. Not surprisingly, a growing trend in the BCP concentration(cfu/m3) was observed as the amount of staff in the OR increased. Passive sampling shows unpredictable results due to the sedimentation rate, especially for small particles(5-10(Jim). | 6 | 糖尿病神经病变与视网膜病变的相关性研究(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨糖尿病患者发生微循环障碍时,外周神经病变(DPN)与视网膜病变之间是否有相关性,及二者在2型糖尿病中的危险指数。方法:本研究包括100例(男性51例,女性49例)门诊的糖尿病患者,均为非胰岛素依赖的糖尿病患者(NIDDM),观察患者的外周神经病变及视网膜病变进展情况,随访时间18mo。结果:视网膜病变的患者78.1%同时有外周神经病变,患有外周神经病变的患者79.1%同时有视网膜病变,统计学分析表明外周神经病变与视网膜病变之间并没有明显的相关性。但是,90.9%患有增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的患者同时有外周神经病变,而27.8%患有视网膜病变的患者同时有外周神经病变,单因素及多因素logistic回归分析均表明它们之间有明显的相关性(r=0.42,P=0.02)。结论:严重的糖尿病视网膜病变与糖尿病性神经病变有相关性。本研究表明糖尿病神经病变可作为糖尿病视网膜病变进程的预警信号,出现神经病变的患者需要更细致广泛的眼科检查,特别是对于病程较长的糖尿病患者。 | Ali Abdollahi Sasan Moghimi Abdolreza Tabasi Mohammad Taher Rajabi Baharak Sabet | 2007 | 国际眼科杂志2007,7,5: | 6 |

| 8 | Integrated use of GIS, remote sensing and multi-criteria decision analysis to assess ecological land suitability in multi-functional forestry显示文摘The Zagros forests are a treasure of valuable oak forests,but they have been severely degraded from long-term misuse.Geographic information systems(GIS)and multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) have been increasingly used to improve the management of vulnerable ecosystems to prevent further degradation and increase the sustainability of land use.This study presents a methodology to assess land suitability using remote sensing(RS) to obtain wall-to-wall data for the calculations,GIS to analyze the data,and MCDA to rank alternative land uses.The criteria and subcriteria affecting the suitability of land for different uses were identified and weighted using an analytic hierarchy process.Variables used as subcriteria were assessed using satellite data and other sources of information such as existing maps and field surveys.Numerical values for the subcriteria were classified,and each class was given a priority rating according to expert judgments.Based on the ratings and weights of the subcriteria,a priority map was created for each land use using the weighted linear combination method.The priority maps for different land uses were overlaid to obtain a preliminary land use map,which often indicated several simultaneous land uses for the same location.The preliminary map was further edited by removing unrealistic,mutually exclusive land-use combinations.The study tested and demonstrated the potential of integrating RS,GIS and MCDA techniques for solving complicated land allocation problems in forested regions using a scientifically sound and practical approach for efficient and sustainable allocation of forestland for different uses. | Naser Ahmadi Sani Sasan Babaie Kafaky Timo Pukkala Asadollah Mataji | 2016 | Journal of Forestry Research2016,27,5: | 5 |

| 11 | Wear Resistance of Two Nanostructural Bainitic Steels with Different Amounts of Mn and Ni显示文摘Extremely valuable mechanical properties in combination with acceptable wear resistance can make nanostructural bainitic steels to be used extensively in different engineering and tribological applications. However, it is critical to characterize the contributed factors to investigate the wear response of these high-strength materials. This work aims to study the wear behavior of two nanostructural bainitic steels with different amount of austenite stabilizer elements Mn and Ni. For this purpose, wear resistances of the materials were evaluated using the pin-on-disk method. The results indicated that the hardness of the sample is a critical factor affecting the tribological behavior, and the volume fraction and morphology of high-carbon retained austenite are also of considerable importance. | 16 | Manufacturing of cast A356 matrix composite reinforced with nano- to micrometer-sized SiC particles显示文摘In this study, large micron-sized Si C particles were fragmented via ball-milling process in the presence of iron and nickel powders, separately, to fabricate composite powders of Fe–Si C and Ni–Si C. Continuous fracturing of brittle Si C powders leads to the formation of multi-modalsized Si C powders with size of from 50 nm to slightly higher than 10 lm after 36-h ball milling. The milled powders were then incorporated into the semisolid melt of A356 aluminum alloy to ease the incorporation of fine Si C particles by using iron and nickel as their carrier agents.The final as-cast composites were then extruded at 500 °C with a reduction ratio of 9:1. Lower-sized composite powders with slight agglomeration are obtained for the36-h milled Ni–Si C mixture compared to that of Fe–Si C powders, leading to incorporation of Si C particles into the melt with a lower size and suitable distribution for the Ni–Si C mixture. It is found that lower-sized composite particles could release the fine Si C particles into the melt more easily, while large agglomerated composite particles almost remain in its initial form, resulting in sites of stress concentration and low-strength aluminum matrix composites. | 18 | Lens thickness assessment : anterior segment optical coherence tomography versus A-scan ultrasonography显示文摘AIM: To assess lens thickness measurements with anterior segment-optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)in comparison with A-scan ultrasonography(A-scan US).·METHODS: There were 218 adult subjects(218 eyes)aged 59.2 ±9.2y enrolled in this prospective cross-sectional study. Forty-three eyes had open angles and 175 eyes had narrow angles. Routine ophthalmic exam was performed and nuclear opacity was graded using the Lens Opacities Classification System Ⅲ(LOCS Ⅲ). Lens thickness was measured by AS-OCT(Visante OCT, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA, USA). The highest quality image was selected for each eye and lens thickness was calculated using Image J software. Lens thickness was also measured by A-scan US.·RESULTS: Interclass correlations showed a value of99.7% for intra-visit measurements and 95.3% for inter-visit measurements. The mean lens thickness measured by AS-OCT was not significantly different from that of A-scan US(4.861 ±0.404 vs 4.866 ±0.351 mm, P =0.74).Lens thickness values obtained from the two instruments were highly correlated overall(Pearson correlation coefficient =0.81,P <0.001), and in all LOCS Ⅲ specific subgroups except in grade 5 of nuclear opacity. Bland-Altman analysis revealed a 95% limit of agreement from-0.45 to 0.46 mm. Lens thickness difference between the two instruments became smaller as the lens thickness increased and AS-OCT yielded smaller values than A-scan US in thicker lens(β=-0.29, P <0.001)· CONCLUSION: AS-OCT-derived lens thickness measurement is valid and comparable to the results obtained by A-scan US.
