| 1 | 3D Geometry-Based UAV-MIMO Channel Modeling and Simulation显示文摘A more general narrowband regular-shaped geometry-based statistical model(RS-GBSM) combined with the line of sight(LoS) and single bounce(SB) rays for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) channel is proposed in this paper. The channel characteristics, including space-time correlation function(STCF), Doppler power spectral density(DPSD), level crossing rate(LCR) and average fade duration(AFD), are derived based on the single sphere reference model for a non-isotropic environment. The corresponding sum-of-sinusoids(SoS) simulation models including both the deterministic model and statistical model with finite scatterers are also proposed for practicable implementation. The simulation results illustrate that the simulation models well reproduce the channel characteristics of the single sphere reference model with sufficient simulation scatterers. And the statistical model has a better approximation of the reference model in comparison with the deterministic one when the simulation trials of the stochastic model are sufficient. | 2 | Aerodynamic control of NACA 0021 airfoil model with spark discharge plasma synthetic jets显示文摘Spark discharge plasma synthetic jets(SPJs) have been used for the active flow control study on an NACA 0021 straight-wing model in a wind tunnel. The model forces and moments were measured using a six-component sting balance at a 20 m/s wind speed. The aim was to explore the SPJ's effect on airfoil aerodynamic by examining SPJ generators' position along the chordwise and the jet flow direction about the chord. Near the wing leading edge, two SPJ generators raised the stall angle by 2° and increased the maximum lift coefficient by 9%. The drag coefficient was decreased by 33.1%, and the lift-drag ratio was increased by 104.2% at an angle of attack above 16°. The rolling-moment coefficient was modified by 0.002, and the yawing-moment coefficient was changed by 0.0007 at angles of attack in the range of 0°–16°. | 3 | Microbial community structure and diversity in deep-sea hydrothermal vent sediments along the Eastern Lau Spreading Centre显示文摘The aim of this study is to investigate microbial structures and diversities in five active hydrothermal fields' sediments along the Eastern Lau Spreading Centre (ELSC) in the Lau Basin (southwest Pacific). Microbial communities were surveyed by denatured gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and clone library analysis of 16S rRNA genes. The differences in microbial community structures among sediment samples from the five deep-sea hydrothermal sites were revealed by DGGE profiles. Cluster analysis of DGGE profiles separated the five hydrothermal samples into two groups. Four different 16S rRNA gene clone libraries, representing two selected hydrothermal samples (19-4TVG8 and 19-4TVG11), were constructed. Twenty-three and 32 phylotypes were identified from 166 and 160 bacterial clones respectively, including Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Nitrospirae and Planctomycetes. The phylum Proteobacteria is dominant in both bacterial libraries with a predominance of Gamma-Proteobacteria. A total of 31 and 25 phylotypes were obtained from 160 and 130 archaeal clones respectively, including Miscellaneous Crenarchaeotic Group, Marine Group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, Marine Benthic Group E, Terrestrial Hot Spring Crenarchaeota and Deep-sea Hydrothermal Vent Euryarchaeota. | 4 | Bi-prism-based single-lens three dimensional digital image correlation system with a long working distance: Methodology and application in extreme high temperature deformation test显示文摘As a novel three dimensional digital image correlation(3 D DIC) method, the bi-prism-based single lens(BSL) 3 D DIC method has been proposed and developed in recent years. Making use of a bi-prism, this method is able to perform a 3 D DIC measurement using only a single camera. Thus, the integration level of a BSL 3 D DIC system could be much higher than that of the double-camera3 D DIC system. In this paper, using a small-angle bi-prism and a camera with a longer focal length, a special BSL 3 D DIC system with a long working distance is designed for measurements in extreme environments. The principle of the system is first studied,and practical methods are then proposed for the system set-up and the determination of system parameters. Then, feasibility of the measurement system is verified by out-of-plane rigid-body translation tests. | 5 | Neuroprotective effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate on hemisection-induced spinal cord injury in rats显示文摘Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG),a naturally occurring compound in green tea,has been widely used as an antioxidant agent.In the present study,model rats with acute spinal cord injury were intraperitoneally injected with 25,50,and 100 mg/kg EGCG,and spinal cord ultrastructure,oxidative stress reaction,inflammatory factors,and apoptosis-associated gene expression were observed.Results showed that EGCG attenuated neuronal and axonal injury 24 hours post injury.It also decreased serum interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α,and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 release,and decreased apoptosis-associated gene expression.Furthermore,it increased the level of the superoxide anion (O2-),superoxide dismutase,and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2,and reduced malondialdehyde levels.Furthermore,it reduced the expression of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax.Noticeably,EGCG at the 100 mg/kg dosage exhibited similar effects as methylprednisolone sodium succinate,which has been frequently used for clinical acute spinal cord injury.The results demonstrated that EGCG can significantly inhibit inflammation,suppress oxidation,and reduce apoptosis in acute spinal cord injury. | Fengjun Deng Rubing Li Yingbao Yang Dan Zhou Qian Wang Jiangping Xu | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011，6，6： | 4 |

| 7 | An Effective Long String Searching Algorithm towards Component Security Testing显示文摘In the execution of method invocation sequences to test component security,abnormal or normal information is generated and recorded in a monitor log. By searching abnormal information from monitor log,the exceptions that the component has can be determined. To facilitate the searching process,string searching methods could be employed. However,current approaches are not effective enough to search long pattern string. In order to mine the specific information with less number of matches,we proposed an improved Sunday string searching algorithm in this paper. Unlike Sunday algorithm which does not make use of the already matched characters,the proposed approach presents two ideas — utilizing and recycling these characters. We take advantage of all matched characters in main string,if they are still in the matchable interval compared with pattern string,to increase the distance that pattern string moves backwards. Experimental analysis shows that,compared to Sunday algorithm,our method could greatly reduce the matching times,if the scale of character set constituting both main string and pattern string is small,or if the length of pattern string is long.
