1人参减少 γ射线照射的淋巴细胞微核量(英文)显示文摘目的 评价中国人参对减少辐射诱导的人周围血 G0 期淋巴细胞 (PBL)微核量的作用。方法 采用细胞因子阻滞的微核法检测健康志愿者的血标本。体外 1 37Cs照射之前 ,每份血标本的单个核细胞培养以不同浓度 (0~ 2 0 0 0μg· m l- 1 )的人参根水提取物孵育 2 4 h。结果 (1)在 0 Gy时 ,每 10 0 0个双核 (BN )细胞的微核量是 11.3± 2 .7,人参水提取物≥ 5 0 0μg· ml- 1 时微核量下降 ,但微核量和人参水提取物的浓度之间的差异是显著的。 (2 )单独射线照射显著增加微核量 ,当暴露于 1Gy的照射时 ,随着培养介质中人参水提取物浓度的增加 ,微核量呈显著的线性降低 (R2 =0 .0 5 ,P =0 .0 0 2 ) ;对暴露于 1Gy辐射诱导的微核量 ,人参水提取物浓度在 15 0 0μg· m l- 1 时减少 4 6 .6 % ,浓度在 2 0 0 0μg·m l- 1时减少 5 7.6 % ;对暴露于 2 Gy辐射诱导的微核量的减少呈更强的线性相关 (R2 =0 .7,P=0 .0 0 0 1) ;(3)微核数据分析的结果呈现出与 Poisson模型相关的过度离散趋势。结果表明 :(1)人参水提取物浓度达 2 0 0 0 μg· ml- 1时 ,对 PBL 细胞毒作用无明显影响 ;(2 )人参水提取物浓度在 5 0 0 μg· ml- 1和 2 0 0 0 μg· ml- 1之间时 ,对抗 1 37Cs照射诱导的 MN发挥保护作用。李同光 Ron R Allison Kevin F O'Brien Prabhaker G Khazanie Larry J Dobbs Jr. Peter J Kragel 2004新乡医学院学报2004,21,3:3
