1丛枝霸王(Zygophyllum dumosum)根际AM真菌生态学研究(英文)显示文摘AM真菌是一类广泛分布的土壤真菌 ,与宿主植物形成共生结构后 ,对于植物生长和植被恢复有多种有益的生理学和生态学作用。 1 999年 1 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1 0月 ,通过每月分别从 0~ 1 0 cm和 1 0~ 2 0 cm土层采集根际土样 ,对以色列荒漠地区丛枝霸王 (Zygophyllumdumosum Boiss)根际 AM真菌进行了系统的生态学研究。AM真菌的分布和定殖与季节变化和采样深度密切相关。菌根真菌的最高定殖率并不伴随有最大的孢子密度 ,最高的定殖率发生在 1 999年 1 1月 ,而最大的孢子密度则出现在 2 0 0 0年 9月。 1 0~ 2 0 cm土层中的菌根真菌定殖率和孢子密度明显高于 0~ 1 0 cm土层。土壤湿度与所有菌根结构的定殖率呈正相关 ,土壤有机质含量与泡囊和丛枝定殖率呈正相关 ,而土壤总可溶性氮对泡囊和丛枝定殖有显著正效应 ,对孢子密度有显著负效应。结果建议 ,孢子密度、泡囊和丛枝定殖程度可作为检测荒漠土壤状况的生态指标。研究应用于我国特别是西部荒漠地区的植被建立和恢复 ,可望发挥重要作用 :(1 ) AM真菌能与绝大多数高等植物根系形成共生联合体 ,促进根系对土壤矿质营养和水分的吸收 ,提高植物对干旱、高温、盐碱、根部病害等的抗性 ,提高逆境条件下植物的成活率 ,深入研究荒漠生态系统中 AM真菌动态分布 ,以?贺学礼 YOSEF Steinberger 2001西北植物学报2001,21,6:17
2Clinically detected gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors are on the rise: Epidemiological changes in Germany显示文摘AIM:To study the epidemiologic changes of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(GEP-NET)in Germany,we analyzed two time periods 1976-1988 and1998-2006.METHODS:We evaluated epidemiological data of GEP-NET from the former East German National Cancer Registry(DDR Krebsregister,1976-1988)and its successor,the Joint Cancer Registry(GKR,1998-2006),which was founded after German reunification.Due to a particularly substantial database the epidemiological data from the federal states of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania,Saxony,Brandenburg and Thuringia,covering a population of more than 10.8 million people,were analyzed.Survival probabilities were calculated using life table analysis.In addition,GEP-NET patients were evaluated for one or more second(non-GEP-NET)primary malignancies.RESULTS:A total of 2821 GEP neuroendocrine neoplasms were identified in the two registries.The overall incidence increased significantly between 1976 and2006 from 0.31(per 100.000 inhabitants per year)to2.27 for men and from 0.57 to 2.38 for women.In the later period studied(2004-2006),the small intestine was the most common site.Neuroendocrine(NE)neoplasms of the small intestine showed the largest absolute increase in incidence,while rectal NE neoplasms exhibited the greatest relative increase.Only the incidence of appendiceal NET in women showed little change between 1976 and 2006.Overall survival of patients varied for sex,tumor site and the two periods studied but improved significantly over time.Interestingly,about 20%of the GEP-NET patients developed one or more second malignancies.Their most common location was the gastrointestinal tract.GEP-NET patients without second malignancies fared better than those with one or more of them.CONCLUSION:The number of detected GEP-NET increased about 5-fold in Germany between 1976 and2006.At the same time,their anatomic distribution changed,and the survival of GEP-NET patients improved significantly.Second malignancies are common and influence the overall survival of GEP-NET patients.Thus,GEP-NET warrant our attention as well as intensive research on their tumorigenesis.Hans Scherübl Brigitte Streller Roland Stabenow Hermann Herbst Michael Hopfner Christoph Schwertner Joachim Steinberg Jan Eick Wanda Ring Krishna Tiwari Soren M Zappe 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,47:16
3Genetic Variation and Yield Performance of Jerusalem Artichoke Germplasm Collected in China显示文摘Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) is a perennial tuberous plant rich in inulin and is a potential energy crop.This study was conducted in a semiarid region of the Loess Plateau to investigate variations in morphological and agronomic characteristics and yield performance of 59 Jerusalem artichoke clones collected from 24 provinces in China.The germplasm we collected exhibited variations either in qualitative or in quantitative traits.Substantial genetic variations (genotype coefficient of variation >20%) in the main stem diameter,main stem number per plant,branch number per main stem,tuber number per plant,tuber size,tuber yield,and top yield (i.e.,aboveground biomass) were found as well.Seven clones had a tuber yield ranging between 9.1-10.6 t ha-1,7 clones had a top yield ranging between 18.1-31.3 t ha-1,and 15 clones had a total biomass yield (i.e.,tuber and top weight) between 25.0-35.0 t ha-1 on an oven-dried weight basis under the drought soil and climatic condition in the semiarid region.The 59 Jerusalem artichoke clones were clustered into 8 groups based on 17 quantitative traits,and indicated that the most prevalent clones planted by farmers exhibited relatively low variation.Correlation analysis was conducted on the morphology and agronomy of the clones.This investigation suggests possible genetic improvement of Jerusalem artichoke for a higher tuber yield or a top biomass yield,and as a promising application for inulin or bioenergy in semiarid regions.LIU Zu-xin BAN Li-pu Yosef Steinberger XIE Guang-hui 2011Agricultural Sciences in China2011,10,5:14

5荒漠植物根际AM真菌的空间分布和定殖(英文)显示文摘通过分析以色列荒漠地区Zygophyllumdumosum ,Hammadascoparia ,Artemisiaherba_alba和Atriplexhalimus等4种灌木根际AM真菌的空间分布和定殖程度 ,研究了AM真菌分布和定殖与植物种类和土壤因子间的相关性。样品分别从 0~ 10cm ,10~ 2 0cm ,2 0~ 30cm ,30~ 40cm和 40~ 5 0cm等 5个土层中采取 ,土样过 2mm筛。收集的根样切成 1cm根段 ,经染色后 ,根据感染长度确定AM真菌不同结构的定殖率 ;用湿筛倾析法和蔗糖梯度离心法从土样中分离孢子 ;土壤湿度 ,有机质和总可溶性氮含量按文中描述的方法测定。结果表明 ,AM真菌的空间分布和定殖模式与植物种类密切相关。在Artemisiaherba_alba和Atriplexhalimus根际 ,AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度高 ;而在Zygo phyllumdumosum和Hammadascoparia根际 ,AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度较低。土壤采样深度对孢子密度和泡囊、丛枝和总的定殖率有显著影响 ,最高定殖率出现在 2 0~ 30cm土层 ,而最大孢子密度则发生在 10~ 2 0cm土层。孢子密度与泡囊定殖率呈正相关 ,而与丛枝定殖率呈负相关。土壤总可溶性氮对孢子密度有显著的负效应 ,土壤湿度和有机质含量同AM真菌的定殖和孢子密度没有显著的相关性。在评估荒漠生态系统和不同植物形成菌根的能力时 ,AM真菌的孢子密度。贺学礼 Stanislov MOURATOV Yosef STEINBERGER 2002植物生态学报2002,26,2:7

8Soil Biota in the Arava Valley of Negev Desert,Israel显示文摘Soil microorganism biomass and respiration and the soil nematode community were observed in the hypersaline desert valley that is found between the Dead Sea and the Red Sea. The lowest point of the valley is approximately 400 m below sea level, and is the lowest point on earth. Soil samples (n = 72) were collected from the 0-10 and 10-20 cm soil layers at different altitudes (from -400 to +100 m) in the open spaces between plants during one of the most extreme xeric periods. Both soil microbial respiration and microbial biomass were found to be negatively dependent on soil moisture (SM) and organic matter (OM), and positively dependent on pH values. The physical-chemical characteristics of this hypersaline area were extremely unfavorable for the soil nematode communities, and the nematodes were entirely absent in the open area below sea level. The bacterivores were found to be the most resistant nematodes in this hyperarid region, with the Wilsonema being the most widespread genus. We suggest that nitrogen availability may play a crucial role in the below-ground soil interaction in this region, with bacterivore nematodes as indicators of nitrogen availability.S. PEN-MOURATOV T. 16Evolving roles of magnifying endoscopy and endoscopic resection for neoplasia in inflammatory bowel diseases显示文摘Magnifying endoscopy is a useful technique to differentiate neoplasia from non-neoplastic lesions. Data regarding the clinical utility of magnifying endoscopy for neoplasia in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) has been emerging.While Kudo’s pit pattern types Ⅲ-Ⅴ are findings suggestive of neoplasia in non-IBD patients, these pit patterns are predictive of IBD-associated neoplasia as well.However, active chronic inflammatory processes, particularly regenerative changes, can mimic neoplastic pit patterns and may affect a meticulous evaluation of pit pattern diagnosis in patients with IBD. The clinical evidence regarding the utility of magnifying endoscopy with narrow band imaging or endocytoscopy has also been evolving in regard to the diagnosis of IBD-associated neoplasia. These advanced endoscopic techniques are promising for multiple reasons;not only for making an accurate diagnosis of neoplasia, but also in determining if endoscopic resection is appropriate for such lesions in patients with IBD. 18Ground-active arthropod responses to rainfall-induced dune microhabitats in a desertified steppe ecosystem,China显示文摘Different microhabitats along dune slope were found to affect the distribution of plant performances and soil properties in desertified ecosystems.However,the ground-active arthropod responses to rainfall-induced dune microhabitats were largely unknown in desertified regions.At dune top,midslope and bottom,ground-active arthropods were sampled by the method of pitfall traps in addition to the herbaceous and soil measurements during spring,summer and autumn from 2012 to 2013.Ground-active arthropod had a strong dynamics in time,seasonally and yearly in responses to rainfall-induced dune microhabitats and the variations were significant higher than those of soil and herbaceous properties.The abundance distribution of dominant taxa(i.e.Melolonthidae,Carabidae,Glaphyridae,Tenebrionidae and Formicidae families)among dune microhabitats was similar between seasons within the same year,whereas they differed markedly between two sampling years with varying rainfall patterns.A significant(P<0.05)difference in total abundance,taxa richness and Shannon index among dune microhabitats was found only in certain season time,particularly in 2013;however,no significant(P>0.05)differences were found among dune microhabitats when averaged on three sampling seasons within the year of either 2012 or 2013.In all,the taxonomical structure differed considerably from the community structure in ground-active arthropod response to rainfall-induced dune microhabitats.The spatial distribution of taxonomical groups among dune microhabitats was significantly affected by inter-annual rainfall changes,whereas that of community structure was affected by both intra-and inter-annual rainfall changes in desertified ecosystems.LIU Rentao ZHU Fan Yosef STEINBERGER 2016Journal of Arid Land2016,8,4:2
