| 6 | Numerical simulation of particle motion at cucumber straw grinding process based on EDEM显示文摘Simulation of straw grinding process based on discrete element method(DEM)was proposed.According to the force analysis and kinematics analysis,the differential equation of straw particle motion on hammers was deduced,and the formation mechanism of the material circulation layer was obtained.Geometric model of grinder,particle model and contact model were established by EDEM software.The influence of hammer number,hammer thickness and gap of the hammer-sieve on particle grinding number and power consumption were obtained by single factor simulation test.The grinding process is divided into three stages.The hammer smashing plays a dominant role in 0-0.25 s.While the hammer smashing particle number increases slowly and then decreases to the lowest level in 0.25-0.60 s,the tooth plate smashing particle number increases rapidly and dominates,and then forming a material circulation layer.The hammer and tooth plate smashing particle number is basically stable in 0.60-2.00 s,and the tooth plate smashing occupies the dominant position.With the increase of the number and thickness of hammers,the power consumption of crusher tends to increase,and with the increase of the gap between hammers and sieves,the power consumption of crusher decreases first and then increases.The results can provide guidance for the development of high-efficiency and energy-saving grinding equipment for cucumber straw. | Yunfeng Xu Xiliang Zhang Shuo Wu Cheng Chen Jizhang Wang Shouqi Yuan Bin Chen Pingping Li Rongjun Xu | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,6: | 1 |

| 9 | Haplotype variation and KASP markers for SiPSY1-A key gene controlling yellow kernel pigmentation in foxtail millet显示文摘Carotenoid biosynthesis and accumulation are important in determining nutritional and commercial value of crop products.Yellow pigmentation of mature kernels caused by carotenoids is considered a vital quality trait in foxtail millet,an ancient and widely cultivated cereal crop across the world.Genomic regions associated with yellow pigment content(YPC),lutein and zeaxanthin in foxtail millet grains were identified by genome-wide association analysis(GWAS),and SiPSY1(Phytoene synthase 1 which regulates formation of the 40-carbon backbone of carotenoids)was confirmed as the main contributor to all three components by knockout and overexpression analysis.SiPSY1 was expressed in seedlings,leaves,panicles,and mature seeds,and was subcellularly localized to chloroplasts.Transcription of SiPSY1 in 15 DAP immature grains was responsible for YPC in mature seeds.Selection of SiPSY1 combined with increased YPC in mature grains during domestication of foxtail millet was confirmed.Haplotype analysis suggested that expression level of SiPSY1 could be a selection target for future breeding programs,and a KASP marker was developed for selection of favorable SiPSY1 alleles in breeding.The results of this work will benefit nutritional and commercial improvement of foxtail millet varieties,as well as other cereal crops. | Rongjun Zuo Yanyan Zhang Yanbing Yang Chunfang Wang Hui Zhi Linlin Zhang Sha Tang Yanan Guan Shunguo Li Ruhong Cheng Zhonglin Shang Guanqing Jia Xianmin Diao | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,6: | 0 |

| 11 | Short-term inbound rail transit passenger flow prediction based on BILSTM model and influence factor analysis显示文摘Accurate and real-time passenger flow prediction of rail transit is an important part of intelligent transportation systems(ITS).According to previous studies,it is found that the prediction effect of a single model is not good for datasets with large changes in passenger flow characteristics and the deep learning model with added influencing factors has better prediction accuracy.In order to provide persuasive passenger flow forecast data for ITS,a deep learning model considering the influencing factors is proposed in this paper.In view of the lack of objective analysis on the selection of influencing factors by predecessors,this paper uses analytic hierarchy processes(AHP)and one-way ANOVA analysis to scientifically select the factor of time characteristics,which classifies and gives weight to the hourly passenger flow through Duncan test.Then,combining the time weight,BILSTM based model considering the hourly travel characteristics factors is proposed.The model performance is verified through the inbound passenger flow of Ningbo rail transit.The proposed model is compared with many current mainstream deep learning algorithms,the effectiveness of the BILSTM model considering influencing factors is validated.Through comparison and analysis with various evaluation indicators and other deep learning models,the results show that the R2 score of the BILSTM model considering influencing factors reaches 0.968,and the MAE value of the BILSTM model without adding influencing factors decreases by 45.61%. | Qianru Qi Rongjun Cheng Hongxia Ge | 2023 | Digital Transportation and Safety2023,2,1: | 0 |
