| 2 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 3 | Insight-HXMT:China's First X-Ray Astronomical Satellite显示文摘The Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(HXMT) satellite is the first X-ray astronomical satellite in China. Utilizing the 'direct demodulation image reconstruction method', HXMT will perform broad band(1-250 keV) survey of large sky areas in scanning mode, which can result in source detection characterized with high sensitivity and spatial resolution. Point observation is another key working mode of HXMT, and is specified for observations of galactic bright sources like X-Ray Binary(XRB) and others. Additionally, HXMT also has a powerful capability developed for monitoring gamma-ray bursts, which is quite unique in the world due to its energy coverage of 200 keV-3 MeV and largest detection area. The HXMT satellite was launched by a Long March 4 B(LM-4 B) rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on June 15, 2017. | 4 | High Thermoelectric Performance of Cu-Doped PbSe-PbS System Enabled by High-Throughput Experimental Screening显示文摘Recent advances in high-throughput(HTP)computational power and machine learning have led to great achievements in exploration of new thermoelectric materials.However,experimental discovery and optimization of thermoelectric materials have long relied on the traditional Edisonian trial and error approach.Herein,we demonstrate that ultrahigh thermoelectric performance in a Cu-doped PbSe-PbS system can be realized by HTP experimental screening and precise property modulation.Combining the HTP experimental technique with transport model analysis,an optimal Se/S ratio showing high thermoelectric performance has been efficiently screened out.Subsequently,based on the screened Se/S ratio,the doping content of Cu has been subtly adjusted to reach the optimum carrier concentration.As a result,an outstanding peak zT~1:6 is achieved at 873 K for a 1.8 at%Cu-doped PbSe_(0.6)S_(0.4) sample,which is the superior value among the n-type Te-free lead chalcogenides.We anticipate that current work will stimulate large-scale unitization of the HTP experimental technique in the thermoelectric field,which can greatly accelerate the research and development of new high-performance thermoelectric materials. | Li You Zhili Li Quanying Ma Shiyang He Qidong Zhang Feng Wang Guoqiang Wu Qingyi Li Pengfei Luo Jiye Zhang Jun Luo | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 4 |

| 15 | The effect of LyPRP/collagen composite hydrogel on osteogenic differentiation of rBMSCs显示文摘Although platelet-rich plasma(PRP)plays a significant role in the orthopedic clinical application,it still faces two major problems,namely,uncontrollable factors release,frequent preparation and extraction processes as well as the inconvenient form of usage.To overcome these shortcomings,freeze-dried PRP(LyPRP)was encapsulated into bioactive Col I hydrogel to induce osteogenic dif-ferentiation of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs).And PRP/Col I composite hydrogel was prepared as a control.Compared with Col I hydrogel,the introduction of platelets significantly improved the mechanical properties of hydrogels.Meanwhile,platelets were evenly distributed in the composite hydrogels network.The sustainable release of related factors in the composite hydrogels could last for more than 14days to maintain its long-term biological activity.Further cell experiments confirmed that PRP and LyPRP could effectively alleviate the contraction of collagen hydrogel in vitro,and promote the adhesion,proliferation and osteogenesis differentia-tion of rBMSCs.The results of osteogenic gene expression indicated that the 10%LyPRP/Col I composite hydrogel could facilitate the early expression of BMP-2 and late osteogenic associated protein formation with higher expression of alkaline phosphatase and Osteocalcin(OCN).These results might provide new insights for the clinical application of 10%LyPRP/Col I composite hydro-gel as practical bone repair injection. | Manyu Chen Quanying Liu Yang Xu Yuxiang Wang Xiaowen Han Zhe Wang Jie Liang Yong Sun Yujiang Fan Xingdong Zhang | 2021 | Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,1: | 1 |
