4青光眼视网膜神经纤维层厚度的光学相干断层扫描纵向评估显示文摘目的:纵向评估光学相干断层扫描(OCT)视盘周围神经纤维层厚度测量,并将这些检查与临床状态和自动视野计检查作横向比较。 方法:对参与前瞻性纵向研究的青光眼或疑似青光眼患者64只眼(37例)作回顾性评估。所有参与者每6个月作一次全面的临床评估、视野检查和OCT。视野进展按可重复性测量的视野平均偏差至少比基线降低2dB,OCT进展按可重复性测量视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度至少变薄20pro。 结果:每个患者在中位值为4.7年的随访中有5个可使用的OCT扫描。青光眼和疑似青光眼患者之间视网膜神经纤维层厚度线性回归斜度的差异对所有变量均不显著;然而,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析显示视野比OCT测量有较高的进展率。在随访期间66%的眼是稳定的。22%只有OCT进展,9%单有视野平均偏差进展。3%视野和OCT都有进展。 结论:OCT比全自动视野计对辨别青光眼进展有更大的可能性。这可能反映OCT的敏感性或在常规方法发现之前其真实损害就能被OCT发现。Gadi Wollstein Joel S. 7Dual color optogenetic control of neural populations using low-noise,multishank optoelectrodes显示文摘Optogenetics allows for optical manipulation of neuronal activity and has been increasingly combined with intracellular and extracellular electrophysiological recordings.Genetically-identified classes of neurons are optically manipulated,though the versatility of optogenetics would be increased if independent control of distinct neural populations could be achieved on a sufficient spatial and temporal resolution.We report a scalable multisite optoelectrode design that allows simultaneous optogenetic control of two spatially intermingled neuronal populations in vivo.We describe the design,fabrication,and assembly of low-noise,multisite/multicolor optoelectrodes.Each shank of the four-shank assembly is monolithically integrated with 8 recording sites and a dualcolor waveguide mixer with a 7×30μm cross-section,coupled to 405 nm and 635 nm injection laser diodes(ILDs)via gradient-index(GRIN)lenses to meet optical and thermal design requirements.To better understand noise on the recording channels generated during diode-based activation,we developed a lumped-circuit modeling approach for EMI coupling mechanisms and used it to limit artifacts to amplitudes under 100μV upto an optical output power of 450μW.We implanted the packaged devices into the CA1 pyramidal layer of awake mice,expressing Channelrhodopsin-2 in pyramidal cells and ChrimsonR in paravalbumin-expressing interneurons,and achieved optical excitation of each cell type using sub-mW illumination.We highlight the potential use of this technology for functional dissection of neural circuits.Komal Kampasi Daniel F.English John Seymour Eran Stark Sam McKenzie Mihály Vöröslakos György Buzsáki Kensall D.Wise Euisik Yoon 2018Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1:8

9Hot deformation of Mg-Y-Zn alloy with a low content of the LPSO phase studied by in-situ synchrotron radiation diffraction显示文摘The compressive deformation behavior of the extruded WZ42(Mg98.5Y1Zn0.5 in at.%)magnesium alloy containing a low amount of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase was studied by in-situ synchrotron radiation diffraction technique.Tests were conducted at temperatures between room temperature and 350℃.Detailed microstructure investigation was provided by scanning electron microscopy,particularly the backscattered electron imaging and electron backscatter diffraction technique.The results show that twinning lost its dominance and kinking of the LPSO phase became more pronounced with increasing deformation temperature.No cracks of the LPSO phase and no debonding r at the interface between the LPSO phase and the Mg matrix were observed at temperatures above 200℃.At 350℃,the LPSO phase lost its strengthening effect and the deformation of the alloy was mainly realized by the dynamic recrystallization of the Mg matrix.Klaudia Horváth Fekete Daria Drozdenko Jan Capek Kristián Máthis Domonkos Tolnai Andreas Stark Gerardo Garcés Patrik Dobron 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,1:5

12A self-made, low-cost infrared system for evaluating the sciatic functional index in mice显示文摘The sciatic functional index(SFI) is a popular parameter for peripheral nerve evaluation that relies on footprints obtained with ink and paper. Drawbacks include smearing artefacts and a lack of dynamic information during measurement. Modern applications use digitized systems that can deliver results with less analytical effort and fewer mice. However, the systems are expensive(€40,000). This study aimed to evaluate the applicability and precision of a self-made, low-cost infrared system for evaluating SFI in mice. Mice were subjected to unilateral sciatic nerve crush injury(crush group; n = 7) and sham operation(sham group; n = 4). They were evaluated on the day before surgery, the 2^(nd), 4^(th) and 6^(th) days after injury, and then every day up to the 23^(rd) day after injury. We compared two SFI evaluation methods, i.e., conventional inkand-paper SFI(C-SFI) and our infrared system(I-SFI). Our apparatus visualized footprints with totally internally reflected infrared light(950 nm) and a camera that can only detect this wavelength. Additionally we performed an analysis with the ladder beam walking test(LBWT) as a reference test. I-SFI assessment reduced the standard deviation by about 33 percent, from 11.6 to 7.8, and cut the variance around the baseline to 21 percent. The system thus requires fewer measurement repetitions and fewer animals, and cuts the cost of keeping the animals. The apparatus cost €321 to build. 13角质细胞与成纤维细胞混合移植修复裸鼠全层皮肤缺损的初步报告显示文摘目的 利用组织工程原理探讨修复全层皮肤缺损的理想方法。方法 以裸鼠为动物模型 ,在皮肤全层缺损区域分别移植纤维蛋白胶 (n =10 ) ,纤维蛋白胶角质细胞悬液 (n =10 ) ,纤维蛋白胶成纤维细胞悬液 (n =10 )以及纤维蛋白胶角质细胞成纤维细胞悬液 (n =10 ) ,术后每天对伤口进行大体观察 ,第 5 ,7,10 ,14,2 1,35d ,分别取材活检行组织学及免疫组织化学检查。结果 移植有角质细胞组 (2和 4组 )的创面愈合快 ,术后 10d组织学提示创面完全上皮化 ,抗人特异性HLA 1型抗原、抗involucrin染色和抗Ⅶ型胶原染色阳性证明新生上皮由移植的人角质细胞形成 ,抗involucrin染色阳性又证明角质细胞分化成熟有角质层形成 ,抗Laminin染色、抗Ⅶ型胶原染色阳性提示早期基底膜形成。组织学检查提示第 4组新生上皮有许多类似皮钉样结构。结论 培养的角质细胞 ,成纤维细胞结合纤维蛋白胶移植到创面上后 ,可以形成复层分化良好。焦向阳 邢新 郭恩覃 Stark GB 2001中华整形外科杂志2001,17,4:4
14Role of cytochrome P450 polymorphisms and functions in development of ulcerative colitis显示文摘Cytochromes P450 s(CYPs) are terminal enzymes in CYP dependent monooxygenases, which constitute a superfamily of enzymes catalysing the metabolism of both endogenous and exogenous substances. One of their main tasks is to facilitate the excretion of these substances and eliminate their toxicities in most phase 1 reactions. Endogenous substrates of CYPs include steroids, bile acids, eicosanoids, cholesterol, vitamin D and neurotransmitters. About 80% of currently used drugs and environmental chemicals comprise exogenous substrates for CYPs. Genetic polymorphisms of CYPs may affect the enzyme functions and have been reported to be associated with various diseases and adverse drug reactions among different populations. In this review, we discuss the role of some critical CYP isoforms(CYP1 A1, CYP2 D6, CYP2 J2, CYP2 R1,CYP3 A5, CYP3 A7, CYP4 F3, CYP24 A1, CYP26 B1 and CYP27 B1) in the pathogenesis or aetiology of ulcerative colitis concerning gene polymorphisms. 15Variability of platelet aggregation in patients with clopidogrel treatment and hip fracture: A retrospective case-control study on 112 patients显示文摘AIM: To identify the rate of non-responders to clopidogrel treatment in hip fracture patients and study how non-responders differ from controls.METHODS: In a retrospective case-control study we included 28 cases of acute proximal femoral fracture with clopidogrel treatment 2011 to 2013. Eighty-four controls from the same time period were included. Data collected included response to clopidogrel measured with multiple electrode aggregometry(MEA), intraoperative bleeding, erythrocyte transfusion, time to surgery and the incidence of adverse events up to 3 mo after surgery. RESULTS: Eight(29%) of the 28 cases were nonresponders. The median intraoperative bleeding was 300 mL(range, 0-1500), and was lower for non-responders(50 m L) but did not reach statistical significance. Erythrocyte transfusions did not differ between responders, non-responders and controls. 20甘蔗糖厂联产燃料酒精及全面降低能耗——可获取最大的经济效益显示文摘近年来,由于生物量电能的价格较高,更为有利可图,糖厂进行联产发电(糖厂利用蔗渣发电,并将多余的电量出售给糖厂以外的用户)的需求越来越大。本文论述为获得最大联产效果而重新设计糖厂的主要措施,例如,工艺用汽的用量降低,采用高压锅炉,以及冷凝式和部分背压式透平机,全部工序用电动机操作。措施也包括把甘蔗中糖量的50%用于产糖,其余用于酒精生产。为了提高糖厂的联产潜力,在酒精生产的蒸馏过程中尽量减少蒸汽消耗显得很有必要。在蒸馏车间采用中压蒸汽和多抽用汁汽,这比传统普遍使用的方法降低约43%的汽耗,可使联产的糖厂减少乏汽的用量,并可增加高压蒸汽入冷凝式透平机。糖厂和酒精厂重新设计组合能获得最大的联产效果,生产能力从目前的12.8kW·h/t提高到82.6kW·h/t,这种联产的经济效益十分显著。特别是像巴西、危地马拉、毛里求斯,甚至印度等这些地区可在甘蔗生产季节中以相当可观的电价出售大量的电能。Pedro Avram Thomas Stark 蓝艳华 2006甘蔗糖业2006,35,1:3
