| 1 | 基于最小阻力模型的城市空间扩展冷热点格局分析--以苏锡常地区为例显示文摘以苏锡常地区为研究区域,引入体现区域多中心性的最小阻力模型对区域城市扩展进行模拟,并结合空间关联分析指数(Getis-Ord Gi*)定量揭示不同时期城市扩展的格局演化规律。结果表明:基于最小阻力模型的城市扩展模拟反映出区域环境约束下区域城市扩展的空间态势,为区域城市发展政策调控提供了方向;未来城市扩展'热点区'呈现出明显的空间跃迁特征,在内生推力与空间阻力相互角力下,'热点区'聚簇形态由圈层式结构向组团、散布式结构转变。进一步分析表明,最小阻力情景下沪宁线、长江沿岸、沿沪地区、太湖沿岸轴线城市扩展具有完全不同的时空分异机理,未来为避免城市摊大饼式扩展,应加强城市与城市之间隔离带建设、构筑组团式空间结构,实现区域空间组织的有序安排和纵向聚合。 | 王钊 杨山 王玉娟 Runlin Yang | 2016 | 经济地理2016,36,3: | 29 |

| 3 | 基于空间句法的街区制与小区制路网结构与空间感知研究--以南京仙林地区为例显示文摘街区制与小区制是现代城市两种不同的居住模式。近年来,随着我国城市化水平的迅速提高和城市规模的扩大,城市居住模式对城市居民生产生活与交通产生何种影响引起众多学科的高度关注。以南京仙林地区为例,运用空间句法理论与GIS空间分析功能,选择可达性和居住区便捷性等空间特征变量,对两种居住模式的路网结构与空间感知研究后发现:(1)研究区实行街区制,路网具有'核心—外围'可达性逐渐减小的空间结构,而小区制可达性高的路网结构与主干道形态相关,呈'井'字型;(2)路网可达性的结构差异影响着居住区便捷性,街区制与小区制相比,存在着核心区与外围区便捷性差异。街区制的核心区全局便捷性较高且分布均匀,而外围区全局便捷性与局部便捷性较低且分布相对不均匀;(3)居住便捷与路网可达是空间感知的基础,街区制呈现核心区高,外围区低的空间感知差异,而小区制的空间感知整体较高并呈均质性特点;(4)空间句法理论运用于居住区模式的路网结构与空间感知研究,拓展了该理论应用的领域,提出了推广街区制的有效措施,也为城市规划实行何种居住模式提供了科学依据。 | 高慧 杨山 王玉娟 YANG Runlin | 2018 | 长江流域资源与环境2018,27,4: | 8 |
| 4 | Crosslinked P84 copolyimide/MXene mixed matrix membrane with excellent solvent resistance and permselectivity显示文摘MXene is a novel 2D lamellar material with excellent hydrophilicity and permselectivity. MXene was introduced in the P84 polymer matrix and the matrix was crosslinked with triethylenetetramine(TETA) to improve the permselectivity and solvent resistance of the polyimide membrane. The membrane was characterized with SEM, AFM and ATR-FTIR, and effects of MXene content on the membrane morphology and separation performance are investigated. The membrane prepared with 18% P84 and 1% MXene shows high rejection(100%) to gentian violet(408) and high flux(268 L·m^-2·h^-1) at 0.1 MPa and ambient temperature. MXene endows the membrane with much water channel and denser functional layer which improves the membrane performance obviously. | 6 | In vivo degradation and endothelialization of an iron bioresorbable scaffold显示文摘Detection of in vivo biodegradation is critical for development of next-generation medical devices such as bioresorbable stents or scaffolds(BRSs).In particular,it is urgent to establish a nondestructive approach to examine in vivo degradation of a new-generation coronary stent for interventional treatment based on mammal experiments;otherwise it is not available to semi-quantitatively monitor biodegradation in any clinical trial.Herein,we put forward a semi-quantitative approach to measure degradation of a sirolimus-eluting iron bioresorbable scaffold(IBS)based on optical coherence tomography(OCT)images;this approach was confirmed to be consistent with the present weight-loss measurements,which is,however,a destructive approach.The IBS was fabricated by a metal-polymer composite technique with a polylactide coating on an iron stent.The efficacy as a coronary stent of this new bioresorbable scaffold was compared with that of a permanent metal stent with the name of trade mark Xience,which has been widely used in clinic.The endothelial coverage on IBS was found to be greater than on Xience after implantation in a rabbit model;and our well-designed ultrathin stent exhibited less individual variation.We further examined degradation of the IBSs in both minipig coronary artery and rabbit abdominal aorta models.The present result indicated much faster iron degradation of IBS in the rabbit model than in the porcine model.The semi-quantitative approach to detect biodegradation of IBS and the finding of the species difference might be stimulating for fundamental investigation of biodegradable implants and clinical translation of the next-generation coronary stents. | Wenjiao Lin Hongjie Zhang Wanqian Zhang Haiping Qi Gui Zhang Jie Qian Xin Li Li Qin Haifeng Li Xiang Wang Hong Qiu Xiaoli Shi Wei Zheng Deyuan Zhang Runlin Gao Jiandong Ding | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,4: | 3 |
| 7 | Identification of Sheep Ovary Genes Potentially Associated with Off-season Reproduction显示文摘Off-season reproduction is a favorable economic trait for sheep industry.Hu sheep,an indigenous Chinese sheep breed,demonstrates a higher productivity of lambs and displays year-around oestrous behavior under proper nutrition and environment.The genetic basis behind these traits,however,is not well understood.In order to identify genes associated with the off-season reproduction,we constructed a suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) cDNA library using pooled ovary mRNAs of 6 oestrous Hu females as a tester and the pooled ovary mRNAs of 6 non-oestrous Chinese Merino females as a driver.A total of 382 resulting positive clones were obtained after the SSH.We identified 114 differentially up-regulated genes in oestrous Hu sheep by using subsequent screening and DNA sequencing,of which 8 were previously known,93 were reported for the first time in sheep,and 13 were novel with no significant homology to any sequence in the DNA databases.Functions of the genes identified are related to cell division,signal transduction,structure,metabolism,or cell defense.To validate the results of SSH,6 genes(Ntrk2,Ppap2b,Htra1,Nid1,Serpine2 and Foxola) were selected for conformational analysis using quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),and two of them(Htral and Foxola) were verified by Northern blot.All of the 6 genes were differentially up-regulated in the ovary of oestrous Hu.It is obvious that off-season reproduction is a complex trait involving multiple genes in multiple organs.This study helps to provide a foundation for the final identification of functional genes involved in the sheep ovary. | Lei Chen Ka Liu Zongsheng Zhao Hugh T.Blair Peng Zhang Daquan Li Runlin Z.Ma | 2012 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2012,39,4: | 3 |

| 10 | On the Tectonic Problems of the Southern East China Sea and Adjacent Regions:Evidence from Gravity and Magnetic Data显示文摘In this paper,two sets of gravity and magnetic data were used to study the tectonics of the southern East China Sea and Ryukyu trench-arc system:one data set was from the ‘Geological-geophysical map series of China Seas and adjacent areas' database and the other was newly collected by R/V Kexue III in 2011.Magnetic and gravity data were reorganized and processed using the software MMDP,MGDP and RGIS.In addition to the description of the anomaly patterns in different areas,deep and shallow structure studies were performed by using several kinds of calculation,including a spectrum analysis,upward-continuation of the Bouguer anomaly and horizontal derivatives of the total-field magnetic anomaly.The depth of the Moho and magnetic basement were calculated.Based on the above work,several controversial tectonic problems were discussed.Compared to the shelf area and Ryukyu Arc,the Okinawa Trough has an obviously thinned crust,with the thinnest area having thickness less than 14 km in the southern part.The Taiwan-Sinzi belt,which terminates to the south by the NW-SE trending Miyako fault belt,contains the relic volcanic arc formed by the splitting of the paleo Ryukyu volcanic arc as a result of the opening of the Okinawa Trough.As an important tectonic boundary,the strike-slip type Miyako fault belt extends northwestward into the shelf area and consists of several discontinuous segments.A forearc terrace composed of an exotic terrane collided with the Ryukyu Arc following the subduction of the Philippine Sea Plate.Mesozoic strata of varying thicknesses exist beneath the Cenozoic strata in the shelf basin and significantly influence the magnetic pattern of this area.The gravity and magnetic data support the existence of a Great East China Sea,which suggests that the entire southern East China Sea shelf area was a basin in the Mesozoic without alternatively arranged uplifts and depressions,and might have extended southwestward and connected with the northern South China Sea shelf basin. | SHANG Luning ZHANG Xunhua HAN Bo DU Runlin | 2016 | Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,1: | 2 |

| 12 | A murine model for human immune thrombocytopenic purpura and comparative analysis of multiple gene expression in bone marrow and spleen显示文摘Homeostasis of platelet number in human and other mammals is well maintained for prevention of minor bleeding and for other immunological functions,but the exact molecular mechanism responsible for immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) has not been fully understood.In an effort to identify genetic factors involved in initiation of platelet production in response to bleeding injury or platelet destruction,we have successfully generated an animal model of human ITP via intraperitoneal injection of anti-platelet antibody into the Balb/c mouse.Platelet counts were dropped dramatically in animals that received antibody injection within 4 h,maintained at the mini-mum level for a period of 44 h,started to rebound after 48 h,and reached to the maximum at 144 h(6 days).Final homeostasis reached at approximately 408 h(17 days),following a minor cycle of platelet number fluctuation.Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR,we assessed and compared mRNA level of CD41,c-myb,c-mpl,caspase-3,caspase-9,GATA-1,and Bcl-xl in bone marrow and spleen.Alteration of mRNA expression was correlated with the change of platelet level,and an inverse relationship was found for expression of the genes between bone marrow and spleen.No transcription was detectable for any of the seven genes in bone marrow at the time when platelet number reached the maximum(144 h).In contrast,mRNA transcripts of the seven genes were found to be at the highest level in spleen tissue.This is the first study of simultaneous detection of multiple platelet related genes in a highly reproducible ITP animal model.Our results provided the supportive evidence that expression of the above seven genes are more related to negative regulation of platelet number in spleen tissue,at least in the model animals. | Hong Wei Xinchun Ding Jiangong Ren Ka Liu Pingping Tan Daquan Li Runlin Z. | 17 | A novel R-loop in mouse mitochondrial DNA显示文摘Mammalian mitochondrial D-loop L-strand RNA (DL-RNA) is thought functionally not important because no obvious function has been found so far. In this study, we detected a novel D-loop L-strand RNA (DL-RNA) in mouse mitochondrion by RT-PCR. The L-strand RNA spans the whole D-loop region of mouse mtDNA, and is resistant to RNase A and RNase T1 but not RNase H digestion. After binding of the L-strand RNA to D-loop, the DL-RNA complex can protect the D-loop from digestion by restriction endonuclease HaeⅢ. These results indicate that a novel RNA-DNA triplex hybrid (R-loop) can be formed in mouse mtDNA D-loop region, and that the DL-RNA structure is capable of protecting the D-loop from certain microbial restriction enzyme digestion. And the similar R-loop structure can not be found in Cyt.b gene in control experiment which confirmed this R-loop is not the fleeting structure in RNA transcription.
