| 1 | Super-resolution fluorescence-assisted diffraction computational tomography reveals the threedimensional landscape of the cellular organelle interactome显示文摘The emergence of super-resolution(SR)fluorescence microscopy has rejuvenated the search for new cellular substructures.However,SR fluorescence microscopy achieves high contrast at the expense of a holistic view of the interacting partners and surrounding environment.Thus,we developed SR fluorescence-assisted diffraction computational tomography(SR-FACT),which combines label-free three-dimensional optical diffraction tomography(ODT)with two-dimensional fluorescence Hessian structured illumination microscopy.The ODT module is capable of resolving the mitochondria,lipid droplets,the nuclear membrane,chromosomes,the tubular endoplasmic reticulum,and lysosomes.Using dual-mode correlated live-cell imaging for a prolonged period of time,we observed novel subcellular structures named dark-vacuole bodies,the majority of which originate from densely populated perinuclear regions,and intensively interact with organelles such as the mitochondria and the nuclear membrane before ultimately collapsing into the plasma membrane.This work demonstrates the unique capabilities of SR-FACT,which suggests its wide applicability in cell biology in general. | Dashan Dong Xiaoshuai Huang Liuju Li Heng Mao Yanquan Mo Guangyi Zhang Zhe Zhang Jiayu Shen Wei Liu Zeming Wu Guanghui Liu Yanmei Liu Hong Yang Qihuang Gong Kebin Shi Liangyi Chen | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 7 |
| 2 | Pan-sharpening:a fast variational fusion approach显示文摘A fast variational fusion model based on partial differential equations (PDEs) is presented for pansharpening. The functional framework consists of several energy terms. The gradient energy term is created by calculating the gradient vector field of the panchromatic image and the geometry of the pan is injected into the multi-spectral bands. The radiometric reduction energy term and the channel correlation energy term are defined to decrease the radiometric distortion and preserve the correlation of multi-spectral channels while enforcing the inter-bands coherence. Inspired by the shock-filtering model, an inverse diffusion term for image enhancement is put to PDEs which are deduced by minimizing the energy functional. In comparison with the state-of-the-art fusion approaches based on `a trous wavelet and non-sampled contourlet, our model can obtain the fused image with a high spatial or spectral quality by adjusting the weight coefficients of the energy terms. It can also achieve a rather good trade-off between the spatial resolution improvement and the spectral quality preserving. | 6 | Evolution of isotopic composition and deuterium excess of brines in the Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The isotopic composition and parameters for deuterium excess of brines, which were sampled in the Si-chuan Basin, show obvious regularities of distribution. The brine isotopic composition shows distinct two systems of marine and terrestrial deposits, with the Middle Triassic strata as the boundary. Brine hydrogen isotopic composition of marine deposits is lower while oxygen isotopic composition is higher than that of the SMOW, respectively, indicating that the brines were derived from seawater with different evaporating degrees at different times. From the Sinian strata, up to the Cambrian, Permian Maokou Formation and the Triassic Jialingjiang Formation, the δD values of brines tend to become relatively positive with the strata becoming younger. Brines of terrestrial deposits are considered to have been derived from precipitation and their isotopic composition is close to the globe meteoric water line (GMWL). Brines of transitional deposits between marine and terrestrial ones (the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation) have δD and δ18O values falling between the two end members of marine deposit brines and precipitation, indicating that the brines are a mixture of precipitation and vaporing seawater. Water samples from the brine-bearing strata of different ages show various deuterium excesses (d) with an evident decreasing trend as the age of strata gets older and older. Brine-bearing strata of the Triassic Leikoupo-Jialingjiang Formation, the Permian Maokou Formation, the Cambrian and Sinian strata are all carbonate rocks which have experienced intensive water/rock reaction and the deuterium excess essentially changes with time. All brine-bearing-strata surrounding the basin or faults, as well as those brine wells exploited for resources, have been obviously influenced by the precipitation supply. Therefore, the deuterium excesses of their brines have increased to different extents, depending on the amount of involvement of meteoric water. The variation and distribution of d values of the brines from different Triassic strata are related to the embedded depth of the strata. | 9 | Syn-collision Biotite Hornblende Granodiorite from the Zedong Area,Tibet:Zircon U–Pb Isotope Chronology,Petro-geochemistry,and Geodynamic Significance显示文摘Cu–Au mineralization is rare in the Jurassic–Early Tertiary batholiths related to the India–Asia collision. Geochemical analysis and U–Pb isotope chronology was carried out on Shuangbujiere biotite hornblende granodiorite from the Zedong area. Zircon grains of the biotite hornblende granodiorite show oscillatory growth zonation and have high Th/U ratios of 1.08–2.39, indicating a magmatic origin for the zircons. Geochrological test yielded a LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of 51.5±1.0 Ma, suggesting that the emplacement age of the biotite hornblende granodiorite is Early Eocene. The Shuangbujiere biotite hornblende granodiorites have geochemical features characteristic of adakite and are associated with a calc–alkaline metaluminous I-type granite enriched in Sr, high in Mg~#(49.6–54.9) and Sr/Y, and depleted in Y and Yb. These results indicate that this intrusion formation may have been associated with crustal thickening caused by the early collision of the Indian and Eurasian Plates. As the process of crustal thickening continued, the heating of the underplated basaltic magma caused the thickened lower crust amphibolite to dehydrate the melt and form a high-K calc–alkaline adakitic melt at about 848°C. | 16 | Effects of coal-fired power plants on soil microbial diversity and community structures显示文摘Long-term deposition of atmospheric pollutants emitted from coal combustion and their effects on the eco-environment have been extensively studied around coal-fired power plants.However,the effects of coal-fired power plants on soil microbial communities have received little attention through atmospheric pollutant deposition and coal-stacking.Here,we collected the samples of power plant soils(PS),coal-stacking soils(CSS)and agricultural soils(AS)around three coal-fired power plants and background control soils(BG)in Huainan,a typical mineral resource-based city in East China,and investigated the microbial diversity and community structures through a high-throughput sequencing technique.Coal-stacking significantly increased(p<0.05)the contents of total carbon,total nitrogen,total sulfur and Mo in the soils,whereas the deposition of atmospheric pollutants enhanced the levels of V,Cu,Zn and Pb.Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Thaumarchaeota,Thermoplasmata,Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant taxa in all soils.The bacterial community showed significant differences(p<0.05)among PS,CSS,AS and BG,whereas archaeal and fungal communities showed significant differences(p<0.01)according to soil samples around three coal-fired power plants.The predominant environmental variables affecting soil bacterial,archaeal and fungal communities were Mo-TN-TS,Cu-V-Mo,and organic matter(OM)-Mo,respectively.Certain soil microbial genera were closely related to multiple key factors associated with stacking coal and heavy metal deposition from power plants.This study provided useful insight into better understanding of the relationships between soil microbial communities and long-term disturbances from coal-fired power plants. | Bowen Sun Renbin Zhu Yu Shi Wanying Zhang Zeming Zhou Dawei Ma Runfang Wang Haitao Dai Chenshuai Che | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,3: | 0 |

| 18 | Sodium Abundances in Very Metal-poor Stars显示文摘Chemical composition of very metal-poor(VMP)stars can provide observational constraints on current models of nucleosynthesis and the chemical evolution of the Galaxy.It has been found that the scatter of[Na/Fe]versus[Fe/H]in VMP stars is very large in contrast with most other elements.Moreover,a negative slope in[Na/Fe]versus[Fe/H]was found for giants,which is very unlikely according to the theory of nucleosynthesis.For the sample of93 VMP stars in the metallicity range-4.25<[Fe/H]<-1.64 we obtained NLTE sodium abundances using the line profile fitting method by employing accurate atmospheric parameters determined when taking into account NLTE line formation for both FeⅠand FeⅡ.Originally selected from the LAMOST low-resolution spectral database,the spectra of stars were obtained with the High Dispersion Spectrograph of the Subaru Telescope.For 57turn-off stars in metallicity domain-3.04<[Fe/H]<-1.64,we obtained mean[Na/Fe]=-0.29±0.14 and positive slope 0.09±0.06.For 21 giants distributed over metallicity-3.59<[Fe/H]<-2.19,we found mean[Na/Fe]=-0.35±0.1 and positive slope 0.07±0.07.Our[Na/Fe]trend is lower by~0.2 dex,compared to the modern GCE model.We believe the GCE model should be adjusted,by considering the associated scatter.Twelve stars in our sample are found to be outliers,with too low or too high Na abundances. | Yu-Fu Shen S.A.Alexeeva Gang Zhao Shuai Liu Zeming Zhou Hongliang Yan Haining Li Tianyi Chen Xiaodong Xu Huiling Chen Huawei Zhang Jianrong Shi | 2023 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,7: | 0 |

| 20 | Temperature Dependence of Red Long Afterglow from Y_2O_2S∶Eu, Ti, Mg显示文摘At low temperature, some long-lasting phosphors could not work well in practical applications. So it is necessary to investigate the temperature dependence of the phosphors. The Y2O2S∶Eu, Ti, Mg microcrystalline samples were prepared by solid state reaction method. Phosphors were sintered at 1150 ℃ for 20 min in air, putting in and taking out both at high temperature. The emission spectra and the afterglow spectra as well as the thermoluminescence curve were measured for Y2O2S∶Eu, Ti, Mg. Its temperature dependence of the afterglow spectra and decay curves were studied from 140 to 300 K and from 290 to 350 K respectively. When the temperature is lower than 230 K, namely the start temperature point in its thermoluminescence curve, the intensity of the afterglow emission is weak, due to the probability of releasing electrons from traps is very small. With temperature rising from 230 to 290 K, the intensity of the afterglow emission are gradually increased and the thermoluminescence curve is going up. The reason is that the probability of releasing electrons from traps is becoming bigger and bigger. With temperature rising from 290 to 350 K, the decay time of the afterglow becomes quicker and quicker. As from 290 to 350 K the thermoluminescence curve is going down, the temperature is higher than the thermoluminescence peak 278.5 K indicating that the traps are rather shallow, and the electrons would be released from traps more easily and quicker.
