1Orientation of cylindrical particles in gas-solid circulating fluidized bed显示文摘The orientation of cylindrical particles in a gas-solid circulating fluidized bed was investigated by establishing a three-dimensional Euler-Lagrange model on the basis of rigid kinetics, impact kinetics and gas-solid two-phase flow theory. The resulting simulation indicated that the model could well illustrate the orientation of cylindrical particles in a riser during fluidization. The influences of bed structure and operation parameters on orientation of cylindrical particles were then studied and compared with related experimental results. The simulation results showed that the majority of cylindrical particles move with small nutation angles in the riser, the orientation of cylindrical particles is affected more obviously by their positions than by their slenderness and local gas velocities. 2Isolation of a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola from red raspberry fruits on the degradation of citric acid and enrichment of flavonoid and volatile profiles in fermented red raspberry juice显示文摘High content of citric acid in red raspberry juice leads to poor sensory experience. This study developed a feasible method to degrade citric acid in red raspberry juice using a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola WJL-G4 isolated from red raspberry fruits. I. terricola WJL-G4 exhibited a potent capability of reducing the citric acid contents from(22.8 ± 0.08) g/L to(6.2 ± 0.02) g/L within 36 h fermentation, then completely depleted after 48 h. Furthermore, the contents of phenolic compound, including neochlorogenic acid, p-coumaric acid, raspberry ketone, and rutin significantly increased after 36 h fermentation. Fermentation increased total flavonoid contents in red raspberry juice, compared to that in control group. Volatile profiles exhibited to be enriched after fermentation, which contributed to the improvement of the juice taste. 3Random difference equations with subexponential innovations显示文摘We consider the random difference equations S =_d(X + S)Y and T =_dX + TY, where =_ddenotes equality in distribution, X and Y are two nonnegative random variables, and S and T on the right hand side are independent of(X, Y). Under the assumptions that X follows a subexponential distribution with a nonzero lower Karamata index, that Y takes values in [0, 1] and is not degenerate at 0 or 1, and that(X, Y) fulfills a certain dependence structure via the conditional tail probability of X given Y, we derive some asymptotic formulas for the tail probabilities of the weak solutions S and T to these equations.
