| 1 | 澜沧江和怒江流域的气候变化及其对径流的影响显示文摘采用VIP(Vegetation Interface Processes)模型和HIMS(Hydro-Informatic Modeling System)模型,模拟分析了1957—2012年澜沧江和怒江流域(简称两江流域)水资源量的演变。根据CMIP5 RCP2.6,RCP4.5和RCP8.5情景预测,模拟了2030年代和2050年代流域水资源的变化。研究发现,过去50年间,两江流域的气温都呈升高趋势,但海拔较高的上游地区升幅大于下游。年总降水量的变化趋势不明显,但春季降水增加趋势明显。两江流域年总水资源量为650亿~850亿m^3,水资源总量长期变化趋势不明显,其中澜沧江的波动性(1.884,最大与最小之比)大于怒江。空间上水资源量呈现北低-南高的格局。在未来,两江流域气温仍呈增加趋势,降水呈增加趋势,径流呈增加趋势,空间变异性趋小,但较强的季节性变化对水资源安全仍具有较大的挑战性。 | 刘苏峡 丁文浩 莫兴国 王盛 刘昌明 罗贤 何大明 Sagar Ratna Bajracharya Arun Bhakta Shrestha Nand Kishor Agrawal | 2017 | 气候变化研究进展2017,13,4: | 17 |
| 2 | CT平扫预测高血压脑出血早期血肿扩大的价值显示文摘目的探讨CT平扫征象预测高血压脑出血(ICH)患者血肿扩大的价值。方法入组80例发病6 h以内的ICH患者,入院行头颅CT扫描,由两位影像科医师评估血肿内“黑洞征”和“卫星征”。根据24 h CT复查结果,分为血肿扩大组和血肿未扩大组。ROC曲线比较“黑洞征”、“卫星征”及其联合征象对血肿扩大的预测能力。结果“黑洞征”、“卫星征”和联合征象在血肿扩大组与血肿未扩大组之间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合征象预测早期血肿扩大的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确性分别为84.09%、63.89%、74.00%、76.67%和75.30%,其预测的准确性高于“黑洞征”(66.00%)和“卫星征”(69.70%)。结论头颅CT平扫联合征象较单一征象更能预测早期血肿扩大。 | 傅璠 Shakya Milind Ratna 於帆 张苗 孙胜军 卢洁 | 2020 | 医学影像学杂志2020,30,11: | 11 |
| 3 | Influence of heat treatment on the machinability and corrosion behavior of AZ91 Mg alloy显示文摘In the present study,AZ91 Mg alloy was heat treated at 410℃ for 6,12 and 24 h to investigate the influence of heat treatment on machinability and corrosion behavior.The effect of soaking time on the amount and distribution of Mg 17 Al 12(β-phase)was analyzed under the optical microscope.Microhardness measurements demonstrated the increased hardness with increased heat treatment soaking time,which can be attributed to the solid solution strengthening.The influence of super saturatedα-grains on reducing the cutting force(F z)with respect to increased cutting speed was observed as prominent.The corrosion behavior of the heat treated specimens was studied by conducting electrochemical tests.Surprisingly,corrosion rate of heat treated samples was observed as increased compared with the base material.From the results,it is evident that the machinability of AZ91 Mg alloy can be improved by producing super saturatedα-grains through heat treatment but at the cost of losing corrosion resistance. | Swetha Chowdary V Ravikumar Dumpala Anand Kumar S Kondaiah VV Ratna Sunil B | 2018 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2018,6,1: | 7 |

| 5 | Effect of nanoparticle concentration on zeta-potential measurement results and reproducibility显示文摘The effect of nanoparticle concentration on zeta-potential measurement results at dilute concentrations was evaluated. The values of the zeta-potential for four different types of nanoparticles, Ludox (silica), multi-walled carbon nanotubes (bamboo-shaped and hollow nanotubes) and gold, at various concentra- tions, were obtained using a laser Doppler electrophoresis instrument. The size of the nanoparticles on dilution was measured using dynamic light scattering (DLS). The results show that there is a concentration range within which the zeta-potential, and particle size, are not affected by nanoparticle concentration. The lower concentration limit for the system to produce consistent results was dependent on the nature of the sample under study and ranged between 10 -2 and 10 -4 wt%. Below this concentration, there was an apparent shift in zeta-potential values to less negative values, which was accompanied by an increase in the particle size. The shift in zeta-potential was attributed to an increase in contribution of the signal from extraneous particulate matter. The increase in particle size was attributed to the nature of the homodyne optical configuration of the instrument. HCV infection remains categorized as a major risk factor for chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma worldwide. There has been considerable improvement in our understanding of virus life cycle since,the discovery of HCV two-decades ago.MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are important players in establishment of HCV infection and their propagation in infected hepatocytes. They target crucial host cellular factors needed for productive HCV replication and augmented cell growth.Very first anti-miRNA oligonucleotides,miravirsen has been tested in clinical trial and shown promising results as therapeutic agent in treatment against chronic HCV infection.Deregulated expression of miRNAs has been linked to the pathogenesis associated with HCV infection by controlling signaling pathways such as,proliferation,apoptosis and migration. | 7 | Cancer therapy using natural ligands that target estrogen receptor beta显示文摘Estrogen receptor beta(ERβ) is one of the two key receptors(ERα, ERβ) that facilitate biological actions of 17β-estradiol(E2). ERβ is widely expressed in many tissues, and its expression is reduced or lost during progression of many tumors. ERβ facilitates estrogen signaling by both genomic(classical and non-classical) and extra-nuclear signaling. Emerging evidence suggests that ERβ functions as a tissue-specific tumor suppressor with anti-proliferative actions. Recent studies have identified a number of naturally available selective ERβ agonists. Targeting ERβ using its naturally available ligands is an attractive approach for treating and preventing cancers. | 8 | Targeting LIF/LIFR signaling in cancer显示文摘Leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), and its receptor (LIFR), are commonly over-expressed in many solid cancers and recent studies have implicated LIF/LIFR axis as a promising clinical target for cancer therapy. LIF/LIFR activate oncogenic signaling pathways including JAK/STAT3 as immediate effectors and MAPK, AKT, mTOR further downstream. LIF/LIFR signaling plays a key role in tumor growth, progression, metastasis, stemness and therapy resistance. Many solid cancers show overexpression of LIF and autocrine stimulation of the LIF/LIFR axis;these are associated with a poorer relapse-free survival. LIF/LIFR signaling also plays a role in modulating multiple immune cell types present in tumor micro environment (TME). Recently, two targeted agents that target LIF (humanized anti-LIF antibody, MSC-1) and LIFR inhibitor (EC359) were under development. Both agents showed effectivity in preclinical models and clinical trials using MSC-1 antibody are in progress. | 14 | A FEniCS implementation of the phase field method for quasi-static brittle fracture显示文摘In the recent years, the phase field method for simulating fracture problems has received considerable attention. This is due to the salient features of the method: 1) it can be incorporated into any conventional finite element software;2) has a scalar damage variable is used to represent the discontinuous surface implicitly and 3) the crack initiation and subsequent propagation and branching are treated with less complexity. Within this framework, the linear momentum equations are coupled with the diffusion type equation, which describes the evolution of the damage variable. The coupled nonlinear system of partial differential equations are solved in a 'staggered? approach. The present work discusses the implementation of the phase field method for brittle fracture within the open-source finite element software, FEniCS. The FEniCS provides a framework for the automated solutions of the partial differential equations. The details of the implementation which forms the core of the analysis are presented.
