| 1 | 基于深度神经网络的命名实体识别方法研究显示文摘针对中文社交媒体命名实体识别的特征提取不充分问题,文章提出一种基于深度神经网络、结合长短时记忆和注意力模型的命名实体识别方法。一条社交媒体文本信息等价于一个字符序列,因此,首先将其中每个字符转化为对应的字向量;其次,利用长短时记忆处理转化后的字向量序列来提取文本全局特征;然后,利用注意力模型处理前一步输出的文本全局特征向量序列,进一步提取文本局部特征;最后,利用线性链式条件随机场根据文本全局和局部特征向量序列进行命名实体标注,获得命名实体识别结果并输出。实验结果表明,文中方法与基线算法及当前优良算法相比,其F-测度值高于其他对比方法。 | GUL Khan Safi Qamas 尹继泽 潘丽敏 罗森林 | 2017 | 信息网络安全2017，，10： | 15 |
| 2 | Targeted therapy for advanced gastric cancer: A review of current status and future prospects显示文摘In the West in particular, the vast majority of gastric cancer(GC) patients present with advanced-stage disease. Although combination chemotherapy is stillthe most important component of treatment for these patients, it confers a modest survival advantage. Recently, increased knowledge of the key molecular signaling pathways involved in gastric carcinogenesis has led to the discovery of specific molecular-targeted therapeutic agents. Some of these agents such as trastuzumab and ramucirumab have changed the treatment paradigm for this disease. | 3 | Hepatitis C virus in Pakistan:A systematic review of prevalence,genotypes and risk factors显示文摘In Pakistan more than 10 million people are living with Hepatitis C virus (HCV), with high morbidity and mortality. This article reviews the prevalence, genotypes and factors associated with HCV infection in the Pakistani population. A literature search was performed by using the keywords; HCV prevalence, genotypes and risk factors in a Pakistani population, in Pubmed, PakMediNet and Google scholar. Ninetyone different studies dating from 1994 to May 2009 were included in this study, and weighted mean and standard error of each population group was calculated. Percentage prevalence of HCV was 4.95% ± 0.53% in the general adult population, 1.72% ± 0.24% in the pediatric population and 3.64% ± 0.31% in a young population applying for recruitment, whereas a very high 57% ± 17.7% prevalence was observed in injecting drug users and 48.67% ± 1.75% in a multi-transfused population. Most prevalent genotype of HCV was 3a. HCV prevalence was moderate in the general population but very high in injecting drug users and multi-transfused populations. This data suggests that the major contributing factors towards increased HCV prevalence include unchecked blood transfusions and reuse of injection syringes. | 4 | 一种高并发网络Web应用技术研究显示文摘随着网络技术的飞速发展,社会对于网络应用的质量要求也越来越高,而并发能力作为网络应用的基本能力之一,在很大程度上影响了用户的使用体验。针对基于多线程的并发成为限制并发能力提升的瓶颈,基于多线程的应用在高并发场景中会浪费大量系统资源等问题,文章设计并实现了一个基于事件的异步请求响应方案。该方案使用基于事件的并发方法,对用户的请求可以进行无阻塞的响应,同时可以有效降低系统的内存消耗,并根据后端响应服务的特性将后端服务器群划分为负载均衡模块和Web响应集群模块,然后将这些模块整合成一套高并发Web响应系统,该系统能够实现Linux平台的高并发响应。文章最后对此原型系统进行了实验,实验结果表明,系统在并发能力、可靠性、稳定性方面均有较好的表现,能够利用系统完成万级并发的稳定响应任务,具有较高的实际应用价值。 | GUL Khan Safi Qamas 王鹏 罗森林 潘丽敏 | 2017 | 信息网络安全2017，，12： | 10 |
| 5 | Molecular study of HCV detection,genotypes and their routes of transmission in North West Frontier Province,Pakistan显示文摘Objective:To determine hepatitis C virus(HCV) genotypes and explore the associated risk factors in chronic HCY patients.Methods:A total of 116 patients with chronic hepatitis C were subjected to polymerase chain reaction(PCR) based detection out of which 112 chronic HCV patients[53 male(47.32%),59 female(52.68%);mean age(43.76±16.40) years;mean BMI(23.8± 3.9)kg]were enrolled in this study.The frequency of 6 HCV genotypes and associated risk factors were evaluated from five districts of North West Frontier Province(NWFP).Results:Genotype 3was the most prevalent in 73 samples(65.17%) followed by genotype 1 in 24(21.42%) and genotype2 in 13(11.60%) samples.Genotype3 had significantly high prevalence(P=0.0002).The results showed that 48(42.85%) samples were infected with HCV 3a:25(22.32%) with 3b;14(12.50%) with 1a;10(8.92%)with 1b;11(9.82%) with 2a;2(1.78%) with 2b;and 2 were untypable.The distribution of HCV genotypes in Murdan.Charsadda,Peshawar.Sawabi and Nowshehra districts was different.Use of unsterile equipment lor medication,barbers and previous history of hospitalization were the main risk factors for HCV transmission.Conclusions:Cenotype 3a and 3b.1a.1b and 2a are the common genotypes in NWFP.Genotype 4.5.and 6 can not be found in a single sample.The level of awareness about various modes ot transmission of HCV among the population is found to be verv low. | Asher Zaman Safi Yasir Waheed Joharia Sadat Solat-Ul-Islam Sadia Salahuddin Umar Saeed Muhammad Ashraf | 2012 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2012，2，7： | 5 |
| 6 | Disease control with sunitinib in advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma resistant to gemcitabine-oxaliplatin chemotherapy显示文摘Advanced cholangiocarcinoma is associated with poor prognostic survival and has limited therapeutic options available at present. The importance of angiogenesis and expression of pro-angiogenic factors in intrahepatic forms of cholangiocarcinoma suggest that therapies targeting angiogenesis might be useful for the treatment of this disease. Here we report three cases of patients with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma progressive after standard chemotherapy and treated with sunitinib 50 mg/d in 6-wk cycles of 4 wk on treatment followed by 2 wk off treatment(Schedule 4/2). In all three patients, sunitinib treatment was associated with a sustained disease control superior to 4 mo, patients achieving either a partial response or stable disease. A reduction in tumor size and density was observed in all cases, suggesting tumor necrosis as a result of sunitinib treatment in these patients. In addition, sunitinib was generally well tolerated and the occurrence of side effects was managed with standard medical interventions, as required. Our results suggest that sunitinib therapy maybe associated with favorable outcomes and tolerability in patients with advanced cholangiocarcinoma.
