1跨境电商实践教学存在的问题及未来发展趋势显示文摘实践教学作为跨境电商人才培养的重要组成部分,对创新型、复合型、应用型、国际型人才的培养发挥着重要的作用。对跨境电商实践教学存在的现状进行分析,指出当前跨境电商实践教学存在实战不可行、模拟有局限和实践需深化三个方面的问题。同时,结合对跨境电商行业的理解,指出跨境电商实践教学分为以平台模拟为主要特征的1.0阶段、以综合训练为主要特征的2.0阶段、以数据化运营为主要特征的3.0阶段以及以数据化的全面融入为主要特征的4.0阶段。当前跨境电商实践教学总体上处于3.0阶段,并提出在可预见的跨境电商实践教学4.0阶段,数据将和课程全面融合,跨境电商知识体系将被重构,并对院校人才培养产生深远影响。邹益民 Gerasimov Ruslan Zhang Xiaocan 2021对外经贸2021,,2:10
2Acute right lower abdominal pain in women of reproductive age:Clinical clues显示文摘AIM:To study possible gynecological organ pathologies in the differential diagnosis of acute right lower abdominal pain in patients of reproductive age.METHODS:Following Clinical Trials Ethical Committee approval,the retrospective data consisting of physical examination and laboratory findings in 290 patients with sudden onset right lower abdominal pain who used the emergency surgery service between April2009 and September 2013,and underwent surgery and general anesthesia with a diagnosis of acute appendicitis were collated.RESULTS:Total data on 290 patients were obtained.Two hundred and twenty-four(77.2%)patients had acute appendicitis,whereas 29(10%)had perforated appendicitis and 37(12.8%)had gynecological organ pathologies.Of the latter,21(7.2%)had ovarian cyst rupture,12(4.2%)had corpus hemorrhagicum cyst rupture and 4(1.4%)had adnexal torsion.Defense,Rovsing’s sign,increased body temperature and increased leukocyte count were found to be statistically significant in the differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis and gynecological organ pathologies.CONCLUSION:Gynecological pathologies in women of reproductive age are misleading in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Sinan Hatipoglu Filiz Hatipoglu Ruslan Abdullayev 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,14:8
3Application of neurotrophic and proangiogenic factors as therapy after peripheral nervous system injury显示文摘The intrinsic ability of peripheral nerves to regenerate after injury is extremely limited,especially in case of severe injury.This often leads to poor motor function and permanent disability.Existing approaches for the treatment of injured nerves do not provide appropriate conditions to support survival and growth of nerve cells.This drawback can be compensated by the use of gene therapy and cell therapy-based drugs that locally provide an increase in the key regulators of nerve growth,including neurotrophic factors and extracellular matrix proteins.Each growth factor plays its own specific angiotrophic or neurotrophic role.Currently,growth factors are widely studied as accelerators of nerve regeneration.Particularly noteworthy is synergy between various growth factors,that is essential for both angiogenesis and neurogenesis.Fibroblast growth factor 2 and vascular endothelial growth factor are widely known for their proangiogenic effects.At the same time,fibroblast growth factor 2 and vascular endothelial growth factor stimulate neural cell growth and play an important role in neurodegenerative diseases of the peripheral nervous system.Taken together,their neurotrophic and angiogenic properties have positive effect on the regeneration process.In this review we provide an in-depth overview of the role of fibroblast growth factor 2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in the regeneration of peripheral nerves,thus demonstrating their neurotherapeutic efficacy in improving neuron survival in the peripheral nervous system.Kamilla Faritovna Idrisova Alina Kazymovna Zeinalova Galina Andreevna Masgutova Alexey Andreevich Bogov Jr. Cinzia Allegrucci Valeriia Yurievna Syromiatnikova Ilnur Ildusovich Salafutdinov Ekaterna Evgenievna Garanina Dina Ivanovna Andreeva Adilet Abdullaatovich Kadyrov Albert Anatolevich Rizvanov Ruslan Faridovich Masgutov 2022Neural Regeneration Research2022,17,6:6
4Effect of laparoscopic abdominal surgery on splanchnic circulation: Historical developments显示文摘With the developments in medical technology and increased surgical experience,advanced laparoscopic surgical procedures are performed successfully.Laproscopic abdominal surgery is one of the best examples of advanced laparoscopic surgery(LS).Today,laparoscopic abdominal surgery in general surgery clinics is the basis of all abdominal surgical interventions.Laparo scopica bdomina l surgery is associated with systemic and splanchnic hemodynamic alterations.Inadequate splanchnic perfusion in critically ill patients is associated with increased morbidity and mortality.The underlying pathophysiological mechanisms are still not well understood.With experience and with an increase inthe number and diversity of the resulting data,the pathophysiology of laparoscopic abdominal surgery is now better understood.The normal physiology and pathophysiology of local and systemic effects of laparoscopic abdominal surgery is extremely important for safe and effective LS.Future research projects should focus on the interplay between the physiological regulatory mechanisms in the splanchnic circulation(SC),organs,and diseases.In this review,we discuss the effects of laparoscopic abdominal surgery on the SC.Sinan Hatipoglu Sami Akbulut Filiz Hatipoglu Ruslan Abdullayev 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,48:5
5Angiogenesis and nerve regeneration induced by local administration of plasmid pBud-coVEGF165-coFGF2 into the intact rat sciatic nerve显示文摘Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2) are well-known growth factors involved in the regeneration of various tissues and organs, including peripheral nerve system. In the present study, we elucidated the local and systemic effects of plasmid construct рBud-coVEGF165-coFGF2 injected into the epineurium of intact rat sciatic nerve. Results of histological examination of sciatic nerve and multiplex immunoassays of serum showed the absence of immunogenicity and biosafety of plasmid рBud-coVEGF165-coFGF2. Moreover, local administration of plasmid DNA construct resulted in significantly decreased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral blood, including tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) and interleukin-12, and significantly increased levels of cytokines and chemokines including Regulated upon Activation, Normal T Cell Expressed and Presumably Secrete(RANTES), epidermal growth factor, interleukin-2, and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1. These changes in the peripheral blood on day 7 after injection of plasmid construct рBud-coVEGF165-coFGF2 show that the plasmid construct has systemic effects and may modulate immune response. At the same time, reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction revealed transient expression of coFGF2, coVEGF165, ratFGF2 and ratVEGFA with direct transport of transcripts from distal part to proximal part of the sciatic nerve. Immunohistochemical staining revealed prolonged presence of VEGFA in sciatic nerve till 14 days post-injection. These findings suggest that local administration of plasmid construct рBud-coVEGF165-coFGF2 at a concentration of 30 ng/μL results in the formation of pro-angiogenic stimuli and, and the plasmid construct, used as a drug for gene therapy, might potentially facilitate regeneration of the sciatic nerve.
