14ITER反应堆活性区组件挠性附件所用合金Ti-4Al-2V(πT-3B)的辐照性能显示文摘钛合金由于具有优异的综合性能,如很好的抗冲击性能、强度、密度,以及低的热膨胀系数,因而成为制造国际聚变试验反应堆(ITER)活性区屏蔽组件挠性附件的备选材料。另一个很重要的原因是,钛合金在辐照后,其活性会很快降低,无需须专门存放。(α+β)相钛合金比α相钛合金的强度更高,但开发进展较缓慢,有关这些材料辐照性能方面的数据很有限。在ITER的研究开发项目框架内,开展了α相钛合金Ti-4Al-2V(πT-3B)的中子辐照考验,在IVV-2M反应堆中,对合金的锻态试样进行了温度范围为240—260℃,中子剂量达(0.32~0.43)dpa(每晶格原子中的位错数量)的辐照试验。本文论述了合金在进行中子辐照前后其拉伸试验、低周疲劳试验和断裂强度试验的结果,并与(α+β)相钛合金Ti-6Al-4V的结果进行了对比。B.S.
