1长期施肥下我国南方典型农田土壤的酸化特征显示文摘【目的】阐明长期施肥下我国南方典型农田土壤的酸化特征,为合理施肥缓解农田土壤酸化提供科学依据。【方法】对湖南省典型农田土壤一水稻土和红壤上设置的32个长期监测点10年间的土壤pH及相关数据进行统计分析。【结果】从整体上看水稻土在长期施肥下未呈现明显酸化;在水旱轮作模式下的水稻土出现显著酸化,其pH平均下降速率为每年0.076是持续种稻模式的10倍。化学氮肥施用量的增加是水旱轮作下土壤酸化的重要因素之一,有机肥的施用对水稻土酸化无显著影响。红壤在常规施肥10 a期间pH呈明显的阶段性变化特征,施肥4-6 a与1-3a相比土壤pH下降了0.19个单位显著酸化;持续施肥至7-10 a红壤pH保持相对稳定。起始pH相对较高(pH〉6)的红壤长期施肥下出现极显著酸化,pH平均下降速率为每年0.075,与化肥氮施用量呈显著正相关;pH相对较低(pH 4-5)的红壤长期施肥下未显著酸化。【结论】我国南方地区长期施肥下,与持续种稻模式相比水旱轮作模式加速了水稻土的酸化,化学氮肥施用量的增加是导致其酸化的重要原因;起始pH相对较高(pH〉6)的红壤显著酸化化学氮肥用量增加导致其显著酸化。因此,控制和减少化学氮肥的用量是防止水旱轮作模式下土壤及红壤旱地进一步酸化的重要措施。周晓阳 徐明岗 周世伟 Colinet Gilles 2015植物营养与肥料学报2015,21,6:85

3中国南方水稻土酸化演变特征及影响因素显示文摘【目的】明确中国南方水稻土酸化特征及主要影响因素,为防控水稻土酸化提供理论依据。【方法】选择中国南方江苏、湖南、广东、广西、四川和云南6个省份(自治区)的20个水稻土长期定位监测点,统计分析水稻土pH演变特征及阶段性变化规律,并探讨施肥量及土壤氮素含量对水稻土酸化的影响。【结果】1988—2013年25年间中国南方水稻土显著酸化,土壤pH下降0.59个单位,平均每年下降0.023个单位。水稻土酸化具有明显的阶段性特征,起始的14年中水稻土pH急速下降,平均每年可下降0.051个单位;近10年间,土壤pH趋于平稳。增施化肥特别是化学氮肥可导致水稻土酸化,二者与土壤pH均呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01),由此推算出化学氮肥每增施100 kg·hm-2,水稻土pH可下降0.65个单位。减少有机肥的施用也可引起水稻土酸化,有机肥施用量与土壤pH之间呈显著正相关关系,有机肥每减少100 kg·hm-2,水稻土pH下降0.51个单位。土壤全氮及碱解氮含量与pH间均呈极显著负相关关系,土壤全氮和碱解氮含量每增加100 mg·kg-1,水稻土pH约下降0.1个单位。【结论】在过去25年间,中国南方水稻土显著酸化,酸化具有明显的阶段性特征,施肥初期土壤pH显著降低。减少化学氮肥的施用和增施有机肥是控制水稻土酸化的重要措施。周晓阳 周世伟 徐明岗 Colinet Gilles 2015中国农业科学2015,48,23:52

5长期不同施肥处理黑土磷的吸附-解吸特征及对土壤性质的响应显示文摘【目的】长期不同施肥处理影响土壤磷库和土壤性质的变化。研究不同施肥处理下黑土磷的吸附解析特征及其与土壤性质的响应关系,为黑土合理施用磷肥,提高磷有效性提供理论依据。【方法】本研究依托于公主岭黑土肥力长期定位试验,供试作物为玉米。选取不施肥(CK)、施氮、钾肥(NK)、氮磷钾平衡施肥(NPK)、氮磷钾+有机肥(NPKM)4个处理。取1990、2000和2010年的0—20 cm土层的土壤样品,分析土壤性质,测定磷的吸附解吸值,并用Langmuir方程拟合了磷的吸附曲线,计算磷最大吸附量(Qmax)、磷吸附常数(K)、最大缓冲容量(MBC)、磷吸附饱和度(DPS)以及土壤易解吸磷(RDP)。【结果】Langmuir吸附等温线方程能很好的拟合土壤吸附磷和相应的平衡溶液磷浓度曲线(R2=0.93—0.99)。不同施肥处理磷吸附解吸特征参数具有明显的差异。随试验年限的增加,不同处理各特征参数变化不尽相同,与1990年相比,2010年不施磷处理(CK和NK),Qmax值分别增加了1.83和1.61倍,MBC值分别增加了0.80%和49.40%,DPS值分别降低了92.04%和87.50%,RDP值分别降低了20.00%和82.83%;NPK处理Qmax和DPS值分别增加了81.39%和90.74%,MBC和RDP值分别降低了79.37%和48.57%;NPKM处理Qmax和MBC值分别降低了33.35%和78.52%,DPS和RDP值分别增加了11.36倍和1.48倍。施肥21年后,与CK和NPK处理相比,NPKM处理的Qmax值降低了64.66%和49.52%,MBC值降低了81.87%和79.56%,DPS值增加了110和3.81倍,RDP值增加了4.36倍和78.57%。NPKM处理显著增加了土壤全磷(Total-P)、有效磷(Olsen-P)、有机质(SOM)和CaCO3含量,降低了比表面积,维持pH、游离铁铝氧化物值不变。冗余分析结果表明:SOM和Total-P是造成磷吸附解吸特征参数差异的主要因素,分别解释了全部变异的49.5%和18.7%(P<0.05)。【结论】长期有机无机配施可显著增加SOM和土壤中磷素累积,降低土壤对磷的吸附能力,增加土壤对磷的解吸,提高土壤磷的有效性,但同时显著提高了土壤磷吸附饱和度,易引起磷素流失的风险,对于NPKM处理应考虑有机肥与无机肥的投入量。王琼 展晓莹 张淑香 彭畅 高洪军 张秀芝 朱平 GILLES Colinet 2019中国农业科学2019,52,21:27

7长期有机无机肥配施提高黑土磷含量和活化系数显示文摘【目的】长期不同施肥模式影响着耕层土壤磷库以及各形态磷的变化。研究不同施肥模式下黑土各磷素形态含量及有效性的变化,为黑土的肥力培育和合理施用磷肥提供理论依据。【方法】黑土长期定位施肥试验位于吉林省公主岭市,始于1990年,供试作物是连作玉米。肥料试验包括不施肥对照(CK)、施氮、钾肥(NK)、氮磷钾平衡施肥(NPK)、氮磷钾+有机肥(NPKM)共4个处理。化肥处理施氮肥(N) 165 kg/hm^2、磷肥(P) 36 kg/hm^2、钾肥(K) 68 kg/hm^2、猪粪21 t/hm^2,NPKM处理的最终N-P-K养分投入量为165-75-145kg/hm^2。选取了1990、1995、2000、2005和2010年的土样,采用Hedley连续浸提法,分析了土壤全磷、有效磷及各有效磷形态含量,计算了土壤磷活化系数(PAC)。【结果】与初始年份相比,NPKM处理土壤全磷、有效磷和磷活化系数,分别显著提高了88.47%、12.98倍和6.42倍。NPK处理对全磷含量影响较小,土壤有效磷含量和PAC值分别增加了1.65倍和2.67倍。CK和NK处理全磷含量降低了15.12%和32.67%,有效磷含量降低了33.47%和12.57%,土壤磷活化系数(PAC)分别降低了52.49%和2.55%。所有处理黑土磷库均以无机磷为主,占全磷的80.53%~90.43%。施磷肥处理的无机磷含量占全磷的比值显著高于不施磷处理,对有机磷含量影响不显著。不同处理均以中活性态磷含量最多,占全磷的50.37%~55.06%,活性态磷含量最少,占全磷的7.61%~19.02%。与不施磷处理相比,施磷处理显著提高了土壤活性态磷的比值,尤其是无机磷中的活性态磷的比值。CK、NK处理中Resin-P、NaHCO_3-Pi、NaOH-Pi、Conc.HCl-Pi、Residual-P无机磷形态均呈减少趋势;NPK处理中Resin-P、NaHCO_3-Pi、NaOH-Pi、Dil.HCl-Pi呈增加趋势,Conc.HCl-Pi和Residual-P呈减少趋势;NPKM处理中,各无机态磷含量均随施肥年限的增加呈增加趋势。相关分析结果表明有效磷含量的变化值与Resin-P、NaHCO_3-Pi、NaOH-Pi、Conc.HCl-Po变化值之间存在显著的相关性,其相关系数为0.972、0.665、0.860和0.605,说明活性较高的无机磷对有效磷效率的贡献最大。【结论】与施氮钾肥和氮磷钾肥相比,氮磷钾配合有机肥可显著提高土壤全磷、有效磷含量,显著提高土壤活性态无机磷的比例,进而提高土壤磷活化系数,提高磷素利用率。王琼 展晓莹 张淑香 彭畅 高洪军 张秀芝 朱平 Colinet Gilles 2018植物营养与肥料学报2018,24,6:20
8Evolving concepts in bone infection: redefining “biofilm”,“acute vs. chronic osteomyelitis”, “the immune proteome” and “local antibiotic therapy”显示文摘Osteomyelitis is a devastating disease caused by microbial infection of bone. While the frequency of infection following elective orthopedic surgery is low, rates of reinfection are disturbingly high. Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for the majority of chronic osteomyelitis cases and is often considered to be incurable due to bacterial persistence deep within bone. Unfortunately, there is no consensus on clinical classifications of osteomyelitis and the ensuing treatment algorithm. Given the high patient morbidity,mortality, and economic burden caused by osteomyelitis, it is important to elucidate mechanisms of bone infection to inform novel strategies for prevention and curative treatment. Recent discoveries in this field have identified three distinct reservoirs of bacterial biofilm including: Staphylococcal abscess communities in the local soft tissue and bone marrow, glycocalyx formation on implant hardware and necrotic tissue, and colonization of the osteocyte-lacuno canalicular network(OLCN) of cortical bone. In contrast, S.aureus intracellular persistence in bone cells has not been substantiated in vivo, which challenges this mode of chronic osteomyelitis. There have also been major advances in our understanding of the immune proteome against S. aureus, from clinical studies of serum antibodies and media enriched for newly synthesized antibodies(MENSA), which may provide new opportunities for osteomyelitis diagnosis, prognosis, and vaccine development. Finally, novel therapies such as antimicrobial implant coatings and antibiotic impregnated 3D-printed scaffolds represent promising strategies for preventing and managing this devastating disease. 10Large balloon dilation post endoscopic sphincterotomy in removal of difficult common bile duct stones:A literature review显示文摘Endoscopic sphincterotomy(ES)is the standard therapy in common bile duct(CBD)stones extraction.Large stones(≥12 mm)or multiple stones extraction may be challenging after ES alone.Endoscopic sphincterotomy followed by large balloon dilation(ESLBD)has been described as an alternative to ES in these indications.Efficacy,safety,cost-effectiveness and technical aspects of the procedure have been here reviewed.PubMed and Google Scholar search resulted in fortyone articles dealing with CBD stone extraction with12 mm or more dilation balloons after ES.ESLBD is at least as effective as ES,and reduces the need for additional mechanical lithotripsy.Adverse events rates are not statistically different after ESLBD compared to ES for pancreatitis,bleeding and perforation.However,particular attention should be paid in patients with CBD strictures,which is identified as a risk factor of perforation.ESLBD is slightly cost-effective compared to ES.A small sphincterotomy is usually performed,and may reduce bleeding rates compared to full sphincterotomy.Dilation is performed with 12-20 mm enteral balloons.Optimal inflation time is yet to be determined.The procedure can be performed safely even in patients with peri-ampullary diverticula and surgically altered anatomy.ESLBD is effective and safe in the removal of large CBD stones,however,small sphincterotomy might be preferred and CBD strictures should be considered as a relative contraindication.Olivier Rouquette Gilles Bommelaer Armo Abergel Laurent Poincloux 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,24:17

12Endoscopic and histologic characteristics of serrated lesions显示文摘In recent years , a second pathway for colonic carcinogenesis , distinct from the adenomatous pathway, has been explored. 13Targeted therapies in breast cancer:New challenges to fight against resistance显示文摘Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer found in women and today represents a significant challenge to public health. With the latest breakthroughs in molecular biology and immunotherapy, very specific targeted therapies have been tailored to the specific pathophysiology of different types of breast cancers. These recent developments have contributed to a more efficient and specific treatment protocol in breast cancer patients. However, the main challenge to be further investigated still remains the emergence of therapeutic resistance mechanisms, which develop soon after the onset of therapy and need urgent attention and further elucidation. What are the recent emerging molecular resistance mechanisms in breast cancer targeted therapy and what are the best strategies to apply in order to circumvent this important obstacle? 14长期秸秆还田显著降低褐土底层有机碳储量显示文摘【目的】秸秆还田作为一种有效的培肥方式,对土壤固碳效果显著,但对于深层土壤有机碳的影响还存在不确定性。分析不同秸秆还田方式下褐土剖面土壤有机碳(SOC)储量变化,为褐土区秸秆还田措施优化和固碳减排等提供科学依据。【方法】长期秸秆还田试验开始于1992年,采用裂区设计,主区为化肥春季和秋季施用,副区为4个秸秆还田处理:秸秆不还田(CK)、秸秆覆盖还田(SM)、秸秆粉碎后直接还田(SC)和秸秆过腹还田(CM)。在2013年春玉米收获后采集0—100 cm土层土壤样品,分析不同秸秆还田方式下SOC和土壤养分含量。【结果】在春季和秋季施肥下,与CK相比,CM、SM和SC处理表层(0—20 cm)SOC含量显著提高,而SM和SC处理40—60和80—100 cm SOC含量显著降低。同时,与CK处理相比各处理SOC储量变化量在处理间存在显著差异。在春季和秋季施肥下,与CK相比,SM、SC和CM处理表层SOC储量平均分别增加2.32、5.42和12.60 t/hm^(2),且CM处理显著高于SM和SC处理;而在底层(40—100 cm)平均分别降低3.98、6.99和3.76 t/hm^(2);0—100 cm,CM处理SOC储量增加9.62 t/hm^(2),而SM和SC处理平均分别降低1.81和5.36 t/hm^(2)。冗余分析结果表明,有机碳输入和土壤养分对表层碳储量变化的总解释率为90.10%,而对下层(20—100 cm)的总解释率仅为31.80%。其中,影响表层碳储量变化的主要因子是有效磷(解释率为80.10%),而下层则是全氮(25.28%)。【结论】在施用化肥基础上,长期秸秆还田促进表层碳累积,但底层氮素供应不足引起碳耗竭。总体上,秸秆过腹还田是褐土区农田培肥和增产的最优秸秆还田方式。徐虎 蔡岸冬 周怀平 Colinet Gilles 张文菊 徐明岗 2021植物营养与肥料学报2021,27,5:13

18Management of hepatocellular adenoma: Solitary-uncomplicated, multiple and ruptured tumors显示文摘AIM: While hepatocellular adenomas (Has) have often been studied as a unique entity, we aimed to better define current management of the various forms of Has.METHODS: Twenty-five consecutive patients operated for solitary-uncomplicated (9), multiple (6), and ruptured (10)Has were reviewed according to management strategies and outcomes.RESULTS: All solitary-uncomplicated Has (ranged 2.2-14 cm in size) were removed. Out of 25 Has, 2 (8%) included foci of carcinoma. In the multiple HA group, previously undiagnosed tumors were identified during surgery in 5/6cases. In three cases with multiple spread HA, several lesions had to be left unresected. They remained unmodified after 4-, 6-, and 6-year radiological follow-up. Patients with ruptured HA (ranged 1.7-10 cm in size) were initially managed with hemodynamic support and angiography,allowing the embolization of actively bleeding tumors in two patients. All ruptured tumors were subsequently removed 5.5 d (range 4-70 d) after admission. CONCLUSION: Tumors suspected of HA, regardless of the size, should be resected, because of high chances of rupture causing bleeding, and/or containing malignant foci.Although it is desirable to remove all lesions of multiple HA, this may not be possible in some patients, for whom long-term radiological follow-up is advised. 19Potential role of metabolomics in diagnosis and surveillance of gastric cancer显示文摘Gastric cancer is one of the deadliest cancers worldwide, and is especially prevalent in Asian countries. With such high morbidity and mortality, early diagnosis is essential to achieving curative intent treatment and long term survival. Metabolomics is a new field of study that analyzes metabolites from biofluids and tissue samples. While metabolomics is still in its infancy, there are numerous potential applications in oncology, specifically early diagnosis. Only a few studies in the literature have examined metabolomics' role in gastric cancer. Various fatty acid, carbohydrate, nucleic acid, and amino acid metabolites have been identified that distinguish gastric cancer from normal tissue and benign gastric disease. However, findings from these few studies are at times conflicting. Most studies demonstrate some relationship of cancer cells to the Warburg Effect, in that glycolysis predominates with conversion of pyruvate to lactate. This is one of the most consistent findings across the literature. There is less consistency in metabolomic signature with respect to nucleic acids, lipids and amino acids. 20Preoperative rectosigmoid endoscopic ultrasonography predicts the need for bowel resection in endometriosis显示文摘BACKGROUND Rectosigmoid endometriosis is an underdiagnosed disease responsible for abdominal pain, transit disorders and rectal bleeding. Two surgical approaches,rectosigmoid bowel resection(segmental or patch) or intramuscular layer dissection(shaving), are available.AIM To assess whether the lesion features observed via preoperative rectosigmoid endoscopic ultrasonography(RS-EUS) might predict the need for bowel resection.METHODS This multicentric retrospective study was conducted on patients with rectosigmoid endometriosis who underwent a curative surgical procedure,evaluated by RS-EUS performed by two trained operators, between January 2012 and March 2018. A univariate statistical analysis was performed on nodules' RSEUS features(thickness, width, infiltration of the submucosae, presence of a bump into the digestive lumen and presence of multiple rectosigmoid localizations). A multivariate logistic regression was then performed on the significant results.RESULTS Of the 367 patients, 73 patients with rectosigmoid endometriosis were evaluated by RS-EUS and underwent rectosigmoid surgery. After the univariate analysis was completed, thickness, width and infiltration of the submucosae were identified as potential predictive factors for bowel resection. In a multivariate logistic regression model, only thickness appeared to be a significant [odds ratio(OR) = 1.49, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.04-2.12, P = 0.028] predictive factor for bowel resection. Receiver operating characteristic analysis performed showed that a thickness over 5.20 mm might be used as cut-off with a sensitivity of 76%, a specificity of 81%, and an area under carve = 0.82. The cut-off values for 100%sensitivity and 100% specificity were 0.90 mm and 10.00 mm, respectively.
