| 1 | Pulmonary embolism with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease显示文摘Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common, preventable, and treatable disease. The incidence of COPD is growing annually in China, and it is a significant and growing public health burden. Multivariate analysis showed that COPD was one of the independent risk factors for the occurrence of pulmonary embolism (PE),and the incidence of PE was significantly higher in COPD patients than in normal subjects. However, PE is often overlooked in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD) because there are many similarities in clinical symptoms between PE and AECOPD, which are difficult to distinguish, resulting in the failure of timely treatment and poor prognosis. | 9 | Realizing Plain Optimization of the Thermoelectric Properties in BiCuSeO Oxide via Self-Substitution-Induced Lattice Dislocations显示文摘Seeking new strategies to tune the intrinsic defect and optimize the thermoelectric performance via no or less use of external doped elements(i.e.,plain optimization)is an important method to realize the sustainable development of thermoelectric materials.Meanwhile,creating dislocation defects in oxide systems is quite challenging because the rigid and stiff ionic/covalent bonds can hardly tolerate the large strain energy associated with dislocations.Herein,taking BiCuSe_(O) oxide as an example,the present work reports a successful construction of dense lattice dislocations in BiCuSe_(O) by self-doping of Se at the O site(i.e.,Se_(O) self-substitution),and achieves plain optimization of the thermoelectric properties with only external Pb doping.Owing to the self-substitution-induced large lattice distortion and the potential reinforcement effect by Pb doping,high-density(about 3.0×10^(14 )m^(−2))dislocations form in the grains,which enhances the scattering strength of mid-frequency phonon and results in a substantial low lattice thermal conductivity of 0.38 W m^(−1) K^(−1) at 823 K in Pb-doped BiCuSe_(O).Meanwhile,PbBi doping and Cu vacancy markedly improve the electrical conductivity while maintaining a competitively high Seebeck coefficient,thereby contributing to a highest power factor of 942μW m^(−1) K^(−2).Finally,a remarkably enhanced zT value of 1.32 is obtained at 823 K in Bi_(0.94)Pb_(0.06)Cu_(0.97)Se_(1.05)O_(0.95) with almost compositional plainification.The high-density dislocation structure reported in this work will also provide a good inspiration for the design and construction of dislocations in other oxide systems. | Rui Xu Zhiwei Chen Qizhu Li Xiaoyu Yang Han Wan Mengruizhe Kong Wei Bai Nengyuan Zhu Ruohan Wang Jiming Song Zhou Li Chong Xiao Binghui Ge | 2023 | Research2023,,4: | 0 |

| 11 | SRSFs mediate the function of AR in the ovarian granulosa cells of patients with PCOS显示文摘Ovarian hyperandrogenism is one of the characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and androgen receptor(AR)in ovarian granulosa cells(GCs)functions as an important element to the accumulation of androgens.This study verified the existence of alternative splicing variant of AR(AR-SVs)in the GCs of PCOS patients and found that the function of AR decreased significantly in the presence of AR-SVs.And compared to the normal individuals,the expression of Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2(SRSF2)was higher and the expression of SRSF3 was lower in the GCs of patients with AR-SVs.More importantly,we found that the expression of SRSF2 was inhibited and that the expression of AR was decreased after the successful upregulation of miRNA-183,and testostrone(T)concentrations in the culture medium were increased.The results also showed that the expression of SRSF3 decreased when miRNA-124 was successfully upregulated,while the expression of AR significantly increased;however,the function of AR was also inhibited when T concentration in the culture medium was increased.This study has proved that SRSFs are regulated by corresponding miRNAs,and the altered expression of SRSFs interferenced the alternative splicing process of AR and ultimately decreased the function of AR,leading to the accumulation of androgens in the ovary. | Jing Luo Hong Ye Lijuan Hao Yixuan Sun Ruohan Li Yanxi Li Zhu Yang | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,1: | 0 |

| 13 | Reservoir Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Silurian Lower Kepingtage Formation in Tahe Area, Tarim Basin, NW China显示文摘With the breakthrough of exploration in Well TP16-1, the lower Kepingtage Formation becomes a key target for petroleum exploration of deep clastic reservoir in Tahe area. In this paper we focused on the research of the reservoir characteristics and its controlling factors in two sub-member formations(S_1k_1~1 and S_1k_1~3). Based on X-ray diffraction, conventional physical properties data(porosity and permeability) and reservoir storage space data(casting thin section and scanning electron microscope), we determined that the S_1k_1 Formation belongs to extra-low porosity and permeability reservoir, although the upper S_1k_1~3 Formation shows relative better physical characteristic than the lower S_1k_1~1 Formation. The development of storage space in the study area is controlled by sedimentary microfacies, diagenesis process. Reservoirs in S_1k_1 Formation are mainly located in channel(S_1k_1~1 sandstones) and sand flat(S_1k_1~3 sandstones). The sand flat sediments with a more coarse grain size compared with the channel. In diagenesis, compaction is the major controlling factor for reducing the porosity, followed by cementation. Dissolution of diagenesis is the major controlling factor in enhancing the reservoir porosities. Compared with channel(S_1k_1~1) sandstones, sand flat sandstones(S_1k_1~3) have better reservoir quality for its weaker compaction, cementation and stronger dissolution. On the basis of sedimentary characteristics(grain size and subfacies), physical property(porosity and permeability) and reservoir storage space, we divide the S_1k_1 reservoir into three categories(I, II and III). Type I reservoir is high quality reservoir. It is mainly distributed in the south area of S_1k_1~1 and S_1k_1~3 reservoir. Type II is moderate reservoir. It is located in the middle of S_1k_1~1 reservoir and in the north of S_1k_1~3 reservoir. Type III is the poor reservoir.
