1不同年龄夜鹭卵中有机氯农药污染的生物指示显示文摘通过对太湖鼋头渚 2 0 0 0年采集的二龄、三龄和四龄夜鹭卵以及相应年龄组夜鹭的捕食物中有机氯残留的检测 ,发现捕食物中HCH和DDT的平均残留量随年龄增加而增加 .除γ HCH外 ,其它 15种有机氯农药在卵样中均有检出 ,残留水平最高的为p ,p′ DDE ,占有机氯农药残留总量的 85 %以上 .β HCH是六六六类中持留性最强的组分 ,其残留量仅次于p ,p′ DDE .研究发现 ,p ,p DDT和 β HCH检出率为 10 0 % ,而其它类型农药只有很低的检出率 ,这与我国有机氯农药使用的历史情况相吻合 .随着亲鸟年龄增加 ,卵中 β HCH残留量有所提高 ,p ,p′ DDE残留量似有先升后稍降的趋势 .统计结果表明 :各年龄组有机氯残留量差异不明显 ,因此在用夜鹭卵作有机氯污染的生物指示时可以不考虑年龄差异所带来的影响 .安琼 董元华 王辉 葛方龙 Fasola Mauro Ruiz Xavier 张迎梅 2004环境科学学报2004,24,1:12
2鼋头渚不同年龄夜鹭卵中多氯联苯污染状况及分布特征显示文摘通过对太湖鼋头渚 2 0 0 0年采集的 2龄、3龄和 4龄夜鹭所产卵中 15种多氯联苯同系物残留状况的研究 ,发现所有样品中均检出多氯联苯 ,残留量最高的为PCB118,PCB87,PCB10 1和PCB153 ,占PCBs残留量的 75 %~ 85 % .含 5~ 6个氯原子的同系物在夜鹭卵中的PCBs残留量明显高于其它类型的同系物 .同时 ,多氯联苯残留量随亲鸟年龄增加而明显增加 .4龄卵样分别比 3龄、2龄卵样中PCBs残留量高出 4 7 5 %和 6 0 9% .统计处理结果表明 :多氯联苯残留总量与亲鸟年龄呈正相关 ( p =0 0 5 ) .PCBs总量与亲鸟年龄呈正相关 ( p =0 0 5 ) .与欧美日等国家同类研究结果中PCB153 残留量最高的情况略有不同 ,本研究在夜鹭卵中发现残留量最高的是PCB118,占PCBs残留总量的 30 %左右 ,PCB153 含量仅为PCBs残留总量的 17%左右 .安琼 董元华 王辉 Fasola Mauro Ruiz Xavier 2004环境科学2004,25,2:7

10Analyzing the genomic and transcriptomic architecture of milk traits in Murciano-Granadina goats显示文摘Background:In this study,we aimed to investigate the molecular basis of lactation as well as to identify the genetic factors that influence milk yield and composition in goats.To achieve these two goals,we have analyzed how the mRNA profile of the mammary gland changes in seven Murciano-Granadina goats at each of three different time points,i.e.78 d(T1,early lactation),216 d(T2,late lactation)and 285 d(T3,dry period)after parturition.Moreover,we have performed a genome-wide association study(GWAS)for seven dairy traits recorded in the 1st lactation of 822 Murciano-Granadina goats.Results:The expression profiles of the mammary gland in the early(T1)and late(T2)lactation were quite similar(42 differentially expressed genes),while strong transcriptomic differences(more than one thousand differentially expressed genes)were observed between the lactating(T1/T2)and non-lactating(T3)mammary glands.A large number of differentially expressed genes were involved in pathways related with the biosynthesis of amino acids,cholesterol,triglycerides and steroids as well as with glycerophospholipid metabolism,adipocytokine signaling,lipid binding,regulation of ion transmembrane transport,calcium ion binding,metalloendopeptidase activity and complement and coagulation cascades.With regard to the second goal of the study,the performance of the GWAS allowed us to detect 24 quantitative trait loci(QTLs),including three genome-wide significant associations:QTL1(chromosome 2,130.72-131.01 Mb)for lactose percentage,QTL6(chromosome 6,78.90-93.48 Mb)for protein percentage and QTL17(chromosome 17,11.20 Mb)for both protein and dry matter percentages.Interestingly,QTL6 shows positional coincidence with the casein genes,which encode 80%of milk proteins.Conclusions:The abrogation of lactation involves dramatic changes in the expression of genes participating in a broad array of physiological processes such as protein,lipid and carbohydrate metabolism,calcium homeostasis,cell death and tissue remodeling,as well as immunity.We also conclude that genetic variation at the casein genes has a major impact on the milk protein content of Murciano-Granadina goats.Dailu Guan Vincenzo Landi María Gracia Luigi-Sierra Juan Vicente Delgado Xavier Such Anna Castelló Betlem Cabrera Emilio Mármol-Sánchez Javier Fernández-Alvarez JoséLuis Ruiz de la Torre Casañas Amparo Martínez Jordi Jordana Marcel Amills 2020Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,3:0
11Facial nerve palsy following parotid gland surgery:A machine learning prediction outcome approach显示文摘Introduction:Machine learning (ML)‐based facial nerve injury (FNI) forecasting grounded on multicentric data has not been released up to now.Three distinct ML models,random forest (RF),K‐nearest neighbor,and artificial neural network (ANN),for the prediction of FNI were evaluated in this mode.Methods:A retrospective,longitudinal,multicentric study was performed,including patients who went through parotid gland surgery for benign tumors at three different university hospitals.Results:Seven hundred and thirty‐six patients were included.The most compelling aspects related to risk escalation of FNI were as follows:(1) location,in the mid‐portion of the gland,near to or above the main trunk of the facial nerve and at the top part,over the frontal or the orbital branch of the facial nerve;(2) tumor volume in the anteroposterior axis;(3) the necessity to simultaneously dissect more than one level;and (4) the requirement of an extended resection compared to a lesser extended resection.By contrast,in accordance with the ML analysis,the size of the tumor (>3 cm),as well as gender and age did not result in a determining favor in relation to the risk of FNI.Discussion:The findings of this research conclude that ML models such as RF and ANN may serve evidence‐based predictions from multicentric data regarding the risk of FNI.Conclusion:Along with the advent of ML technology,an improvement of the information regarding the potential risks of FNI associated with patients before each procedure may be achieved with the implementation of clinical,radiological,histological,and/or cytological data.Carlos M.Chiesa‐Estomba Jose A.González‐García Ekhiñe Larruscain Jon A.Sistiaga Suarez Miquel Quer Xavier León Paula Martínez‐Ruiz de Apodaca Celia López‐Mollá Miguel Mayo‐Yanez Alfonso Medela 2023World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery2023,9,4:0
